Raspberry brie bites!
Corwin's Catering was the best! It was very easy to work with them. They were very responsive and had great communication from the tasting to the big day. They allowed us to pick up our linens early which was so helpful in setting up and when I went to pick them up they were pressed and everything! Just so professional. How a business should be run! They cooked everything on site in their catering truck so everything was fresh! My favorite touch was that they met me, a very hungry bride and my new husband, outside with appetizers as we arrived at the reception. They had dinner service running super smoothly and cake cutting was a breeze. They also handled clean up very quickly! Would recommend for your wedding or special event 10 times over!

Our guests can't stop raving!
It's been a week since our wedding and literally all of our guests are still talking about the food!! From cocktail hour to the reception dinner the food was beyond delicious and perfect!! We are so happy that we chose corwins to cater our wedding. Cocktail hour was meatballs and chicken. Reception dinner was glazed chicken, pork loin, alfredo pasta, salad, and green beans. Wish we still had leftovers of it honestly. So delicious!

Corwins catering made sure we had everything we needed leading up to our event, we're flexible on the day of, and were 100% on top of making sure everything happened according to plan and on time. Excellent service and the food was amazing (the spanakopita is a _must_). Even further: we arranged all of this from out of town and they handled the event without a hitch. Top notch service meets world class food! From the moment we reached out to schedule our tasting, we knew Corwin was a consummate professional with pride in his business. That pride shines through in his food. We were seated in a beautiful tasting room and left speechless by bite after bite of our samples. We ended up doing second tasting to add more items to our menu because we couldn’t get enough. Day of our event- the food was made fresh on site in their fully mobile kitchen and our Guests RAVED about the fantastic service, beautiful set up and scrumptious food! Cooked on site!
We were lucky to get a tasting in before Covid hit. We had done 3 others tastings. One didn't even have ANY food ready when we showed up and we left immediately. One who was our venue's "preferred" vendor was a nightmare. They did not have the food I picked out, kept forcing other items on us that I did NOT want.. repeatedly telling them that and being ignored. When going over décor they repeatedly kept telling me "no you don't want that", I would sternly say "yes, i do" and again be ignored and dismissed. I was so annoyed and extremely close to walking out. The other tasting was very good but the prices were simply too high for us with what we got. Corwin's had all the food we picked out. Was extremely accommodating to any and all of my changes and came in exactly where we wanted to be budget wise and we were able to get everything that we wanted. My fiancé even licked his plate! (pre covid of course). During the time leading up to the wedding they were very responsive. I would note a change, it would get updated and I would have a new invoiced emailed right away. We did a cocktail hour with a pizza bar (only corwins staffed served) with 2 different types of crusts and 3 different flavors. We did 2 different mocktails in honor of our two dogs which our guests loved! We paid to have them provide ice for the sake of ease. We did 3 passed hors d' oeuvre's . (grilled cheese w/ tomato soup shooters, crab stuffed mushrooms and coconut shrimp) Had a buffet dinner which only Corwin's staff served and all wore masks. Had Mahi Mahi w/ mango sauce which melted in your mouth, prime rib that was hand carved and garlic shrimp pasta. (our guests were able to get a half serving of each if they wanted two main courses). Our sides were mashed potatoes, saffron seasoned rice and vegetable medley were also delicious. We also had Rolls and Caesar salad. Drinks: soda in cans, sweet/unsweet tea and lemonade in dispensers. We provided our own apple cider for toasts. We had an ice cream bar at the end of the night (again only Corwin's served) with multiple toppings and 3 flavors. but sadly by the time I was able to get to it the great majority was already put up and gone. Corwin's staff was helpful with our coordinators helping with set up. We had a Thursday covid wedding so we had far less guests than originally planned. With our submitted count of 75 (based off rsvp's and 10 vendor meals we actually ended up with double the food (44 actual guests came and 10 vendors, we had numerous cancellations the week leading up to the wedding and understandably corwins could not change the count) The tables were cleared fast. (i never even got to see the buffet set up). Our guests did not linger long. We were brought a plate of food for dinner but did miss cocktail hour and I was so busy during the reception that my food got cold and taken away before I could really eat it.. our friends/family got us a few things at cocktail hour while we were doing pictures but we did miss some items ( I never got any coconut shrimp 😢). I was under the impression that there was going to be a plate from cocktail hour waiting for us at our sweetheart table but there wasn't. None of our guests complained that any of their food was cold. They had labels for all the food along with the requested salt/pepper and butter. They had heat lamps and some table décor. We later found out that virtually none of our vendors got to eat, they all sated no one told them when to go through the line. I was sad and embarrassed to hear this, as a host you want your vendors happy and fed. Our 3 pet sitters did not eat, our 2 coordinators did not eat and out of the 10 vendors only 1 or 2 actually did eat but we don't even know that for sure. The one big mix up was that all the leftovers were supposed to be boxed up and placed in the venue's fridges (we were staying the night). Somehow, someway they got placed into random containers from the venue and left out on the counter uncovered. This left us scrambling to figure out how to cover and place them in the fridges (especially with covid) and made transporting them awful. We ended up having to pay the venue for the containers and our check out was late due to figuring out the transportation. (my mother in law had to drive the 90 minutes one way back to the venue the next morning to help us transport it all). I emailed this to Corwin and Corwin personally called me and apologized for the incident and offered a refund for the issue. This showed great care and concern and made us feel very valued. Corwin clearly loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. He brings his own truck that he cooks right out of so the food is fresh and hot. Even with the mix up the service was great. We had our 2 fur babies with us and everyone was so nice to them. Also anytime we spoke with a vendor and told them we were having Corwin's do the catering they were all super excited!!!! Corwin's is well known and well respected. Its a great value and great food!

