Rhonda is a divine cake baker and decorator! Our cake was a real 5 tier cake (no sheet cakes in the back). Some of our guests told us after the wedding that they had 2 slices because it was so good! Our cake was so beautful too - Rhonda did a phenomenal job on the design and sugar flowers. Highly highly recommend!

I could not have been more pleased with the cakes at our wedding. Our grooms cake was a fabulous lifelike cake of our black lab which looked just like him. The brides cake was more than i could have imagined. all the sugar flowers were incredible and the design of the cake turned out perfect. i was so pleased with each layer. and of course beyond design, our cakes were all fabulous. all the guests were raving and had to try every flavor.

Rhonda with Confections on the Coast DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Not only is the cake the most amazing piece of art with the most vivid pinecones, berries, flowers and greenery that appeared to all be REAL, but the cake was so so delicious!! Our guests could not stop raving over its beauty and deliciousness! Rhonda I wish I could rate this even higher than wedding wire allows. Thank you thank you thank you for our visionary cake. You are incredible lady!

Rhonda did SUCH an amazing job on our cake. She is truly talented- her creations are masterpieces and she takes so much pride in her work. We took a photo of a cake she had done for a previous wedding and she added details from my dress to enhance it and make it more personal. The finished product was beyond what I could have possibly envisioned.

Rhonda was amazing! Once I found a picture of a cake that I liked, I asked her to do something similar in design. She drew out a cake design and gave me some suggestions. It turned out so beautiful, it was PERFECT! It was everything I wanted and more. Not only are her cakes beautiful but they taste so good too! With plenty of options for flavors to choose. I wish she did birthday cakes!!! LOL

My husband had full control over the cake flavors we used, as I am not a big sweets fan. I could not stop eating the cake, it was absolutely delicious and so beautifully decorated. Rhonda was more than happy to accommodate my husband's request to have each of the 6 layers be a different flavor (yes, really!) She even boxed up a slice of each flavored cake for each of us that was taken back to our cottage for after the reception to enjoy! She was so much fun to work with, and I cannot wait to dive into our top layer in 6 months!

Absolutely in love with our wedding cake Rhonda created! It was exactly what I had in mind plus more. The buttons on the back (that were never even discussed) were the finishing touch. And not to mention, her cakes are amazingly delicious. Highly Recommend!

Rhonda is so talented I was completely blown away by her sugar flowers! I asked her to match the cake to my dress - she did JUST that! It was perfect, delicious and beautiful!

My favorite thing about Rhonda is that she actually came to my reception to serve her cake. She cut it herself and boxed up our top tier for next year so sweetly.

Rhonda did such a beautiful job on our cake! Not only was it a work of art, but it tasted amazing! We had five tiers - each a different flavor. All of them were so delicious! We had so many people compliment the cake (strawberry and coconut-almond were the big hits). Thank you, Rhonda!

I absolutely would recommend Confections on the Coast Cakes! Rhonda is so amazing! I showed her one picture of what I wanted and she hit it spot on!! It was absolutely beautiful and delicious.

My cake was fabulous! It was so delicious and my guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was! It turned out better than I had imagined! I would highly recommend Confections on the Coast! Spend the money. It is well worth every bite!

Rhonda created the most amazing cake for our wedding in Rosemary Beach, FL. I sent her pictures of all of my fiancé's favorite things, and she was able to include everything on the most creative, colorful, and delicious cake. Literally no detail is too intricate for her to design. Not only was everyone raving about how beautiful and unbelievable the cake was (our dog's picture was popping out of a Polaroid camera!), but everyone especially enjoyed how delicious it was. She creates the best flavors...it was hard to choose our favorite. It is rare that a cake looks AND tastes great, but Rhonda's cakes are perfection.

Our cake was absolutely beautiful!! I gave them several photos of what I liked and they completely made it happen! And a beautiful cake is one thing, but this one was also ridiculously delicious. We had 4 different flavors and they were all outstanding. Our guests agreed! Rhonda was so easy to work with and made the process enjoyable. Loved Confections on the Coast!

When we met Rhonda for our tasting, she was not shy about the fact that her cakes are the best in the area. After the tasting, I agreed with her. After the wedding, all of our guests did too. Our cake was beautiful and delicious! We had 4 very different flavors, and they were all amazing. She even created a new flavor just based off an email about things that the groom liked!

