Gorgeous Venue!

It’s been almost a year since our beautiful wedding at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club! Thank you to the entire Coto team for helping us transform the Pavilion into the garden party of our dreams! Every detail was perfect: the food, cocktails, table settings, and most of all, the gorgeous backdrop.

We had the pleasure of working with the best of the best: Liz, Javad, and Alfonso, to name a few. Liz was remarkable, and patiently worked through all of our questions and concerns. We really appreciated her communication, professionalism, and humor. This day would not have been possible without her!

Amazing Wedding

The wedding was amazing, truly a joyful event, and we are so grateful to so many of the staff at Coto who were so wonderful to work with. First of all, Liz Prochnow was our event planner that we worked with. Liz was fantastic to work with, she was responsive, warm and friendly and always willing to provide recommendations, talk things through with us and offered us so much help and guidance. She made wedding planning so easy! I'm so grateful for Liz, so fantastic to work with and she really did take all the stress out of the process.
The staff who did set up for the wedding were fantastic - - they had it set up early and perfectly. The catering staff was amazing - - not often that people think the food at a wedding is amazing, but in this case it was and we had many guests raving about how delicious the food was.
Bartending service was terrific - very efficient and so friendly and fun. The pavilion was a beautiful venue, very special and the outdoor circle for cocktails was wonderful!

A1, amazing, incredible, outstanding, the absolute best!

Coto de Caza is without question, the absolute best venue to have your wedding at...my wife and I just got married there this past weekend and we're BEYOND happy with how everything turned out...to begin, the venue is breathtakingly beautiful!! the backdrop is all mountains and million dollar homes, there are several spots to take wedding photos at, including a bridge with 2 streams and a waterfall- YES, a waterfall...second, the staff there is extremely friendly, everyone there was very nice and helpful, from the valet to the restaurant staff, the event directors to the event staff, the bartenders, EVERYONE was incredible!! Elizabeth (Liz), the private events director, is PHENOMENAL!! From the initial conversation all the way up to our wedding day, she was great!! her vibe and personality is warm and inviting, the walk through with her was very informative, her communication was on point, every question was answered and every concern was addressed; we have a baby girl that has a lot of food allergies which means she has a ton of dietary restrictions, Liz didn't shy away from our requests regarding her meal for the reception, instead she offered alternatives for our baby girl before we settled on certain foods for her to eat, Liz was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we're so appreciative of her...leading up to our wedding, Liz was on top of every detail, nothing was overlooked; every email was responded to quickly which resulted in helping to create the most perfect wedding my wife and I could've ever hoped for...we love Liz and the whole staff at Coto, from top to bottom, front to back and everywhere in between, everything was PERFECT...our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was, it was a truly awesome experience for everyone that was present that day- especially my wife and I...we honestly couldn't be happier with Liz, we love her!! dealing with her and the staff was easy and nothing short of amazing...do yourself a favor and go with Coto, I promise you won't be disappointed

Excellent, Professional, an ABSOLUTE dream!

Everything was beautiful. They made the planning process so straightforward and easy, they were perfectly accommodating, and everything turned out great! Every guest that we spoke to said that the venue was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible (the best dinner they've had - not just the best wedding food, but THE BEST dinner) and the bartender was so nice and personable, he remembered mine and my husbands drink order from the rehearsal dinner and brought us the drinks once we were sitting at the sweetheart table. And the event coordinator, Alyssa, was the sweetest person ever to work with, even when we had 12 guests canceling/RSVPing last minute and we were switching and moving around the seating chart like a week before the wedding - Alyssa was unphased and ready for the challenge. I highly recommend using this team of individuals when planning your wedding.

Best day ever

Our wedding day was perfect, everyone at Coto was responsive, attentive and made our day run absolutely flawlessly. I would recommend Coto as a wedding venue to anyone. I wish we could get married there every weekend!!

Perfect Wedding!

Coto Golf and Racquet Club is a beautiful venue for a wedding. After looking at dozens of other venues this one stood out by far among the rest. Not only is the venue amazing but the staff is incredible. The level of service provided is unparalleled. Alyssa and her team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. They exceeded all of our expectations a hundred times over. The food was five star, the scenery was five star, and the staff was five star. The bartenders were beyond friendly and very outgoing with all of our guests. I can’t thank Alyssa enough for all of her input and amazing ideas. Thank you to all of the staff at Coto who made our wedding perfect!

Pretty Grounds and a Great Staff

I loved having my wedding at the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club! It's a gorgeous venue with an amazing staff! The site coordinator, Sarah, is so organized and on top of everything that you never need to worry about a thing! The banquet manager was also amazing! He checked in with me multiple times throughout the reception to ensure that I was having a great time and didn't need anything! I HIGHLY recommend this venue!

Perfect wedding!

Daughter & SIL's wedding was literally PERFECT thanks to Sarah, Alyssa, and all the staff. From the first meeting 18+ months before to the time we left the venue after the most perfect wedding we could have imagined, we had the best possible experience. Daughter did a thorough cost comparison, and the Golf & Racquet Club was competitive with the nine other venues we visited. Our guests raved about how gorgeous it was. Sarah & Alyssa answered every email within minutes, and followed through on everything they promised. Thanks to them, we had a stress-free experience. The only thing we're sorry about is that it's over!

Hidden Gem in the OC

This is truly a hidden gem of Orange County! Such a beautiful location showcasing the hills and open space of Orange County. One great feature of the venue is that it is a package deal and makes it a lot easier when planning. Alyssa and Sarah were great to work with. They were very accommodating and always available leading up to the wedding day ensuring we got everything we wanted. For the day of the wedding, the banquet captain Derek was especially amazing! He made sure throughout the entire night that we were attended to and had enough to eat and drink! Our guests LOVED the venue: the view, delicious food, and the reception area which is great for a wedding anytime of the year! We are so happy that we chose Coto de Caza as our wedding venue!

Look no further!

The Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen. I am beyond happy that we chose this venue for our wedding in February 2018! Both Sarah and Alyssa went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and not once were either one ever bothered by my hundreds of questions that I asked them! The quality of service is immeasurable to any other venue, the staff is beyond amazing, the preferred vendors are some of the best in the business, and honestly the price just could not be beat. We have both our rehearsal dinner & our wedding at Coto, and I have to say that 10 months later, our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was and how amazing the food was. It was literally the best experience I could have ever asked for, and if I could do my wedding all over again, I would ALWAYS pick Coto as our venue. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful location! I would give everything about this venue 100 stars if I could. :)

Pure bliss!

