This venue is really beautiful and the food quality and service is excellent. When you go please ask for Angela, she was absolutely outstanding. There was not one thing we asked for that Angela did not go out of her way to make it happen.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the CGCC and could not be happier with the result. Cristina was our wedding coordinator, and she was very responsive to our questions. Although the CGCC is a beautiful venue on its own, we were thrilled with the level of service we received on the day of our wedding and received many compliments on the food as well. Would highly recommend!

Our wedding was amazing, all thanks to the competent, professional, and dedicated staff at The Coral Gables Country Club. Angela Di Donato is a consummate professional. From our first meeting, to the day after the wedding, all the staff at the Club were devoted to making our day special and most importantly-- STRESS FREE! All my guests commented on how delicious and abundant all the food was, and how absolutely beautiful the atrium reception room is. Several guests said they felt like they were "in Italy." For a beautiful, romantic setting, top-quality food, and A+ service, there is no venue like it!

Choosing the venue was probably the most difficult wedding decision we made. We saw about 10 places and researched tons more. From the moment we walked into the grand ballroom at the country club, both our eyes just opened and we could actually picture our wedding there. The room is amazing, the walls with the wooden panels and the mirrors are just so beautiful. Lissette was our coordinator there and she was great, made sure we were always involved and that everything turned out exactly how we wanted. The food is delicious, people actually ate and complimented us. The staff was very nice and went around all night making sure no one needed anything. This place was definitely a little pricier than what we were thinking of spending, especially because we threw in a few extras like a dessert table and a midnight snack, but it was so worth it. They have all sorts of packages and we could've certainly kept the price a little lower but we did splurge on a few upgrades. It looked amazing and we had the time of our lives.

Amazing service, food and quality of staff! Bridgett Areces is one the best coordinator on this site! She was insightful, helpful, professional and creative with our ideas for the grand ball room! I was SO pleased with everything and how they made our special day more then what I could have dreamed of! Amazing place and memories! I hosted our wedding venue there, and ive been there for other events and they are just all around amazing!

The Coral Gables Country Club was absolutely amazing and gave us more than we could have dreamed for our wedding. The service was outstanding from the moment we began planning our wedding. Angela helped us out with every little detail and was responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Working with Angela and her staff made the entire planning process seamless and easy. On the day of the wedding we had multiple event managers/coordinators taking care of our every need from mimosas and coffees as we got ready in the morning in their bridal suite, to coordinating the entire event the rest of the night. All of our guests have raved about the food and service. Everything we absolutely perfect and we cannot thank Angela and the rest of the CGCC staff enough. The venue is breathtaking, the service is unlike any other, and the food is delicious. And all of this for a price that is much more reasonable than any other comparable location in the Gables. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a big event.

I cannot begin to describe my impression of the country club and it's staff. First and foremost Lisette Hernandez is an angel and she made me feel from day one the way every bride should feel. I don't know what I would have done without her! Secondly, the staff that evening, the catering manager was just the epidemy of professionalism, organization and courtesy! Every penny spent there was worth just the two! Of course the food was so good! And I'm super picky! Thank you for really just being the best of the best!

The Coral Gables Country Club is a stunning venue with awesome service and great food! We worked with Lissette as our logistics coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing! Easy to get ahold of, answered all of the many questions we had, gave great advice, and did everything she could to execute our vision. It rained on the day of our wedding, and the venue was able to pull off a last minute switch to bring the ceremony indoors. And it was seamless! We had our ceremony and reception at the Coral Gables Country Club. We fell in love with it — the venue is gorgeous. We really loved everything about it – the beautiful chandeliers, the stunning cocktail area, the grand ballroom, and the large dance floor (this really sold us). It has so many beautiful places to take wedding pictures and it was the perfect place to celebrate the best night of our lives. The food was delicious and the team was a pleasure to work with. The chef was so accommodating with special requests. Cristina, our coordinator was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. It was the most amazing night and the venue made it so special.

CGCC's team helped make my wedding the most amazing experience of my life. We were impacted by Hurricane Irma on the exact day of our originally scheduled reception date, but the CGCC team kept us calm and accommodated us as best as they could, hassle-free.

The Venue - The most beautiful venue. Elegant, great comfort, spacious, it does not take much to make it very implessive.
The Food - Delicious does not begin to describe it. It was just as good as in the tasting. Every single course was amazing. Cudos to the Chef and his staff. Could not have been any better!
The Staff - Our Catering and Sales Coordinator was Lauren McDonald. Lauren is a true professional. She was available for us any time we needed her and really went above and beyond her duties to make sure our event was a success. I am grateful to Lauren, she was an integral part of why the event was so perfect. The staff (servers, bartenders, and ladies who constantly made sure the venue looked spotless), were a delight to work with.

