Clay at Coral Keys Party Rental was great. They had everything set up in time and worked within our event schedule for take down. They even came back and moved a tent that was set up in the wrong spot to accommodate the band area. Clay worked with my planner well so that I had one less thing to worry about. He was great at helping me decide what was needed in our initial conversation and honored his initially quoted prices when we booked with him. Overall great experience. -

Clay and his team were such a pleasure to work with! He came highly recommended by our venue for any rentals we wanted to add for our wedding day. We decided to rent some 8-foot wooden farm tables, a 5-foot wooden sweetheart table, woodened cross back chairs, and clear glass chargers with gold beading around the borders. The quality of all these rentals were beautiful!!!!! The dark stain on the farm tables is exactly what we wanted, and the chargers looked so elegant against the dark wood. We hired Clay initially to handle our lighting for our wedding but lucky us - they were calling for rain! I knew that if we didn’t put up a tent, it would rain, and that if we did prepare for it we would get lucky and have sun…so we decided to play it safe and get the tent last minute. Not only did Clay set up a clear tent that ended up being really pretty, but he also made my last minute request of chandeliers a reality and it was as glam as a girl could ever want! He really is a charm and an absolute pleasure to work with! -

Clay from Coral Keys Rentals was incredibly flexible and the rentals for our wedding day were great! We had to postpone our wedding three times because of Covid and he really rolled with the punches. Clay executed everything we wanted and was really easy to deal with even after we made many changes over the course of a year & a half. His team was on time setting everything up and all the rentals looked great on our wedding day. I was most worried about rain and having his team put up a clear tent with lights a few days before really eased my stress so I could enjoy the weekend. He has a huge stock of items and it makes throwing a DIY wedding much easier. Thank you Coral Keys Rentals! -

As weather turned a week ahead of my wedding, I was scrambling to find a tent rental. I was referred by one of my other vendors and I’m so glad I found Clay and his team. Clays price was by far the best that I was quoted. His team was on time and efficient. They delivered the tent and some of the other rentals ahead of time allowing us to utilize those during our rehearsal dinner. The cater arrived late the next day, so clays team cleaned up part of their tables and chairs so that they could remove their tent. I would definitely recommend clay and his team. -

Clay and his team are absolutely incredible.
We had a vision for our wedding at the Caribbean Resort, and Clay exceeded our expectations. He is great with communicating with you, making suggestions, and really just listening to whatever you want to do for your special day. He made everything so stress free.
I cannot recommend him enough. BOOK HIM for your wedding. He made our ceremony and reception an absolute DREAM.

Excellent Lighting, Arch, Sound System
Clay and his crew did an amazing job with our beach wedding set-up. The lighting was exactly what we wanted, and the arch and sound system rentals were easy and they set everything up for us. Clay was professional and very easy to work with. We definitely recommend them for all of your party rental needs! -

Tables and chairs were delivered early; set up exactly where we wanted them to be and looked amazing. We left some of our tables uncovered and they looked great. They were easy to communicate with and when they delivered and set up they double checked our order because they wanted to be 100% sure it was exactly what I wanted, even stating that they had brought extra tables in case we had ordered the wrong size tables. I'd recommend them to anyone needing rentals in the Keys. -

User1419722 Sent on 11/04/2013Clay, conveniently, had our tables, chairs, linens, and bamboo arch at the wedding property the day PRIOR to our wedding! Everything was in perfect condition, the chairs were comfy (although I didn't do much sitting, hehe), the linens were clean and well-fitting, and the arch provided for a beautiful, large setting under which we (and our officiant) had plenty of room to stand. I highly recommend Clay and Coral Keys Party Rentals! Great pricing, awesome service, perfect equipment!