This wedding could not have been possible without Alyssa + Coto Team. I appreciate her quick responses, her attention to detail, and the compassionate spirit she brings with her to work! My family and I left the wedding expressing how amazed they were with the help we received from the venue. I am so happy we switched venues when we did! I would choose Coto over and over again. Sarah Placeres! OMG. Answered questions on the weekends, while she was on vacation, literally anytime I needed her, she was there. Truly this venue is spectacular, but Sarah, the Events Director, was so amazing. She talked down my nerves before walking out of the bridal suite. Sarah grabbed me a drink during the speeches when we were getting roasted by friends and family. She timed the food/cake everything perfectly and made a great impression on my family and bridal party - everyone was comfortable with Sarah. She allowed me to bring additional guests to my tasting and made special accommodations for them. Sarah is the best. Other venues we looked at - no one seemed passionate to help or respond to inquiries. Sarah was always on top of it and every response was genuine and thought out.

This venue is gorgeous. The outside reception space overlooking the golf green below is stunning. All members of the club were so incredibly nice and friendly. We got married in November (outside) and it was a "cool" 73 degrees out. As the sun went down, it was chilly, but we moved into the pavillion and heaters were readily available. People talk about the noise constraints outside - honestly, I didn't notice if the music was turned down or anything. We were partying on the dance floor until 10PM and then moved up to the after hours space. We rented it out until 12PM and honestly, the bartenders kept serving everyone until we left at 1AM! Not a complaint, no one asked us to end it on time, all service and staff were genuinely happy to see my husband and I having the best time of our lives. If I could do it all over again - Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club would still be my number 1 choice!

I only have wonderful things to say about Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club. Let me start off by saying that the bride and groom do eat full meals at Coto! We went to three weddings this year and the bride and groom did not eat until the very end. We ate appetizers at 5:30 pm, which were brought to us, dinner promptly at 6:00 pm, and again at our after party.

Planning with the Coto team was very easy and fun! Sarah P. took over our wedding one month prior and knew every detail regarding our wedding - believe me, that's amazing! All around, the service staff was top-notch. I've had many compliments from guests that wanted us to know how well there were treated. From valet, bartenders, and waiter staff, each of our guests were pleased. The biggest compliment I can give the venue has to go to the chef and kitchen. We had a number of our guests tell us that their beef filets were cooked perfectly and that it may have been the best steak that they had ever had. We did not expect to hear that from our guests, yet from every table!

I had no idea how great we had it until the very end. We truly feel that we had made the best venue decision. We are so happy we selected Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club for our wedding.

This website truly does not have enough room for me to write all of the amazing things I could say about the venue! We had toured several venues and the experience we had touring Coto was like none of the others. It was so personal, professional, detailed, inviting, and zero-pressure. We barely drove into our driveway before making the decision to book the date for about a year later! Everything from that point on was perfect. We worked with Sarah Placeras who was absolutely my favorite part of planning a wedding. She had the answers to everything and was so amazing with the planning process. Although the planning process was flawless and as smooth as could be, we still were shocked and impressed with the day of. Sarah and her team had thought about every. single. detail. They were there with smiles for every single guest and treating us like royalty. It really was a magical day and we so owe much of that to their wonderful staff. People pay big bucks to have outside coordinators, but Sarah and her staff are a part of the package, and we were blown out of the water by all them. I would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a venue to check them out!

I wish I could give more stars. This was an absolute dream of a venue to have my daughters wedding. The location, the accommodations, the service, the food and Sarah, Coto's Private Event Director. She gave us priceless advise and lead us through the perfect day and night. I am a control freak, but Sarah took the reins from me so I could relax and enjoy the day. We are still hearing comments from friends and family about the beauty of the location, the professionalism of the staff, and the flawless way the ceremony and reception flowed. A picture perfect event!!

We could not have been more happy with our selection of Coto de Caza as our wedding venue. They are true professionals in every way. The venue was beautiful, clean and perfect for hosting both a ceremony and reception. The staff lead by Sarah Placeres was awesome and their attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommend Coto for a wedding, and I would give serious thought to several of their preferred vendors as well. The people we worked with were just fabulous and made our event something we will never forget. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Coto, it was simply amazing.

My husband and I got married at Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club on June 10, 2017 and we couldn't be happier with the venue we chose. The entire day was seriously a dream come true and our guests are raving about it! Sarah and her team were amazing throughout the whole planning process and made it so easy for me- they responded quickly, were extremely professional and helped make the planning process less stressful. We are so thankful for everything they did. The food at was amazing too! Our guests were thrilled and so were we, especially when we got seated and had appetizers from cocktail hour waiting for us! My husband and I never thought we would want to get married at a golf club. Then we saw Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club. We instantly fell in love with it. The coordinators for the site, Chantal and Sarah, were SO informative. They didn't try to sell us or upsell anything, but instead helped us to truly visualize the site as our venue for our special day. Through the entire process they were both so patient, so quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had, and day of they were angels. Truly, they made our dream wedding happen. Also, the night of the wedding the entire staff at the venue were phenomenal. So patient, so wonderful. I cannot say enough amazing things about them!! Every single one of our guests has commented after the fact that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've been to. Oh, and did I mention it poured rain on our wedding day? But the girls made it seem like it never even happened, and pulled it off so we could still have our dream day as planned. Love, love love!

January Coto had an open house for weddings and my now husband and I wanted to see it. The drive alone into Coto makes it worth every penny because of its beauty. Our coordinator Chantal and Sarah exceeded our expectations of going above and beyond for any service. They kept in contact with me the entire duration of the wedding planning and the outcome was perfection. Although it rained the day of our wedding they had a back up plan prepared days before and made our day so memorable. All our guest raved about the venue and food. I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism of their staff and service during cocktail hour and reception. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our wedding because we had such an amazing coordinator. Anyone who marries at Coto will not be disappointed.

We had our wedding in late October, this venue is BEAUTIFUL!! Not only do you have the gorgeous scenery as your back drop but the job that they do setting up each space is amazing! They also have the most attentive staff i have ever seen. My Wife and I had our food as soon as we sat down and were able to pop around to each table because of it, and we had 250 guest attend!! They did an outstanding job in every way shape and form. Would 100% recommend to anyone getting married to check out Coto!!

