Rachel was the best day of coordinator we could have asked for. She was an integral part of the entire planning process. We had an hour long phone call every couple of months to check in and make sure everything was on track. She made intros to other incredible vendors, and her guidance helped us to craft the perfect timeline and ensure everything went smoothly. Day of she took care of every little detail, from steaming the bridesmaids dresses to last minute changes to the shuttle timing. Through it all she was incredibly calm, professional, and reassuring. We could not have pulled off our dream day without her and her team!! -

Working with Rachel and Cose Bella Events was the best decision we ever made!! They made the whole process easy and seamless. Rachel helped us find vendors and even went on tours with me for the hotel blocks. I can’t thank her and the team enough for making the day perfect and stress free for us and my parents. Working with Rachel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Throughout the entire planning process, she was incredibly supportive — always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep us on track with every detail. She attended vendor meetings with us, created the most organized and thoughtful timeline, and truly made the planning experience so much easier and stress-free.
On the wedding day, Rachel and her team were absolutely amazing. They handled everything behind the scenes flawlessly and made sure we had anything we needed. The entire day ran perfectly — and if anything didn’t go perfectly, we never even knew about it! Because of Rachel, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
We are beyond grateful for all of her hard work, professionalism, and dedication. We would 100% recommend CoseBella Events and Rachel to any couple looking for a seamless, stress-free, and beautifully coordinated wedding day. She truly went above and beyond!

Rachel is absolutely amazing. We hired her over a year ago, and even though our wedding day hasn’t arrived yet, I already feel beyond grateful for everything she has done for us.
From day one, she has been organized, patient, and always one step ahead. She keeps us on track, communicates with vendors, offers thoughtful guidance, and truly listens to our vision. She makes everything feel manageable and never lets us feel overwhelmed. Whether it's timelines, décor questions, contracts, or last-minute changes—she’s on it before we even have to ask.
What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond, shows up for every detail, and treats our wedding like it’s her own. I have complete peace of mind knowing she’ll be there on our wedding day.
Even before the big day arrives, I can confidently say hiring Rachel was one of the best decisions we made. If you’re thinking about hiring her—do it. She is an absolute dream to work with. -

Thank you, Cose Bella!
We got married at the Cathedral of Saints Peter & Paul and had our reception at The Graduate in Providence, RI. We hired Cose Bella for Day-Of Coordination, and Rachel and her team were amazing to work with.
From the start, Rachel was super knowledgeable about the local wedding scene and helped us with all the little details we hadn’t figured out yet. Even though she hadn’t worked at our venues before, she had great connections, like the transportation company we hired and the printing press she used for our ceremony programs and menus, and gave us tons of helpful recommendations.
She checked in with us monthly, kept us on track, and was always calm and reassuring. When I would get nervous or overwhelmed (like when our florist was slow to respond just weeks before the wedding), she would step in, without missing a beat, to fix or ease the situation. She even found me new shoes last-minute (the day before the wedding!) when my dress ended up a bit short after my last fitting, and also helped with things like applying decals to our welcome sign and seating chart.
Rachel also made sure our Spanish-speaking guests felt included by staffing someone bilingual at our rehearsal and ceremony. After the wedding, she kindly held onto our stuff while we were away on our honeymoon (she also held on to our signage before the wedding!)
On the big day, everything ran so smoothly, we didn’t even know if there were any issues because Rachel and her team handled everything behind the scenes. They were everywhere, making sure every detail was perfect.
I should add, Rachel did all of this while pregnant!
If you're getting married in Rhode Island, we highly recommend Cose Bella. Rachel is a total pro and helped make our day absolutely unforgettable and perfect.
P.S., sorry this review is a bit late! Life got busy after the honeymoon, but we didn’t want to miss the chance to thank Rachel and her team for everything they did to make our day amazing. Thank you, Cose Bella!

