Great DJ Selection and Service!

Matt was perfect for our corporate Casino Night party. Everyone enjoyed his selection of music, his enthusiasm and energy, and his assistance in giving out raffle prizes throughout the evening. His booth looked nice and professional; the multi-color lights were perfect. Jon at Complete Wedding and Events was easy to work with and provided great suggestions during the planning process. I appreciate the prompt communication and response from Jon and his team.

Matt May is the best!

The team we hired was all professional and knowledgeable of their expertise. Photographer directed us as needed, DJ taught the guest some new line dances, videographer captured every detail, and our wedding coordinator executed our wedding plan flawlessly. We had a few issues with vendors we hired for catering and linens on our wedding day, our wedding planner was able to remove that stress and handled everything. What we liked the most about the service was the convenience to package DJ, photographer, video, and wedding coordinator and my a great price. We were provided a biography of each person and selected the individual that seemed to fit us. My wedding turned out to be the BEST DAY EVER because Complete Wedding staff along with our wedding coordinator, Mel, executed everything as expected or better. I’d recommend the company to anyone that wants to get the most out of what they are paying for!

Matt May was our DJ and 10/10 recommend. His energy is contagious and he had everyone out on the dance floor. He truly is the best! Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without him.

DJ Rocksteady kept the energy going all night!

DJ Rock Steady was amazing! He played a good variety of music throughout the night and kept the excitement going! He made appropriate announcements when necessary and engaged the crowd in getting out on the dance floor! Highly recommend him for any event!

We had the best experience using complete wedding and events at our wedding for lighting during the reception and our photo booth. The photobooth was so much fun for our guests. Having an complete wedding and events attendee at the photo booth the entire time to help guests was one of our best decisions! We highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!

Excellent experience, great team to work with.

Complete Weddings did an excellent job through the entire process, I worked with Ron and he was the best at making sure all my questions were answered, I felt so comfortable that I booked their services without hesitation. I booked the Photo Booth and DJ package, we got Bryant Chico as our DJ as our event was bilingual. DJ Chico did an excellent job with our timeline and program and was very patience with our last min changes. He was great with our guests and tried to fit in guests requests. The photo booth team also did an outstanding job with setting up and making sure the guests were having fun. Everything was very well coordinated and their follow up prior and during the event was stressless which is what you usually need for an event. I can only say the best comments about this team, I highly recommend them for any event.

Amazing company!

Complete DFW was absolutely amazing!! We did photography, videography, DJ, and uplighting through them. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and were very accommodating. They effectively communicated with us every step of the way, and our vendors were efficient and organized on the night of our wedding. We are SO pleased with Complete and would highly recommend their services. Specifically, we’d recommended Forrest Lohman and Morgan Henderson for photography, Whitney for videography, and Joseph Odom for DJ. They were all FANTASTIC!!! They made our wedding day so special and unforgettable!

DJ and photobooth attendant were excellent!

We hired Complete Weddings + Events after meeting their representatives at the Dallas Bridal Expo. Their packages seemed like a great deal compared to the other vendors we saw. We were assigned Andrew as our DJ, and he was phenomenal. Having an outgoing DJ who could read the room was extremely important to us since we had to scale down our wedding guest count from 100 to ~20. During our wedding, he routinely checked in to see if we needed anything. He also demonstrated the dance moves to our group during the group dances, which helped everyone feel less shy about having fun. All of these little things exceeded our expectations. We were assigned Ebony and a trainee to man our photobooth, and we enjoyed having her there as well. She joined in the group dances and was super engaging with our guests which was a nice touch for our small wedding. Overall, the entire process through Complete Events + Weddings was easy to navigate. I highly, highly recommend Andrew to be your wedding DJ.

DJ BEN was the best!

We had BEN as our DJ and to this day, I am still so thankful for him and the service he provided for us at the wedding! He is so king, professional, and knows what he is doing. He made sure that he played all of the songs I requested and was very responsive throughout the whole process and always available to answer any of my questions. Great company and DJ!