Sarah and Chantal are simply the best! They made our daughter's wedding incredible. They were great to work with! The food, the venue, the people, and everything about the event was impeccable! The night was simply amazing and all the details that we worked on for so many months came together and Sarah and Chantal (with Leslye Hansen and Mary Rasmussen) transformed the Pavilion into a magical, stunning place. My husband and I got married here on April 18, 2015. Choosing the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet club to host our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception was single handedly the best decision we could have made during the planning process. Keep in mind, we planned our entire wedding in less than 3 months, all while on a very tight budget.

We first discovered Coto and their AMAZING prices while attending the OC Bridal Expo. After making an appointment and touring the facilities, my husband and I knew that this was where we wanted to tie the knot. Everything about this venue was wonderful, from the pleasant drive through the community to reach the actual club, to the wonderful demeanor of the staff was spot on. We would not believe that we could get married at a venue like this for the prices that they offered.

The grounds itself are BEAUTIFUL. Everything is clean, well maintained, and up-to-date. The staff are all wonderful and attentive. The food served during our rehearsal dinner and reception were WONDERFUL, and well received by all of our guests. Our ceremony overlooked the beautiful green golf course, and our reception was held in the Pavilion, which was beautifully lit at night and more than enough space for 110 guests.

Above all, the event coordinator, Sarah Placeres, and single handedly the MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF MY WEDDING! Sarah was there for me from day 1, planning and answering all of my hundreds of questions. What seemed like a daunting task was made was made a breeze by her professionalism and expertise. She is extremely quick about answering emails, and is very flexible with her appointments. She took the worry away and I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day. Because of her, my husband and I were able to have a beautiful wedding. I am now one month out from our wedding day, and I still get phone calls from guests raving about our wedding.

Brides, look no further. This venue has it ALL! Thank you Sarah and the Coto staff!!

Sarah is AMAZING! Just had my wedding here on 5/9/15 and everything went like clockwork. Met with Sarah on and Chantal on multiple occasions because I had 101 questions that would come up throughout the wedding process and Sarah was super responsive and answered all my questions. She really did an excellent job and helped me and my husband plan the most incredible wedding we ever dreamed of! Food was excellent, servers were always smiling and did a great job, and what a beautiful venue! I was so nervous right before I walked down the isle, but Sarah was able to talk to me and calmed me down and told me to enjoy my moment, because it was a once in a life time event. We would highly recommend this venue!

We set up an appointment with Sarah to review the venue for our wedding next May. We ended up loving it and booking our date. She was so helpful and has since been very responsive to our questions. I can't wait to start working with her more and to have our wedding here!

My wedding was amazing, and this venue was the best I could have gone with. From the start their coordinator Sarah was so helpful, and made all my dreams come to life. I have no complaints, only praise for the service, staff, food, and location/decor of Coto de Caza. I hope to have more events here in the future, but definitely would recommend this location to anyone who wants a wonderful wedding! Mine certainly was! :)

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Coto de Caza Golf & Raquet Club. The venue was absolutely perfect for us; we wanted an open outdoor space for our November wedding. The ceremony spot looks over the canyon and offers a beautiful backdrop.The reception was a unique outdoor space that offered gorgeous draping and chandeliers to your preference - it was perfect to have the venue coordinate this for us! BUT the best part about Coto is their all inclusive pricing. We were offered a simple flat rate that included ALL linens, tables, chairs, votives, pillars, plateware, glassware, utensils...the list goes on and on. No one here is sending you a 15 page contract with pressure to ensure you've not overlooked or missed anything. Their pricing structure was just the beginning to all the stress-free planning our venue coordinator, Sarah handled for us. I cannot express HOW great Sarah is to work with. You truly do not need an outside wedding coordinator with Sarah in charge. She is hands on, present for your wedding and reception and involved in all the meticulous details. This is a world class venue; the staff, food, beverages, planning and overall venue ambiance is simply the best in OC!!!!

We could not have picked a better venue for our big day! Our coordinator, Sarah, along with the rest of the staff at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet were incredible. They truly made us feel special and attended to every need and detail to make the entire experience unforgettable. Our guests continuously let us know what a great time they had and we both feel that the staff at Coto, along with the beautiful scenery, greatly contributed to that. We will never be able to thank Sarah and the staff enough for what they did. We look forward to returning to Coto de Caza in the future for anniversary dinners many years to come :)

Everything about our wedding day was special at Coto! My husband and I decided on this location because of the package deal, the fact that both the ceremony and reception would be held at the same place, and the openness and view of the outdoor space. Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. She was our main contact during the planning stages of our wedding and she always responded promptly to emails. Unfortunately construction took place prior to our wedding and on our wedding day there had to be draping around the restaurant area. Initially this was a disappointment but Sarah acknowledged our concerns and made accommodations for us. Sarah was so very helpful on the day of the wedding. She knew exactly what needed to be done and would closely communicate with other vendors. I honesty don;t know what we would have done without her. I would also like to mention that the other staff we worked with provided excellent service. This includes Chase, Ian, and Diana. Thank you all for everything you did to make our wedding day special and memorable!

The only negative thing we heard from our guests was that the food/cake were taken away from them too soon. I guess some people would get up and when they would sit down again their hardly touched food/cake would be gone. This was a bummer to hear considering we would have liked people to get to enjoy the food/cake at their own pace.

O my goodness, I really cannot say enough about Sarah and her team at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club! My husband and I spent three months searching for a venue, and I am so thrilled that we found Coto--it was absolutely perfect! Everything that we ever could have wanted for an INCREDIBLE price! our wedding was absolutely INCREDIBLE! We could not have been more thrilled with the venue and the service of the staff. Everything from the fun-loving bartenders, to the very sweet wedding day attendants--our families were overwhelmed with grace and hospitality. It was truly an incredible weekend: I had so many people tell me it was the nicest wedding they have every been to and I could not be more thrilled! The food was delicious--our guests raved! Everything from event setup, communication with Sarah (our planner), to the day of running smoothly--everything was easy and incredible. I wish I could repeat my day at this beautiful place! And after spending three months looking at close to a hundred venues between LA County and Ventura County, I could not more highly recommend this place. Thanks to Sarah and the team for everything---my wedding day was a dream come true!

My husband and I had our wedding at Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet club on April 4, 2014. Coto was one of about 5 venues we interviewed, and they definitely stood out more than any of the other venues we met with. Sarah Placeres is absolutely AMAZING - such a sweetheart, so genuine and she truly wants to make your day one to remember. Sarah was so easy to work throughout the entire process of our wedding contract. She really made the craziness of wedding planning so much easier and she was so responsive with us.