Lisette was our planner at the CGCC. She is AMAZING! Always on my side to help me achieve my dream wedding. Always available to speak while I was in Puerto Rico up until a month before in which then she showed me the atrium room 1,000x (as I am obsessed with it.) Did not give up on trying to find a floor plan that worked with my number of guests in my dream room.

The drinks and food were all the rave! The wedding day service both from Lisette and David (the banquet manager) was unparalleled. David was always available, asking if we needing anything, even bringing us drinks to our sweetheart table.

The club is a classic beauty from every turn. The pictures come out BREATH TAKING.. I did not even use uplights and people commented on the lighting.

This was my dream come true reception venue! Angela and Ivan, really everyone there was FANTASTIC! If you are looking for your dream come true venue go here! Food was Fantastic, staff is superb! They take service to a whole new level and no request goes without immediate attention.

I chose to have my wedding at the Coral Gables Country Club, and I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. We had our ceremony in the Granada Garden and the reception in the Atrium Room (most beautiful room there, in my opinion). We had Brigette as our wedding coordinator through the Coral Gables Country Club. I must have asked her a million questions throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was so patient with me, always eager to make sure all of my questions were answered. She assured me that we had a back up plan in case of rain and helped me to put all my concerns to rest. When the wedding day finally came, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were wonderful! Also, the Atrium Room was like a dream. Everything looked so beautiful, and the service/ food/ drinks were excellent. Thank you to the Coral Gables Country Club and Brigette for an amazing wedding!!

Coral Gables Country Club and Lissette Hernandez made all our dreams come true! An entire year of planning turned into the best night of our lives. From the food, the decorations, the drinks, everything was exactly executed as we planned it and all our guests had a blast. Working along side the Country Club of Coral Gables for the organization of the Authentic Italian Food & Wine Festival in recent years, it has been a pleasure. They are very professional, easy to work with and always ready to accommodate our needs.

My wedding was everything I dreamed of and more thanks to the staff and coordinators at the Coral Gables Country Club. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception went smoothly without any glitches. Wow! What an amazing wedding! Coral Gables Country Club and staff were fantastic throughout the entire process. Brigette, David, etc. were there every step of the way, catering to our specific dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) and making sure we were fully satisfied. They were prepared the day of and all services were coordinated beautifully! The bartenders were on point, the kitchen and waitstaff were efficient and competent, and our on-site coordinator, Brigette, was organized and professional. We were well fed the day of, stress free, and happy as could be. The wedding was everything we envisioned and more, and are so thankful to the CGCC for hosting our amazing event!!!!

The Coral Gables Country Club is absolutely beautiful!!!! I went to many hotels trying to find the best place to hold my wedding but nothing compared to the elegance and price of CGCC. Lauren McDonald was my cater and she was amazing!!!!! Food is sooooo delish :) My family and guests loved everything about CGCC. My husband and I fell in love with the Grand Ballroom from the first day we saw it.... it is beautiful. I definitely recommend you this place!

I had my wedding reception in the Atrium Room and was so incredibly happy with everything. First of all, the room is so absolutely gorgeous that I would have to drive by almost every time I visited south Florida while planning (from Central FL - I would "go to the cafe"). My coordinator, Angela, was so helpful and friendly and attentive to every little worry and need we had. And if she was not available, someone else would help us and then report back to her so everything was always taken care of.

They have a gorgeous bridal suite that you wait in while your guests enjoy cocktail hour and they bring you and your groom one of each of your hors d'oeuvres and they bring you whatever drink you want. I loved this little room because they gave us a key and I could go in there periodically to freshen up and touch up my makeup and I didn't have to worry about leaving my stuff in a car in the heat. Our guests had access to the pool area the whole day. People loved going out there to smoke cigars, stick their feet in the pool, and hang out as it cooled off in the evening.

CGCC helped my florist and my cake vendor (who is also one of my best friends AND bridesmaid) set everything up and added extra touches. I was so impressed on my wedding day and then AGAIN when I started to get my photos back and I saw all of the details of the decor and the extra steps they took to make everything gorgeous. From the way the room was set up to the smallest details like how the table cloth was wrapped on the cake table and sweetheart table. I loved everything about this venue. I also saw the main ballroom set up for another wedding on the same night (before they arrived, obviously, as we were leaving) and it too was just beautiful.

Their service is outstanding and the food was AMAZING! Going to the tasting was a nice little event in and of itself too. All of our guests loved the food. The chef even made us a special dessert - this venue is just top notch! We got a lot of compliments on the food and it tasted the same as when we sampled it a few weeks earlier. I loved it. The prices were really good too. We did not have unlimited funds, and I was nervous to even check this venue out because I thought it would be way out of our price range, but it wasn't.. at all. It was PERFECT!

