Can't recommend enough!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding! Connexion Band was absolutely lively and kept the energy high all night long. The dance floor was seriously never empty! They honored every single one of our “must-play” songs and other special requests, and they engaged with our guests just as we asked, which was truly appreciated knowing how much that meant to our friends and family.

The encore was nothing short of epic—our guests are still talking about it! Ray was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The value this band provides is truly incomparable. All we keep hearing from friends and family is how much they loved the music and the band. Their ability to play a range of songs from many different generations and genres tailored to our guests perfectly.

BEST DECISION EVER! We highly recommend booking Connexion Band for your wedding if you want a packed dance floor and a fun night.

The band killed it! From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful during the planning process and made everything so easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The performance itself was absolutely amazing. The band brought such incredible energy to the night. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about how great the music was and how much fun they had. We were married on June 21st and still have friends and family asking us for the name of the band for recommendations! The setlist was perfect, and their talent as musicians and entertainers really shone through. They played a variety of songs from different genres and kept the dance floor packed all night long! They gave a great show and were really easy to work with. They even played a lot of our favorite songs without us having to ask!

A special shoutout to Ray, who was awesome to work with - professional, friendly, and super organized. He made us feel completely confident going into the big day and delivered beyond our expectations. The emcee was fantastic as well and kept the flow of the evening smooth and engaging. Do not hesitate

Our wedding would not have been as amazing had we not gone with Connexion Band. They played at my cousin and my sister’s weddings so I knew they were excellent. But, didn’t realize just how wonderful until our wedding. During the entire process, Ray was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating, they even let my dad sing some songs with them, he was in a wedding band most of his life and he thought they were excellent as well and loved singing with them!

I have gotten so many compliments and people asking for the bands name since our wedding. We chose to trust the band with the playlist and not veto or choose any songs and the dance floor was crowded all night. It was truly amazing, they even kept playing until 5 minutes after the agreed upon time, we loved that they helped us keep the party going, it was so fun!! Connexion band is full of members that are extremely talented, high energy, and ready to put on a great show.

They also provided a guitarist for our ceremony and it really helped to add a special touch and was so beautiful.

Beyond expectations! Thank you Connexion Band!

Can we give Connexion Band more than 5 stars?! Ray and this band of seasoned, talented singers and musicians who have been together for years provided the best music and dance experience! We hoped for a packed Dance floor at our daughter’s wedding and Connexion delivered performances that kept the dance floor full of dancing, singing, pure joy! They learned a special song for us, they honored our requested songs and they performed songs that fit the vibe! They say they perform songs “note for note” and it’s true! Ray mc’d when needed and was so easygoing to work with throughout the year of planning! Hire this band if you want to dance all night, even longer because yes, the guests chanted “one more song” and they played an encore! At a wedding reception! That was a first for us to experience! We are still hearing from our guests… “A-plus”, “the band kept everyone involved”, “it was like a concert”, “they know so many songs”, “is that the new Dua Lipa song”, “so many amazing singers”. Fantastic!

The Connexion Band will absolutely make your event the talk of the town!

We had seen them perform a few times at a fundraiser dinner, so we knew they were good, and therefore had high expectations for them going into our wedding day…they blew through those expectations and made our wedding day absolutely perfect! From the moment we began working with Ray, Connexion was completely focused on making our reception memorable and personalized! The dance floor was so packed, we asked them to play an additional 30 minutes past their set list. Ray, and the entire band, were flexible with every request we had for them (including traveling from Chicago to Columbus), and made planning our reception so easy.

You and your guests will not be disappointed if you book the Connexion Band for your event!

Must Hire Band! AMAZING all around.

We hired Connexion Band for our wedding a few weeks ago in December '22. They were AMAZING! Our guests never left the dance floor. We keep getting compliments weeks after about how great our band was. Everyone told us how FUN the wedding was... I know that was due to Connexion. I had never been to a wedding where the guests chanted "encore" but Connexion was just THAT good.

Hire This Band!