Awesome pictures!

Very glad we hired Reyna Waller with complete weddings and events they gave us a choice of photographers and I was really impressed with her work! As the bride it was a very stressful day and I had so much going on even to the point where I redid my own makeup minutes before the wedding and she was still able to get all of the action amidst everything going on and no one being able to sit still or cooperate and I was amazed!! I would definitely higher Reina again!

Confirming the wedding photographer was our biggest issue. About one month before the wedding, we were told that the photographer we requested over a year prior was actually never available, even though we received email confirmation months prior that he was assigned to us. The recently promoted General Manager took over communication with us and assigned a new wedding photographer. Having two points of contact (Sales Director and GM) for initial communication probably led to the misunderstanding.

We met all photographers the day of shooting, but they were readily available to talk beforehand by phone or email. GYNISSE was professional and kind. We ended up with some really great engagement photos. STEVE and MORGAN were always present, but never in the way in shooting our wedding. They were very professional, kind, and patient with our families. We love our wedding photos.

JOSEPH has a great personality and our guests were never bored. We met about a month before the wedding to discuss the schedule and song choices since he was our ceremony DJ and reception MC. He was professional in addressing the few issues that came up. We would recommend a final review of the schedule and expectations with him before your wedding.

GREG reached out to us about 2 weeks before the wedding to introduce himself and see if we had any concerns. Our guests enjoyed the photo booth and interactive attendants.

Patricia was very responsive and made sure the Photobooth was very nicely! Ahe also did a good job of getting the guests to leave comments on our photo book! Definitely a good price for all the stuff that was included!

I hired complete weddings to do a photobooth for our wedding reception. Ben was our sales contact and Ashley was our photo booth operator. She did such a great job. It was so cute to get a photo booth of all of our guests photos after the wedding. Our guests loved having a photobooth and we’re so glad we did it.

Joseph was awesome! We met two days before my wedding and went over everything. He provided recommendations for the times we were unsure about. He was on time and ready to get everyone on the dance floor. He really made me and my husband have a really good time. We hired Complete Wed and events for our wedding . Bryant and Meg, the photographer's and Leo, the video. Such an amazing group of people. We had do much fun, they worked very hard. We had 3 locations where they had to show up, for 3 different matters, 1.Getting ready at the house 2. Ceremony in Dallas Arboretum and 3 . Gourmet room for reception. All 3, good ways from each other. They came and delivered. Thank you for all your hard work. We had amazing time, hope you did too. Cant wait for Pictures and video.

I thought everyone that was at our wedding did an amazing job. The DJ Jimmy was awesome he really kept the party going and was right on beat with everything that we had planned I could not thank him enough. He was also was checking with us frequently making sure everything was okay and we liked the music. He was not afraid to ask questions at the start if he was unsure of anything. The videographer was on point with all his shots and kept up with the photographer as well as getting some of the shots he needed. Everyone loved the photo booth and had a great time taking pictures while we were having a room flip, as well as making sure my wife and I had our own pictures with him. We have had many people tell us how great of a time they had and I contribute most of the success of the wedding to the Complete Wedding and Event crew.

Matt May was our DJ and he was really great. Several of our guests told us how much they enjoyed him as our DJ. He got out on the dance floor himself a few times to teach some of the popular dances to the guests (Thriller, cha cha slide, etc.) and many people really loved that. It was very obvious that he truly cared about us and our wedding day. Thanks Matt!

Ben, Alvin, and the whole complete team was amazing! We are so happy to have booked with complete for our DJ and uplighting. Alvin was a great asset to our day, giving great suggestions without being pushy, and was so amazing on our wedding day. He was so kind and appropriate with moving things forward, asking when I wanted to do certain things, working with the caterer and venue, and picked amazing music! My guests and I were dancing all night, having an amazing time. He was fast to set up and take down, he also was helpful with putting together like a million glow sticks for us. We used COMPLETE as our DJ. Matt May was fantastic. He kept our crowd engaged and played the music that we enjoy. It was nice to have a meeting with him prior to our big day, so that we knew just what to expect from him and he knew what we wanted and how we envisioned the evening going. We used Complete for our DJ service and they were amazing from the beginning! Extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects. I love how everything is online as far as songs and timeline, it made it easier to go over with our DJ. We had two, JR for our ceremony and Rick rick for the reception. JR made the trip out for our rehearsal and even brought a speaker for us to practice the songs! His professionalism and experience was TOP NOTCH!! Rick was just as great. We had a long phone conversation outlining everything and he executed it flawlessly the day of! What a great company.

