Perfect for wedding

Contempo did not disappoint on our wedding day! Contempo's selection was large and we were extremely happy with the linens, charger plates and silverware. Everything looked amazing! I spoke primarily with Gabriela and she was quick to respond and answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend using them.

Excellent Linen Vendor!

We had the wedding of our dreams and Contempo Linens helped make this happen! They created the atmosphere that we wanted for our wedding and it was absolutely magical! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t choice our linens as it was apart of our package through our vendor but we couldn’t have picked a better company! They were very helpful and friendly and accommodating for different sizes and needs. The colors and selections of the linens, napkins, chargers, chairs, etc was amazing!

Beautiful wedding linens and seamless vendor experience

I am so happy with the experience we had at Contempo Linens. Our selections they helped us pick out looked beautiful at our wedding, and they had a great relationship with our wedding venue so it was so easy to work with this vendor. I highly recommend Contempo Linens!

Manuel - we love you!

When we walked into contempo is see linens, napkins, plates, etc. (all the things for the Wedding) we had no idea how much fun we would have. We are not from Miami (destination wedding), so we didn’t know what to expect. All I have to say is - AMAZING. First, Manuel is the sweetest and funniest person ever. He is SO talented and knows just about everything you could possibly know when it comes to decorating for your special day. We ended up with the perfect decorated tables and decor. He gave us a ton of recommendations, which also led us to finding the insanely perfect - Ponce Floral Designs. Both Manuel and Ponce worked hand in hand to make all of our decor look absolutely fabulous.

What a great time we had with Manuel! Definitely a day in the books on selecting decor.

A great deal!

This vendor was suggested by my wedding venue, and I was very happy with the decision to use them! They had everything I was looking for at a fair price, and the overall look and feel of their products were great. Their team is also professional and responsive - a major plus! Beautiful and high quality linens

I used contempo linens for my November 2018 wedding and everyone loved the overlays. They are great quality, and a huge selection. Contempo is also very flexible and easy to work with. They allowed us to pick up a day before, and drop off a day after the event.

Contempo linens has a great variety of pretty much anything you would need, at very good quality. I only got linens from them but they were absolutely beautiful and what I wanted. Initially it was a little tough to get ahold of someone via e-mail (they are much more receptive to phone calls), but once I started working with Sheresa she got everything done for me and made sure it was exactly as I wanted. I ended up making several last minute changes and she was very accommodating and walked me through exact sizes for the different tables and made the whole experience very worry free. Thank you ContempoLinens and Sheresa!

Contempo was one of the easiest vendors I worked with during my wedding planning process. I used them for linen, chargers, and chair rentals and I was so happy with the level of service they provide. They worked with my budget, answered emails/questions quickly, and were happy to do several sample table set ups. All of our tables at the reception looked beautiful as a result; I highly recommend them!

They are awesome! I planned my wedding from out of state and was able to look on their website for all the linens and chargers that we rented. Everything was delivered and set up PERFECTLY leaving me totally stress free! Everything was beautiful!! I used the white tiny sequin table cloths for the bridal table, cake table, and welcome table and the white galaxy table cloths for the other guest tables and the clear with silver detail chargers. If you are looking for a clean white modern themed wedding this was a really great combo!

I worked with Stephanie on my 5/30/2015 wedding. Since I was a bride living in a different city/state, Stephanie communicated with me via skype, emais and phone calls. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. My reception was AMAZING! I was very pleased with the selections I'd made. My fiance wasn't so sure when I showed him pre-pics, but on the night of the reception, he couldn't stop talking about how pretty and elegant the room looked and how the linens made the room pop with our purple and grey color palette. Awesome job Contempo!

My husband wanted lights decor for our reception, that was his only request. He got to be in charge of it and the night of the reception, I walked into our Mother's backyard, it was amazing. They did such an amazing job preparing the lights! I was so speechless. My husband and I did not discuss the price for the lights but it did not matter, because it was definitely all worth it. It definitely was a hit!

When we first met Max at Contempo Linens he gave us many ideas and suggestions regarding, style, colors and themes, but he was also open to my daughters ideas and vision and was able to combined both to put our beautiful event together. He worked with our venue to make the most of the time that was allotted to us for set up. Everything we rented was just as we expected, beautiful quality and as new condition.

Max and his team are the best. Even when I called or emailed Max a 1000 times to update my invoice is was friendly and understanding. Contempo has top quality chairs, linens, chargers and napkin holders. The best of the best at a fair price. I would recommend Contempo to anyone that is looking to have an event.