Louis and had our wedding in the atrium room. That room has such a rustic feel to it which is exactly what we were looking for. Brigette was amazing making sure I was happy with everything. She made sure to keep communication with me even after my wedding night to make sure I got all my belongings. Jenny was the one that I initially met with for my first meeting she was also VERY accommodating to whatever I needed.

We absolutely LOVED having our ceremony in the Granada Gardens at Coral Gables Country Club! Cristina was fantastic! Definitely worth to hire a Day-of-Coordinator. We planned our wedding from out of state and Cristina and Lorena in Sales were so helpful with calls and emails, to ensure we were set for success!

This team of people worked magic to make our wedding happen. We were cruising along with normal wedding planning and preparations when a hurricane decided to pop up the week of our wedding. Not only our coordinator, Lissette, but it felt like the entire event team, stayed in touch with us to give us options should we end up with a direct hit. On Friday afternoon we received a call that the team would be willing to work our wedding if we were able to move it up one day. That's the kitchen, wait staff, bartenders, event managers... (it takes a village) we couldn't believe it. Lucky for us our other vendors and most of the guests were able to make a wedding a day early too! #hurricanejimenez exists and Coral Gables Country Club helped make it happen!

Angela and her team were amazing. The venue is beautiful and extremely elegant. The food was as one of my guest said " to die for". Thier service during the night is wonderful. The took everything into consideration and made it a night to remember... I couldnt have been any happier with them and am so glad I didnt go anywhere else to celebrate such a special moment in our lives.

This is one of the most elegant, modern, and complete wood floor venues in miami. But that's nothing to fuss about, it's the FOOD! Without a doubt, the best food for wedding! Our guests couldn't believe the amount of food that was made available to them. It's almost 3 months now since we got married there and people still call us to talk about how our wedding was so amazing and the best food they ate at a wedding. It is a bit expensive because they do charge for everything you want to modify or add or move, so def make sure you ask before you want anything so you're not surprised. We didn't have a problem because we always asked. Lauren is an absolute professional, she made sure everything went smoothly. I can't stop talking about this place...you won't go wrong!

We used the Coral Gables Country Club to host our daughters wedding reception. The cocktail hour was held outside by their lovely pool area and the reception was held in the adjoining Artrium Room. We wanted to achieve an intimate and welcoming feeling for our guests, and these two locations at the club were the perfect choice for our group of 100 people. We found Lissette Hernandez and her staff to be completely professional and very accomodating to our family and our guests. From the moment that our guests arrived at the club for the cocktail hour, Lissette and her staff were very attentive to their needs. As the mother of the bride, I felt very confident that they would welcome our family and guests for us. Both the bar service and meal service completely met our expectations. The wait staff was present and ready to accomodate our every need. I received compliments from the majority of our guests for the service and quality of the food which was provided. A+ A+ A+

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Coral Gables Country Club! From the beginning, I met with a lovely and sweet Jennie who was my sales consultant. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! The country club itself is a stunning location with many ballrooms to choose from. I chose the Atrium room as it had the vintage feel I was looking for and I also had my ceremony in the Granada Garden. Leading up to the wedding, my event contact Lauren was heaven-sent! She was always available and quickly replied the tons of questions I had. I whole-heartedly trusted Lauren and the staff at Coral Gables that my wedding would be amazing and it was! The wedding day couldn't have been more perfect. The staff at Coral Gables Country Club were so professional and efficient. The service was impeccable, always asking if we needed anything and if everything was to our liking. Everyone from the office, to the waiters,bartenders, managers were so nice and wonderful! My only regret is that it went by so fast! We had such a wonderful wedding, we didn't want it to end! My infinite thanks to them. I look forward to future events!

The CGCC did such an amazing job on my entire wedding. I had my ceremony, cocktail and reception there and everything turned out so beautiful!! They were able to work with me to get everything I wanted so that my event was perfect and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!! The staff was all professional, polite and friendly. I worked with both Lissette (as my main point of contact) and Natalia (in the sales department) and they were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and I would use them again and again for any event!

I found the CGCC last minute (when I already had a venue) and immediately knew I had to change my wedding venue to this one. The Atrium room was absolutely stunning for my 83 guests and had such a romantic vibe to It—we didn’t have to do much decorating because It was so beautiful on its own. Valerie was extremely responsive and always available to answer any questions I may have. They worked well with my vendors and everything went according to plan on my wedding day. You will not regret choosing them for your venue!