My team, Allison - Photographer, Gynisse - Photographer, Braylon - DJ, and Nikki - Photo booth, were sweet, full of personality, and very accommodating. Ben was my first contact (Director of Sales & Marketing) and guided me through the process of choosing the package that was best for us.
They communicated with us and answered any questions we had and ensured me everything would be perfect.

If you choose a DJ, I would definitely go with Matt! Matt was so awesome throughout the entire process and gave so many recommendations on what song choices to use. At the wedding, Matt was very helpful and kept our timeline right on POINT! He also got on the dance floor and had as much fun as we did all night. COMPLETE made my wedding possible!! I really loved how flexible they were, anything that I wanted and the way I wanted, the way they communicated with me was really great and I don't really have anything bad to say other than that It was really great how patient they were and everyone was great. We used them for a photo booth 2 photographers and a videographer. All of them were super sweet they even put together a photo album for all of my guests who used the photo booth to sign! It was a really sweet, unexpected, funny surprise. The girls doing photos and video were very sweet and had fun with s so it made it easier to get used to them hanging around taking pictures.

I worked with Ben at Complete wedding and events. He was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all questions quickly and hooked us up with the most amazing DJ, Matt, who really made our wedding incredible. He got everyone out on the dance floor and personalized everything to fit our personalities. Reina was our photographer and her work is beautiful. Ron Sexton and his team were very responsive and provided quality service! With so many moving parts with a wedding it gave me peace of mind knowing they were on top of everything. Alvin Achterhof was our DJ and did a fantastic job! Everyone was on the dance floor all night and we have heard nothing but how great the reception was. Alison Worthen was our photographer and was amazing. She worked with us to get my bridal portraits rescheduled at the last minute and they turned out perfectly. Cant wait to get the images back and relive our special day! We also rented a Photo Booth. Everyone enjoyed it so much and had so much fun! We also got a photo album to take home with a copy of all the prints from the night. Thanks to the entire Complete team for a great night!!

George Phillips was our DJ from Complete and he was absolutely fabulous! Before the wedding even started he met up with us personally to walk us through the ceremony and reception details. He was a hit at the wedding. Everyone loved him! He read the vibe of the crowd and did what he needed to do to keep everyone on the dance floor. He was very interactive! He taught everyone different dances on the dance floor. He had people singing in the microphone. It was so much fun! Complete is also incredibly affordable and they still provide excellent DJs. I would highly recommend Complete and George Phillips to do your next wedding or event.

We booked our DJ and photo booth through Complete for my daughter's wedding because my son and his wife used them. Our DJ was Courtney and he was amazing. He arrived early to set up and did a sound for the ceremony He played all requested songs and made all requested introductions. He kept the dancing going and even got on the dance floor to lead the dancing. Our photo booth was very popular and the attendant kept it moving and everyone loved it. Great job Complete

I utilized Complete for multiple services which saved my husband and I SO much time and effort. It was so easy to work with Complete and it was 100% stress free. I used their DJ, Photo Booth, and Uplighting services. It was super convenient to be able to communicate with one person about multiple different things I wanted.

Our DJ was Matt May and he was AWESOME!!! He literally made the party. When we met with Matt a few months before the wedding one of the main points we wanted was a lively and entertaining DJ. Matt did not disappoint. My guests were on the dance floor the entire reception. My friends and family RAVED about how much fun they had. Matt chose a great selection of oldies and new-aged music to entertain the entire reception. He even included a few games and such for everyone to partake in that was a good break from dancing when we needed to do the toasts, cake cutting, etc.

