Lauren and her team completely transformed a boring, empty hall into a dream wedding venue for us! Lauren was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She even created a mood board for us to help us decide the look we wanted to go with, and executed it perfectly. She was professional and responsive to emails in a timely manner. We received so many compliments on our beautiful flowers and decor! -

Incredibly beautiful tent decor
Amy and the CID team were absolutely fantastic in bringing our vision of tent decor to life in record time. We had to pivot to find a new vendor just a few weeks before our wedding and she came through. She was transparent with pricing, flexible, knowledgeable and kind. And the end result was stunning! We are so grateful to Amy and the team. -

Backyard tent bamboo chandeliers and greenery
Our entire experience with consider it done was wonderful. My parents surprised me with this amazing installation on my wedding day and it pulled everything together in the tent. We got so many compliments and I was so so happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend consider it done events -

New England Aquarium Wedding
Consider it done handled all of the florals and decorations for my July 2024 New England Aquarium wedding. They were incredibly professional, excellent communicators, and put together a beautiful ceremony, cocktail, and reception space! I didn't have a super strong vision for exactly what I wanted, so I shared some inspiration with Amy and she worked her magic! I cannot be happier with how beautiful everything turned out, and the ease of combining florals and decor into one vendor was such a plus! -

SO Thankful!
I cannot recommend CID enough! I am so glad and luck and grateful that I got to work with Amy and Megan from CID. They made my wedding so special. Amy and Megan were so responsive throughout the wedding planning. I did not have a coordinator, so their expertise and guidance was so helpful, also totally not something they had to provide, but that's what makes them who they are and that's what makes them such an amazing group to work with. They went absolutely above and beyond in everything that they did for us!
Megan did an amazing job coordinating day of details with me. Amy was fantastic throughout the entire process. I'm actually so sad that I'm done with my wedding and I don't get to meet with them anymore. Amy also walked my entire wedding party through a quick rehearsal before the wedding. We planned in Boston on a budget so we could not afford a rehearsal dinner, but with the help of CID and their sister The Sauce Catering, it was not even necessary.
I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Amy, Sarah and Megan, you all did such an amazing job, and made my wedding day the most beautiful day ever. -

Just wow!
All we can say is WOW. We are blown away by the work CID did for our wedding. The biggest ask we had decor wise was a disco ball installation surrounded by greenery hanging from the ceiling. Not a simple ask but one Amy and her team made possible and exceeded all expectations. CID was in charge of all of our decor, including drapery, greenery, candles, lighting and our florals (bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres). Everything was perfect. We wanted our wedding to feel like us and CID helped us achieve that vision. We love music and festivals and being on the dance floor and CID helped our personality shine through in our wedding. We’ve been told our wedding is the vibe-iest, coolest wedding people have attended and we couldn’t have achieved that without Amy and her team's help. Her communication throughout the process was so appreciated and I’m sad we don’t have anything else to plan together (yet!). We loved our experience with Consider it Done and would absolutely recommend their services.-

The absolute best
CID is the absolute best. Amy and her team came through with an amazing pink bling event. The communication was seamless, the set up perfect, billing was clear and easy to understand. I was able to make changes when I needed. Most of all the bride-to-be was blow away by the decor. THANK YOU CID Events! I couldn't have pulled off this bridal shower without you! -

Consider It Done did our linens and the bows on the chairs. The tables and chairs looked picture perfect. Our sweetheart table was glamorous and magical with the throne chairs. Our vision was a fairytale wedding we wanted to "go all out." I dreamed of this day for so long, we told them we wanted a perfect fairy tale wedding. They made our vision come true. I wanted our wedding to be unique and it was because of the work Amy and her team did. -

Amazing experience!
Amy was so amazing throughout my wedding planning experience. We bonded over our love for Disney and my wedding vision of white flowers and greenery while bringing Disney elements to the event. I got 25 centerpieces, 10 bridesmaid bouquets + my bridal bouquet, 2 corsages, and 12 boutonnieres through CID and everything was so perfect, exactly what I always envisioned. Everyone complimented how beautiful the flowers were and how big the blooms were, and her prices were great. She made the whole experience so amazing I will definitely recommend moving forward and use for future events! :) -