The venue itself is beautiful - we loved everything. The ceremony has a gorgeous view of the canyons and we had our reception outside under the covered patio - we paid for extra decoration and it really made the entire room pop! The grounds have water features and waterfalls, perfect for the wedding photos!

The food was delicious and our guests loved the salmon and chicken entrees. The house champagne is the only champagne I actually enjoyed and Sarah had no problem getting special beer included in our bar options.

The service was impeccable - all of the staff was so nice and attentive - we really appreciate the help of everyone who made our day so wonderful. If I could re do my entire wedding I would 100% choose Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet Club as my venue again!! Thank you Sarah for everything, you are amazing!!!

Working with Sarah Placeres at the Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet Club made my wedding day relaxing and stress free. I felt that I could trust her to handle everything and she really exceeded my expectations. The people who were assigned to work with me on that day were phenomenal, they even had a golf cart ready for me and my husband to get back inside the venue right before the rain started. I had originally planned an outside wedding though with the rain we had to change the plans the week of. There were new seating arrangements and ceremony layouts that needed to be made, Sarah made this process efficient and flexible. I honestly could not have made a better decision for me wedding, everything ran smoothly and I felt comfortable putting my special day in their hands.

We just had our wedding at Coto early October and dealt with Sarah Placeres. Everything went off without a hitch and Sarah was awesome the entire time. The venue was beautiful. Sarah was ALWAYS responsive ever since we signed the contract to the day of the wedding. Sarah's/Coto's staff was also AMAZING. On the day of our wedding we had a guy from the staff basically tell us he was our personal gopher, so anything we needed, he was on it. When we were taking photos out in the 80+ degree heat, he was running around getting all of us ice water and constantly waiting on us, hand and foot. The food was really good too, and we received many compliments on it. Many of our friends said it was the best wedding they've been to! I'd highly recommend this venue.

I am the mother of the bride. My daughters wedding was absolutely perfect. Everything went off without a hitch. The staff here are wonderful. Sarah our wedding coordinator had a family emergency the day of the rehearsal but made sure that she text me that morning telling me that Gina would be there for us and she apologized. She also kept in contact with us that day to make sure that everything went ok. She promised that she would be there the day of the wedding and she was even though there was a death in the family. She did not have to be there, but she stuck in with us the whole evening. I can't say enough good things about her. Without her this wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. Gina was so wonderful! Actually the whole staff are wonderful from the valet, receptionist, wait staff and coordinators I can't thank all of you enough. I highly recommend this venue.

I must say that if you were ever looking for a venue that has dedicated staff and attention to detail, this is the place!

Let me start off by saying how amazingly awesome Sarah was as the event coordinator. She went above and beyond our expectations and always did it with a smile that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. Not to mention the prices paid for this location was well worth it, they could have charged us more and we still would have been blown away. All of their staff members were just great and really made it feel like it was our special day. Emails and phone calls were responded to in a very prompt manner and it really just felt like her only goal was to make this about us.

The layout of the ceremony/reception area was perfect because we were married overlooking the golf course which is kind of in a valley and with the sunlight, it really felt special. After the ceremony, there was a cocktail hour which is between the ceremony location to the reception, which helped because the guests were not inconvenienced in any way. During this cocktail hour, we took pictures and the staff were literally following us around asking if there was anything we needed, bringing us food and drinks, (they actually walked down the golf course to personally give us some food and drink while we were taking pictures, talk about service!).

The reception area was beyond expectations as well, it's a large outdoor covered area with lighting and I have to say, pay the extra money for the chiffon draping on the ceiling, the way it looked at night with the lighting took our breath away. We were never rushed throughout our whole evening, Sarah was on the side making sure everything went smoothly. I would write more but this space is limited.

I had my wedding at Coto de Caza and there wasn't one thing I would change. The customer service here is unbelievable. Gina and her team were outstanding. And not just for me and my groom, but for everyone who attended. I had guests commenting on the excellent customer service. Gina was there whenever I had a question. She never let one of my many emails go unanswered. I am truly thankful for Gina, she is amazing. And a shout out to Derek, he went above and beyond! My guests still comment on how wonderful he was. I would highly recommend any bride and groom choose Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet club to have their wedding.

Gina at Coto De Caza Golf Club went out of her way to make sure my wedding day went perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with who was patient and extremely understanding. She was calm (even when I wasn't) and ensured me she would do her absolute best to get everything I asked for within our budget. The food was amazing and I'm very picky about my dishes. The chef accomodated our request for no alcohol in the dishes (due to religious reasons for our guests) and he made it absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend using Coto as a venue for any occasion! Extremely professional and passionate about what they do! They gave me that ease of mind that no one else could, so thank you!

If you looking for a venue, don’t just pick a place for its décor or scenery. The best decision we made was picking a venue that also comes with a coordinator who actually coordinates! Gina and her staff were amazing.Our evening was pretty much stress free and things seemed to happen on their own. If Apple made wedding coordinators they would call her iGina!

She took care of us from start to finish. At first we didn’t really know what we wanted so Gina helped guide us through and offered some really good suggestions that we ended up being really happy with. There was no pressure at all and she even offered suggestions to save us some money.

We are the type of people who like to know what’s going on so we pummeled her with a ton of questions. Gina managed to answered them all…it’s almost like she’s done this before :) The highlight of our experience with Gina is that she delivered when we asked for a golf cart for our sparkler exit!

We had our reception at the outdoor covered patio and the placed looked spectacular. We highly recommend the outdoor venue as it feels very open and spacious. Derek and the rest of the food/beverage staff were also exceptional. The food was amazing and they came through the on dairy free and gluten free meals for some of our guests.

The only complaint we can make is that their wedding package doesn’t come with a free round of golf but they more than made up for that. Gina, if you ever change your policy and are giving out free rounds of golf…you have our number:P

Thanks to the wedding planner and services provided by the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet club, my wedding was absolutely PERFECT! Gina, the wedding planner, was incredible! She was so attentive to mine and my husband's needs, and worked with us on getting everything we wanted (even with our tight budget). The day of my wedding, Gina was on top of everything! I didn't have to stress about anything because she had all the details and plans covered. Everything about the wedding day was perfect, even the food! Our big day was a real life fairytale. Gina was amazing and so easy to work with. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff was very professional and attentive. Sarah Placeres and her team at Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club made our wedding a memorable event. Sarah was very attentive and accommodating to our requests. I brought all of the decoration to the venue on the day of the rehearsal, Sarah and her team set up the reception and ceremony areas exactly how I had envisioned it. Because of her professionalism and attention to detail I did not worry about my big day. I was able to relax and enjoy our wedding. Everything was perfect!