Our photbooth was crowded the entire evening. You get a photo book that has a copy of everyones pictures and it was overflowing with pictures! The operator commented that he didn't have a lull the whole reception which was exactly what my husband and I wanted out of the Photo Booth. Plus we have hilarious pictures to giggle at whenever we want. The book also came with a CD for us to save on our computer.

The uplighting was a very last minute decision BUT Complete were still very helpful and made sure we got the color we wanted and that they were ready to go before the party began.

This was a great company to use! For the photographer I used Reina Waller and she was AMAZING. She took the exact photos that I wanted and she got them edited so quickly. She is so sweet and extremely easy to work with. She went out of her way to take incredible pictures. I definitely recommend using her as your photographer. Our DJ and videographer were also very easy to work with! The DJ played exactly the songs I wanted and the night went so smoothly. The DJ we used was Stephen Leggit. Leo was our videographer and I can't wait to see the video!

We had the absolute best experience with COMPLETE and our photographer was amazing! He was so helpful in getting the exact shots we wanted as well as quick with the little ones who were busy bodies. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a wedding photographer. We also had a very personable and sweet photo booth operator who made sure our guests feel at home when taking some goofy photos!

We had a hard time finding a DJ for our wedding due to costs, but we discovered Complete DJ Wedding + Events and we are so glad that we did!! We met with our DJ, Matt May, 4 months before the wedding and the week before the wedding to finalize everything. Matt played exactly what we wanted and was a great speaker at our wedding! We had so many compliments on Matt May and he truly made our wedding wonderful! my dj was alvin and the service through complete music was really excellent. i do not live in the dallas area so alvin scheduled a phone conference with me the week of the wedding. everything from booking to wedding went perfectly and incredibly good experience booking them and with the dj on the day of. Complete made our wedding amazing, they were the easiest vendor to work with out of all the ones we had and were great about getting back to us when we had questions, which was a lot!! Fernando was our Dj and he was truly awesome!! We absolutely couldn't have picked a better DJ for our night, he kept the music going and people dancing the entire night!! Our wedding was bilingual and Fernando made sure to play plenty of both English and Spanish songs, he MC'd in both English and Spanish so our guests knew exactly what was going on the entire time!! Ron was our main contact and he was so great about working with us price wise and time wise; he definitely made the process so much easier and was great and professional to work with!! Ben Lewis did a fantastic DJ job at our wedding May 30th. He got everyone dancing, kept the schedule moving and was a pleasure to work with. He made us laugh, but didn't take the spotlight keeping the focus on the wedding couple, friends and family. Everyone working at our wedding seemed to know and respect him and once they knew he was our DJ they seemed to relax and be content for him to handle things. I am so glad he helped us make our day fun and special!

Our DJ, Earnest, was incredibly friendly and did everything we asked. He played none of the typical garbage you'd hear at a family event, and made everything feel very special. He had our personalities down perfectly, and matched the music to the night very well. He played all of our favorite styles at the most appropriate times, something I was afraid might not work out because we have such varying preferences. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. We would definitely recommend Earnest again!

Terence from Complete did an amazing job at our reception! He was exceptional at getting the crowd on their feet and entertaining everyone. I had a pretty hands off approach to the reception and he did wonderfully at making sure we had a great time. He orchestrated games and fun competitions between bridesmaids and groomsmen that people loved! Young and old guest alike have been raving to me about how that had never had that much fun at a wedding before! I could not have asked for a better DJ!

We also used Josh from Complete to be our videographer as well. He was very professional and did an awesome job of being unobtrusive while still recording important events throughout the night.

Rick was our DJ and we really enjoyed him! You can tell that he took the time to look over our profile we filled out with them. There were a couple of songs on our list that he didn't have but he bought them right away. He was so helpful! Rick did amazing at our wedding. These guys were GREAT!!! We used them for photobooth and videographer and they were both wonderful. The videographer was fun but also was almost non existent. It was like she was not even there! The photobooth attendant was great as well. Did great with the guests and made a pretty awesome scrapbook!