I would highly recommend their services to everyone. I used the beautiful Grand Ballroom with 240 guests, but the Atrium is absolutely gorgeous as well for smaller events.

We had our wedding reception at the Coral Gables Country Club and don't regret it at all!! The staff was all professional and helpful and the food was excellent!! It was also a low cost for what was provided. We had the Fountain Room with the patio and it was such a beautiful day to open the door and stay on the patio!! Our coordinator helped me set up everything and they kept checking on us to make sure we had anything we wanted!! Thanks to the staff at the CG Country Club!

The Coral Gables Country Club I am honestly at a loss for words. The staff and my coordinator, Lauren McDonald were more than amazing. Lauren followed up with me every step of the way and the day of she was such a huge help and very professional. The venue itself was breathtaking. I knew from the minute I saw I did not want to see another venue. The lighting made the room come to light even more and the food!!! OMG!! was amazing! herb crusted chicken, mushroom risotto, and veggies! If I could have my wedding every weekend at the coral gables country club I swear I would. This venue was beautiful!! Our ceremony was in the garden area and our reception was in the Atrium Room. The view from this room is amazing!! It is absolutely beautiful when having an evening wedding and reception. The staff was excellent! They were quite young, but very professional and knowledgeable with planning. My wedding started on time...yes!! on time!! They had everything schedule to the precise moment. We are military and precision is a "must" for us. I planned my wedding from Georgia which I thought would be difficult but they made it easy. They kept me abreast via email, sent pictures of every part of the venue, to include the floors, the chairs, daytime pics, night time pics, etc. Beautiful, elegant, sophisticated facility. The decor of this facility is beautiful. Most venues I fund in Miami had UGLY carpet with busy patterns. This venue sold me because they have hard wood floors which will match any color scheme for weddings, receptions, and any other event. I also loved that they had several bridal suites so the wedding party were able to get dressed at the venue

From the moment we toured the venue we knew we wanted to have our wedding there, and both of you made it happen for us. Not only were both of you extremely responsive to all of our questions throughout the process (and I know there were many!), but everything ran super smoothly on the day of the wedding too. Jorge and the rest of your team were on top of everything and made sure everything was perfect the entire night, even the smallest details were taken into account such as placing the blue chairs from the bridal suite in the Atrium Room next to the blue sofa chair we had taken for the bedeken ceremony without us having ever asked for that. Just about every single guest at the wedding commented on the natural beauty of the venue -- from the banyan tree in the Garden during the ceremony to the glass walls and arches in the Atrium Room. It was truly a dream come true for both of us, so thank you for helping make it happen!

The CGCC was the perfect place for our wedding! We had our ceremony in the garden and reception in the atrium room. The venue itself is beautiful! The food was delicious, we have gotten many compliments on it! Everything about this place was great! Lauren was our coordinator and she was on top of everything, very friendly and helpful! Lee and Lissette were amazing to work with. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid back in May 2020 to January 2021. Lissette helped coordinate everything leading up to the event and Lee provided exceptional service from the Tasting to our entire wedding night. Our guests could not stop talking about the steak! All the food was amazing!

I booked this venue for my daughter’s baby shower. The event was flawless and the food and service were excellent. Everyone I worked with at the CGCC from booking, planning, menu and execution were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting me create the perfect event for my daughter. I booked the fountain room which was a very lovely light and bright room and the perfect size for our event (55 guests). It also had the added bonus of an adjacent outdoor courtyard with a beautiful fountain,

We booked Coral Gables Country Club for our wedding cocktail hour and reception. Our event took place in the Main Ballroom (250 guests). Every aspect was absolutely perfect and beautiful and honestly needs very little decoration because the venue itself is completely breath taking.

A huge asset to the club is the wedding coordinator—Lissette Hernandez. She always remained professional, organized and replies to your emails/phone calls/texts almost immediately! She made us feel completely comfortable and confident that all of the details we planned at the venue would be taken care of. She made sure her staff was working well and in harmony with all the vendors, making it stress free. Words cannot really express how great she was to work with and we owe a lot to her!

The food and service was absolutely fabulous. During the reception David was exceptionally attentive to the groom and I—he treated us like royalty, always making sure we had a drink in hand! At our tasting we even met with Executive Chef, Chef Richard, who totally exceeded our expectations. Food was delicious! Coral Gables Country Club was very accommodating and offered variations to the menu and requests for different alcoholic beverages to meet our needs.