Amazing! Delicious food!
One of the reason I picked Chef Corwins team is because of their food options and THEY COOK THE FOOD ON SITE IN THEIR VAN. Chef Corwin has built a kitchen in a boxtruck. The food was fresh, tasty and HOT! Arielle was amazing to work with also. I highly recommend him and his team!

Best wedding food EVER!
Our guests RAVED about the food from our wedding. I had so many people come up to me and say how it was the BEST wedding food that they have ever had. My husband and I absolutely loved the filet & all of the sides! Unfortunately we were taking pictures throughout cocktail hour and were unable to really enjoy the passed hors d'oeuvres, but the servers made it their mission to make sure we had a cocktail before our grand entrance! I am so glad that Ariel worked with us throughout the entire planning process, she was so flexible in making adjustments to our head count and adding on additional services. We are so happy we added the hot chocolate & smores station-- it was a perfect touch to the end of the evening. I will recommend Chef Corwin to all of my friends and family for any events.

Angus beef filet is where it’s at!
So... we got married 12/15/19 at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda and we chose Corwin for our catering needs. We gave our guests the choice of the Le Creme Chicken and the Angus beef filet with roasted garlic mascarpone mash potatoes and asparagus. We had a seasonal strawberry salad with balsamic glaze and it was delicious and light. Let me tell you that some of my family members are not easily impressed and have a very “high quality food pallet.” Naturally they all chose the angus beef filet and guess what? They went on and on about how it was the best, most tender filet they have ever tasted, LITERALLY! Pleasing them wasn’t my goal, but providing my guests with great food was my only concern. I am thrilled to say mission accomplished! know our menu wasn’t the cheapest option for our budget, but the quality, taste, and level of service my husband and I received was absolutely worth it!

Saving grace!
Had a horrible experience with a barely responsive catering company with terrible food. We sent out a few messages via wedding wire late one night and Corwins catering responded almost instantly and was soo very accommodating and helpful! I was able to set a tasting date just days later (waited a month for the previous company) and the food was amazing!! They did not disappoint on our wedding day either! Thank you!!