Although Complete has not performed at my wedding yet, I am still very impressed with their service. Their online profile system makes it so easy for me to add requests and song choices for my reception. The online form is also extremely detailed so I can make sure I am getting exactly what I want on my big day. Everyone I spoke to on the phone when booking Complete was very flexible and professional, and I was very impressed. I cannot wait for them to play at my reception!

Alvin was an amazing DJ. He contacted me quickly, had me fill out questionnaire. Went over it with me on the phone. When I had a hard time describing what music I liked, he asked me what stations I listened to. On the night of the wedding, I did not have to worry about the music or moving from event to event in the ceremony. He played great music, got everyone dancing (including my husband's grandparents), made smooth transitions to the cake cutting, special dances (father/daughter, groom/mother), and our exit. When people asked him to play music that was on my do-not-play list, he good-heartedly told them it wasn't possible.

First of all, Ben Lewis is the best. He is currently the DJ manager, but he was set to be my DJ before he was promoted. When he got promoted and wasn't able to be my DJ, he went out of his way to assure me that he would have one of his best guys on my wedding. He introduced me to JR and made the transition really smooth. He was always willing and able to answer my questions, and then JR was too! JR was a great DJ. He understood to my music taste and kept the party going all night long. Everyone had a great time and tons of people were dancing all night, me included!
We also rented a photobooth from Complete. The attendant called me a couple days prior to chat, which I really appreciated. The props were fun, and the photos came out great. It's also great to have the individual photos (not just copies of the 4-photo strips) on a jump drive so I can put those online for everyone. We also got a guest book with printed copies of the 4-photo strips. The only thing I wish had happened were that more people were told about signing the guest book. We only had 2 guests sign it, but we got everyone's pictures.

The photo booth was a hit! We had their photo booth come out to Villa Di Felicita and everyone loved it. They make copies and a photo album for me of all of the pictures taken that night. It was a blast. Eric text me and called me to make sure it was okay as to what time he could set it all up. He attended it the entire night and it was just great. Michael is working on our wedding video as we speak and he was just a pleasure to have there that day. Great East Texas Company.

I booked all 4 services (DJ, photo, video, and photo booth) through Complete DFW. I just had to leave a review because I was SO HAPPY with the vendors! :)

So, I found Complete through a bridal show. I was overwhelmed with options of DJ, photographers, video, and photo booth, it just seemed easier to book through one company.

I booked with Ron, who was awesome and very helpful! Very easy process! I'm not sure if you would be able to do it on the phone, but my fiance (and now husband!) and I went to his office in person on a weekend.

Before we went, I went on the Complete website and decided who I wanted to be my photographer based off the portfolio and the DJ based off the bios and information section. I am a trusting person who didn't feel the need to meet them in person. However, we did email. I now realize that it could have been a risky move for me, but it really ended up working out. I loved all of the vendors who came out!

Our videographer actually had a personal death in the family about 3 days before our wedding. Obviously, I understood that she wouldn't be able to make it to our wedding, and because I booked with Complete, they were just able to send someone else out to video our wedding. The girl who came out was personable and great, and it seemed like it was just the way it was originally planned.

Honestly, I really enjoyed working with the people who came out, and I would book with them again. My sister is probably going to get married in the next year or so, and she will definitely book with Complete (ESP the DJ, Alvin! He's amazing)!

Good luck to all the brides out there! If you're looking for a great/easy booking process, go with Complete!

The owner is awesome! Super friendly and made us feel like we knew him. Our D.J. was perfect! Jed did exactly what I wanted, made sure that the flow of the event went how I wanted and that everyone was having a great time! Our guests are a bunch of talkers and don't dance very much and he made an effort to try and get guests on to the dance floor. His equipment looked very professional and put together nicely. My husband and I had a great time!

I gave the vendor Complete 5 stars overall -- we used them to book DJ, Photobooth, Videography and Photography.