I worked with Amy who is incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to detail! I used them for assistance with decorating my head table, guest tables, as well as photo back drops. Absolutely loved their decor and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them for your wedding decor needs! Not to mention there was no headache at the end of the night- everything they brought they collected themselves and I didn’t have to lift a finger! -

Incredible staff, incredible experience!
I am not one to want to plan a party so when it came to my wedding I knew I needed to find somewhere that could do a lot for me. I luckily found CID and their venue which checked all the boxes for me. Amy was amazing at envisioning what I wanted for the day and assured me everything would be taken care of. It definitely was and I can say it took SO much stress off my shoulders. Absolutely amazing! -

The best team/vendor you could ever work with.
Lauren and the CID team are amazing, you can put your full faith and trust into this group because they will execute your dream come true and beyond. Lauren is kind, personable, hard working, organized and a fabulous communicator. We started our work with Lauren over the phone talking about our vision, she created a mood board to help us pick and choose what we wanted to incorporate into our special day. We met with Lauren at our walk through and she organized and created a plan for our venue space. Lauren then ran our rehearsal which was quick, easy and organized. On our wedding day Lauren worked so extremely hard all day, dropping off flowers to our hotel, beautifying our venue and much, much more. If you are looking for someone who will work extremely hard to create a perfect wedding day - Lauren and the CID team are the people for you!! -

Beautiful tent decor!
Consider It Done did all of our tent décor for our wedding! They were able to fit us in a little last minute as I goofed and didn't realize the tent company could not do this.
Our planner worked most closely with this team, but the one call that we had, the team was knowledgeable and helped us make the quick decisions needed. It was a fun call and they were so sweet!
For anyone else looking at tent decor- next time around I would probably give myself more time, and ask more specifics around the size of the ceiling installs/lighting pattern so I could get a better picture in my head ahead of time! I only say that because I didn't entirely know what to expect going into it- but this team did a great job on such a short time frame and the tent looked great! -

Lauren, Brooke & Amy Are Amazing!
Lauren, Brooke and Amy were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that our Wedding was everything we had hoped for and more! Due to COVID we had to cancel the venue and ended up having a small wedding at our house. I was so beyond stressed and nervous leading up to the day, we had planned a fall wedding and ended up with a snow storm the night before. Lauren was amazing the entire time ensuring me that I had nothing to worry about and reached out to all our vendors to confirm everything, taking one more thing off our plate. Amy was amazing in helping us the night before with in ensuring that we had the line up correct and ensuring that everyone knew what was expected of them the day of. Once I returned home from the salon the day of all my worries were gone. Lauren and Brooke had set everything up and decorated so beautifully, I instantly relaxed and was able to enjoy my day. The entire night I did not worry about a single thing and almost forgot that I was at my house and not a venue. They were so great to drive to the tent rental company to pick up additional chairs as we miss counted and even picked up all the catering for us. I could go on and on about how amazing they all are. If you ever looking for a day of coordinator for your weeding or special event do not hesitate to reach out to Lauren and Amy they will not disappoint. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! -

Consider it Done was such an amazing company to work with. Right from the beginning I knew Lauren Demoy was going to be outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day. Because our wedding was completely changed due to Covid, Lauren stepped in and helped me make sure I didn’t miss a thing as well as gave me some great ideas and tips on what to do. Two of my other vendors voiced how it was such a pleasure to work with her and would love to do it again. I can’t say enough how amazing her and her team were the day of as well. YOU MUST WORK WITH CONSIDER IT DONE, NO BRAINER!!! Amy and the crew from Consider It Done transformed an ordinary ballroom into a glorious 5 star ballroom for our wedding. I gasped for air when I first came into the ballroom and couldn't believe what an incredible job they did. They Brought My Bride's Vision to Life!
As a wedding planner, I rely on other vendors to help bring my couples' vision for their wedding to fruition. I have to be able to trust other vendors and it's important to me that they are dependable, they communicate well, and that they provide my couple with a great product that fits their budget.
I had the pleasure of working with Amy and her team this past weekend as they did a lighting and draping install at the New England Aquarium for one of my couples. Yes, it was 100 degrees this weekend....but they got it done regardless of the heat!
My bride had a very specific vision of what she wanted the tent to look like, and I am so thrilled that Amy and team were able to deliver exactly what she was envisioning. She was definitely one happy bride when she walked into that tent! -