Rachel and her team were everything we could have hoped for and more! From our very first call, she made us feel completely at ease and confident that our wedding was in the best hands. Our venue was a yacht club that typically doesn’t host weddings, but Rachel helped us envision the possibilities and on the big day, it was beyond anything we could have dreamed of! Thanks to Rachel, our wedding day went perfectly smooth and stress-free. We had complete trust in her. I also have to give a huge shout-out to her incredible assistant, Elizabeth, who stayed by my side and handled every detail while Rachel worked her magic at the venue. Hiring Cose Bella to coordinate our wedding day was one of the best wedding decisions my husband and I made. Rachel and her team were incredibly helpful in ensuring the perfect execution of our wedding vision! They have an eye for detail and their ability to communicate effectively is unmatched! The check in meetings leading up to our wedding left me feeling confident that we had covered every last detail needed to have the wedding of our dreams! As a very type A bride (and human) many questioned why I felt the need to hire addition help for day of coordination and wedding planning and I can confidently say their coordination and planning was the reason our wedding was flawless. They took the extra stress off of our shoulders and handled every last detail and many many little things behind the scenes! We are so grateful to have had them as such important part of our wedding day there will never be enough thank you’s for all they did! -

Our daughter's wedding was PERFECTION. Rachel guided us from start to finish, and she was kind, thoughtful, patient, professional, compassionate, and always listening every single step of the way. To write about our experience in positive superlatives would not do it justice. Rachel proved herself to be invaluable as we worked together up until the start of the ceremony, and then . . . just like all of our guests . . . we were able to completely immerse ourselves in the fun and enjoy every little detail and moment of the reception. Absolutely incredible
I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please,
and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team. Brides - please give yourself the gift of peace of mind on your big day and book Cose Bella. Thank you Rachel & Cose Bella - we love you! -

Best planner ever
I had a destination wedding in Portugal and Rachel is the definition of hitting the ground running. She sent us several potential venues, did research on what areas they were in. We did a welcome boat tour the day before the wedding and Rachel helped guests find the correct dock, she even drove to pick people up. The day of the actual wedding i was stress free having breakfast/brunch while she was running around putting out last minute fires. The venue threw us a lot of last minute curveballs ( they over promised and under delivered) and Rachel did not hesitate to hold their feet to the fire. She is definitely more than just your average wedding planner, she will be your biggest advocate to make sure your day that you spend so much time and money on, is one that you will never forget. -

We cannot say enough good things about Rachel & the Cose Bella team! She truly went above & beyond for us. We got married at OceanCliff in Newport, RI on 7/8/23 and a few months prior to our wedding day, it dawned on us that we might need a day-of coordinator. We got SO lucky that Rachel was still available on our date. She is worth every penny. She is so personable, kind, helpful, and resourceful. I assumed as a day-of coordinator we'd have a few phone calls and hope for the best but Rachel went above and beyond in the planning process and day-of execution. She attended all of our vendor meetings and even created all of our wedding illustrations from our place cards, menus, drink signage, and guest book item! My bridal party and I kept saying we felt like she was a fairy godmother. Anything we needed she had, she was somehow everywhere at once - it was incredible. She even helped fix my stepmom's shoe moments before the ceremony! We cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough. If you want your wedding to be as seamless and drama-free as ours, you need to hire Rachel! -

I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience than the one I had with Rachel. As I was somewhat apprehensive to start the planning, Rachel made the process seamless and enjoyable. I’m so thankful I got to work with Rachel, who helped plan every part of my wedding. Rachel is extremely professional and all of her work is very high quality and polished. Her level of professionalism made me feel secure about all of the million of decisions that needed to be made - I had complete faith that everything would get done and taken care of working with her. At the same time, Rachel is so personable and easy to work with. I never felt like she judged my decisions but instead she helped guide me to create the wedding I wanted. Her expertise on vendors in Rhode Island was invaluable. She is clearly passionate about weddings and working with all of her clients, and she is an overall very positive person and joy to be around. She is extremely detail oriented and organized. She was also incredibly responsive - she would respond to emails or texts very quickly and take care of any problems immediately. Clearly, I cannot stop thinking of great things to write about Rachel. After the wedding I had several friends and family members tell me how impressed they were with Rachel on the wedding day and how much they loved her (after only briefly meeting her). Thank you for everything Rachel, I will miss working with you but I look forward to watching your business thrive! -

The most amazing planner!
I had the pleasure of working with Rachel and Lou throughout my wedding planning process. Rachel is so kind, caring, and has and excellent attention to detail. I was so happy to have her because I would not have thought of many important things she brought to my attention! She also recommended excellect vendors. Even with some surpise hiccups, Rachel was able to calm my panic and easily solve anything that came her way. I cannot recommend Cose Bella enough for future brides! -

We can't say enough great things about Rachel. Our only regret was not finding her sooner in the process. She is so responsive, detail-oriented, organized, made fantastic recommendations for additional vendors and offered us so much support along the way with the details.