The food was amazing! We chose the Tequila Lime chicken with mango salsa and the wedge salad. We have some people with dietary constraints and Sarah and her team worked with us and our guests so they would be able to enjoy their meal. The appetizers we chose were, the salmon sliders, shrimp cocktail, and coconut chicken skewers. They were as amazing as the meal. Weeks after the wedding the our guests cannot stop raving about the food.

The venue itself is beautiful and well maintained. It made for an amazing backdrop for our wedding. I especially enjoyed the bridal room to get ready in. The pictures from our wedding are amazing. Our photographer said this was the best location he has ever shot a wedding at. I am so happy we chose Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club for our wedding. I recommend Coto to anyone who wants a stress-free, beautiful and memorable wedding.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish at the Coto G&R Club. The ceremony site is quiet and romantic with views of the canyon that are breathtaking. We had our reception in the outdoor area and it was wonderful to have the open feel, but still be covered from any possible weather concerns. We loved that it didn’t feel like a typical claustrophobic all indoor reception venue. The cocktail hour appetizers and reception food was so delicious and the whole coordination of it felt upscale; many guests complimented the food and service in general. There is a noise restriction on the outside venue which concerned us at first, but we didn’t even notice the night of our wedding. The ceremony to cocktail hour to reception flows so nicely and Gina did an excellent job of coordinating the whole night along. Gina really made our experience here spectacular. Her attention to detail and insuring you as the bride and groom are happy and getting exactly what you want is her main priority and we appreciated that so much. She is so calm and reassuring, as a bride it really made me enjoy the day more knowing that Gina had all of the little details taken care of. In addition, Gina was so accommodating to our requests and gave suggestions when we weren’t sure on choices. She even ordered linen and chair combinations so we could see them ahead of time just to insure we were happy with our selections (I was second guessing how it would look). She also allocated our package money to different add ons, as our head count came in lower than originally planned and worked with us on swapping out the dinner house wines to wine that my bosses donated. It is because of Gina that our wedding process and day was so smooth and stress free. In addition to the breathtaking romantic ceremony, classy reception, great food, affordable price, and decoration options you get to relax and enjoy your wedding without stressing out prior to the day or on that day!

We came upon the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club quite by accident - we heard last minute about a bridal faire that would be held there and went more for the vendors, never thinking we could afford to have the wedding and reception at the Club. But as we walked through the doors and my daughter caught sight of the view from walking down the aisle, she feel in love. Then we saw how the reception could be set up, and it was a done deal, this was where our daughter would get married. And what a nice surprise that there are wonderful packages that made it all rather affordable - well, as affordable as a wedding can be. We opted not to get a personal wedding coordinator but Gina was so patient and helped in so many ways, we feel like she was our personal coordinator - she was so gracious from beginning to end and never once gave a hint that my daily emails were a bother! The ceremony went smooth and the happy hour and dinner were relaxing - with all the staff making our guests feel personally welcome. We had one guest that is a rather picky eater and I'd forgotten to ask for a special meal - but while the food was being served, I mentioned it to a waiter and within minutes my guest had a meal she proudly posted on Facebook! Our family and friends still talk about how perfect the wedding/reception was. I cannot say enough positive things about the venue and staff. When I look back at the pictures, I see the wedding every parent would want to give their daughter.

We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it online. In person it totally lived up to our expectations. The setting was so beautiful, looking out over the canyon (which has always been a favorite spot of mine). In addition to being our favorite spot it was also one of the most affordable! The food was great and several guests mentioned to me that normally wedding food is so so but ours was really great! While all of the above makes this a wonderful venue, the one thing that stood out was the staff.

Our coordinator was Gina. She was so easy to work with during the entire planning process. I am a planner at heart so she got dozens of emails from me asking questions. She always answered them quickly and pleasantly. During the rehearsal everyone (our wedding party and family) was saying how much they loved Gina! She was organized and treated everyone with respect. On our wedding day our photographers commented to us that they are used to being treated poorly by venues. They told me that Gina and the rest of the staff at the Coto de caza Golf and Racquet club treated them the best they have ever been treated. This meant the world to me! Our day was truly wonderful in large part due to the staff at the Golf and Racquet Club. I would highly recommend this venue to people in the future!

My husband and I decided to get married at Coto de Caza Country Club this last October. It is a beautiful location, the staff is absolutely wonderful, and I can truly say we are so very grateful that we had our ceremony and reception there. We had such an amazing experience and it was such a wonderful night. The staff there, especially Gina Oddo, is exceptional. I was never worried or anxious that something may go wrong. I felt very comfortable in their capabilities and was given everything I wanted for my wedding. I would truly recommend this location and staff to anyone. Our wedding took place at the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club and exceeded all of my expecatations, which is no easy feat to do. Our guests were welcomed with mimosas and champagne by the service team who were very helpful and friendly. We had a bruncheon reception and I can't even count how many guests commented on how wonderful the food was. We had an omelette station, waffle station, eggs benedict as well as a roast tenderloin station. Sarah was great in helping me customize our menu and when I wanted a barista, she was able to help me incorporate within my budget. The venue is beautiful and we had our ceremony outdoors and the reception underneath the covered area. The natural beauty of the venue was a perfect backdrop for our wedding. Sarah was very helpful especially on the day of the event and monitored all of the vendors as well as made sure everyone was having a good time. Our wedding day was truly spectacular and we are still getting compliments today about how perfect it was!

JR and the staff at Coto were so amazing and made the day that much brighter for the bride and groom. Everything ran so smoothly from the ceremony into the reception. It was a beautiful night. The staff were all very accomodating and very professinal. They made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. I wish I had JR and Gina at my own wedding. They made everything perfect!

The coordinator, staff and GM were all very approachable and accomodating. When I asked if we could have a high chair for my daughter, it was not a problem, and the staff responded quickly. They are served all the kiddos their food while adults had their salads. This made it so much easier on the kids and the parents. We were very happy during the time of the ceremony and reception.

