Bent over backwards to help us

I was planning a wedding from out of state and the people at Copper Creek were over the top helpful. They were always quick to respond to any questions and so helpful making the space work for both the ring ceremony and the luncheon. They were polite, courteous, and helpful at all times, even when I am sure they wanted to leave while we rehearsed & put some things together the night before. Can't say enough good things about them. They are absolute gems and I was skeptical at first (that it was too small) but the space worked perfectly.

It was a fairytale

It was so amazing and it was beautiful. It was like a fairytale. The process of booking this venue is not a long and hard process.

Amazing!

We upgraded our decor package and worked closely with Pam to get exactly what we wanted. She was so willing to go above and beyond for us, and she was very accessible the day of our wedding as well. The venue itself is beautiful and they have so many decor options as well. I LOVED having my wedding here.

I have been to this venue 6-7 different times now for friends or family who are getting married. I have been very impressed with the staff at the venue as well as how each wedding has been able to look elegant, but still so different from one another. The fireplace is bigger than me, it's got to be over 6 feet tall (and gorgeous!) and the chandelier is massive. As a guest, this is one of my favorite venues to attend a wedding or reception.

Talk about my DREAM WEDDING! It was amazing. Callie became my bff and was with me every step of the way. I purchased a decor package and it was like they picked my brain and decorated it exactly like I would have (if I was more creative). Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!

Copper Creek was very professional and accommodating. They helped us provide a good caterer and with the rental of other supplies we needed. We couldn't be more pleased. We would use them again.

I absolutely loved my reception here. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and Pam, the coordinator is fantastic!! She was so kind and she made sure that my reception was the one from my dreams, in fact, it was better. Pam was responsive and made everything look so professional. The flowers she used were beautiful and she incorporated all of my ideas. I had sunflowers and wanted a rustic look and she made it wonderful! The price was not very expensive as far as venues go, and I got way more than I paid for. LOVE THESE GUYS!

I had my reception here back in April and was so glad I chose this venue! It was beautiful and was very reasonable when it came to price! They have their own coordinator, Pam, who is available to help decorate with different selections of packages. I chose the middle package and it turned out SO beautiful and was worth every penny. Pam even went through the effort of growing succulents as part of my flower package! Above all it was worth paying the money to not have to stress about decorating yourself, it's all done by the time you and your family show up!
They also had the option of catering through companies they work with. I went with maglebys, and wish I would have gone with someone else but that's a whole other story.
Bottom line is this venue is beautiful and all the staff involved was helpful and very talented! Thank you so much for my beautiful reception Copper Creek!

The bride, groom and their families were all thrilled with the beautiful luncheon and reception provided by Copper Creek Event Center. As the mother of the groom, I was planning this special day from out of state. Pam was so helpful from beginning to end. And the result was fabulous. She made all of the planning so easy for everyone and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for making Austin and Chelsea's special day spectacular. I recommend this location to anyone planning a wedding/reception!

Beautiful rooms, with chandler, fireplace and mantel.
The audio/video Is a nice touch, everyone loved it.

Copper Creek was very easy to work with and made my wedding day perfect! My family enjoyed working with them and even when we needed another table at the last minute they were more than happy to help.

I had my reception here. I fell in love with the place the second I walked in. It is the best venue for the price. Pam is very talented and reliable and she will take great care of you. She decorated for my reception and it turned out beautifully. She also helped provide contacts for additional services such as an Italian soda and crepe bar which were very affordable. I was so impressed, I would highly recommend this venue.

Copper Creek is not only a beautiful place for a reception but really any event. My reception was perfect! and They were so easy to work with! Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Book in advance, especially if you want a weekend wedding. All types of wedding packages available to accommodate any bride. Very satisfied.

I had my wedding reception at Copper Creek and it was lovely! The owner is a local business person who really wants to make wedding planning easy and fun.
I worked with one of their wedding planners, Callie, who seemed to have too much going on and didn't make me feel like my wedding was a priority. I discussed the situation with the owner who is very easy to work with and indicated she would fix the situation. I heard that Pam, the other wedding planner is amazing!!

