We hired Meagan at Core Events for her month-of coordination package, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
From the start, she was incredibly collaborative, organized, and genuinely helpful. She kept everything on track and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. Beyond her professionalism, she brought such a kind, thoughtful presence that truly helped keep me calm and sane during what can be a stressful time.
On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond—especially with our more involved setup. From managing our seating chart to executing detailed elements like a mini golf course and DIY centerpieces, she handled everything seamlessly and with great care. Also Meagan took a ton of photos and videos which was amazing since we waited weeks to see our professional photos- this was such an unexpected perk of working with Core Events!!
Meagan strikes the perfect balance between high energy and a calming presence. She is a true professional who clearly loves what she does, and it shows in every detail.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who will not only keep things running smoothly, but also make the entire experience more enjoyable. Thank you so much Meagan!! -

Meagan has been working with us for the past year and a half to help bring the wedding of our dreams to life. Our celebration would not have been possible without her expertise, dedication, and care. Meagan was absolutely wonderful. There really is no other way to say it. She is professional, wonderful at keeping up with communication, she's flexible, and she's just so kind. She knows what she's doing, and she is great at what she does. If you need a day of coordinator, Meagan is the way to go - I promise you that you won't regret it. I interviewed several planners - for the value of what you pay and for what you get -- she really is the best. She went out of her way to create place cards for us and reserved seating signs for the ceremony -- all of which turned out perfect. She goes above and beyond. Thank you so much, Meagan!! -

I can’t sing Meagan’s praises enough!!! Without her I would have been such a mess on my wedding and instead I felt so prepared and confident because of her professionalism, organization, expertise and fantastic attitude! Through the chaos that is wedding culture, Meagan is calm and action-oriented—she is the person you need if you want a wedding that people just rave about, and a wedding planning process that is actually fun!
I literally trust her opinion like it’s the universe speaking. Her taste and style is fantastic and she knows her stuff backwards and forwards.
It’s hard work to plan a wedding. Give yourself a break and get Meagan to run the show because I promise you will feel so relieved! -

We have nothing but rave reviews for Meagan and Core Events Co. She was cool, clam and collected throughout the entire planning process and especially on the actual wedding day. Meagan helped us think through so many details we hadn't even considered and came up with a great plan on how to do everything, big and small. It was such a relief not to worry about anything on the actual wedding day and feel confident that Meagan had everything set and was on top of the timeline, the details, etc. We are so glad we had Meagan by our side for this important moment in our lives! -