I had an amazing experience as a bride planning my wedding with Gina at the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club. The venue is beautiful. I had both my wedding ceremony and reception on-site. From beginning to end – it was perfection. The packages offered have great value with many upgrade options to personalize your day. The General Manager JR always addressed myself and family by name whenever myself, husband, and parents came for an appointment he made sure to go out of his way to say hello and make sure that we know we would be taken care of. He overlooked my wedding alongside the events manager Gina - everything ran soooo smoothly. The staff treated all my guests like family. They were personable, professional, and had a great sense of humor which made everyone feel recognized as a very important person attending the event. That made me feel good as the host. THE FOOD WAS 1ST CLASS. We have all been to tons of wedding but the food is really never up to par. At the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet club you get only the best. I have received several follow-up emails from family and friends that attended the wedding and they were soooo very impressed with how the chicken and filets were cooked - all were consistent and perfectly cooked. And presentation of the food was beautiful . BTW - The wedge salad is mind blowing. The set-up of ceremony site, cocktail area, reception tables and set-up, and overall ambiance was more than perfect. The venue is gorgeous. The pics online don’t do it justice. I HIGHLY recommend setting an appointment with Gina. You will be thrilled with your experience, just as myself, husband, and family was. Special thanks to the GM JR and Gina for making our day honest to goodness, hands down, perfect.

I gave them all fives as I do not know what else to give them as my interaction with the venue and the personnel happen without and glitches and the event came out great.

I was just not only attending the party I took part in helping setting up the venue as I delivered the flowers a few hours before the reception.

The venue had everything set up in time, even the staff that was not part of the "wedding group" were eager to help and make sure the flowers were placed and looked perfect. I also saw the girl responsible for the set up walk through several times to make sure things were perfect.

Smooth and professional experience. (I know... all I did was deliver the flowers :) but I did get a great feel for the place and its personnel, ..and the event was a blast.

I helped my niece with all her wedding plans and came for the tastings , etc. They could not have been more accomodating, professional, and put us all at ease with the many details. Truly - after helping plan many weddings and performing at them as well - I am quite versed in good and bad service. Everything tasted as if it were from a 5-star restaurant! I always wonder if the food will be as good at the event as it was at the tasting. Cooking for a crowd often diminishes the quality. Not so here. From the appetizers to the main course and the unbelievably moist cake to the cocktails and service...right down to the little details of last minute nerves...this experience was the best I've had thus far! I will be recommending them to all. But the BEST news is the VALUE! We chose this place because of the beauty and value - what we didn't realize is that the service and delivery of promises made would usurp those! Kudos especially to the wedding planner (Gina) and GM (JR). They were always just a step away from any need - yet never hovering or intrusive. The wait staff and bar staff were equally attentive. If you're considering them - I'd consider quickly - a place with this much going for it isn't going to have many openings. On a scale of one to 5 - I wish I could put a 10 above!

I cannot say enough glowing things about Coto de Caza.

When my now husband and I first arrived, Sarah Placeres gave us a tour and immediately, we knew that this is where we wanted to get married. Eventually, Gina took over as our Coordinator, and she was a joy and pleasure to work with. If I had to describe my dream wedding in three words, it was classic, elegant, and sweet. And Coto was exactly that.

The ceremony area was beautiful, and included in the wedding package were beverages for all your guests, water by their seats, complimentary valet parking, doormen, and more. Gina was efficient and always on top of things. She made the entire night run SO smoothly.

The cocktail hour is next to the ceremony site, and the passed hors d'ouerves were very very tasty. And the reception area is just stunning. It's outdoors but covered, and there are tent walls that can be let down if needed (but since I got married in the summer, we opted to leave them up). We got the chandelier and toole with lights (so worth it, since it makes is gorgeous), and the food was great.

In all honesty, some friends mentioned that it was their favorite wedding they'd been to. And we have received SO many compliments about how beautiful our wedding and Coto were.

The wedding was a bit on the pricey side, but it was because we had a guest count of almost 220.

I would SO highly recommend Gina and the Coto team and the venue to all brides-to-be.

I experienced the most perfect day of my life when I got married at CDC Golf & Racquet Club. The venue is gorgeous--it looks like a Japanese tea house/garden. We had our ceremony outside, our reception & dinner in the outdoor pavilion, and dancing upstairs in the ballroom. Each transition happened smoothly and our guests were well taken care of. This venue is the kind the makes your guests gush! I was thrilled with the beauty, well kept facilities, and efficiency of the staff here. It is so reasonably priced when you consider the quality of services.

Most importantly, we worked with the best event coordinator in the world! Gina Oddo created a boutique-like atmosphere for our family. If we had any problem to be solved, she did so promptly and sometimes creatively! About two months before my wedding date, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Once Gina was informed of this, she made it her mission to accommodate my mother and our family. This wasn't just my perfect day--it was my mother's as well. We have Gina solely to thank for this. She has a calming presence. She is a perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. Honestly, I miss her!

I can't gush enough about my experience with this venue and with Gina. I wish I could relive the day again and again!

We had an amazing experience with Sarah and everyone at Coto de Caza. Our wedding went perfectly as planned - Sarah was an awesome coordinator, and covered every little detail. The whole planning process was a great experience, and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting or better staff! The food is absolutely delicious also. All of our guests were also in love with the place - it was my fairytale wedding, and I'm SO happy I chose Coto de Caza for our venue! I would definitely recommend the place to everyone I know getting married!

We had always imagined a beach wedding but when we saw Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet club, we fell in love. Once we met Sarah, we knew this was where we would begin our life together. Sarah was so kind, patient, and willing to go over and beyond to make the wedding experience perfect. Even when our DJ failed to show, Sarah remained calm and had a plan to keep our evening on track. Our guests were in awe of the venue and of the wonderful food and service. We have had so many compliments about the wedding saying that it was "one of the best weddings they have ever been to!" I can honestly say that we had a perfect wedding and we thank Sarah for that. I highly recommend Coto de Caza for anyone seeking a seamlessly beautiful wedding.

EVERYONE at Coto de Caza is amazing! From the first time we visited and had our appt with Gina Oddo, we fell in love! Not only with the beauty of the country club, but also the staff members! They are all so professional and friendly! From the valet crew to the bartenders, they really know how to please you! Look no further! Once you go, you'll want to have every event there. We are!