This band is absolutely amazing! We hired them for our wedding and it was definitely one of (if not) the best decisions we made. Not only are the musicians phenomenal, but Ray is awesome to work with. He is extremely responsive and professional, he let us preview the band before we hired them and we got to watch how he monitors the crowd to determine which songs the band will play next to keep people on the dance floor. We also got to select all of the songs we wanted to hear, which was great to make sure the music fit our style. Our guests actually loved them so much they were asking Ray for their business card and still tell us today how great the music was and how it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. I would highly recommend and use them again, this band truly made our wedding something to remember!

This band is so talented and brings the energy!

This is the email I sent to Ray after my wedding to thank the band! They are all so talented and I am so happy I was able to book them for my wedding!!

“ Dear Ray,

We had to send an email to rave about your band.

First of all, thank you for being so responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process. You really made everything so smooth and stress-free, you were very reliable, and I knew I could trust you with the last minute changes.

Second of all, I have never had so much fun at a wedding in my life (granted I am a little biased). Your band had EVERYONE (old and young) on the dance floor from start to finish! Even during intermission, people were STILL on the dance floor waiting for the band to come back!

Third- the vocalists and musicians were fantastic! We were blown away by the range of talents, and loved how they alternated lead singers for different songs. From the rapping to the ballads, the Connexion band covered it all!

Fourth- We loved the songs that the band played! We appreciated the mix of old and new! I can't tell you how many people have also complimented the band. Kept The Dance Floor Packed!

Connexion Band brought the party to our wedding. We had a wide range of guest ages (teens to 90) and we were worried the music would be skewed one way or other. But Connexion performed a great variety of songs, and everyone of all ages was dancing all night. I don't think I've ever seen a dance floor so full for the entire wedding. Ray was wonderful to work with prior to the event, great communication and follow up. He responded quickly to my million emails and phone calls. The band played the songs we requested and filled in the rest, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The band was a surprise for my dad, and he teared up when he saw them perform. Best part ever.

Great Band all around

We hired the Connexion band for our wedding this August and it was the BEST decision. The band really lit up the evening with their lively spirits and choice of music. Their voices were not only impressive but the variety of genres they could sing was very remarkable. Their leader Ray was very helpful and responsive to our specific needs. He gladly set up speakers on our second floor dinner space for our dinner music. He accommodated our request for “tropical” themed dinner music as well. The band gladly embraced our tropical theme and wore flower leis like the rest of the guests. Overall they were a joy to work with and we loved listening to them. We still are receiving compliments from guests, “The band was great!” 10/10 recommend if you want your music and reception to be a night to remember!

BEST Band Out There

The Connexion Band performed at our wedding in September 2019 - it's December and we're still getting compliments on how great the band was! They were professional, polished, energetic, and they sounded amazing! They cover a wide range of musical genres and know how to plan out a set list that really keeps people dancing all night. The band manager, Ray, was great to work with and all our special requests were accommodated. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Quality Entertainment!

My wife and I booked the Connexion Band for our wedding and they were fantastic! We chose the nine piece band option and not only did they have a ton of range and learned a couple new songs for us, but they also came out and played with my brother-in-law who was performing during their break! On top of that, they were a great value compared to other bands we saw (and we saw a lot!). One of our guests even booked them on the spot for their upcoming wedding in December. I can't praise them enough for how flexible, energetic, and professional they were. Would book them again in an instant!

The best!!

Fantastic band for a great price!

You should hire this band for your wedding!! We went to listen to numerous bands at other people’s weddings and none impressed us as much as Connexion. They provide so many pieces at such an affordable price! They had our dance floor rocking all night long and people kept complimenting us on how amazing the band was. All of this was helped by the fact that Ray was great to work with. He started communicating with us almost a year out from the wedding as we started to discuss song selection. As the wedding day got closer, we nailed down a timeline for the entire evening and Ray and his MC made sure the evening went smoothly. One of our friends left the wedding asking if he could hire Connexion for his upcoming wedding in NYC because he thought they were so fantastic!

