Hiring Complete for our DJ services was the best decision ever. Jimmy was so amazing and he absolutely made the night! He was so accommodating and made sure everyone was having a ball all night! Not only that, he was a super nice guy who was genuinely fun to be around! 10/10 would hire again!

Luis did a very good job as DJ at our wedding. He was very professional, friendly and kind. He helped us with music selection and responded/answered all our questions promptly. We had a couple family members with special requests and he helped them without blinking an eye. Very happy he was part of our celebration.

They played almost everything I asked and worked with us on our special dance song. The DJ was very polite, and didn't talk any more that he had to.

AJ and TJ really were the dynamic duo for us. We purchased a DJ and Photo Booth for our day. The prices were awesome. AJ and TJ got along great, kept the party going and made sure our guests had a great time in the photo booth. I have to give props to AJ (our DJ) - My husband planned a surprise where guest artists performed... AJ worked around me with all of the other planned music for the wedding all the while keeping the surprise a complete secret from me, but he also transitioned through all of the changes and kept the pace of the evening going by simply gauging the dance floor and every once in a while coming down to check to see what we wanted to do. He kept the party going all the way until it was time for us to exit!

Doug was very professional, friendly and patient with me and our guest. He did an AWESOME JOB!! All of our guest loved the photo booth and thought it added a great touch. Overall, I would highly recommend Complete to anyone...WE LOVED IT!! #TheThompsons6.26.15

We booked our DJ, photographer, and lights with Complete. I love that they made it easy to get multiple vendors from one company and they were more affordable then any other vendors I looked at.

Our DJ kept the party going and played a variety of music; pop, latino, country, dance.

Our photographer, Dimitri, was awesome. He got to our venue an hour early and was ready to take photos of anything and everything. I sent him a list beforehand of the shots I wanted and he got them ALL and more! I even asked him for a long exposure shot with sparklers and he nailed it!

The lights weren't really what I expected though, but you get what you pay for. I was hoping for an overall ambient lighting, but there were tiny lights in each corner of the room and colorful dance lights. I was also hoping for a couples monogram in lights, but we didn't get that either.

Overall, I had a great experience with Complete. They were professional and did a wonderful job.

The DJ from complete was awesome! He was great at playing songs that didn’t alienate our guests, which made us sooo happy. He had a great personality and did well at deciding what kind of song to play next. During the reception, there were almost no lulls and the dance floor was almost always full! The groom and I had a choreographed dance for our first dance, and he cued us to when he was going to start the song, and various other logistical successes through the night! He was also very flexible. My cousins wanted to sing us a song, and he, on the fly, put it all together for us.

We are very pleased with our DJ, Steven. We asked for his address to send him a tip, since we had liked him so much.

We used Complete Music for our DJ needs for our July 19th wedding. AJ was amazing! He was prompt, professional and understood my music needs perfectly! We had a country western meets Latin crowd and he did an awesome job getting us all on the dance floor! He even stayed an extra hour for us. (Additional fee applied - but totally worth it! ) I would recommend this vendor to any bride!

They did an open air photo booth that everyone totally enjoyed. And being able to take their pictures home with them was an even better bonus. The green screen to customize the backdrops were awesome. Even Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers loved it!!!! Thank you THANK YOU for everything!!!

Ron did an excellent job at the Spigener-Sapon Wedding March 23rd! He is the preferred DJ for The Silver Sycamore and I can see why. He is an entertaining MC, professional and quite the comedian too. I heard he teased my maid of honor (in a good way, she needed it) Definite recommend!

Had a great time at my wedding with Bret. He was amazing and wanted to make sure we were happy with the service we received. He even served my husband and I our first beverages of the night. We were very pleased with Bret and would use them again.

Our DJ was great!! He played the music we had selected on an online form and he also took requests on the spot! There wasn't a dull moment the whole night. He also stayed an extra hour and we just paid him on the spot.

We used Complete Music for our December wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for DJ services. Ron Ball exceeded our expectations by far. He asked before making any changes to the playlist, and he was able to find music that kept our guests entertained and dancing.

By far one of our best wedding vendors.

Victor Harris with Complete Music was an amazing DJ! We had a virtual melting pot of guests and Victor had every one of them up and dancing the entire reception. We requested no country, no wedding type ice breaker songs, and no techno music and Victor honored our requests completely. He was extremely professional, prompt and courteous and we highly recommend Victor with flying colors!

amazing dj service. on time, incredibly professional and committed to making your event all that you want it to be. worked with victor who did an amazing job. we decided to do a few icebreakers to get people on the floor and they were coordinated flawlessly. there online music playlist selection was very easy and Victor even agreed to meet with us several weeks prior to our wedding to iron out all the details. people are still raving about the music...some have even asked for a soundtrack! would use this service again in a heartbeat.