Fatastic experience

We booked Corwin and his team for our welcome dinner for our destination wedding which was a Caribbean themed pool party. He was extremely flexible on pricing and coming up with the exact menu we wanted. He met my sister on extremely short notice for a tasting since we don’t live in Florida and she happened to be in Orlando that weekend. He was able to push back our dinner time when 90% of our guests were over an hour late(so typical of my family lol). He helped keep our drink counter stocked and was super friendly and helpful to all of our guests. And the food was delicious!! Extremely flavorful, we heard such great feedback from our guests. After they were gone, the kitchen and table was cleaned and they even let us keep the tables and chairs we rented the entire night since the party was still going. We definitely recommend Corwin and his team for any catering needs you might have!

We had Corwin cater our reception at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda. Corwin and his staff were very professional, and all of our guests enjoyed their dinner, even our pickiest eaters! We decided to do pasta stations with the choice of two different pastas (bowtie and penne) and two sauces (alfredo and marinara). We also served grilled chicken, vegetable medley, salad, and dinner rolls. Everything was tasty! It definitely helped to have a caterer that was already familiar with our venue; it made the whole process very simple to plan!

He was very professional. We were coming from Tampa and was running late on our appointment and he still saw us. He food was amazing and he has a really great menu with lots of varieties of foods. Corwin catered my wedding May 13th at Crystal Ballroom Veranda. He was absolutely fantastic. The food was perfect. My guest went back for seconds. I had a private caterer to make my native country food. Corwin offered to serve the native dishes as well! I deeply appreciate him for doing that It meant a lot. I am extremely pleased to have chosen him as my caterer. He is extremely professional and everything was just perfect. If I could rate him 10 stars I would! Chef Corwin was very professional and extremely helpful with deciding how to build our menu for our upcoming wedding reception next March. He scheduled a taste testing for my fiancée and myself during one of his busiest weeks and we really appreciated this as we were reading to make a decision on another caterer and at the last moment he was recommended by our Venue staff. We did ask for additional items for our taste testing and he was very willing to do this for us. We requested certain items to be prepared "just the way we like them" and he was gracious to do this for us as well. We learned from him that he will be preparing all of our meal "on site" and nothing will be prepared at his kitchen, so all of our items will be fresh from the oven with assurance of deliciousness for us and our guests. We can't wait to see how he has everything prepared and set up for serving on our wedding day.

Booked him for our wedding the food was excellent and more than enough for our 200+ guests. He was also very accommodating, having multiple taste test. Corwin was absolutely amazing. He found ways to finagle the menu until it fit our budget but still was a full meal for 100 people. Throughout our talks, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The food itself was tasty (It wasn't foodie food, but real food). We fed 100 people and had a good bit left over (which they gave us to take home). The buffet set-up was beautiful and professional. He also worked with us to secure plates and silverware within our budget. His quote also included table linnens (including cloth napkins). When I mentioned still figuring-out where I would rent ceremony chairs, he hooked us up, working with a vendor he knows to get them at the normal cost, but picking them up, setting them up and taking them down for the ceremony, and taking them back with him. The staff he brought along were nothing but professional and everyone loved them. Corwin is a guy who proactively works to ensure you have what you need for your event, and goes beyond what is expected of a caterer to make this happen.

Greetings! On Saturday, January 16, 2016, I was blessed with my first personal Chef experience. Chef Corwin did the honors of providing me and my fiancé an appetizing 5 course meal. I was overly pleased with service and professionalism Corwin embodied the entire night. I was not included in the preparation process with the menu that night, simply because this was all part of my surprise engagement. However, by the way things turned out, I know Corwin listened to my fiance's requests, and Corwin did exceptionally well in delivering those needs. Due to misscommunication with venue I ended up without food for a birthday party for 40 people. They connected me with Corwin who worked with them on the menu. Called me to dicuss my other needs, Then took the time to go to the venue to assure that he could service my needs. After my original cater left us high and dry 2 months before the wedding Corwin saved the day! He went above and beyond to give our wedding a unique, different and tastier menu than our previous cater. He was helpful in creating a menu that would please everyone. Corwin made our wedding even more special by making sure every single mouth was fed! He was so gracious, after our wedding, he found me and my wife and personally asked us how everything went. Chef Corwin catered our wedding this past November. In general, I think food at weddings gets extremely overblown. Other caterers we met with were quoting us $8,000 for even the simplest buffet-style meals. And frankly, weddings are extremely expensive, so we were not quipped to shell out that kind of cash for just one meal. Chef Corwin's service shined bright when we told him our budget, and he helped fit a delicious, amazing meal that matched. He cooked for us in his home office, and between his best-selling chicken and sauteed veggies, we knew we had to hire him. Chef Corwin is confident, accommodating (we have a few vegetarian and vegan friends), and one heck of an amazing chef! His team also tended the bar. He allowed us to stock our own alcohol to save ourselves that money. We very much appreciate everything that Corwin did to help our wedding go smoothly. Many family members approached me afterward to say how much they loved the food! One girl got thirds or fourths on the bread! Thanks, Corwin!