Amazing! My wedding came out incredible, I received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was, and our day of coordinator, Christina, was incredible. She answered all of my MANY questions throughout the process. The food was great, the service was good, and the sangria was delicious, as well. We had so much fun and they made it all happen. We held our ceremony in the granada garden and reception in the atrium room. Our guest kept raving about how delicious the food was and how fast it was served. The bar flowed smoothly and anytime my glass was half empty we had someone handing us a new drink. We were constantly asked if we needed anything throughout the night. If you want a beautiful venue with excellent service look into this venue you won't regret it. I loved it and do not regret having our wedding there.

CGCC is absolutely stunning! We originally wanted the ceremony outside in the gorgeous patio but since miami is notorious for rain, it ended up raining throughout the ceremony. Lee coordinated everything inside and they divided the most gorgeous ballroom in half so we had the ceremony and then converted back to the full salon for the reception. The service is amazing the food was so delicious and the attention we got throughout the reception to make sure we were ok was unlike anything I ever imagined!

Choosing a venue and planning a wedding with no experience at all is nothing short of stressful. For our wedding we chose the Coral Gables Country Club and had Brigette as our Day-Of Coordinator. Brigette and the rest of the staff at the country club were beyond amazing. The entire process, from the first email until the day after the wedding, flowed perfectly. Brigette was always available to chat and answer any of my MANY questions/emails/texts.

As the bride, the day of the wedding I was full of nerves and jitters and hope that everything would go as planned. Mother Nature had other plans for me and decided to rain on my day! Without even bothering me, Brigette took it upon herself to move my cocktail hour from outdoors around the pool area, to inside the main lobby which is stunning. Her professionalism in making that decision on her own saved me so much headache and stress. From the moment I arrived at the country club that day she was by my side making sure I was calm and had everything I needed.

As far as the venue and the food, I don't have a single complaint. Almost a month later and I still have friends telling me "I am craving those potatoes" "that steak and chicken combo was to die for" "everything was so stunning, it was like a fairytale!"

For any bride looking for a venue in the Miami/Coral Gables area, I promise you cannot go wrong with CGCC!

Our wedding dreams came true because of the amazing staff that the country club has! From their responsiveness to their attentiveness they are great! Lauren and Hector are the best! Checked many vendors but their new rennovations and service is what attracted us. They worked with us with dates and budget and tried to accomodate us as much as they could. I would recommend Lauren be your co-ordinator and recommend Hector be there the day of your wedding. Chef was great and super sweet! Food is the best everyone was complimenting us on the food telling us it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. The country club will not let you down they are the best pick!

After visiting several venues, we chose Coral Gables Country Club, because we just fell in love with the beautiful Atrium Room. Lauren was our coordinator and not only was she very professional, she was extremely flexible and open to our request. She was also in constant communication with us, which you truly appreciate when you are planning a wedding.
She was able to make planning so easy and you felt taken care of. Lauren was the best! And the rest of the staff provided great service and the food was AMAZING! (We haven't been to any other wedding with better food than theirs). We met Chef Hutton and he was so nice and talented!
The location of the venue is great, since it's easy to get there and it's just such a beautiful place!
Since our wedding was the day after Thanksgiving (2014), we were able to use their beautiful lobby for our cocktail hour and their Atrium Room accommodated our 100 guests perfectly, with enough room for a dance floor, our cake table and a dessert table. And also a Photo Booth on the back.
I definitely recommend the CGCC for any event!!! Worth every penny!

Lisette is kind, patient and very professional. Planning our wedding from out of state was a daunting task, but Lisette was attentive and she ran the logistics without a hitch. We knew that we loved the venue, but seeing it all come together on our big day was unforgettable. The venue was the first detail that we locked down and Lisette was key to helping us find many of our other vendors. Her recommendations were spot on and helped bring our vision to life.

My husband, Stephen and I had our wedding reception at the Coral Gables Country Club's Atrium room only a few weeks ago (September 20, 2014). To say that our entire experience, from beginning to end, was nothing short of amazing, would be an understatement. From the quality of food and drinks to the 5-star quality service from the staff, you will not be dissatisfied - I will most definitely host future events at the beautiful, CGCC.

From the get-go, our coordinator at the venue, Brigette, was on top of EVERYTHING! I thought I was an OCD bride who had it all under control... and I was, but Brigette was truly my right hand throughout the often stress-filled wedding planning process. I can never thank her enough for her patience, availability and expertise advice. Additionally, David, the event director for the CGCC was just as helpful (and patient) as Brigette. They both worked to put together the most beautiful reception for my husband and I and when the special day came, they were more helpful than I could've ever even imagined, making sure that Stephen and I were: fed, hydrated (both by water and alcohol) and most importantly, thrilled with every detail of the event and enjoying it. Both David and Brigette had every single detail down pact (even those I had forgotten about). My husband and I were truly in the care of the best hands in town, Brigette and David at the CGCC made our wedding dream a reality!