Victor Harris at Complete Music was great and easy to work with. His presentation of services at our first meeting was the best we saw. The payment schedule is easy and accommodating and you are promised everything that is in your contract. He was also our MC for the evening and an excellent job. Our music selection was diverse and all of our guests were pleased and were able to make special requests. The lights that came with our package were great as well. Very professional, on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a DJ. See if you can request Victor!

Victor was our DJ and he was great to work with. Very responsive to our needs. The wedding and reception went great, that is what was within the DJ's control, and we received several compliments about the DJ.

AJ was our DJ and he was great! The value for the DJ and photo booth services was good compared to other vendors. They weren't great about communication leading up to the event, but after a brief phone call the weekend before, I was reassured that everything was covered and it went down without a hitch.

Our Dj was awesome. He went out of his way and helped out with a couple other issues that arose during the reception. The music choices were not the greatest, however I dont think that i did that well of a job arranging this with him before hand.

Great customer service and has alot of flexibility to give you what you want. We used Brett who always checked to make sure everything was going good for us and was very nice, also very personable. When he would speak in the microphone he was hard to understand due to the sound system, he also forgot to make some of the announcements we asked him to make. The company also puts in their contract that wounding need to tip your dj 10-15% which I didn't agree with considering how much we were paying him already. During initial sound check the speakers worked fine but then when the reception started, the apeakera no longer worked which caused about a 30 minute delay and put us off our schedule. Brett handled the situation calmly and professionally.

I used Complete Services for my wedding on 06/07/15. The DJ did a great job living up the party. He even gave a toast himself. He played a variety of music that was requested. I would definitely book with them again.

Just stick with them! The value is great and worth the cost. Their responsiveness was terrible but after we talked to Mark he put everyone in their place and we got everything figured out! We used Dj and photo booth. The Dj Victor was top notch and had an amazing Dj voice! The photo booth was a hit too!

Complete did the DJ services at our wedding. When booking Brett said that he would do the dj services, but I quickly noticed he was unwilling to put that in writing. I had to stay in contact with them, because there weren't any follow up calls (not that it was an issue- I just had to make a note to check in with them). Two weeks before the wedding I called to let them know that I had not heard from our specific dj, whoever that might be, and they had Victor call me quickly. Overall, Victor was very attentive and did a great job. He accommodated any changes that were requested and helped with the flow of the evening. My only disappointment with the evening was Victor ran late for setting up and stressed out one of my bridesmaids and my caterer, by not calling.

Complete Music did a great job playing the music at my wedding; however there were a lot of things that I was unhappy with.

*The videographer and DJ did not know each other, so they did not coordinate well together. When Specific events were happening that I previously told the videographer about that I wanted recorded, the DJ announced for a specific event to happen, the videographer was doing his job somewhere else at the time, but the DJ still had the event happen without the videographer so half of the song that was being sung to me did not get recorded.
*The money dance that I wanted to happen, happened towards the end of the wedding when most of the guests had already left.
*One of the songs that were played was "before he cheats" which seems pretty inappropriate at a wedding
*The last song that I chose for our last dance of the night was played when both me and my husband were outside taking evening pictures. Once we got back inside all the guests were already lined up for our farewell and we didn't even have a chance to dance to our last dance song that we chose. The DJ should have waited for us to be present before that was played.

The videographer was great and seemed to be right there to get every moment (except for my nephew singing, but that was not his fault, he was getting another moment somewhere else at that time).

The photobooth was a great touch to the wedding as well! The person running the photobooth station was very friendly, but I have a few issues with this as well.
*The photobooth is not very sturdy so when other people are waiting for their turn, of they touch the booth it causes the camera to shake and the pictures to come out blurry.
*The camera is not a good quality camera and any movement when it takes the picture causes the picture to come out blurry

My DJ was provided to me by my venue. For the 10 months I was planning my wedding it was to my understanding that Ron would be my DJ. He was great he would respond to my emails right away, I had everything planned out with him, including certain song times etc. We were emailing constantly up to the wedding. 2 Days before my wedding I received a call from a guy named Daniel. He informs me that he was my DJ and he wanted to go over everything for the wedding!! I told him that "No, Ron was my DJ" Daniel said that No Ron was the manager and he hires out his DJ's to do the weddings! I was very upset because over the last 10 months Ron NEVER mentioned this important piece of information!! I went over everything with Daniel making sure he had it all right. He showed up to the wedding and was keeping a good flow but he played all of my requested songs while people were eating so I had to have him replay all of them so I could dance to them. It was almost like he didnt have a song list of other songs to play. When my niece requested that he play "Royals" by Lourdes he told her he didnt have any songs that were newer than 6 months old!!!! What DJ doesnt have current popular songs!!!!! Alot of people also complained that they couldnt understand what he said when he spoke in the microphone. He did a pretty good job but I was upset with alot of what happened with Ron. When i emailed Ron how upset I was he never responded back with an apology or anything. All in all I wouldnt recommend Complete music because they are very unprofessional.

