Conner did such an amazing job capturing our whole wedding day. The 10-minute edit is my favorite, the shots are BEAUTIFUL—lighting, tone, angles. He and Annie really did an amazing job and are amazing people on top of it! Our wedding day was beautifully captured and edited in a way that fit us perfectly. He takes the time to get to know your taste and style and what you’re expecting from your video. I highly recommend! -

We had the BEST experience working with Conner and his team! He was helpful in explaining his process and helping us decide what package was right for us. Day of, he was prompt and greeted us with the biggest smile. He directed us well but also knew when to stand back. He made us feel comfortable and made our experience fun! Our videos are stunning! His passion shines through his work. I’m so glad we chose him to document our big day. The moments he captured are truly beautiful. You can’t go wrong with him and his team! -

Truly can't put into words how much we loved working with Conner! He was so easy to talk to, always happy to help and really knew what he was talking about! He walked us through everything, was super easy going when we wanted to change the plans and was there for every special moment of our day. Warning to all brides out there - I do not recommend you book your wedding with Conner unless you want to deal with little to no communication, little attention to detail to what you envision your video to be, and super delayed videos.
I unfortunately had a horrible experience working with Conner for my September 2024 wedding. It caused me so much stress that I needed some time to even write about it.
In the intro/consultation call, I was super hopeful and excited. That all changed when I noticed Conner was not responsive to any of my emails prior to the wedding where I resent my day of timeline multiple times. He waited until the WEEK before my wedding to tell me two other people were shooting my wedding (when I hired him I was under the impression he'd be doing it). Not a huge deal as this is common.
Fast forward to day of my wedding, the two videographers were super late due to traffic but they did their best to make it work.
I was married 09/28/24. My contract specifically stated 5-6 weeks I'd be getting my videos. I paid a LOT of money for these videos. I was due for my videos in November 2024. When did I finally receive them you may be wondering? Not until February 2025! When I finally did get them, they spelled my husband's name wrong so I couldn't even use them until that was fixed over a week later. Conner would not respond to any of my emails. When he finally would respond, he would say "I'm working on it" and would be very short. This caused me a lot of anxiety.
I then had to go through my phone and find the number of the shooter of my wedding. He was at least responsive but still didn't have the videos to supply to me
In order to finally receive the videos I was due months before, I had to send Conner a letter requesting that he send me my videos by a specific date. Only then was I emailed with empathy, offering an additional ceremony edit which was a nice offer. However it does not justify the lack of communication and the poor attention to detail (ie. Not putting a country type song or most likely not even looking at the form I filled out)
When filling out my video questionnaire of my vision, Conner had me put what kind of music my now husband and I like and I put down we both like country. My video did not have country music at all, this was overlooked. I put on the form I wanted my dogs to be in the video. They were barely included.
I am truly disappointed in Conner and had really high hopes. I do not recommend hiring Conner for your wedding needs unless you want to add a lot of stress to your plate. Save your money and look for another videographer who will be more attentive and respectful and most of all, more professional.
