It was a pleasure to work with this company for our transportation. The drivers were very professional and came on time, even early! We had several shuttles and a large bus to move a large amount of people, and everyone got where they needed to go without a hitch. I can attribute this to the attention given to every detail by the owner, who helped us book everything. -

Very professional drivers. One of them even ended up holding the church door for me and my dad when we walked down the aisle.
They provided us with a complimentary car to the airport the following morning. We were very surprised when a full limo came to pick us up! -

We rented two limos from Continental: a black one to take my fiance and his groomsmen to the chapel; and a white one to take me, my bridesmaids, and my parents to the chapel. They both arrived on time and were clean and beautiful. Both drivers were friendly and professional. My driver, Stan, was always there to fix my train when I got out of the car and before I walked down the aisle. The limos then carted us around for pictures and took us to the reception with no problems. We worked with Larry when booking the limos and he was very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this company! -

We booked our wedding and where nervous as we where sent to them by our event planner. We went to their NYC office and went ahead and booked. All the cars where new and clean and all the drivers where nice. We ended running 45 minutes past our time and where told to relax and not to rush. They also send a coordinator to make sure all the trips went good. At the end of the night the company sent a vehicle just for my new husband and I. We called the office to thank them for their service and tell them about two couples that will be calling them to do their weddings. Again thanks to the staff at cont limo. -

At first we were really pleased with what we were receiving. They gave us several customized options to choose from based on our needs. Unfortunately, it went down hill pretty quick. After we signed a contract, we wanted to upgrade our plans. With several months to go we definitely had enough time have our arrangements updated. They said they lost our contract and needed us to send over our copy. They were really difficult to get in touch with to the point where I thought our wedding was going to be a mess because of the transportation issues. After a realistic 20 hours writing, trying to reach them, they were able to accommodate us. The day of our wedding, we received the two limos we requested, but the guest buses were switched out at the end of the night for one coach bus and no extra car for the two of us and our gifts. So all the guests had to wait for us to pack up everything. We didn't even know until after most people had been waiting on the bus for 30 minutes. Then we got dropped off at the hotel, it took over 30 minutes to back up the hill to the entrance of the hotel. This was the reason they originally said a coach bus wouldn't work and had us choose 2 shuttle buses and an SUV for us. What's the point in signing a contract if the company will not live up to their end of it? Overall, it wasn't worth the hassle. Transportation should be very easy. Choose another company. -

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I was very pleased when I called Continental Limo and they were able to give me a reasonable price for a 14 passenger van. A few days before the wedding we decided to upgrade to larger vehicle which they were quick to accommodate and charge for. Three hours before pick up they called to say that the larger vehicle was broken and they would *try* to find a second one. Not what any bride wants to hear when she is getting her hair done.
Needless to say they only had one van, and the driver lacked any sort of professionalism. Guests said he did not smell good, drove very erratically, and was generally unpleasant to be around. Many took a cab home to avoid getting back in the car with him.
After the fact they refused to credit us the money for the upgrade and stopped returning our calls. This company proves to me that there is no free lunch. It was too good of a deal to be true and I would never use them again. -

Please do not patronage this unscrupulous company. They sub-contract their work to company's like mine, and then do not pay their subcontractors. I have been trying to collect the money they owe me for over a year. They put up fancy websites but they can't pay their bills. If you are looking for a reliable company, please do not use them. They will find a way to rip to you off.

They were an absolute disgrace. The booking was done by my father and Larry, who was extremely helpful at first. Two weeks before the wedding, I attempted to contact Larry 10 times in one week to review the wedding day schedule. He FINALLY called me back and claimed he never received any of my messages, that were left with Maurice - who was one of the biggest jerks I've ever dealt with. We were provided with transportation to the cermony/reception and then an add'l pickup for JUST the bride and groom after the night had ended at 11:30 to our hotel. At 11:45, the limo was not there. My Matron called to verify the pickup and spoke to Maurice who claimed that this was not on the schedule. I then got on teh phone (after she argued for 10 minutes) and he was cursing at me telling me that I should have arranged this myself with the limo driver that dropped us off originally. WHAT? I don't work there! It's not MY responsibility to figure out who's picking me up! So then my husband took over, and he was FURIOUS at that point and Maurice cursed at him, and eventually hung up. So at that point we were stranded at the reception hall and forced to call a cab to pick us up on our wedding night.
After the wedding, my father of course contacted Larry and he had 'no idea' that any of that went on and offered a free ride in the future. Unfortuantely, we would never trust them to give us a ride anywhere ever again, for the fear of being stranded. -