Rhonda is simply amazing!!

Not only did the cakes she created for us look amazing they tasted magnificent.

From start to finish Rhonda was professional, quick to follow up on emails and detailed. She even sent us drawings of what the two cakes would look like! For a bride planning her wedding from a far this was a HUGE bonus.

Rhonda is the best in the panhandle hands down.

Rhonda created the most beautiful cake for my daughter's wedding with a different flavor for every layer. It was so pretty that we hated to cut it but we are glad we did because it tasted amazing. It was moist and flavorful and everyone loved it. There was not much of it left at the end of the wedding. It was a hit with our guests and so was the cheesecake with separate toppings that we had for the grooms table. It was enjoyed by all. But not to forget the strawberry bridesmaid cake she made for the luncheon with the charm pulls in it. It was the most beautiful cake I think I have ever seen complete with flowers and pearls and the cake tasted as good as it looked! Thanks Rhonda. I definitely recommend her cakes for any occasion that you may have. You will not be disappointed.

Confections on the Coast makes the most gorgeous and delicious cakes I have ever had! I can tell you I am not a sweets person, nor did I want a cake on my wedding day but after trying Confections on the Coast I had a change of heart. Rhonda was fabulous and brought a variety of cakes to taste as well as numerous photographs of cakes she had made in the past. I did not feel pressured or feel the need to pick out a cake that exact day which was a huge relief given I wasn't sure if I wanted one. We actually not only decided on a wedding cake but a groomsman cake as well. You will not be let down if you choose Confection on the Coast, the cakes are moist, plump, fresh, scrumptious and unbelievably beautiful. Thank you to Rhonda for a picture perfect wedding and groomsman cake!

Oh my goodness....The best cake you will ever put in your mouth!!!! Outstanding job and everyone there could not get enough!!! Rhonda at Confections on the Coast provided us the most beautiful cake for our 7/13/13 wedding at WaterColor Inn and Resort! During our initial meeting, we were so impressed by the pictures of Rhonda's work (I think she may be a magician!) She ended up designing the cake after my dress and it looked perfect. Not only are her cakes gorgeous, they are SO delicious. Because we had so many guests, we had to do a six tier cake but that allowed us to pick several of her unique flavors. We ended up going with French Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate Hazelnut, Pina Colada, and Grand Marnier. Our guests made many comments about how delicious the cake was and several told me Strawberry was their favorite. We were so thrilled to find a box with slices of all the flavors waiting in our room after the wedding. Highly recommend!

If you have a chance to get this vendor, immediately lock in!!! Quite simply, she makes the most beautiful, most innovative, and most delicious cakes in the Panhandle, if not all of Florida! The day you have the cake tasting will be one of your favorite planning days! She has so many delicious choices, you will have a hard time selecting.

You won't have many leftovers because the guests keep going back to try the other flavors. Our recommendations: chocolate hazelnut, lemon poppyseed and grand marnier. These cakes will truly blow away your guests!

Yummy! Not only are the cakes beautiful they actually taste GOOD! I wanted a simple white cake and I got so much more than I would have ever hoped. It was beautiful!

I gave Confections on the Coast a picture of the wedding cake I wanted, and it turned out absolutely perfect! It was even better than the picture! Our cake was a 4-tired, all white design with each layer being slightly different. The taste was perfect, in fact it was the best cake I have ever had, and I love cake so that's saying a lot. The best part is they will deliver your cake and cut it for you during the reception. LOVE CONFECTIONS ON THE COAST!

Mrs. Rhonda of Confections on the Coast is amazing! She makes wonderful cakes and they are as beautiful as they taste. Our meeting with her was wonderful and we left excited to make the flavor choices! It was hard to pick because every piece of cake we tried was so good. She helped me pick a design for the cake and it was so pretty! I would recommend Confections on the Coast to anyone that wants to have a great cake!

Rhonda took a picture and my ideas and made the most beautiful cake I could ever imagine. Not to mention that her cakes are delicious!!! My husband and I do not care for cake that much and LOVED our cake. I would never use anyone else after having Rhonda's cake!

