    Ms. Joodi was so gracious. Her cakes are amazing. They are beautiful , creative and exceeded taste expectations. She was able to capture the vision provide exceptional service.

    Rhonda is so talented I was completely blown away by her sugar flowers! I asked her to match the cake to my dress - she did JUST that! It was perfect, delicious and beautiful!

    My favorite thing about Rhonda is that she actually came to my reception to serve her cake. She cut it herself and boxed up our top tier for next year so sweetly.

    Rhonda made the most beautiful, perfect wedding cake. I asked her to design it to mimick the style of my wedding dress, and she nailed it! I was so beautiful to look and it tasted even better! Hands down the best wedding cake I have tasted, and her flavors are so unique and fabulous! I was honored that she would create something so beautiful for Brian and my wedding.

    I could not have been more pleased with the cakes at our wedding. Our grooms cake was a fabulous lifelike cake of our black lab which looked just like him. The brides cake was more than i could have imagined. all the sugar flowers were incredible and the design of the cake turned out perfect. i was so pleased with each layer. and of course beyond design, our cakes were all fabulous. all the guests were raving and had to try every flavor.

    Rhonda created the most amazing cake for our wedding in Rosemary Beach, FL. I sent her pictures of all of my fiancé's favorite things, and she was able to include everything on the most creative, colorful, and delicious cake. Literally no detail is too intricate for her to design. Not only was everyone raving about how beautiful and unbelievable the cake was (our dog's picture was popping out of a Polaroid camera!), but everyone especially enjoyed how delicious it was. She creates the best flavors...it was hard to choose our favorite. It is rare that a cake looks AND tastes great, but Rhonda's cakes are perfection.

    Absolutely in love with our wedding cake Rhonda created! It was exactly what I had in mind plus more. The buttons on the back (that were never even discussed) were the finishing touch. And not to mention, her cakes are amazingly delicious. Highly Recommend!

    Confections on the Coast created the most stunning cake for our wedding day. We met with Rhonda a few months prior to the wedding and got to know each other. A few weeks later she sent us sketches of a cake that best suited us as a couple. I wanted traditional and he wanted modern, and my god did she hit the nail on the head. People were raving about the uniqueness of the cake, and then they tasted it... this flavor, texture, lightness, etc. was to die for. This isn't your ordinary wedding cake. There wasn't a single piece left by the end of the night :) Thanks you so much for working with us - what a pleasure!!

    Confections on the Coast makes the most gorgeous and delicious cakes I have ever had! I can tell you I am not a sweets person, nor did I want a cake on my wedding day but after trying Confections on the Coast I had a change of heart. Rhonda was fabulous and brought a variety of cakes to taste as well as numerous photographs of cakes she had made in the past. I did not feel pressured or feel the need to pick out a cake that exact day which was a huge relief given I wasn't sure if I wanted one. We actually not only decided on a wedding cake but a groomsman cake as well. You will not be let down if you choose Confection on the Coast, the cakes are moist, plump, fresh, scrumptious and unbelievably beautiful. Thank you to Rhonda for a picture perfect wedding and groomsman cake!

    Confections on the Coast could not have been more pleasant to work with, and several "foodies" on our guest list from all over the country could not stop raving about the cake. Not only was it absolutely stunning but it was even more delicious.

    One of my best memories of the night was my new mother-in-law looking up and exclaiming, "This cake is delicious!"

    Rhonda of Confections on the Coast created my daughters' beautiful wedding cake. I have been to alot of weddings and most of the cakes have been beautiful but did not taste good. BUT OH MY GOSH....hands down these cakes were not only the best tasting cakes ever but the most beautiful too. You will not be disappointed.

    I could've cared less about the cake until I met Rhonda and had a cake tasting. The cake became one of my favorite details...each layer was a different flavor and my grooms cake stole the show...
    The cake is as pretty as it is yummy!!!