Complete Music was offered to me through my wedding venue. I loved the DJ, except the fact that I requested a certain song to be played during my bouquet toss and that did not happen. I am so sick of hearing Single Ladies at every wedding during this time. Besides that, I had lots of compliments from my guests that they loved him.

In other news, I went through them to also do my photos. The photos all over the site were what I expected when I received mine... That is not the case. I am pleased that I got all the photos on CD's, but when I got them in the mail only one of them was sealed and the other two were just loose in the packaging. No letter thanking me for using them or anything. Just the CD's. I also had no idea when David showed up to the venue to start taking pictures. He told me he would get there around 11, yet did not tell me when he arrived, and I found out through my grandfather that he was there already taking photos. He told me I could pull him if I wanted a shot, but at times when my new husband and I saw him, he was sitting down or I couldn't locate him. I also have no photos of us leaving the night of... Luckily I had a friend do my video so I will have that. So I am very thankful that I have photos of my wedding, yes, but I am not pleased with the photography service. Sorry to say.

DJ: Not sure of his name...

1.) He was on his cell phone most of the night and missed 3 of my "cut" cues during the father/daughter dance.

2.) He played songs that were not on my list of songs such as "Thrift store and a Michael Jackson song" which caused me to walked off the dance floor because I didn't like them. My theme was rustic country, most of my picks on my list were country, slow songs, and line dances. I also had a category of funky/old songs if he wanted to play something for the older crowd. (Which none were played)

3.) My monogram light was not on the dance floor until the middle of the night. I was hoping to get pictures of my husband and I on the dance floor during our choreographed first dance...I'm not sure why it wasn't on the entire time but I feel like it should have been on the entire night if I'm going to pay $100.00 for a light.

4.) I also felt like he was very unprepared even though an itinerary was given to him. I feel as though if the DJ is going to have questions about how the night is going to go, then it should be discussed ahead of time (which was not planned or discussed through me with the DJ that was given to me) not during my wardrobe change or my dinner.

We used complete music for our DJ. AJ was great and provided a good party for our guests! My negative review comes from the overall professionalism of the company. Before I booked I got email responses quickly and had no issues. After I booked I could never get a hold of anyone and no email responses were given. I needed to get a hold of the DJ for our caterer to figure out set up a few weeks before the event and when I called Brett was very rude. He told me that they do not call anyone until the week of their event and our DJ would call us then. When I explained my caterer needed to talk to the DJ he said she would have to wait. I was so busy the week of our wedding that I wish I could of talked to my DJ about 2 weeks before the event.

I contacted Complete after I had met with them at one of the Bridal shows in Houston and spun for 20% off services. Brett was very nice and contacted me often to see if I had made a decision on using them. I told him I was very hesitant because of the many negative reviews I had seen. I should have steered clear, but he assured me every thing would go smoothly and I wouldn't be disappointed. Once I booked them most all communication stopped. A few weeks before the wedding I had a request that I needed to know if it could be fulfilled because if not I needed to find an alternative. After several emails, I finally received a response. The photobooth operator (David S) contacted me a couple weeks before to go over details. Then I got another call from a different photobooth operator (Johnny) saying that the previous guy I talked to had another event that night. Fine. Victor was supposed to arrive 1 hour early to set up for the ceremony and reception. He did not arrive until the ceremony was to start because of car trouble. Understandable, but sucked, but turned out ok! The photobooth operator arrived, but the booth did not work the entire wedding. This was the first thing I absolutely knew I wanted at my wedding and it did not work. How does it not work? Really!!!!!! The only picture I have from the photobooth is of the operator. Was that a joke even giving that to me? I had brought a check as my final payment for both the DJ & photobooth but I told Victor I was not paying for the photobooth and I would send a check for the DJ portion when I returned from my honeymoon. While I was gone, Complete took it upon themselves to go ahead and charge my credit card on file for the DJ services. I had to ask for a refund for the deposit I made for the photobooth, which they did credit. I did not receive any apology of any sort from Complete. Hire Victor as a DJ, but not through Complete. I wouldn't refer them to anyone!!!!