I loved Rhonda's cakes so much I wanted a 20-layer cake. She really makes the best cake I've ever had. We had 4 layers: strawberry, french vanilla, lemon, and caramel. The cake was also beautiful, covered in fondant sand dollars for our beach wedding. Rhonda also made our donut hole tower - the groom's cake - which was a big hit and delicious. She used to be involved in pageants, so she even helped me bustle my gown. We loved her.

The best way to describe Rhonda's cake would be... when my sister-in-law saw the cake... she started crying. It was SO beautiful. I had my wedding at my Grannys house and I knew I wanted the cake to go on her dining room table where she has served her cakes my whole life. I showed Rhonda where the cake would go.. then I showed her a picture of my dress and veil. Then she did her magic! The cake was stunning! My dress had a slight blush color so she put that as an undertone in the cake, then she copied the lace in the veil, and then added aspects of the dress. It as so elegant! And not only was the cake BEAUTIFUL... it was sooooo YUMMY! It is taking all my will power not to open the freezer and eat that top layer! I know were were suppose to have extra cake, but so may of our guest got seconds that we only went home with 2 extra boxes!!! Which I would consider a good sign of a great cake!!! Rhonda is so sweet and make the cake experience so fun!

Rhonda made me the most beautiful wedding cake! I had a hard time deciding on a design, so I sent about 7 different pictures to Rhonda. After looking at my ideas, she sent me back her design vision and it was perfect. She incorporated my ideas and desire for a simple, elegant, but not "boring" cake, and she made me a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Rhonda also made really cute cupcakes for the groom's cake that were delicious.

Rhonda at Confections on the Coast amazed me with the most incredible wedding cake I could've imagined!! I've been to many wedding where the cake looked great, but didn't taste that wonderful...Rhonda's cake was the whole package, for sure!! The presentation and design was absolutely beautiful, but it also tasted incredible!! I was able to pick different flavors for each tiers, and am still having wedding guests talk about how wonderful my cake was!! The Grand Marnier and Strawberry tiers were my personal favorite : )

I cannot imagine a more perfect wedding cake than the one we had! We worked with Rhonda and she was absolutely wonderful-- so sweet, helpful, communicative, and creative. We had the most delicious cake anyone had ever tasted! The BEST part were the flavors we got to choose from-- they were very unique and different and the traditional favorites had really cool twists to them. The design was completely tailored to us and we had never seen anything so gorgeous-- it was definitely a great focal point.

WOW!! I cannot describe how amazing our cakes were from Rhonda @ Confections on the Coast. From the unbelievable Yankees themed Grooms Cake to our all white Cake Pops to the beautifully elegant Wedding Cake, everything she brought was phenomenal. My wife and I heard repeatedly that our cake was the best they had ever seen or tasted. You cannot go wrong with any of the flavors, but the fresh strawberry with a light cream frosting was the favorite of the several we used on our cakes.

The cake was absolutely beautiful! Just exactly what my daughter had described, and hoped for! BUT it was absolutely delicious, too! People were just amazed at how great it tasted-much better than any wedding cake I'd ever eaten before. I'd definitely use this vendor, and I'd get a larger cake than just # of guests- it will be eaten!!!!

Rhonda's cakes are so fantastic: Not just beautiful to look at but delicious as well! I only wish we hadn't been so busy meeting and greeting at the wedding, because we only got to have the one ceremonial piece of cake.

Our wedding cake was outstanding! The cake turned out better than imagined. The cake was so delicious. They packed a "honeymoon sampler" that we actually ate when we got home a week later. It was still so good!
The groom's cake was a big hit! Rhonda worked with us and we got the perfect compliment to us.

If you are getting married around Northern Florida, this is your ONLY choice!

I have an out-of-control sweet tooth and even though I had a small budget, I considered my wedding cake to be one of the most important parts of my wedding. I knew Rhonda would be making my cake after the first bite at our tasting. Her cakes look delicious, taste delicious, and she is beyond professional. Included in the cost is a server, and I don't know what we would have done without her. She boxed up servings for my groom and me because we were too busy at the reception to stop and eat. She is easy to communicate with over email, and I just really could not have been happier.