Contempo Linens was a lifesaver as I planned my daughter's NYC wedding from Miami.
We initially met with Max who set up various linen looks for us. When my daughter narrowed it down, we were able to take the linens up to NY to see how they looked in the venue. Max was wonderful and accommodating as this process went on a couple of times on various trips to NY in order to get the right look. We looked at linens in NY but none could compare with the price, quality and variety offered by Contempo! The linens were delivered to the venue in a timely manner and looked absolutely beautiful. Thanks Max and Contempo linens for making my daughter's vision a reality!

Excellent company! The best quality of linens I've seen in town. All the rentals looked spotless. Lorena and her team are amazing. They handled all of the rentals as well as day-of coordination. They did a wonderful job coordinating all of the last minute details and more. They truly made my day special. They outdid themselves to make sure every aspect of my wedding was perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with the day of my wedding. I highly recommend them!

Selecting linens for a wedding reception. Verty helpful throughout the planning process with experty advice, returning phone calls and overall customer attention. High quality product, latest styles. Delivery and set up was on time as scheduled. Last but not least, the price was great. I did receive quotes from multiple vendors before making my decision.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Contempo. It was my WEDDING DAY, and like out of some typical movie about wedding mishaps, the company I was relying on to deliver my linens pulls a no-show! To top it off, when I called them, they said they couldn't help me and that the ONLY color they had available was ORANGE...not off white, which was the color I had ordered. Needless to say, I was a little frantic, being that my wedding was in a Sunday I had no luck getting a hold of several other local rental companies...until CONTEMPO! The gentleman on call took my call and put me at ease IMMEDIATELY! He walked me through the online ordering process and even went out of his way to get to the shop early and meet my maid of honor there to personally give her the linens for our big day! And they were the right color too! I am forever grateful for their terrific service and would hands-down recommend this rental company to everyone!!!

Our event was a Rehearsal Dinner. When I called her on the phone to reserve, Lorena was very nice and courteous to me. She went out of her way to get the the best of what they had to offer, for the best price. She was very helpful.
The event turned out beautiful, and the linens and napkin rings they provided me truly made our tables look very classy. I will use them again and again.

I find that Contempo offers the best quality and selection of linens, table decor, chairs.... They are also professional very helpful and can help you on the last minute call. I would not use anybody but Contempo for my festive gatherings!

Max at Contempo Linens was great. I got all my linens, chairs, chargers, etc from Contempo and they all looked perfect. After shopping around I found that his prices were very competitive and everything he sent was in perfect condition. I planned my Florida wedding from New York so I relied heavily on his opinion and everything turned out perfect. My ballroom was beautiful.

They took the time and gave suggestions and helped me. I had been to other linen places in South Florida and nowhere else did I receive the customer service that I did at Contempo Linen's. At the reception everybody complemented me on what a beautiful ceremony, and they especially liked the couches and the lounge area.

I have never imagined renting linens via mail for a special event. I was planning my daughter's destination wedding and the only local rental company let me down the week before the wedding. I decided the only way to get the correct size and colors was to say a lot of prayers and mail order. After looking at my choices I found the highest ratings and reviews were for Contempo Linens. Do keep in mind I checked out MANY places and this was the only one I felt comfortable with. Please do not think I am simply recommending mail ordering from anyone. The customer service I received from Amanda was amazing. Instead of telling me how ridiculous I was to try to get linens in such a short time, she listened to my needs and directed me to my choices. She had such a reassuring tone to her voice and followed thru with everything she said. I also cannot tell you how convenient they make it to send things back. Granted I had a small order, but I would not hesitate to use this company for anything large or small in the future!

The linens and chargers were a hit at my recent wedding; everyone loved it! Their customer service is impressive as well. They have a fabulous showroom with many selections, so you can decorate a table with a bunch of design until you find the one that is right for you. I dealt a great deal with Amanda who was so accommodating and helpful. She walked me through every step of the way and definitely made my experience more enjoyable.
The only problem I did run into was the staff was late in dropping off the rental equipment so be sure to call the day before and confirm what time they are arriving.

Contempo Linens was recommended to me by a friend who is a professional event planner, and she could not have been more right about their service and the quality of their linens. They were able to do a design consultation by phone to accommodate my schedule and the relatively short timeframe before my event, and the gorgeous overlays, napkins and the specialty linen that Amanda recommended for our "focal point" cake display table all looked amazing, and transformed the private dining room to a stunning and coordinated event space that was truly personalized for our event (a fancy, custom, surprise 50th birthday party). Everyone commented on how gorgeous and upscale the overlays and napkins looked, and in the context of the overall event budget, Contempo provided maximum impact with a minimal impact on our budget - the linens only ended up being around 5% of our total budget, but they had a 75% impact when it came to the look and feel of the event. I couldn't be happier, and will definitely use them again for any future events I plan.