The band and dance floor of my dream

The Connexion Band was so amazing I'm not sure where to begin. The thing that comes to mind first was how crowded the dance floor was all night. Myself, being the bride, only left the dance floor once (to go eat cake). The songs and energy make it impossible to leave. We had guests the night of, and still one month later, asking who the band was. Throughout the planning process Ray was nothing but pleasant to work with, was very responsive and flexible as plans would change throughout. Hiring this band was one of our best decisions of the wedding!

Great music and good people

The Connection Band played at our wedding reception in December 2017. We thoroughly enjoyed their music and received many compliments on the band, even long after the event. They customized a playlist for our preferred style made up of a combination of requests and their picks that fit well. They have an extensive repertoire and would be able to do that for many genres and tastes. They even played a song I asked for that was not on their regular list. They also provided a solo keyboard player to provide background music during dinner.

The electricity went out at our reception just before the band was to go on stage and they were prepared to go without electronics if needed (the power came back on).

They provide good value for the number and quality of musicians at their price. The band leader Ray is friendly. And the Connexion Band provided entertainment to celebrate the reason we were there without making themselves the focus or using our event to promote themselves.

Connexion Band MADE our wedding!

We used Connexion Band for our wedding on October 6th and they were phenomenal!! The dance floor was packed all night and everyone has an absolute blast. So many people came up to me at the wedding or after and asked about the band - they seriously crushed it! We had so much fun and Ray was a pleasure to work with. Okay, so Ray asked me to leave a review but honestly I would have done it anyway.. Seriously amazing group. As a fellow musician and someone who is probably pickier than most when it comes to music, I can honestly say that they did a wonderful job at our wedding and really set the tone for the night. The dance floor was filled the entire night and the energy in the room was awesome! They even let me steal the mic for a couple tunes, which was great... Ray is one of the nicest guys to deal with and very very patient. Dave is the guy to talk to during the performance--They were both great and very accommodating to our last minute requests and needs. All of the other band members were super cool and everyone genuinely seemed to be having fun. Overall, very professional. I don't normally leave reviews but these guys deserve it. You really cant find a better band for this kind of value. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some great live tunes and a rowdy dance floor.... one more thing, we hired the jazz trio for cocktail hour and it was AWESOME! Definitely would recommend adding that to your occasion as well. I honestly cannot count how many compliments we got on the band--both the jazz trio and the full ensemble. Our guests loved all of the music! In fact, 2 of my friends have already inquired about how to contact Connexion after seeing them play...dont sleep on these guys! Great job!!

We used Connexion on June 9th for a wedding at Lowe's Hotel. The band was beyond my expectations in every way. Not only were they superb at the wedding, but working with Ray on the music the timeline and other tings we needed was wonderful. Ray has played for the weddings of two of my dear friends. In both weddings, one in Chicago and the other in LaGrange, you just never sat down. The variety of music and their read of the guests was just fantastic. They did NOT let us down. The guests raved about them. They also let my niece do a song that evening and the audience loved it. Absolutely perfect.
My husband and I were mostly concerned about the open bar and music. We spent countless hours listening to a variety of bands and what stood out the most to us with Connexion Band was the flexibility, timeliness in response, and of course their music list and samples.
Their website is very user friendly and the selling point is that they have samples you can listen to of a few of their covers. I will be honest we did have our doubts while listening to the samples thinking "how could they sound this good, it's recorded." But, they definitely over exceeded our expectations. They were so impressive that I have friends and family members asking for their information for when they have their "potential weddings." Our guests didn't leave the dance floor from the minute they started. I have never been to a wedding where all the guests are still centered on the dance floor when the lights go on and the music ends.
The thing that the Connexion band offers that I didn't see in other bands was not only the variety of songs from slow, fast, oldies, country, but also because they had a male and female lead for specific songs. Which really made it feel like a true cover. Their voices are bone chilling perfect.
The only challenge when booking them is that they are very confidential with their clients so they don't allow you to visit them while performing at other events. So you feel like you are taking a gamble. Which now that our event is over, I highly respect. But, at the time while planning I will admit I was a little disappointed and nervous when selecting them. However, I found them on Facebook which led me to find another couple who partnered with them for their wedding. The review from them was great, so I took a risk and listened to their recommendation and I couldn't be more grateful.
You'd be crazy not to select The Connexion Band for your next event. Ray is super easy to work with and truly wants the best for you.