    Rhonda at Confections on the Coast provided us the most beautiful cake for our 7/13/13 wedding at WaterColor Inn and Resort! During our initial meeting, we were so impressed by the pictures of Rhonda's work (I think she may be a magician!) She ended up designing the cake after my dress and it looked perfect. Not only are her cakes gorgeous, they are SO delicious. Because we had so many guests, we had to do a six tier cake but that allowed us to pick several of her unique flavors. We ended up going with French Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate Hazelnut, Pina Colada, and Grand Marnier. Our guests made many comments about how delicious the cake was and several told me Strawberry was their favorite. We were so thrilled to find a box with slices of all the flavors waiting in our room after the wedding. Highly recommend!

    WOW!! I cannot describe how amazing our cakes were from Rhonda @ Confections on the Coast. From the unbelievable Yankees themed Grooms Cake to our all white Cake Pops to the beautifully elegant Wedding Cake, everything she brought was phenomenal. My wife and I heard repeatedly that our cake was the best they had ever seen or tasted. You cannot go wrong with any of the flavors, but the fresh strawberry with a light cream frosting was the favorite of the several we used on our cakes.

    Rhonda with Confections on the Coast loves her cakes and she should. They are not only beautiful and fun, but the cake tastes amazing. Every cake with fondant usually tastes bad, but Rhonda's fondant is delicious.

    We met with Rhonda once and she had books and books of cakes she has done in the past. I probably told her I wanted three different kinds of cakes until deciding on the final one. She was responsive and positive about every one that I wanted to do. I sent her a picture of the cake that I wanted and she made it.

    She stays with the cake all night. She slices and serves the cake. She walks you through the "cutting of the cake" process and she packages up the top and the left overs for you.

    Everyone raved about the cake, and I have no idea of how I am going to wait a whole year knowing that delicious cake is in my freezer!!

    Rhonda did SUCH an amazing job on our cake. She is truly talented- her creations are masterpieces and she takes so much pride in her work. We took a photo of a cake she had done for a previous wedding and she added details from my dress to enhance it and make it more personal. The finished product was beyond what I could have possibly envisioned.

    Oh my goodness....The best cake you will ever put in your mouth!!!! Outstanding job and everyone there could not get enough!!! It was a 5 tier cake and seriously every layer just got better and better! Rhonda helped me every step of the way to make the perfect cake and she delivered exactly what we wanted and more.     Rhonda is AMAZING! Our cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! My guests devoured the cake..no leftovers! Recommend her vanilla with white chocolate filling and the pistachio with chocolate buttercream filling. :)

    Have you seen these cakes? Absolutely AMAZING! And guess what...tasted even better! Confections on the Coast was the easiest decision I made. After tasting her cakes I knew immediately I would choose her. I had 2 more cake tastings set up and almost felt guilty going to them because I knew Rhonda was the one I would choose. My husband was blown away by the cake we surprised him with. My traditional cake was perfect and his not so traditional cake was flawless. Taste her cakes and you will not be disappointed!

    Rhonda was excellent to work with! My cake was the most beautiful cake I've ever seen! She put more detail and work into my cake than I'd even asked for. It was so gorgeous that I did not want to cut it! We can't wait until our one year anniversary to have our delicious top layer! Thank you, Rhonda, for such a wonderful experience!

    Rhonda and her team at Confections on the Coast not only made a GORGOUS cake, but it was delicious! Rhonda was a pleasure to work with and so easy to communicate with. Every flavor we tasted was outstanding. I went in with a picture from a magazine and she recreated it perfectly!

    I cannot imagine a more perfect wedding cake than the one we had! We worked with Rhonda and she was absolutely wonderful-- so sweet, helpful, communicative, and creative. We had the most delicious cake anyone had ever tasted! The BEST part were the flavors we got to choose from-- they were very unique and different and the traditional favorites had really cool twists to them. The design was completely tailored to us and we had never seen anything so gorgeous-- it was definitely a great focal point.

    My wedding coordinator asked me three things that were most important to me for my wedding. #1 was the cake :D

    Rhonda is an AMAZING pastry chef. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I told her several times that she needs to enter the 'Food Network Challenge'. Her cakes taste as good as they look. Our first anniversary is coming up soon and I'm already drooling over the leftover cake waiting for us in the freezer!