I was so nervous as I researched and went to many appts trying to find the best venue for our summer wedding, but as soon as i met Gina, I knew i was in good hands! Absolutely stunning venue tucked away in a canyon in a gated country-club community overlooking a golf course, yet within minutes of the I-5 freeway. Our event coordinator, Gina Oddo, was extremely caring and accommodating. We felt to be in good hands for an event of this magnitude (120 guests). Pricing was fair and up-front. Food tasting appointments, rehersal dinner, ceremony and reception were well organized and the staff was available and helpful at all times without being in the way. We can wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Amazing! Our wedding was perfect! Gina was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I was sort of a groomzilla, what my wife was calling me, but you only get married once right? The outside venue was gorgeous, we added lights and swag and it made it that much better. The food was tremendous, we still have friends and family telling us how great the food at our wedding was. The scenery here is amazing. You have to see it in person. Pictures look great but it looks even better in person.

Everyone is extremely helpful and even when we had to suddenly show up with other vendors Gina was there to greet us and help us out. I cannot recommend Gina enough, she was just amazing. I had a lot of request and she made them all happen. Also everyone on there vendor list is Great too! Reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. When i have a daughter, I'm going to make sure she gets married here.

The venue was everything that I was hoping for AND MORE!!! The location is absolutely beatiful, the food was excellent, and the staff could not be anymore accomodating. I had such a great experience with Coto. I searched all over south Orange County for the right venue. A place that was affordable but also beautiful. Coto had both, Sarah and Gina worked with me so much to make sure it was affordable and EXACTLY what I wanted too. It was actually the most affordable out of all the places I looked at, and I absolutely got the most for my money. The entire staff is very professional and polite, you dont have to worry about anyone slacking off (Big issue for me), everyone knows where to be and is there every step of the way. You will not find a higher elite of service anywhere else (without paying $$$$ for it). I really felt like royalty on the best day of my life. Overall, my experience with Coto and Gina and Sarah was the best part of my wedding planning. I would call them on the verge of tears because I was so stressed about something and they would just talk me through everything, and that is something money can not buy! It was truly a pleasure to work with Gina and Sarah, and to have my wedding at Coto

I luckily found Coto De Caza on a mad search for a venue for my wedding on popular 11-11-11. Sarah and Gina were very helpful in getting me the info I needed and gave me packets with different options. When I brought my then-fiance tot he venue, he right away said "Ok, sign us up!" It is gorgeous, clean, and private.

Gina quickly went to work on getting us set-up for our tasting, etc. since we only had a 4-month timeframe to get this done. Gina was so prompt, she was so detailed and such a calming force in the midst of my wedding madness. The tasting was so beyond amazing. The food at Coto is incredible! Gina was great as she gave us different options for floorplan, linens, food, timing, etc. She was more than just a day-of coordinator, she was like a true wedding planner! I was clueless and like a deer in headlights when it came to pulling this all together, but she had an answer to every single question I had.

The day-of the rehearsal, I was stressed and she calmed me right down and said she had it under control. The most I could do was just sit back and hope everything went well... which was an understatement. Wedding day, Gina was on-top of everything from my vendors to handling my 100 guests as I was running late to my own wedding. She frequently checked-in with me periodically throughout the evening to make sure that everything was to my liking. I really felt pampered and a lot of the stress was lifted from my shoulders.

When I tell people about my experience, what was included, and then, the price, people cannot believe their ears! The all-inclusive wedding package is 5-star quality for such a reasonable price - it's a steal! The staff at Coto are all amazing and professional, and I really felt taken care of. I would definitely recommend having your event at Coto De Caza Golf & Racquet Club, if you want it to go smoothly and get the most bang-for-your-buck. My wedding day was a fairytale and I only hope to have the pleasure to work with Gina again int he future!!!

She is super nice and relaxed and takes care of every detail. Planning my wedding through them was stress free and so worth it! Coto de Caza did such an amazing job with my wedding. I had always dreamed of having my wedding there and everything came together so beautifully. Our wedding ceremony and reception was held at Coto De Caza in September 2010. My husband and I chose this venue because of its incomparable beauty and incredible outdoor reception patio. During the planning process Sarah and her team were excellent and easy to work with, quick to respond, offering great advice and helpful insight. I was pleased with the flexibility of the packages and services allowing for a dream wedding on any budget. The attention to detail and meticulous planning efforts by the Coto De Caza team left me feeling confident and worry free on the day of our wedding. We were delighted in the service and professionalism of each employee that we encountered, from the coordinators, to the valet, to the food servers and the bartenders. The ceremony and reception were both flawless and perfectly orchestrated. The food was phenomenal and in abundance. Our guests were raving about the venue and the food throughout the entire evening.

Thanks to Coto De Caza, our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations in every way and was the most memorable day of our lives!!!!!

Coto was wonderful. The coordinators there are top notch and will make sure your day runs smoothly no matter what happens. I was supposed to have an outdoor ceremony and it rained. It was all set up and an hour before ceremony time, they had it moved to the pavillion. To have that flexibility was wonderful. The food is also fabulous and the chef flexible with individual dietary needs of guests if you let them know in advance.

I went to summer camp here as a kid...

Choosing the club for our wedding was honestly the best decision we made. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning—the beautiful surroundings, elegant architecture, and picturesque views created the most magical setting for our day. Whether it was the gorgeous ceremony space or the stylish reception area, every detail was thoughtfully designed and made our wedding feel like a dream come true.

What truly impressed us was how incredibly organized and seamless the entire process was. From our first visit to the venue to the final moments of our celebration, the team at CDC made everything so easy. They were professional, attentive, and handled all the logistics with such precision. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—they took care of every detail, making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. The heat wave was unexpected, but no fear, Liz had a plan.

The day-of coordination was flawless. The staff was there every step of the way, keeping everything on track and making sure we had everything we needed. We could relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that the team had it all covered, while still being so welcoming and attentive to our guests. As the bride, I was anxious enough I could barely eat. Yet I had a personal server following me around with my favorite apps... "You're my priority, you're the bride."

If you're looking for a venue that offers breathtaking beauty, impeccable organization, and a team that goes above and beyond to make your day unforgettable, the club is the place to be. It was truly everything we could have dreamed of and more, and we couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate our wedding!

Beautiful day at a beautiful venue

I instantly fell in love with the venue the first time we saw it...
The day of my wedding, it was so perfect. The staff was really sweet and very attentive. Anything that myself or my husband needed, they helped us with. The entire day went so smooth & all the guests said the views and venue was breathtaking.