My husband and I were thrilled about our cake. It was GORGEOUS!!! Not only was the damask design she created elegant, but the taste was out of this world!! Rhonda with Confections on the Coast loves her cakes and she should. They are not only beautiful and fun, but the cake tastes amazing. Every cake with fondant usually tastes bad, but Rhonda's fondant is delicious.

We met with Rhonda once and she had books and books of cakes she has done in the past. I probably told her I wanted three different kinds of cakes until deciding on the final one. She was responsive and positive about every one that I wanted to do. I sent her a picture of the cake that I wanted and she made it.

She stays with the cake all night. She slices and serves the cake. She walks you through the "cutting of the cake" process and she packages up the top and the left overs for you.

Everyone raved about the cake, and I have no idea of how I am going to wait a whole year knowing that delicious cake is in my freezer!!

My wedding coordinator asked me three things that were most important to me for my wedding. #1 was the cake :D

Rhonda is an AMAZING pastry chef. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I told her several times that she needs to enter the 'Food Network Challenge'. Her cakes taste as good as they look. Our first anniversary is coming up soon and I'm already drooling over the leftover cake waiting for us in the freezer!

Wow. I can't say enough nice things about Rhonda with Confections on the Coast. She listened to what we wanted and delivered the most beautiful cake I'd ever seen. The sugar flowers were a work of art.... We had a 5 layer cake - each a different flavor. It was not your traditional cardboard wedding cake - this was a tasty tasty cake. Nothing was dry, and the fondant (which I was initially hesitant about) was delicious and non-rubbery. Don't miss out on the strawberry cake with REAL fruit in it. If you're getting married on the Gulf Coast, please call Confections, and also, please invite me, so I can have more delicious cake :)

Confections on the Coast provided my May 15th wedding cake and were absolutely wonderful! When making the decision of who we were going to hire for the cake we visited many local vendors for tastings. Confections on the Coast blew the competition out of the water on taste (especially with their pastachio mocha) and service. Many people don't think about the full process that goes into cutting the wedding cake and not all vendors provide the service (so make sure you ask). I've even been to weddings where the bride and groom completely forgot to designate a cutter so the cake never even got cut. Confections on the Coast takes care of everything for you including delivery and set up, cutting, boxing up some for your honeymoon, cleaning up, and making sure your top layer is in the refrigerator ready to freeze for your anniversary. We had a slight mix up with our top layer and it got thrown out. Even though it was not the fault of Confections on the Coast, Rhonda told me she would bake a new one for us for our anniversary at no cost. I would definitely recommend this vendor to anyone!

Jodi was AMAZING! I have a diet restriction that does not allow me to eat sugar or white flour (pretty key to a cake!) - Jodi told me that every bride should eat cake on her wedding day and she made a special recipe that would work for me! The design of our cake was beautiful too. I felt she went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend working with her.

Rhonda makes the most amazing cakes. Mu husband doesn't really even like cake and he raves about Rhonda's. All the guests were raving about the cake and her yummy cupcakes! And everything was beautifully decorated as well. And since she is a full service baker I didn't need to worry about serving my guests. It was all taken care of. And on top of everything they packed us a honeymoon box so we could try all of the treats! I highly reccommend them.

Rhonda with Confections on the Coast was nothing short of amazing! She was by far my favorite vendor to work with and not just because of her amazing cake. She was pleasant and it was obvious that she truly enjoys what she does. She had plenty of different flavors for us to taste and even let us come back for a second tasting where she let us special request other flavors we were interested in. I had questions about incorporating color onto sugar flowers that would be on the cake and she even presented us with actual sugar flowers that she had colored differently so we could actually SEE what it would look like! She also came to my rescue when another baker we were using for the groom's cake ended up not working out- 3 weeks before our big day! She never hesitated agreeing to make the groom's cake, which we somehow managed to keep a suprise from my groom, and he absolutely LOVED it! Her flavors are amazing and her homemade buttercream is HEAVENLY! Even the fondant was delicious, and I'm no fan of fondant. Everyone at the wedding said the cake was the best they'd ever had and we certainly didn't have much left over. Rhonda was such a joy to work with, I will be singing her praises for a long time to come!!