Oh! Our guests are still raving about how amazing the food and drinks were - SO delicious!!!!!

My husband and I are so incredibly pleased, and grateful to have had our reception at the Coral Gables Country Club. Although planning was a bit stressful (as any component of wedding planning can be) Lissette Hernandez was extremely attentive to our needs and preferences. We were speechless when we walked into the Atrium room and saw everything for the first time. Our guests keep telling us how beautiful everything turned out, and so many of them raved about how amazing the food was. Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't get to eat, since our guests kept requesting pictures with us. However, when Lissette found out, she gave us a gift card to Cibo Wine Bar. I can keep writing forever, but i'll end by saying, we have no regrets with Coral Gables Country Club. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was extremely professional and dedicated to ensuring our wedding night was one to remember.

I absolutely loved them. I worked the planning with Lissette and she is AMAIZING. Hector was the banquet manager for us, he is super attentive and on top of his. I would do all my events with them in a heart beat.
The food is incredible, all my guest have been talking about it since the wedding. Highly recommend it if you are getting married in the area. So worth it every penny.

The combination of white tables with cool white modern furniture, subtle neon blue lights strategically placed throughout, and huge gorgeous chandeliers ... It was amazing! The perfect venue for a wedding!!"

CGCC has been exceptional in providing us (Bride, Groom, Event Stylist) the service we were expecting with such a big commitment to celebrate our union with our closest friends and family. My event coordinator is my favorite part of all this planning process. She has been on point with all our inquiries and has helped me keep sane til now. I cannot wait to see this entire production come together for us and our guests.

When my husband and I decided to get married, we thought to do it at the court. But turns out we change our minds, and we were looking for a place to have a small ceremony and reception. Someone (who then we hired as our wedding planner) showed us photos of Coral Gables Country Club and it got our attention. So, she helped us contacting Ms. Lorena to see if there was availability and we were lucky!
We are beyond satisfied with the staff of Coral Gables Country Club. Lorena showed us the venue, the perfect place to have the ceremony, the cocktail, and our reception. The place didn’t need to have a full decoration. The wedding tasting was sooo delicious! The chef explained each food we selected, also Angela was there explaining to us all the details for the wedding with our wedding planner.
I cannot describe with words how happy I was the day of our wedding. The personnel of CGCC were so professional, emphatic, and helpful. They helped my wedding planner from day 1 in every detail and with our vendor requirements (for example our videographer needs to check the internet connection and all those electrical needs for the livestream).
Our wedding was small, intimate and we didn’t want to stay all night long. From 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm it was more than enough to have fun, dance, eat (DELICIOUS!!), drink and enjoy with our friends.

I had my wedding reception at the CGCC. Everything was perfect. My wedding coordinator was Lissette and she is awesome. She is very patient. I want to thank her for all her help during the whole process. The food was great, the service, everything was so beautiful.

I have only positive things to say about the CGCC. We held our wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom (a beautiful room with hardwood floors and amazing chandeliers). You don't have to do much to dress up the room which is great.

The food was delicious. It was hard to choose what to go with at our wedding tasting because everything was superb. Our guests raved about the dinner and midnight snacks. All guests mentioned that the service was quick and very kind as well.

The coordinator I worked with, Lauren, was extremely responsive and helpful. She was always available to answer my questions and handled everything calmly and efficiently.

Although they have select vendors they prefer you work with (i.e. cakes, linens, chairs, etc.) they're flexible as long as you provide the insurance information needed which is understandable.

The only thing to note is that this location does not allow you/your guests order shots at the bar or allow you to use confetti cannons. Other than that, everything is absolutely exceptional.

This location was a dream come true. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the decision making process very easy.

Lissette was a total joy to work with. She made sure that our ceremony was everything my husband and I dreamed of. Throughout the planning process she was super sweet to work with. Every time I had a question, she was really quick to respond and always made sure that we were happy with the results. My husband has a dairy allergy and she made sure to customize our menu and that everything was taken care of on the tasting. On the day of she made sure that everything was perfect and did a super cute job in setting up our wedding suite. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was excellent. I absolutely loved having my wedding at the Country Club and would recommend to my friends.

The Coral Gables Country Club is one of the absolute best venues to have your wedding! Our wedding was in the Grand Ballroom and it was so regal and felt like a fairytale. The crystal chandeliers everywhere are completely stunning and decorates your wedding all on its own. I chose to have only tall centerpieces because of the very high ceilings. The only reason I took off .5 a star in professionalism is because at the very beginning of my wedding planning there were a couple of mishaps that were completely unnecessary but after that everything ran smoothly. One note: When we did the food tasting, we did not like it at all. The chef had us come back and try new and different foods they offer to get to where we liked and in the end, every one of the guests complimented on the food.

