Josh Kingsley was the dj for my wedding, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! He took care of everything we asked for, handled it flawlessly, and even grabbed us food and drinks when we were too busy talking to people! He made our night a million times easier, and did such an awesome job emceeing! He got our music taste down pat and played all of our favorite songs! I 100% recommend having Josh dj your wedding or event!! He killed it! Thanks, Josh! -

This company offers so much! We used them as our DJ...actually, this is the second time! For this wedding, our DJ, Jeff, had just the right vibe. He was upbeat and fun, but didn't insert himself too much into the party. He played nearly every song we requested in advance and handled requests on the fly. He was punctual and professional and everyone had a great time. This company is a winner! -

Elizabeth Sent on 08/22/2018A simple thank you is not enough for everything that Complete has done for us over the past year while planning our wedding. We booked our engagement photos with Complete, as well as wedding photography and DJ services for our wedding reception. Through out the whole planning process Complete was very attentive, ALWAYS responsive to emails/phones calls and were always willing to meet face to face if it was needed. Josh was our DJ and he did an EXCELLENT job. He helped us plan our reception from start to finish, treated our guests so kindly, was easy going and so personable-made us as the bride and groom feel so comfortable and at ease. Josh even grabbed my dinner plate while I was at the buffet, asked what I wanted and told me to sit down, then brought my food to me to make sure I didn't accidentally drop food on my wedding dress. WHO WOULD HAVE EVEN THOUGHT OF THAT?! A small gesture but it was not forgotten. At the reception Josh made sure we were always taken care of, let us know what was going on, told us when and where to be. Having Josh completely take over the reception and run things was amazing. As bride and groom we were able to completely enjoy the night without a worry in the world and it was a BLAST! We got married on June 30th, one of the hottest days of the year, we booked two photographers for 9 hours from Complete...and they worked their tails off for us, never missing a beat! Jay and Torian (spelling?) worked so well together, had a game plan on how they were going to tackle the hot part of the day, followed up with me a few times the week before the wedding to check in and see if I needed anything. Best of all, they had GREAT ATTITUDES through out the long, hot day-never dropped a smile and never slowed down; their work ethic on that day was incredible. I could write so much more but this site cuts you off! You will NOT be disappointed if you book with Complete, I will always recommend them to any couple!

Julie Sent on 03/01/2018I cannot say enough great things about Complete! From the very beginning, they were outgoing, straight-forward, and only wanted the best for our wedding. After we booked a package with them, we had our engagement photos done and they turned out absolutely beautiful. Josh connected us with a wonderful DJ, photographer, and videographer for the wedding and all of them did an outstanding job. They travelled to our house and venue, came early to set up & even stayed a little late to get the job done! If anyone is looking for a complete package with the pros, Complete Weddings + Events of Milwaukee is the way to go! 11/10 stars for sure!!

We had our wedding reception at the Roma Lodge this past weekend (please check them out if you are still looking for a venue. They are amazing!). When we were looking for a DJ, we wanted someone family friendly and energetic. Josh Kingsly from Complete Weddings + Events was AMAZING! From our cocktail hour, to our first dance, to the last song of the night he was great. We have a 3 year old song and he played the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle song for him. Our son was soooooo happy. He will keep your guests on the dance floor and having fun. There was a good mix of older and newer songs with some line dances thrown in. It was great (even though my husband snuck in some Weird Al! haha)! Thanks Josh! You were the bomb! -

I didn’t know what to expect since Complete DJ was significantly more affordable than the other vendors in Milwaukee. If you’re having doubts - don’t! Josh was an amazing DJ!! He got the crowd dancing and was very proactive in communicating with me throughout the night. He kept the reception on schedule and was flexible for last minute changes. communication was shakey as first but Josh did an amazing job creating the atmosphere i wanted for our day. even though we there was a small delay to to my schedule complications he kept the mood steady and the ceremony went off without a hitch. cocktail hour flowed well into the reception. josh know how to read the room -

The DJ was supposed to be on site before my guest arrived and he was not. I was in a panic trying to get a hold of someone to see where he was at I was scheduled to go down the aisle and he wasn’t there. Once I got a hold of someone they said he was on his way but it set us back on the timeline for the day by 1 hour. Then the songs that were to be played while everyone was going down the aisle was not done right. But during the reception all was ok and everyone enjoyed themselves. -