Love this Vendor!
Amy and her staff saved the day! We had a VIP event for 300+ people the following morning and no napkins. We couldn't call our regular vendor because they were gone for the day. I promptly called Amy and she delivered napkins that very night.
I also have the opportunity to see her in action when her and her team transform the ballroom for University events. Very highly recommend Amy and her team. Reliable, creative, easy to work with. -

The name says it all Consider it Done., I have called Amy on two occasions somewhat last-minute, needing many hundreds of feet of draping. Without missing a beat, the room was designed, spec'ed and the product installed flawlessly. Her team is great to work with and they offer a mind-blowing list of options. We chose the day-of coordination package and she met with me numerous times leading up to the wedding to fill out a detailed "master doc" that we provided to all our vendors with every single detail you could imagine regarding the wedding day! It was a lifesaver and brought up questions that we never would've thought of unless she brought them to our attention. Amy was amazing! Her personality is my favorite thing about her, but she also has an amazingly artistic eye and truly listens when you tell her what you want. I heard so many stories of brides whose florist gave them the opposite of what they asked for so I was a little nervous for my wedding. However, I told Amy that I wanted a lot of greenery, for the flowers to look natural and kind of wild and that I wanted purple with no pastels. I absolutely didn't want ball shaped bouquets and I like the look of some draping. She delivered even more than I could have asked for! The bouquets were more stunning than I could have imagined, the boutonnieres and corsages just as lovely! She decorated the cake table with flowers, added garland to the doorways and even went out and made a trellis specifically for us! As if this wasn't enough, she hung twinkly lights all throughout the tent working with the Searles Castle team and old electrical to make my dreams come true. We could not have picked a better person to help us with our flowers and décor. I hope this review helps bring Amy to you for your big day!-

Amy and her team were amazing to work with. I was so comfortable during the whole process and my day was absolutely perfect. They helped me to not sweat the small stuff that I can't control and handled all of the details for me. I highly recommend working with them. Working with Amy and Consider it Done Special Events was awesome! I could not have pulled it off without her and her team! After speaking with Amy over the phone and discussing with her what I needed help with, she recommended the "Helping Hands" package for assistance with set-up and breakdown on the day of the wedding. Amy checked in with me a couple weeks before and discussed with me what I needed help with. We went through everything in detail and she assured me it would be taken care of and it was!! We had to bring almost everything into the venue the day of and with a ceremony in the park, there was a lot to set-up. I was not worried about a thing on the day of. I showed up and Amy's smiling face reassured me and everything looked exactly as I imagined!! Consider it Done worked closely with our venue, day of coordinator and caterer throughout the day. After the wedding, my husand and I were able to leave and spend time with our guests and not worry about a thing!
Anyone looking for a stress-free event I highly recommend Consider it Done! They are responsive, professional, a joy to work with and I couldn't recommend them enough!! -

Amy and her team came to my rescue when I had a sudden death in the family and the services coincided with a wedding I was to provide management services for on the day of. I'm also an event planner. With Amy's extensive background and experience, I felt at ease and comfortable recommending her to my client and transferring my role to her. We held a Triennial School Alumni reunion in Boston at the Park Plaza this past weekend that included folks coming from all over the world (our school is in Beirut Lebanon) . The Friday Night activity featured an "open mic" night and our Saturday Morning included a large business meeting. We had a registration of over 300 and were in need for stage lights, microphone, speakers, key board (a last minute request from one of the entertainers) and other sound/stage items. Consider It Done came through with VERY reasonable prices and prompt and efficient service. Amy was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. So glad we connected with them! -

Amy has been fabulous for our wedding. We hired her on the recommendation of our venue because we had no idea what to do once we booked the venue, and she had us all organized lickety split. She put together a budget for us, found vendors for the photographer, DJ, florist, and invitations, and is designing a reception for us based on what we need. -