Long but worth reading, I promise. I had an absolutely horrible experience with this vendor. We bought a package with a photobooth and a DJ. the DJ was nice but the computer systems crashed and we were waiting for 45 minutes in the wing for our grand entrance which took a lot of time away from our reception time. During my husband's mother-son dance, the song skipped and had to be restarted and several other songs during the reception also skipped. As for the photo booth, the word February was spelled incorrectly, and when one of my bridesmaids brought it up to the attendant, he told her there was nothing he could do about it. I was later told about it by the attendant and he then fixed it but the majority of my guests photobooth pictures stated "Feebruary" across the tops. I was also supposed to receive a disc with all the pictures taken that evening as part of my package deal but never received it. When I e-mailed the owner of the company to ask if there was a discount I could receive or anything he could offer as to our lack of good services, I was told that it was his fault that the date was misspelled and that the DJ sounded like a computer problem. All he was willing to do was reprint the pictures and send them to me. No discount, no extras, no effort for screwing up our special day. After 3 months of hearing nothing from him and still not receiving the pictures or the disc, I emailed him again and he finally said he would send the pictures, claiming he had just sent them. I received a flash drive several days later with pictures on it but they weren't in the form of the photobooth print outs, it was literally just the pictures from the camera. Also, there were no reprints as promised. The entire experience was unprofessional, disappointing and frustrating. I would highly recommend NEVER using this company to anyone!

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!!! I have never in my life been so disappointed with a vendor. DJ was good, not great but ok. The photobooth operator WOW the color on the photos did not work so they were black and white. ALso our name was suppose to be on the bottom of the photos and it said complete music??? Why would I want that on there? NO SENSE! The VIDEOGRAPHER was a joke. DO NOT USE! I paid 795.00 for a short film and when I finally receoved the CD back 5 months later, it was AWFUL. I started crying. We got married at The Majestic Metro and he filmed the cermony from the balcony. he didnt even get me walking down aisle. Then the video consisted of about 10 songs of everyone dancing?? I DONT WANT TO SEE THAT. Oh and then he video'ed our wedding photo shoot outside for 30 minutes. I called Ron Ball to explain and he seemed like he didnt care. Brett was the guy who delivered my video and he also didnt care. If you want to see my wedding video and what a joke it is I will be more than happy to email it to you. TRUST ME THEY ARE AWFUL AND IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. WEDDING WAS IN AUGUST 2017 AND STILL DON'T HAVE OUR VIDEO! WEBSITE SAYS WE WOULD GET USB DRIVE BUT NO SUCH LUCK. TRIED TO DOWNLOAD FROM GOOGLE DRIVE AND WASN'T SUCCESSFUL!! PAID OVER 2K AND WASN'T WORTH THE MONEY. PHOTOS LOOK LIKE THE WERE TAKEN BY A 5 YEAR OLD. VIDEO WAS OK BUT WE NEVER RECEIVED FINAL COPY! SAVE YOURSELF AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

For what we paid for our picture and video it isn't worth. The photos are horrible and I was told that they'd be edited and they never were. We never received a finish product of our video. It was uploaded into google drive in separate files. Please don't use them for your photos and video. I don't know who took the photos and video on their website but don't be fooled it's not what you receive.

I'm not wow'd by my photos I'll update once I receive my video. The photos are not as professional as I was looking for. The photographer Marc is a pretty nice guy but he didn't do as nice of a job on the photos as I'd hoped. There are some pretty good shots but overall I don't think the quality of the photos is that great. The DJ was great. He keep us on schedule and was a great MC as well.

There is a reason this company has such bad ratings! we hired complete weddings for our wedding photobooth and it was a nightmare! they showed up late, yelled at my wedding planner and my mother, brought no props, did not use the artwork I had made for our photostrips (and emailed them well before the wedding), broken screen for the photobooth, poor quality of photobooth. it was just an overall terrible experience and I will never suggest them to anyone!
you truly get what you pay for and this company is truly the worst company to work with.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! My wedding was in July and I still have not received any word about my video from them. They are horrible!!! No returned phone calls. The owner s name is Ron, which is probably the first reviewer. The DJ was HORRIBLE!!! We had songs we wanted played, they didn t. If you are using the majestic metro, Ron and lewis must be in a partnership because we got pushed to use complete- AWFUL!!!!!!! Biggest regret and I am still fighting with them 8 months later!

We were totally disappointed with the service we received. We requested a bilingual DJ (this was included in the contract) and we had a DJ assigned to us. Two months before the wedding, I asked the owner, Ron Ball, to put me in contact with our DJ to discuss details. After about 2 weeks I was told he was fired. So we had another bilingual DJ assigned to us. We set up a meeting and an hour before the meeting he tried to reschedule. Then he showed up late to our meeting. By noon the day of the wedding we still had not finalized some details so I called him. I got his voicemail, which was full, and I wasn't able to leave a message. By this time, I had about 5 different phone numbers for him and none of them ever worked. Ron was somehow able to get in touch with him and had him call me. We got all the details worked out. We got to the reception and found out that about 2 hours after I spoke to him the DJ called Ron to tell him he had some family issue and wouldn't be able to be at our wedding. Ron sent another DJ. This DJ was not bilingual (half of our guests spoke only Spanish). He had no clue what kind of music we wanted and he didn't have the list of songs we had requested, so our favorite music and favorite songs never got played and half of our guests never understood a word he said.