I loved having my wedding here - the food was EXCELLENT, they offered premium bar upgrade (due to construction), were very flexible, and accommodated all my needs. I can't recommend Coto enough. I worked with Sarah Placeres as the event coordinator and she was amazing. The facility is beautiful :)

We were looking for a venue that would be beautiful, would provide high quality service to ourselves and our guests, but wouldn't bankrupt us in the process. We looked at a lot of places in OC, and finally chose Coto De Caza Golf & Racquet Club.

Gina (the venue coordinator) and her staff were hard-working, friendly, and professional on the day of our wedding. Our wedding planner commented that they were always prepared for the next activity, but were also flexible when we needed them to be.

The venue itself is beautiful, including the outdoor pavilion (where we had our reception). Initially, we were concerned about the noise ordinance at Coto, which the Golf & Racquet Club complies with by forcing your DJ to plug into their speaker system. However, the volume of our music at the reception was fine (we would have liked it to be louder, but it was fine).

The venue was holding a Mother's Day brunch the day after our wedding, but there was already a bunch of tables and buffet items in the lobby on our wedding day. It wasn't really a big deal since our guests only needed to walk through there to go outside, but I would have liked the venue to have set this up the next day.

The food from their catering was fine too. The SoCal salad was as good as we remember from our tasting. The salmon we had was just okay -- it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing.

Looking back at our experience with Gina and her team at Coto, we really appreciate everything they did for us. Gina was always on-the-ball, and she replied to our emails very quickly. Her experience, dedication, and professionalism definitely helped us plan a successful wedding.

Cota de Caza is a beautiful venue. Gina was great to work with before the wedding and she was great at keeping things on track at the wedding rehearsal and wedding day. I highly recommend this venue for the ceremony and reception.

We couldn't have been happier with Coto de Caza golf and raquet club for our wedding and reception. The ceremony was beautiful and the outdoor reception was wonderful. Tracy Sherman (the events coordinator) was great to work with. She helped us a lot with all of the details and did a great job at making sure everything turned out perfect. The food was excellent and the food service was awesome. All of our guests loved the food and loved how attentive the waitstaff was at getting food out. There were ample spots to take beautiful pictures and the changing rooms were very nice as well.

From the beginning, Gina at Coto was an incredible event coordinator to work with. I was impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and promptness throughout the entire process. We talked to several other venues before settling on Coto, and one of the biggest factors of our decision to go with them was due to Gina. We really felt we could trust her, and she did not let us down!

Coto is truly a beautiful venue, and our wedding was gorgeous--not to mention, a lot of fun. For the most part, the staff was wonderful, and made us feel relaxed and welcome. The food was delicious, and I'm a lucky bride, because I somehow had the chance to enjoy a good portion of it! We did decide to move our reception indoors to the upstairs ballroom at 10 PM (the latest you can use the outdoor space) for an "after-party" because so many of our guests came from out of town, and we wanted to make sure we could keep the party going a little longer. I HIGHLY recommend this. At that point, everyone was able to really get into the dancing (and the DJ played some great music our grandparents might not have enjoyed as much). It almost felt like a private club, and they had the upstairs patio open for us so people could go outside to talk, have a drink, or get some air.

Overall, our experience was great. Both my husband and I would absolutely recommend Coto, and Gina.

My husband and I hosted our wedding at the country club via my uncle. The venue offered us three options in terms of space. We chose use of the ceremony area and the outdoor pavillion. The pavillion was spacious and airy which really helped since the wedding was in August. The servers were so polite and everything was beautiful and wonderfully paced. Everything about the country club made us very happy.

With regard to the service at the venue, we were fortunate to have such a helpful event manager. She really helped us with figuring out the details that we didn't know... internet research only gets you so far. Things we failed to consider that she helped guide is on, included the rehearsal, who would stand where in the ceremony, order of people going down the aisle. We also received a lot of flexibility with the set up.

Our only negative experience was that the initial coordinator we were working with (not the head one) was a bit rude and lacked follow through. We had initially wanted to get married on Aug. 4th and she gave the date to another couple. Eventually she moved to a different property and that worked out for the best.

I'm not fully aware of the costs here but I know it was in the $8000 range. My uncle and parents gifted us.

The Club is gorgeous and Gina is an enormous help. She is always calm and collected. The event was very reasonablly priced. The food was really good for a plated dinner for over 150 guests. Well done. The decor and lighting were great.

Minor Cons -
Ceremony is really bright for your guests.
Music isn't very loud becuase of noise ordinance and if your event is outside it ends at 10.

This is one of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen and I was so happy with the way that all of our pictures came out. We chose the venue because we could have both our ceremony and reception outdoors (which was very important to us) and they provided just about everything - tables, chairs, linens, set-up and break-down, catering, PA system, etc. Pretty much all we had to provide were the cake, flowers and any special decorations. And the food was excellent! Overall, it was not a bad experience, but for the money we paid, I expected more service. Our original contact and was great from the start. Unfortunately, she had to take maternity leave and did not return until the week before our wedding. The coordinator who took her place was less helpful, mostly because of how busy she was doing double her work. Luckily the original coordinator did return and was able to be there for our wedding, and that was a good thing. The biggest disappointment was that there really was no good place for us to take our pictures after the ceremony. Being a golf course, I would have expected to get a ride on a golf cart out to a nice location, but that was not offered.

Unbelievably Rude Experience with Staff

My husband and I got married here a year ago in April. Jennifer, the events director was great the entire time. However the day of our wedding there were was an issue due to rude staff that was simply unacceptable. There was a moment when we were taking pictures on the stairs of the venue as a wedding party directly after the ceremony. A VERY rude and who we perceive to be racist staff told us rudely that “this is the last picture because these two members need to walk up”. My maid of honor politely asked if they could take the elevator instead. The staff member responds that “there are people on the elevator”. My maid of honor said “well there are people here…”. The staff member rudely went back-and-forth with my maid of honor for a bit until walking away. Nearly moments after saying I do I was SO distraught to have an experience like this. It broke my heart.
I also want to mention that my husband and I were served our dinners after other tables. Once people were already eating Jennifer had to hurry and flag down one of the waiters to bring our plates once she noticed. That was a pretty big oversight for the wait staff to forget to feed the bride and groom at their own wedding.
I hate that I had to experience discrimination on my wedding day by the venue we paid so much money to. I would not recommend this location to anyone for this reason alone.
