  I worked for Copenhagen in high school so I knew they had to make my wedding cake. The cake was delicious, it looked great, and they made it exactly as I specified. People came up to us all night, and in the days afterward, to tell us how much they loved the cake. Definitely recommend Copenhagen Bakery!

  Amazing Wedding Cake!!

  My mom and I went to do a cake tasting and the woman helping us (Sam) was so sweet. They had prepared a sample of every flavor with both white and chocolate cake so we could have every option possible. I'm not a big sweets person but of course needed a wedding cake and I was blown away. For someone who doesn't have much of a sweet tooth I ate every sample, they were just too good. It was almost impossible to choose flavors because we loved each one and Copenhagen was amazing about letting us mix each layer with 3 flavors.   Got a 12 inch Gluten Free flowerless cake with a gnash finish and it was absolutely fantastic. Enjoyed the tasting while selecting what cake we want as well, nice touch and helpful