I am getting married June 2015, and i will be using the CGCC as my reception venue, it has been a great experience working with them. can't wait to see the end results!!

My daughter grew up in Miami but now lives in California and wanted a venue with high beam ceilings, lots of windows, and an authentic and rustic look. She did not want a ballroom or a synagogue. Once I went to the Coral Gables Country Club, I knew it was perfect. Many venues wanted us to have an inside ceremony, go outside for cocktails, and then they'd turn the room around for the reception. Since the wedding was July 1, being outside was not an option, even though they have a fabulous outdoor space underneath a big tree. We had the ceremony inside the ballroom, the cocktails in the lobby and the reception in the beautiful Atrium room with high beam ceilings, two levels, and arched windows all around, with uplighting on the 28 columns (supplied by my florist). My guests were blown away at how beautiful the venue was. I grew up in Miami and had never heard of it until I went looking for a venue. The food was great. We did the Mediterranean package, which was the best value and upgraded the liquor package, which is a must. Lissette, our wedding coordinator was helpful, efficient, responsive to our emails, and had great ideas. She was wonderful to work with. It's also nice that you don't have to pay for valet parking, which can add up quickly at other venues. Everything that Lissette promised us was delivered. We were very pleased.

My reception was held here and it was amazing! The food was great and everything was well organized. I highly recommend my coordinator, Lauren. She is very organized and ensured everything ran on time and smoothly. She was also very accommodating being that it was pouring rain when we arrived to the venue and I was able to use a separate covered entrance that was reserved for another event. I also changed the room I wanted to hold the event in and they accommodated that change as well (along with my minimum F&B requirement).

I would like to say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Lauren McDonald! Wedding planning can be a very stressful time but everything with her and the staff from the country club went so smoothly from day one that I knew I never had to worry with them. Everything went absolutely perfect on our wedding this past Saturday. We did both our ceremony and the reception there in the atrium room and it turned out beautifully. The food was incredible, the staff was so attentive and our guests had a wonderful time and more importantly so did we.

It was a memorable day and everything turned out exactly how I imagined if not better. We couldn't have done it without all of Lauren's help, advice and great ideas. I would recommend the coral gables country club as the perfect spot to have a wedding! You all went above and beyond to make sure that it was exactly how we wanted it and exceed all of our expectations.

My reception was beautiful!! I did not want an ordinary wedding reception with a sit down dinner and CGCC was able to accommodat. The food was excellent and my guests loved it!!! We reserved the Atrium room and were very pleased. The room is gorgeous!! During the planning process, my first assigned coordinator resigned so I was assigned another. The transition was not easy, however, we did work through it. I was very nervous with the change but I must admit that everything worked out beautifully!!!

This was the first venue I saw (out of 20...I just had to see all my options!) and I fell in love with it from the very beginning. I wanted to have my ceremony and reception in the same location; I also wanted to have the ceremony outside but was scared of the unpredictable weather here in Florida so the Atrium room was perfect. It's all inside, but the upper level is all glass (so it gives you the impression that you are outside, with a view to gorgeous greenery and pool area); it has lovely/romantic ceilings and a very nice bar area. I knew the location would be over our budget, but our coordinator at the time (Lauren) worked with us to lower the costs (we picked a Sunday, so it was easier to negotiate). We absolutely loved Lauren from the beginning but she found another job opportunity somewhere else halfway through the process. I was a bit disappointed with the Country Club since nobody (other than Lauren) called us to assure us that someone would take care of us until they found a replacement. I also had a lot of trouble trying to reach anyone via phone (they are much better on email though).

Our new rep Zoraida was lovely to work with, responded quickly via email. She was extremely helpful (she even came to open the doors for our rehearsal after hours while extremely sick!) and met all our expectations and special requests. The tasting was my favorite, David and Zoraida were very helpful! The Country Club is a bit strict as far as what you can try, etc but they can work with you depending on what you need. The food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, great quality and good portions (not boring at all!). We chose the Mediterranean Pkg with antipasto, dual entree (chicken and NY strip and risotto), veggie strudel, and tiramisu (on a chocolate cup!). On the day of the wedding, EVERYTHING went super smoothly! The staff was great! Paco, one of the dining managers, was taking care of us two and kept refilling our drinks. Honestly one of the best locations!!

Lissette and the rest of the team were a great pleasure to work with. The overall feedback from our guest is that this was one of the most beautiful weddings they have attended. Every person we worked with from Clark, Lissette, Lee, and the rest of the team were fantastic. Definitely using Coral Gables Country Club for my next wedding. (Just kidding!!!)