Ray and the Connexion band were the centerpiece of an EPIC wedding day for my wife and I on 11/4/17. They were extremely responsive through the whole process and willing to learn and adjust a few songs that meant a lot to us. The fact that they had 9 members left the crowd in awe of the range of genres....rock, country, rap, Top 40, oldies, and BRAND new songs (think 'Feels' by Calvin Harris'). The dance floor was ABSOLUTELY packed the entire night and every song was as though the original artist was singing. They were interactive with the crowd and we had more than a handful of guests say they were the best wedding band they had ever heard! I couldn't agree more, their energy, passion, talent, and genuine excitement to be playing our wedding was unmatched and made it the best day of our lives. I would and have recommended them to anybody who is discussing bands! Thank you Ray and Connexion Band for all the hard work, we will never forget that night!

We could not have been happier with choosing the Connexions as the band for our wedding. Ray was very responsive to emails and receptive to our music requests. He sent out a questionnaire to us prior to the wedding about reception details which helped us know what to expect on the day of the wedding and ease our stress. The music was phenomenal and we have never seen a dance floor that packed for the entire night. They played a wide variety of music and were so talented. Even guests who couldn’t dance loved just being able to listen to them perform. We have already been asked several times by other couples who our band was so they can have them at their wedding. Having The Connexions as our wedding band truly made our night so memorable and special.

We got married in May 2017, but Connexion had played my cousin's wedding 6 years ago, too. They were amazing then and they were amazing at our wedding! Our dance floor was literally always packed - even during breaks! My dad used to sing in a wedding band, so I knew I wanted him to sing at our wedding, and Connexion didn't just allow it - they were pumped! My dad sang 3 songs with the band and it was a total highlight of our night. We requested no novelty songs, like chicken dance, YMCA, etc, but of course they said 'Yes' to the mother of the bride's request of Electric Slide! Highly recommend, and Ray was great to communicate with leading up to the wedding.

The Connexion Band brought our dream wedding to life! Heard first at a friend's wedding a few years back and they didn't disappoint, we couldn't resist but to book them for ourselves! The 9-piece band was incredible and we have received nothing but great feedback from all of our guests. They also supplied our PA system, ceremony musician, dinner music, as well as a jazz trio for the cocktail reception. The repertoire list for the band was so extensive that we were able to hear many of our favorites and also work with the group to DJ the band breaks with our music choices. When we asked them to come out from Chicago up to Milwaukee for a wedding in the historic 5th Ward they jumped at the opportunity. There was no hesitation from them about the distance or any potential logistical issues. Two days before our wedding the City of Milwaukee was even so kind as to completely tear up the street in front of the venue and made parking nearly impossible. Regardless Of that curveball, Ray and the band just rolled with the punches and the stress never came down to anyone else involved in the wedding. I was worried the whole time about things going wrong and of course they did. But no matter what it was the band helped it breeze right by and never "skipped a beat." I cannot say enough about the Connexion Band and would suggest them to anyone who wants a band that will meet and exceed any and all of your entertainment expectations or dreams at your wedding.

I cannot say enough about the Connexion Band! They were the best part of our wedding. We got so many compliments on them and how fun they made our reception. They were able to do a wonderful mix of DJ songs through dinner and special requests for first dances, to live versions of our favorite songs. They have a huge repertoire that they work with and allow you to choose some songs that are 'must haves' and then feel the crowd to select songs they think will bring people to the dance floor, and our dance floor was packed the entire night! They are a steal for the quality of the music and fun they give a wedding!

This band. Honestly the best wedding band I've ever heard. Played amazing music tailored to our desires. They sent us a repertoire months before the wedding so we were able to cross off the "no" songs and highlight the "yes" songs. Ray, the manager is so easy to talk with and was very quick with answering any questions we had. I could not recommend this band enough. The price is right and the quality is amazing. We had a wedding with half the guests from NY and they were blown away. Some guests commented that they couldn't tell when it was the band singing or the iPod playing (during a short break) because that's how great the band was. Book this band today!!!