Contempo Linen and Event rentals provided the linens for my sister's surprise engagement party. My sister was in Italy with her boyfriend and got engaged. I thought it would be nice to surprise her with a party when they arrived home that Sunday (2 days later). I called and Lorena helped me pick a theme (Italian) and linens.

They were knowledgable, friendly and were able to accomodate me on short notice. I highly recommend Contempo Linens and will be using them for the rest of the bridal/wedding parties.

Contempo Linens was fantastic! I got the tablecloths, napkins, and chair cushion covers for my reception from them and they were gorgeous! Lorena was extremely responsive and helpful, and was willing to work with my caterer, who was in charge of handling all my rentals. The quality of the linens was superb and their option to pickup and return the linens yourself saved us a bundle of delivery fees. Their website is really great, too. I planned my Homestead wedding from Atlanta and that website really helped me narrow down what I wanted to see when I made a trip to FL to do wedding vendor things (eg pick out linens). My experience with them was great!

My wedding was planned in one month and during the holidays and I truly thought this would not be possible. Lorena assured me that it would be and was confident all along. She did it! Lorena within one week booked the venue, cake, flowers, dress designer, lighting, and of course linen and chairs. I am beyond grateful. Not just the attention and professionalism, but they have very different, elegant and beautiful linens to choose from. My ballroom looked spectacular, it was just as I had envisioned it. I was extremely picky with the linens I wanted for my destination wedding in Puerto Rico and searched EVERYWHERE for the right ones. Once I visited Contempo Linens, I immediately found the perfect ones for my event. I had the pleasure of working with Lissette, who is not only very professional, but very sweet and helpful. She met with us on a Saturday morning very well prepared. She had all the color linens we were interested in completely set up on the table. We really felt that our appointment was certainly that-- OUR APPOINTMENT. Her customer service along the way was phenomenal, even when I wanted to pop in last minute to show the linens to my mom, she was able to accommodate us and squeeze us in between appointments. Our linens really made all the decor in our venue POP. The color and style was perfect for what we wanted and I couldnt have been any happier with the end result. I wanted to prepare a surprise party for my husand's birthday but had no idea how to do or prepare it. Then a friend of mine spoke to me about "Contempo Linen & Event Rentals". To my surprise I did not expect the quality of service I received in this place. She told me that the girl who worked there would be able to help. When I called, a girl by the name of Lorena answered my phone. She immediately treated me as if we were family. I told her what I wanted but she also invited me to pass by the place to take a look of all the things they rent out. She gave me an appointment to see her because I had to go after hours. I felt like I was in the middle of Paris with so many beautiful linens, the place is so beautifully decorated. She asked me several questions to get an idea of my husband's taste. Well, to tell a long story short. The only thing I had to worry about was to select what I wanted. This is a great company you can rely on. No worries about, what time will they be there. They know exactly what to do, where to put everything and even give you additional ideas. The cost? Well I was expecting to pay a whole lot of money for the selections that I made and what a surprise to me when they gave me the total price! For the party? I can tell you it was a success! Now all my friends want to find out who, how much and where did I get such a company to do such a wonderful job. THANK YOU CONTEMPO FOR MAKING MY HUSBAND'S PARTY SOMETHING TO ALWAYS TALK ABOUT!!!!!

I worked with Stephanie for my wedding and didn't find out about Contempo Linens until late. I was priceing out linen all over the New York area and they came as a god sent. They were very helpful in getting all my linen samples sent to me so I could make decisions. When the napkins I wanted where not available Stephanie emailed me like 10 different options. The linens arrived on time and as promised and they have a super easy return system. People are still talking about the wedding and the pictures that I have show that the linens made the room pop. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic selection of rentals. Quality is wonderful and pricing is reasonable. Double check prices online with prices quoted since I had a few incidents where they did not match up. Max and his team are extremely flexible and helpful. Our chargers and linens were spectacular! Would recommend to anyone looking to rent items for a wedding!

The linens provided were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We started the process with Amanda, who left the company prior to our wedding. She was very professional and had a great sense of what would make our theme "pop". We were choosing one design of overlay and linen for under, and she suggested something else, which we ended up going with, and everyone loved it. During my inital visit to their store, I received great quality service. We set up a table and I ordered chairs, cushions, and napkins to match our "mock" table setting. I called to confirm the week of the wedding and I had thought everything was in place, but unfortunately the day of my wedding I received fuschia napkins and light pink chair cushions (my colors were fushcia and black). The cushions looked really bad with our color scheme and did not match our table settings. I was on the phone minutes before my ceremony trying to get it changed, but was unable to. I did not let the mishap ruin my day, but I must say it was a very disappointing. My advice is to triple check the contract and clarify everything. My cushions were listed as satin pink on the contract, but I guess it wasn't the pink I wanted to match the napkins. I never caught the mistake and trusted that the sales girl Amanda had entered everything she showed me at the "mock" set-up into the computer.