Amy is an incredible professional. Her attention to detail and level of support for my brothers wedding was phenomenal. All of the guests were blown away with the wedding. As an event planner I have a very high level of service and standard, Amy is always able to meet my needs and can anticipate and support anything that comes up. Amy was absolutely amazing when she helped with my sister's wedding! Not wanting to be bogged down by trivial details that are, yes, important but super stressful, Amy swooped in and took charge helping my family so much! She did everything from communicating with vendors to helping direct the formal photo shoot. Gorgeous decor for our wedding!
We worked with Consider It Done as our florist for our July 2022 wedding and were so happy with the results. The prices we were getting quoted for florals from all vendors was outrageous, but CID was worth it. We had 15 centerpieces made, along with all the wedding party bouquets and some big arrangements for the alter. Everything was so gorgeous the day of and we got compliments from everyone. Working with CID (specifically Lauren) was awesome - they were always super responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. The portal they have to view your invoice/pay/sign your contact was very easy to use and organized. I realized the week of my wedding that I forgot that I decided to change to a sweetheart table last minute, and it was too late for them to make another trip to the flower market to for me but they were able to pull in some loose flowers and even bring some of their own decor for me to have a nice table. All in all, would definitely go back to CID for any of my decor needs! -

Did not meet expectations.
I was not impressed with the setup. The linens, napkins, and photo booth drape were sloppy. I wanted to hire an event company that took pride in their work, and had expected better attention to detail, judging from the reviews online, and recommended by the wedding planner. Amy and Lauren were great to work with, during the planning process of brainstorming what would be needed. Although they were moving their office during the period that I needed to shop inventory, and make decisions on what would be needed, Lauren was able to show me online pictures of things I could order and jump on zoom for another call. Shopping for colored linens was tough because at that particular time, their was not much inventory available to showcase on site due to their office move. But for what was available (and online) it worked. My issues are with the setup, linen sizing order, and sloppy presentation. 1) The linen for the sweetheart table was too big for the half- circle, 60”. Although I didn’t catch the linen size on the invoice, I don’t feel that it should be my responsibility to know what size linen to order. The linen should have been a 60” and not 120”, OR if that size wasn't available, perhaps the crew could have tucked the extra fabric under the table, and also taped it to the table legs, or find another way to hold the excess fabric under the table, to make it look more presentable. It looks sloppy in every picture (professional and candid). Same issue with the cake table- a 96” linen with a 48” round. 2) The photo booth back drop linen was too long, puddling the floor. I requested via email to not do that. I have photos of people standing on it, and my 4 year old niece could have tripped. 3) We discussed a napkin knot fold, and to be placed around the side of the charger. A lot of the photos captured before the reception begun and before guests were inside the tent, are showing that they were just tossed on top and not carefully knotted. They are not all placed in the same direction on every charger. Our sweetheart table had a napkin that wasn't even folded nicely. We had provided a sample of what we wanted it to look like, and their end result was sloppy. and didn't care. 4) I needed signage for the gift favor table, but was not made aware that the signage would not entail a table top picture frame, so it did not prop itself up for people to read. If communication was a little better than I wouldn't have ordered one for the gift favor table. Overall, I think it could have been much better executed. The response that I received from them regarding my feedback, is provided below:
"Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that all linens were tucked appropriately during our setup - unfortunately with outdoor events, the breeze does tend to push linen around. Moving the cake table will also cause this pooling to shift and those who moved it should have retucked it. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens after we depart a setup. Drapery is also a standard height and pooling the excess is a very standard practice. "
Although I can agree to a point with the wind moving the linens around, there must be a better approach for when that happens. I can assume that this happens frequently with a tented reception. That doesn't change the napkin presentation, or requesting to not have the pooling of the drape for the photo booth. I would suggest to future brides, to have any vendors take photos of their work after setup is complete, because I know things can happen.-