Let me tell you, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

The Connexion Band came highly recommended by our photographer, so we decided to check them out. We worked with Ray, who manages the 9-piece band, and we went to hear them during a charity event. They were absolutely outstanding - it was one and done. We booked the Connexion immediately after hearing them; we never even went to check out another band!

Our wedding day was no exception. The dance floor was PACKED all night long. Ray and team give you the chance to pick out your music, but recommend that you let them read the room and pick accordingly. We did just that -- we selected the songs for first dance, FOB dance, bouquet toss, garter, and last song of the night. We let them pick the rest, and that was the best decision. They had the perfect mix of modern, classic, upbeat, and energetic songs to keep the room dancing and partying the night away. We also added the 3-piece jazz band for dinner music, and they did a fantastic job.

The value for the band is unmatched -- the band was priced well below the competition and were far better than any band I had previously heard at weddings.

Finally, I had a special request for Ray -- the FOB dance was a special surprise, starting out slow, and jumping right into a choreographed Grease Lightening. Ray mixed the songs and provided it to me before hand so my dad and I could practice our surprise dance. The requests of how the songs were mixed was completed perfectly.

If I were searching for a wedding band and someone told my to blindly hire them, I echo that recommendation! You will not regret it!!

This band made my wedding an absolute success! They were so awesome, so flexible and willing to help me out in my requests, even up to the last minute! I would recommend them to anyone. Booking Connexion Band was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding! Our wedding was a month ago and we are still getting compliments on how incredible our band was. The Connexion Band absolutely killed it at our wedding reception! They were rocking great tunes all night long and the dance floor was overcrowded the entire night! Song after song, they had the crowd going. There was literally no down-time with them. Very entertaining!

If you want your event to be a "Night To Remember" then you must hire Connexion Band for your event. They are without a doubt fabulous! And their not just a typical band. They are an orchestra band, with incredible vocals and brass! We hired them for our daughters wedding reception and they not only performed but also handled the introductions for us. Working with them was easy because nothing was a problem. What you see on their website is what you get and more! My wife and I first heard and danced to them at my friends wedding reception and when our daughter got engaged we immediately booked them for her reception. Disclosure: I'm the mother of the bride, but my daughter and now son-in-law did all the correspondence with the band, so I rated them a 5 in responsiveness, but I really don't know.

We booked the band sight-unseen, sound-unheard. Numerous friends who attended a wedding in August of 2014 raved about this band. Their calendar was booking up and we needed to make a decision, so we trusted our friends' opinions.

NO REGRETS WHAT-SO-EVER!!!! They had incredible energy, incredible musicians and incredible singers. In between sets, we had our own iPod going, so the dance floor was NEVER without people. People remember the band. They don't remember the invitations or the flowers. Book this band!

What I'm about to say is a true story: I visited Chicago 5 years ago for a friend's wedding, which was the first and only time I had heard Connexion. They were so good that I took their business card and swore I would fly them to wherever my wedding would be held at some to be determined date in the future.

Lo and behold, 6 years later -- after having re-located to Chicago for work -- I ended up getting married here. Once I popped the question, the first thing I did was call the band to get their availability. We scheduled our wedding on one of the only weekend's they had left for the summer of 2015. And it was well worth it.

The band literally crushed it. Ray (the band manager) is incredibly responsive. The band has a knack for reading the room and they take good direction when it comes to the songs and the tone you want them to set.

Just remember, there are only 3 things that make a wedding memorable: the band, the booze, and the bride. With Connexion, you'll be set on the first.

Connexion Band was highly recommended by several family friends and they did not disappoint. Our daughter's wedding was out of town (Milwaukee) and she wanted them for her wedding so we paid extra (including hotel rooms for 9 band members) because they were THAT good. They made her wedding and had so many compliments on the band. In fact, a guest immediately booked them the day after the wedding. THEY WERE AWESOME! They kept the party going even during their intermissions with their songs. They are very reasonably priced and let me tell you they are definitely worth every penny. The Chicago Blackhawks were playing the same night as my wedding, so I did have to have a TV with the game on of course, but even with the game on the dance floor was still packed!