I've been on the fence about writing this review. This company has a great selection of linens and rentals to choose from and at a nice price. However, I was warned by a couple of people not to use them, but they had just heard bad rumors they didn't experience it for themselves. So I decided to give them a shot anyway. I figured maybe they were new to the scene and needed the exposure. Well, the lessons they learned they took out on me which I didn't appreciate. First, the day before the wedding they called my cordinatoor letting her know that a few linens came in damaged and they would refund my money if they could use other linens that were similar. We tried to have them get the same linens form else where but they said they would have to charge me if they had to spend more to get them....Well, I signed a contract saying they would give me the linens I asked for right? Long story short I let it go, and then while I was on my honeymoon I got an email from their admin saying that they could'nt find the napkins I rented from them and they would need to charge me to replace them. What I didn't mention is that I selected their service to set it all up and pick up their linens rather than have me or another one of my vendors worry about it. For some reason they do think its a catering companies job to do their work that I PAID them for and do not want to take responsibility for. Instead of making me pay for napkins that they should've been in charge of collecting. I don't want to make them seem like bad people or anything they just need to be able to realize when they make mistakes they need to take care of it themselves.

I just finished using contempo lines for our wedding. At first contempo seemed great all the way up to our wedding day. They were professional, stayed on schedule and would contact us to make sure nothing in the event had changed. When the day of the wedding came the two guys arrived over an hour late. Not only were they late but they didn't have two tables that we requested. One table being the honeymoon table my wife and I would sit at. When I contact the vendor on a Saturday she got back to me prettty quickly and I was took it was a mistake by the person who ordered it. But that person was fired a while back so it wasn't there fault? "Seriously" Who's fault is it then....mine??? On our paperwork it had on there a cake table and the table we were suppose to sit at but since they put it under lines they didn't provide it or bring it. This leads me to believe they don't really look at anything on there paperwork other then the bottom line that says Total amount paid. I had to use make shift tables on my wedding day to make it work and the company did not take responsibly for their mistake or try to make it better by refunding the money or going back to there warehouse and simply grabbing the table would have solved the issue but they choose not too. I would not recommend them. They only care about the money which was very expensive over 2,500 for lines we should have received everything. Please hear my warning and go elsewhere. Good luck.

Overpriced and mean

They have gorgeous linens, truly. However, I am disappointed by the way they conduct business. I had an issue with candles and some linens were damaged, which I always intended to replace. However, they do not give out contracts and surprise you with a giant bill. They also treat you rudely and defensively, ignored questions, and became irate at the request for proper documentation. Not only do they charge handsomely for their linens ($55+) on the basis that they are expensive to replace, they usually charge about $160 to replace each velvet linen, an amount that is not shown to you prior. Had I known the replacement cost and their inflexibility, I would not have used candles. They expect payment immediately and in full and otherwise threaten with their "legal department" and other intimidation methods. In all of our conversations I was polite but firm in my request for photos of the damages, receipts of production costs, and explanations of the invoice. They were not initially clear and were offended at the request for more information. They were not flexible or willing to offer a credit for the rental as they could not give up even partial profit (they made a lot of money off my rental). They were unprofessional, even sending me screenshots of conversations with my planner to drive a wedge between us. In summary, there was no contract and I was kind enough to pay them back, but it is a weird way to conduct business and Jose's customer service skills are poor.

Cuidado ccon Comtempo pues le rentas las cosas de fiestas y no las llevan el dia acordado lo que hace que tu evento se atrase y salga tarde todo y luego cuando recogen lo rentado dicen que le faltan cosas sin tener comprobante de quien lo recogio ni lo entrego.para mas tarde despues de varios dias decir que no estaban las cosas completas y cobrarte mas sin escrupulos.Si hacen esto con 10 fiestas al mes recaudaran una gran cantidad de dinero para mi son lo peor. Me cobraron 385 dolares a mi targeta por unos platos que segun ellos faltaban para mi me robaron ellos a mi es mi palabra contra la de las personas que lo recogieron .Ya tengo a mi abogado trabajando en eso. Despues que te gastas casi 2000 dolares rentandoles cosas son capases de hacer esto. Sin rentan con ellos pongan a alguien encargado que cuente todo para que no se aprovechen como lo hicieron conmigo. He dejado recado al dueno y no me contesta.