Please learn from my mistake and don't use this company. I'm shocked at the level of all-around unprofessionalism displayed by this company. I read great reviews about the company prior to using their services and today I feel bamboozled. The services I used were their DJ, Videographer, Photo Booth and general event coordination services. TLDR: DJ couldn't follow a do not play list, Videographer was very unprofessional, the coordinators lacked communication and final product delivery was very late.
DJ service: We supplied the DJ with a list of songs to play during certain times (e.g. for cocktails, for dinner, for dancing) and a specific do not play list. Mainly the do not play list was a specific artist my wife didn't care for that seems to be played at a lot of weddings. The DJ went on to play that artist 4 times. We felt we were being helpful by providing a list of what we wanted to hear (which he did follow for some of it which was appreciated, but to play a "do not play artist" 4 times makes it seem like he was phoning a lot of it in. Also, we asked the DJ if he was comfortable releasing tables to get food. He said he had done it multiple times before and said he could handle that for us. We felt he wasn't paying very close attention to the pace of the tables and was going way too slow. It was also very hard to hear him when he spoke, very mumbled. He needed a lot of prompting, especially when the night was practically over and a wedding guest commented the DJ hadn't played any slow songs since our dance. We had to prompt him to play some slower songs.
Video service. We received no communication from our videographer until I poked and prodded Thursday before the wedding on Saturday. His initial response was "I've been doing this for X amount of years..." basically saying don't bother me with any questions. We had no idea what we would be getting in regards to shots and was given an air of "you get what you get" in regards to shots. On the day of the wedding he seemed professional enough (even though he didn't go up and introduce himself, we had to prompt that interaction). That was until we received our photo booth photos. We have a picture of our videographer using the photo booth and flipping off the camera. A paid professional gave the bird to our photo booth...slow clap for the stones on that guy. As for the final video, the edited video was fine but the audio on the speeches were garbage. I would think a “video professional” would know how to mic up speeches…you know something that happens at a lot of weddings.
Photo booth. The younger guy operating our photo booth was fine. I have no complaints or comments. Only note was the photos seemed a little bright, could have turned down the lights and white balanced.
Event coordination. My video was due 4-6 weeks (i thought it was 8-10) after the event. I received no video or any information on why it was delayed at the 6 week mark. I called and left a message every week for 4 weeks after the due date without a response. I felt like I was being avoided or ignored. When trying to contact the company, you call a voicemail box and leave a message. Supposedly they will get back to you within 2-3 days of receiving a message. When I finally got a hold of someone the response was "we were on vacation" as well as "it's our busy season". I have no problem with delays...I have a huge problem with it not being communicated to me. And if you were on vacation for 4 weeks...you could probably put an out-of-office in your voicemail. The lack of customer service to people who spent thousands of dollars at their company was shocking. No "I'm sorry about that" or anything. Basically, they had our money and were going to take as long as they felt to give us the product, if ever. These are peoples wedding day. There is only one shot to get it right. This company should be much more respectful of the day and desire to be a positive part of that day. We will remember this forever and have no problems telling anyone in the area to not use this company for their day. -

DJ was ok, but expected more. The photo booth attendant was on the boarder of what would be considered sexual harassment, based on the comments he made to guests at my wedding, including children. He stated to a mom and her two year old, "Children are just attracted to me. It must be something I have or can do." He was on his phone the whole night, recording himself dancing, and grabbing himself around several of the guests (women). He was useless when it came to helping guests work the photo booth. As the bride, I at one point had to tell him to back off as he wouldn't leave me alone and put his hands on me trying to get me to take pictures in the photo booth. Had it not been the end of the night and we were getting ready to pack up I would have kicked him out. Not to mention he showed up in a long sleeve shirt and skinny jeans. The photo album I got from the night had maybe 5 pages of photos and two messages from guests as they didn't know where the pictures were or that they could write a message. I attempted to contact the companies managers but they keep blowing me off. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially weddings with children. -

EDITED from original review of a happy bride, to a bride who got her video back: DO NOT BOOK Milwaukee Complete Weddings + Events. We had Misty doing our livestream and providing us with the video after. The video is horrible, the sound quality cuts in and out, and our guests were not able to hear anything during the ceremony on Zoom. When I reached out to Misty
she was unaware that she missed one section of the reception where the father of the groom gave a speech, one memory we will never be able to get back. She also claimed that it was the word of the salesperson against myself and that because I didn't have in writing the things they shared there was nothing she could do, BAD business overall. The video quality is a joke and many videographers in the area have told us that others have found this experience. Misty and Milwaukee Complete were not willing to refund us and getting ahold of them was like pulling teeth. DO NOT do this to yourself. Book somewhere else. Happy to share the video with you if you're considering to truly see how bad it is.Complete Weddings + Events Milwaukee's reply:
We are very sad that you are not happy. That is not our goal. However, we provided everything you contracted us for and more. You booked live streaming services performed on a mobile device over a cellular network utilizing a 3rd party application. We were very honest that the quality would not be the same as a professional video, but would serve the purpose of allowing people from afar to view and take part in your day, which they did. We provided you with a link to download the footage from the cloud after the event. That was all you contracted. As an added perk, I did provide footage from a backup DSLR camera I brought (at no extra charge to you). This was not contracted by you but was an extra service that I provided. While the backup DSLR camera did not capture every moment of the day, the live stream did capture all of the moments, and I stayed a little later than my contracted time to ensure this. It was a pleasure working with you on your wedding day and you were so gracious and kind that I didn't mind staying. I am truly sad that we have come to this impasse after such a great experience together. We wish you the best and hope that you find peace.