They were so easy to work with and any song they didn't have on their list they learned it and it sounded great!!

Because I'm still dealing with a headache of a photographer (2 years and still no wedding album!!!) I thought I'd finally take the time to compliment the vendors that made my wedding day everything I had hoped for. My husband and I used the Connexion Band for our wedding in September 2012, and to this day friends getting married are still talking about the band and asking who we used. I admit I was unsure about booking a band, since about half of our guests were "non-dancers," I figured I might save some money by using a DJ. Ultimately I was swayed by the fact that at least the non-dancing guests would have some entertainment and I'm so glad I changed my mind! The band put on a great show and entertained dancers and non-dancers alike all night. I've got so many great shots in my wedding video of people dancing and singing along to the music - the range of song selection was perfect - and I love that the videographers were able to use the actual band music from the night (instead of having to dub over it) cause it sounded so good! They even let my husband and I up onstage to sing along (okay, that part didn't sound quite as good as when they did it.)
The band handled the announcements and introductions for the night and made sure the volume in the room was just right for speeches. I was also impressed by the fact that they were completely set up in the room before guests started entering. Our ceremony was right next door to the reception hall and we never once heard them during the ceremony.
Thank you to Ray and the Connexion Band for making our reception a party!

We loved this band!! We are still getting compliments on the music weeks after the event and a few guests asked for the contact info so they can book them at their own weddings/parties. The band was fantastic – they played a great mix of song while also fitting in a few ‘must have’ songs we requested in advance. They even took the time to learn our first dance song that was not part of their usual playlist – it was such a great memory to have our song played live rather than a recording. The band was really easy to work with at booking and on the day-of they arrived extra early to set up in the ballroom well before any of our guests would arrive. They also provided great MC services for the introductions and speeches before taking over the dance floor for the evening. It was definitely a great decision to book Connexion and we encourage you to check them out!

I'm struggling to come up with words to adequately describe how memorable The Connexion Band made our wedding reception. The dance floor was packed the entire reception...all the way to the very last song. I found myself almost wishing for a so-so song so I could stop dancing for a minute to drink a glass of water, but they were on fire all night! How often do you see the waitstaff dancing in the hallways at a reception? I know, seeing it was a first for me too! The interaction between the band and our guests only added to the fun. Even during the band's break, they were on the dance floor dancing to pre-recorded music. We had so many guests raving about The Connexion Band and saying they had never heard a live band perform like that, especially at a wedding. Best decision we made in wedding planning was booking The Connexion Band. And let me tell you, working with Ray is a pleasure! Such a great guy and band to work with.

This band really is the best! I am recommending them to everyone I know and continue providing their name to the numerous guests from our reception that are asking for it.

Bottom Line: A band can make or break your reception. The Connexion Band will more than make the reception.

Months and months after our wedding, people are still raving about how fun dancing at our wedding was because of Connexion. I tell anyone who is engaged about this band and let them know that even though live bands are more expensive than a simple DJ, it is way more fun, people thoroughly enjoy it, and it makes for great memories. We have some elderly in our family who aren't able to get down on the dance floor anymore, so when they found out we had a live band, Connexion, they were ecstatic, it allows them to enjoy the music while sitting in their seats as well. Connexion provided an exciting show, all of them were very kind and professional. They listened to our list of "no"s and "absolutely play"s. It was a nonstop fun vibrant dance party. I totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for a memorable dance party at their wedding reception (or any event for that matter).

My husband and I saw these guys a couple of years ago at a friend's wedding. They were phenomenal and just as great at our wedding. They were the most important, and best- part of our day. They play everything: Motown, oldies, 80's, 90's and new songs. Everyone was dancing- older guests, our friends, kids- nobody was sitting. The Connexion Band did an incredible job at our wedding reception! They were recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. We went to see several bands before choosing one for our wedding, and while all the bands did an amazing job Connexion was less than half the cost of the others! Having a live band is obviously more pricey than a DJ but Connexion is really a great value for the quality. I have nothing bad to say about Connexion and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The Connexion Band played our wedding in September and it absolutely could not have gone any better. From the moment that we signed them as our wedding band, their manager Ray was incredibly helpful and stayed extremely organized. As our wedding day drew near, we confirmed everything that Connexion would provide (down to the minor details) and Ray was on top of everything.