This reception venue is spectacular. There's various reception options for all occasions (bridal shower, wedding reception, ceremony). We selected the Atrium for our reception and could not be happier. We have the beauty of nature with the windows facing the pool and golf course and the stone wall entrance to our reception area. Lorena is a doll and such a pleasure to work with. She is patient, professional, and organized.

Had our wedding reception at the Atrium ballroom. I found it absolutely beautiful. The staff at the CGCC were very professional and always willing to accomodate all your needs. The food selection is alsolutely outstanding... They have their own chef that works with your taste in food and if any guests have any allergies they are willing to accomodate those as well. Their top vendors are amazing as well... I have no complaints and I will have my wedding there all over again. :)

The Coral Gable Country Club was a beautiful venue!! Everyone who attended our wedding had nothing but nice compliments about the food and decor! I worked with Lissette and she was a delight and an amazing day of coordinator. She helped me through the wedding planning process, step by step. The whole night they were very attentive to the newly weds, making sure we were eating and pleased with the service. I highly recommend this venue, the food is amazing, the ballroom is beautiful and it is in a great location!!

The venue is GORGEOUS - all the guests at our wedding were very impressed. Brigette is a pleasure to work with and is on her game. Sometimes I did not get the response right away, but usually all I asked for was delivered and approved. The CGCC staff are knowledgeable and accommodating and had to deal with me as it poured on my wedding day. We were thrilled with the Atrium room - it is a gorgeous room. But moreover, the service was excellent and we got A LOT of compliments on the food. E.g. ORDER THE LAMB CHOPS during cocktail hour! We also had our signature drink as Purple Rain and people continue to email me for the recipe because the bartenders made it amazing! The only issues we had is with their accounting person making mistakes (that were fixed right away, but was annoying)- so be dilligent when looking over paperwork AND they did not turn on the pool lights (purple) as we'd requested during our wedding. But both were minor - it is a GREAT VALUE for what they charge. We had visited about 15 different venues prior to going to CCGC and fell instantly in love. Nothing even compared!

Beautiful venue. We used the main ballroom for ceremony and reception. We also used the atrium room for cocktail hour. Food was great. For some reason the food took a very long time to come out the day of wedding which I was a bit upset about but besides that everything was great.

Angela was very good and professional, the food was just great! everyone was talking about it! wished for another bar tender cuz our crowd drank alot but other than that, this venue was great!

The Coral Gables Country Club is the PERFECT place to have your wedding. We celebrated our wedding there in late January and the service, food and ambiance were perfection! I have received so many compliments about the wedding from our guests, who tell me it is the best wedding they ever attended. The food is absolutely delicious! I come from NY and had my wedding in Coral Gables. If you are from New York, or ever attended a NY wedding, you understand how important food is at a wedding, in particular the cocktail hour. I worked with Lauren to bring a little bit of NY to Florida, and everyone was so pleased saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Bravo Chef Richard! Speaking of Lauren, she was the best. She helped us every step of the way and is a true professional. Ask for her if you can, because her attention to detail will not disappoint.

Beautiful historic venue. Atrium and Coral Grand Ballroom are elegant, well preserved, and maintained. Food and beverage selections are extra delicious. Lee and the rest of the banquet team are at the top of their game, some of the best service in South Florida. This is truly an underrated venue. Wonderful experience overall.

I must say we had a very pleasant Wedding experience. I am a little shocked at the past reviews as we did not experience any of that. The rooms are beautiful, compared to what was here previously, this spot is a hidden gem. All my guests raved about the decor and the food.

My only concern was that the foyer got a little warm during the cocktail hour, mind you we had over 250 guests in the middle of July, but the ballroom was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

We started our wedding coordination on January this year 2016 and searched for a venue mainly in Coral Gables. We were worry that dates in May will not be available since it was 4 months away. In less than a week, we confirm dates for May 29th, 2016. Our original sales vendor was not friendly or tried to get to know us but the price for F&B was in our budget. Sundays the F&B is less than a Friday or Saturday event. The tasting went wonderful and Chef Richard was amazing and very accommodating with our requests. Our new sales coordinator was great, Cristina Herrera replied fast to our emails. The wedding went well we only had 50 guest and we booked the Garden Patio for our ceremony, the courtyard for our cocktail hour and the Fountain room for reception. It was perfect setting since all 3 are connected. The banquet manager introduce himself, David, went above and beyond on our wedding and was always checking in with us and our wedding coordinator. The food was great and had good portions. No one was left hungry. Parking is great at the venue and the other rooms are gorgeous as well. We will recommend the Coral Gables Country Club for any of your events.
