Exquisite Cake!
The cake was exactly what we asked for and it was stunning!!! Nicci was so attentive and listen to all of our requests. Very professional service and reasonable pricing we could not be happier with the final product. It was a beautiful wedding.Confectious Pastry Shop's reply:

My fiancé and I recently had our cake tasting with Nicci and we knew right away we wanted her to make our wedding cake! The the flavors were sooo delicious we even had a hard time picking our favorite. Not only did we love the tasting but Nicci was so sweet and personable. Nicci at Confectious Pastry is amazing :)
Owner Nicci at Confectious Pastry has been our bakery of choice for all our family events the past 5 years! Our daughter Brittany recently got married on 4/2/2022.
You must see the amazing sugar cookies she made for our guest favors complete with a couples picture, hand tied bows and “Thank you” note on each. These cookies were so yummy and a perfect favor for our 180 guests. Thank you Nicci :) -

Nicci and her team have been my go to for years now. Her attention to detail is great and her cakes and pastries taste amazing. Additionally, she is always so responsive and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any event! -

Very Disappointed
Let me start off by saying that I hate posting bad reviews and rarely ever do. I’m a very understanding person and I don’t expect perfection. I would never want to hurt someone’s business but I feel like I was treated very unfairly in this situation. I did not order these for a wedding but this is the only place I could find that would let me post a picture. Nicci was very nice at first and I was excited to see the cake pops I ordered for my Gender Reveal. I sent her a picture of what I was wanting (shown on the left) and told her it was for a gender reveal. I ended up with these sloppy cake pops (shown on the right) that aren’t even orange and the blue & pink colors show through, which is pointless for a gender reveal. I requested a refund because I could not use them (since the blue/pink colors were showing through) and honestly I was embarrassed for anyone to see them. I had to come up with another idea last minute which took time and more money. She refused to refund me and told me I could order something else for free later which I will not be doing. I sent her an email over a week ago expressing my disappointment and asked why these were sloppy, almost skin colored instead of orange and how she expected me to use these for a gender reveal if the colors show through and she never replied. From what I’ve seen from her reviews and pictures, it looks like she normally does great work so I’m genuinely confused at the product I received and why she won’t accept the fact that these look awful. I just wish she would have acknowledged that someone messed up here and refunded me. Very disappointing.Confectious Pastry Shop's reply:

We apologize for the disappointment, and per the emails that I personally did reply to, we accomplished everything discussed in the contract. I understand the disappointment in design, and that is why I offered the complimentary order. I believe that was the fare thing to do.
Our policy will not allow the refund, as we completed everything on the order form and on time.
I do not believe a refund is fare, as we completed all items you asked for. But I do understand the disappointment and frustration. Therefore, that is why I offered the complimentary order. I will continue to offer this for you.
I tried my best to provide the best customer service and and I hope you can understand that.