Chef Corwin and his team are super professional, and we heard many raving reviews from our guests! I kept being congratulated that everything tasted significantly better than standard "wedding food." I'm so glad that my husband and I chose Corwin! We had a few guests who are vegan, others who are gluten free, and Corwin was very accommodating to all our requests. The bartender was also super friendly and fast! Thank you!!

Corwin was available every step of the way in handeling the catering for my wedding. He listened to what we wanted, provided suggestions, and truly delivered at the price we needed. Food was great and we were really happy! I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional caterer that can get the job done.

May 4th Wedding - Hidden Barn Venue
We booked Corwin's Personal Chef and Catering Services through Hidden Barn Venue's all inclusive package. First off, the food was fantastic, flavorful, and very tasty. Our guest raved about the arroz con gandules.
During the tasting, the staff was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about their services.
Our wedding day ran smoothly and there was more than enough food to go around. The buffet was clean and nicely setup, very high end and professional looking.
The only thing to be aware of is Corwin's provides all the silverware, dishes, and glassware. During Corwin's clean up, the water glasses were cleared off a little early and some of our guests were wondering where their water went, the party/dancing portion of the wedding was still going on. We recommend possibly providing your own water glasses to make sure this does not happen to you.

the food was fantastic and so was the service. Beyond happy with both and very impressed. We had a lot of people remark how wonderful the food was. We are event industry professionals and have tasted more than our fair share of catered food and this was great. Also really appreciated the value you bring to the table. Also pricing was a great value compared to other quotes we got.

The best!
Found Corwie through a Bridal Convention. The planner I selected recommended him. Booked him the same day. We had our tasting and everything was great. The day of the wedding I barely got to eat and because I knew that would happen during my tasting I specifically asked for appetizers to be placed to the side and to-go boxes for leftovers to take home, I didn’t get either. Therefore, in order to find out how the food was I asked my guests. Majority of them said the Garlic Green Beans were crunchy and the best they’ve ever had; the Mac N Cheese was amazing; the Jerk Chicken was FIRE especially the sauce; the Salmon and Mango Salsa was good; and the Plantains were perfect. Since my guests were pleased, I’m pleased.

I was very excited about using Corwin’s as our catering for our vow renewal after having an amazing tasting. However I was surprised when the steak we ordered at the tasting was not the steak served at the vow renewal. I am not sure still how that happened we were served what looked and tasted like prime rib. The food was great everyone committed on how great everything tasted but when you chose one steak as a meat and they show up with prime rib and claim it’s steak that’s not right. I also questioned the venue about our cake because I noticed that not all four flavors of our four tier cake got served and our cake topper was broken at the end of the night. A week later the venue let it slip that when trying to cut and serve our cake it had gotten dropped. My husband was upset about this issue and contacted them they offered a free turkey and ham for Christmas but we had to pay the delivery charge and order sides. I thought it was a nice offer on their end however didn’t make up for dropping a $450 cake, breaking our cake topper, or showing up with a different meat then we decided on at the tasting. We have several friends and family planning their weddings and I have advised them to go with a different catering company. Just because your food taste good doesn’t mean you can show up with something different than what was served at the tasting. If the price of steak had gone up since the tasting a year ago then say something we would have been willing to pay more. If you drop someone’s cake apologize and be up front about it don’t try to hide it. It’s very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Because of how the situation was handled I will not be a returning customer.