Not worth the huge price
We communicated and contracted with CID a year before the wedding. The "owner" made a site visit well in advance upon our request. We exchanged emails about what we wanted and agreed to draping the gazebo. She specifically agreed to not leaving the chiffon/sheer drapes hanging because wind would sweep them all over the gazebo interfering with the wedding ceremony. The invoice was also for fresh flower petals on either side of the stone aisle where the bride walked. The day came and they hung extensive, really long, drapes on all four sides of the gazebo that overlapped with each other and were left lying on the most of the floor! The seating was already there and they didn't bother being sensitive to the fact that some guests' view was blocked by the drapes the way they were hung and left to be wind swept all over the place! The people who came to do the job said that was what they were told to do. We were not going to argue on the day and it was a heart burn because there was no way that would work for the ceremony space. For flower petals, they handed us bucket of petals and said if they lined them, they would fly away. So we ended up ( with makeup on ) bunching up and tying the drapes with ribbons we had at home. It was nerve racking as guests started to come by then. We had to assign another paid helper to line the petals while we paid CID to do these things. I guess they got pre-paid so they were off the hook. And the draping of the guest tent which was the most expensive part of the invoice, was really minimal and barely even like a decor at all. It was more than being duped into believing they know what they are doing. Their team is disorganized and in the end you don't get what you paid for. I DO NOT recommend them or consider them to be near any event. -

Beware of this company. I booked them for my August 2021 wedding back in January of 2020. I met with the owner in Jan 2020 and then I had to follow up with them over a year later to check in. I met with Lauren in April of 2021 to go over everything again, but something just did not feel right.
The week of my wedding, all vendors are checking in with me and nothing from Consider It Done. I reach out the week of my wedding to touch base ( haven't heard from them in 4 months) and its over 24 hours before I hear back. We schedule a call two days before the wedding and to my surprise no phone call. When I finally did get a call, Amy and Lauren were on the road, no notes in front of them and they tell me they wont be there the day of my wedding. I think GREAT, how is this going to go... well, see below.
The day of the wedding my flowers show up (nothing like I sent pictures of) they looked pretty but not what I wanted. I had a specific flower listed in the contract which was not in the bouquet. The boutonnieres were huge and we were missing 2. We ended up having the groomsman just take them off and used them on the tables instead. The team of 2 they sent to set up had no idea where to place anything. The poor girls were nice but not given any direction by Amy or Lauren. They tried to put signs in front of the fireplace which would prevent a fire. The lanterns were in the wrong spot and half of them had NO candles in the lanterns. What is the point of renting lanterns with no candles? The venue had to scramble to find candles for the lanterns I rented through Consider It Done. Due to Amy's suggestion, I added the menu twine and sprig, I look around the room to see it wasn't done. There was no napkin twine with greenery on it. This was the owners suggestion, I paid for it and it wasn't done. Some centerpieces had fake candles instead of real candles. Some centerpieces weren't even lit.
While I was on my honeymoon my mother reached out to explain what happened. To our surprise Amy was incredibly defensive. Instead of apologizing she went right into excuses and said everything was executed perfectly. I immediately emailed Amy and it took her 11 days to get in touch with me ( I had to call on a number she didn't know). She said my mother made everyone cry and that she said Consider It Done ruined my day (so untrue, the venue coordinator told my mom he wished all mothers of the bride were like her) we are not those kind of people. The only thing she apologized for was not communicating better about the bridal flowers. Did not take any responsibility for lack of communication with me and her team. She told me there is 60 emails back and forth (yeah mostly about invoicing, not them checking in with me). She told me all boutonnieres were absolutely delivered. I just stopped arguing with her, not worth it. She told me "oh big deal" about the napkin décor, specifically the twine, and offered me a $4 reimbursement. On top of everything else, there were bistro lights out in the tent and my $400 greenery wreath was hung out in the tent a day early for the wedding before mine (a hot and humid day).
Long story short, if you are just doing tent decor- maybe they will be able to execute it well. If you are looking for Consider It Done to complete your vision, give good communication and focus on the details... not the company for you. I am sure the owner will have a lengthy reply to this because she was so defensive, even saying the wind probably blew some candles out (no Amy, they were never lit. Candles on the inside of tent don't blow out when the outside candles are still lit). This is my first negative review ever. My mother taught me if you don't have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all but I want to warn other brides and couples out there.
Poor communication, poor attention to detail, poor execution and a very defensive/ rude owner. I have never been spoken to that way by a business owner in my life. Disappointing. -