Have you seen these cakes? Absolutely AMAZING! And guess what...tasted even better! Confections on the Coast was the easiest decision I made. By far the best cake ever. It was what I asked for and more. It was awesome, everyone was ooing and ahhing over the cake. I still talk about it today. It was probably my favorite part of the wedding. (no joke)
I even added a grooms cake one week before the wedding and she was able to add it to the order and that cake was just what I asked for too.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the cake design and it was delicious.

The cake at my wedding was gorgeous and absolutely delicious (so delicious that I only got a couple of bites because my guests inhaled it). Rhonda also made mini cupcakes and mini cheesecakes that were superb. I knew the minute I had my first bite at the tasting that we were going to go with Confections on the Coast. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with and it's so awesome that Confections on the Coasts stays around after setting up your cake to cut it for you so that every guest gets a perfectly cut slice.

This was absolutely, hands down, the best cake I have ever had. I still want More. We presented Rhonda with a bit of a challenge in making a Tres Leches cake. Rhonda is amazing. I found 2 cakes online that I loved, one for my cake and one for the groom's cake. I emailed her the pictures from the website and she re-created them perfectly. Both of the cakes tasted as good as they looked . . . all 6 layers. The groom's cake didn't even look real. It was a cake with fish in fishing boots . . . rocks, fishing line, lake and all. It was awesome. She definitely delivers.

Rhonda at Confections on the Coast did a fantastic job at our wedding. Not only were both cakes perfectly done, both were the best tasting cakes I've ever had. It's not easy to find someone who can not only create an amazing design, but also can bake a great tasting cake. Our guests couldn't get enough of the cakes! The bridal cake design she created was perfectly classy, exactly what we had discussed. I was soo pleased. Rhonda also created the most amazing surprise guitar cake for my groom! He loved it. The detail she included made it look just like his Les Paul guitar (too bad I can't attach pictures). She created it all from a picture of the guitar. She was so awesome working with me on keeping it a surprise until the reception when she brought it out. She stayed during the reception to serve the cake and boxed up the top layer for us. Rhonda at Confections on the Coast goes above and beyond. I would recommend her a thousand times over! Thank you so much Rhonda for all you did to make our cakes and our wedding so perfect. Confections on the Coast created the most stunning cake for our wedding day. We met with Rhonda a few months prior to the wedding and got to know each other. A few weeks later she sent us sketches of a cake that best suited us as a couple. I wanted traditional and he wanted modern, and my god did she hit the nail on the head. People were raving about the uniqueness of the cake, and then they tasted it... this flavor, texture, lightness, etc. was to die for. This isn't your ordinary wedding cake. Delicious, delicious, delicious! Not only was my cake beautiful and exactly what I asked for, but it tasted amazing! I had a strawberry cake with a cream cheese filling for the first layer, and a grand marnier cake with blackberry filling for the second layer. Jodi decorated the cake to match my dress exactly. I was super pleased. The cake arrived on time and was set up when I arrived at the reception. The staff made sure the anniversary topper was packaged in a cooler and delivered to my mother for safe keeping at the end of the reception.
Initially neither my husband or I were excited about the cake. That was until we tasted Jodi's amazing recipes. My husband doesn't even like cake and he was in love. They had extra layers made in the back and were even so nice as to give the extra cake to my family to enjoy the next day.
I stare at our anniversary topper in the freezer all the time because I just cannot wait to open it up in 6 more months and taste it again!

WOW! The most amazing cake we have ever seen or tasted! We were ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY when we had a cake tasting with Rhonda. She was SO INCREDIBLE to work with. She made us such a unique cake and the flavors were to die for! The staff comes to the reception venue and cuts the cake for every guest! She was amazing, and cut the pieces of cake perfectly! I have to stop myself, on a regular basis, from pulling the top of the cake out of the freezer and eating it up. It was just so good! And the groomscake turned out just as great. Guests were very impressed.

The cake was beautiful. It was exactly what my daughter wanted, but not what she originally asked for. Rhonda was extremely responsive and listened to everything my daughter had to say, over months of planning, and presented my daughter with the perfect cake for her wedding. The score is not perfect because one tier of the 4 tiered cake was overbaked and dry. Having said that, we bought a cake that would feed 100 people for a wedding with 57 guests and there was almost no cake leftover:-)