On our big day, Connexion provided a pianist and various pieces of sound equipment for our ceremony and brought a full 9 piece band to rock our reception. And man alive did they rock. Connexion has an enormous 500+ song repertoire and we were able to lay out which songs we'd like to hear. There were a few instances when Connexion threw in a song that.we hadn't picked but they felt would get our guests going - and it always did They played with so much energy and passion and stayed very true to each song. The only complaint I have is that people had to fight for real estate on the dance floor - it was packed for every minute of the reception! Connexion really made our reception so incredible and the amount of compliments that we both get is staggering. If you like fun, you should really hire these guys!

This band, Connexion, made the reception a fun and fabulous event. They are incredibly talented and lively. So many of our quests commented on how terrific they were. They're easy to communicate with and incredibly organized.

Hiring the Connexion Band was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day!

We cannot say enough good things about the Connexion Band. We are so happy we chose them to be a part of our special day. Ray was so organized and helped us throughout the entire planning process. They allowed us to choose a few special songs and also helped us with a grand wedding party entrance. The performances were amazing from start to finish. One of my biggest wishes for the wedding day was to have everyone on the dance floor and they helped make that wish come true. Our guests are still raving about the band. I'd choose Connexion over again and again.

Ray and the entire Connextion band were wonderful! They are true professionals who not only helped entertain our guests, but also ensured our entire wedding (from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception) flowed as it should. We had multiple guests comment on how much fun they had, and we truly have the Connexion Band to thank for that! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for event entertainment.

AMAZING! We had Connexion play at our wedding and they were unbelievable. We had a range of ages at the wedding and all 170 guests were up and dancing all night long! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a band for a special occasion. They were flexible with requests from intros for the bridal party to the song list. I don't think I ever danced as hard as I did that night :) Thank you!!

My husband and I knew from the beginning stages of planning our wedding that having a great band was a requirement. The Connexion Band was the perfect band for us!
Ray was extremely responsive and flexible in working with us. He provides you with a planning sheet where you can outline the specifics of your event and request your music choices. This band is truly top notch and they seemed to enjoy our guests as much as our guests enjoyed them.
I highly recommend choosing The Connexion Band for your entertainment needs!

This band has amazing talent with a broad range of lead vocals to cover many different songs. My wife and I loved every aspect of the band. Our guests have been raving about it non stop since the wedding. We used their band members to perform a jazz trio during cocktail hour which reduced the burden of coordinating vendors. Lastly their MC and lead singer helped organize all of the introductions and helped everything flow smoothly. Their value is easily 2x the cost.

This band lied to us repeatedly, breached the contract and left us without a band twelve days before our wedding. Then, after the contract was canceled verbally, via email, and in writing, they still tried to take our money.

They lied about being willing or able to learn our music, though neglected to inform us about this until we asked specifically, two weeks before the wedding, if they had taken a look at the music for our first dance. We wouldn't have found out otherwise that they never learned it until the actual night of the wedding.

They also demanded that they get literally half of the parking spaces in our parking lot and refused to compromise. All of our other vendors--even the entire catering team-- was willing to take 1 parking spot, but the band manager demanded 13. The contract merely states that we had to provide "parking validation for band vehicles" and without defining either "validation" or how many band vehicles they were bringing, when he demanded this many spaces, he breached our contract. This ended in a very heated phone conversation in which Ray suggested that we cancel the contract, twelve days before the wedding.

Ultimately, we found three other bands that were available the night of my wedding and had a great wedding. But this didn't stop Ray from suddenly threatening legal action against us, or from trying to cash the last check we had written him a full 24 hours after he received our written cancellation (a week after the email cancellation). The entire experience was horrible and still turns my stomach. Hiring this band was the worst decision we made in the wedding planning process and I hope no bride or family has to go through what we went through.