Overall, the reception center is absolutely beautiful and our event was lovely!

Everything went well there were a few last minute surprises some awesome. I felt bad about not having a DJ but my son stepped it up and he was wonderful. Callie did beautiful on the Venue and made the cake pretty and everything was just how I liked it. I will tell others about your services. It was nice to just walk in and walk out for the most part.

Copper Creek was a beautiful venue!! I absolutely loved it! It was a great price for the beautiful high ceiling, fireplace, and gorgeous chandelier. The only frustrating part was working with the management. They are definitely wedding people but lack on their business skills. They were hard to get a hold of when we had questions, weren't around when we wanted to walk through, and it was a little frustrating. However, I would recommend Copper Creek, we really enjoyed our day there.

Not a huge decor selection. Also know what you want for that so you don't end up doing the exact same things as everyone else.

Callie was helpful and did a great job with the decorations. It was a fun day for all. She did however make my photographer angry. He made the comment, "years of schooling and thousands of dollars in equipment and people are telling me how to do my job". I apologized and he was all good. There's just a couple of things that you might take note of. Your sound system is terrible. The guests had to be dead silent in order to hear the speakers on the mic. and the music for the daddy daughter dance could hardly be heard. Kind of sad when that's one of the big moments you are planning. The other, please tell people they need to bring their own cleaning stuff. I understand having them clean up after themselves but we had to run to the store just to get paper towels and then I found myself cleaning up berry juice from the previous party's luncheon. I know it wasn't mine because we had no red berries. It was all fine but a little frustrating when you've had a long and crazy day if we would have been told what to bring for cleaning we would have been a little better prepared. The only thing provided for cleaning were some brooms. All in all it was a great day and we appreciate all that you did.

I LOVED the actual venue. It was absolutely beautiful and it had all of the classic look that my husband and I were looking for. The issue was with any appointment scheduling. Every single time we tried to schedule an appointment it got changed a few hours before we were supposed to meet. It was difficult and very unprofessional. The designer I worked with was trying to do too many things at once so I didn't feel like my wedding reception had very much focus on it. It did turn out beautiful in the end!

This venue was beautiful and we really didn't have many decorations because the venue is gorgeous itself. Cynthia was awesome to work with and helped whenever we needed it. Just make sure Cynthia is there the night you have your event, because she wasn't at ours and we were a little upset with the people helping out. They wouldn't let us in the grooms room and they wouldn't let us control the lights or music which was super frustrating, because we were originally told we could control both. I had my bags and everything in the brides room and they locked it and wouldn't let me in. I needed it to leave and had to beg them to open it for me so I could get my shoes and bags. But I know if Cynthia was there it would have been a lot different, and she would have taken care of us. Overall the venue was awesome and we loved it!

Grumpy owner

Many guests said to me after the reception, that the owner was very grumpy the whole time. I noticed this as well and thought it was just me. I reserved the venue and was under the impression that the owner would help with keeping us on schedule and helping my voleenters get what the needed. I didn't get to be part of the send off because Pam was cleaning up and wouldn't help me with directing the guest out and sending the bride and groom out. I had to get out of the wedding line several times to find her because the people helping me with the reception needed something in a room that was always locked and they couldn't find Pam, it was really frustrating! She was rude to my son, who was trying to get a slide show on the screen, and told the person doing the music to turn it down. The sound system didn't seem like it was good and we couldn't hear the music. Pam looked angry the whole reception and made people feel uncomfortable. This was my first experience as the mother of a bride with a venue for a wedding. I'm disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the reception because I was doing a job that I wasn't supposed to do. $1800 is a lot to spend. Pam needed at least one more person with her to help. I will not use Copper Creek Event Center. It's a beautiful venue but the service was poor.