We booked through Ron Sexton and he helped coordinate everything which was SO helpful. Any time I had issues getting a hole of one of the vendors, Ron was able to reach out and contact them for me and ensure things ran smoothly. If it wasn't for Ron I don't think I would've given the experience 5 stars!

1) DJ -- definitely check them out for DJs, he met with my husband and I in person before the big day and MC'd the reception very well keeping everyone on schedule AND having fun! He even had some lights out on the dance floor.
2) Photobooth - great deal and so fun at our wedding! My only complaint here is that the attendants ran out of pages in the book they made us and just threw all the strips in there.... the neat thing is getting a digital copy of all the photos taken in the booth afterwards
3) Photographer - I don't know what to say, the package deal Complete offered me was amazing and their editing was good for the price, but even three months after the wedding I have an issue with my photographer. After several planning calls I sent her a list of 'must have' shots so that nothing was missed. I spent hrs deciding what photos were important, putting them in order of schedule. On the big day, after the ceremony, she came up to me and asked "So, did you want like.. a family shot? add in the grandparents?" I froze and almost lost my composure! I had sent the list of all the group shots in advance knowing that the day of my mind would be a blitz and she hadn't even brought the list! Unacceptable.
4) Videographer – Whitney Yule is fantastic!!! She was on point, on time, and made sure to capture everything important to me I couldn’t have asked for more. The DVD’s edited by Complete with scene selection are great it’s like re-living your best day! The Video took about a month longer than quoted but it was worth the wait.

We had Ben Lewis for our DJ at our reception and he was Awesome. He played all the right music at all the right times. He helped keep us on track with all the speeches, toasts, cake cutting, flower tossing and he just made everything run smoothly. I was skeptical about how good of a DJ we would get for what we paid and was set at ease when taking to him for the first time. At one point he was out on the dance floor teaching a huge group of people a line dance, the pictures of seeing people dancing and having fun because of him are awesome! Also there have been a lot of negative reviews saying that they DJ didn't contact them until the week of the wedding, but when you book, they tell you that. You book and then about two weeks before your wedding you get email telling you your DJ will call you next week (2 or 3 days before your wedding) and then he does and we worked everything out in two phone calls. They were great and I would recommend them, especially Ben Lewis, to anyone.

We used Complete for our photobooth rental. Our operator was so much fun that we even took pictures with her!! A true professional!! All of our guests had an amazing time. The quality of the photos were superb, the staff is always responsive and not only do you get the photo album and unlimited prints, but they also give you a flash drive with every picture taken. We got this recommendation from our venue. I was able to complete almost every detail online and via email. It was so easy. I was a little worried since they are not based in Austin, but the DJ who was at our wedding was AWESOME! He called me a few days before to go over details, and when he said "leave it to me, and just enjoy getting married", he meant it! He kept things running smoothly and was very flexible to any changes in the timeline. I thought Johnny was great, and I would recommend him, and Complete Music to anyone!

What a great night!! Mark was incredible. And so helpful. The week before the wedding my then fiancé and I purchased a house, so we were very frazzled. And pulled in many directions. Mark was overwhelmingly accommodating and understanding. He took my calls no matter when I got the chance to call him back and never got impatient with us.

On top of that, the night was incredible. Everyone had a great time, everyone kept dancing and he was always making sure my husband and I were having a great time. He even took time to get my husband a drink and made sure our guests had champagne! I saw him personally delivering many champagne flutes. What an incredible night and what an incredible guy. Thank you mark!!

We got lucky and had James Looney as our DJ. We were able to fill out everything online such as type of music we wanted, must play list, dont play list, songs for dances etc. A few night before the wedding we talked with James on the phone and went through everything and he was very enthusiastic and helpful. The day of the wedding he was pretty much our coordinator and he rocked! He not only kept the music going and fun, he made sure the night ran smoothly and that the things like cake cutting, first dance, newlywed game, speaches, garter/bouquet toss happened on time. He was AMAZING!!!

I booked them on site at the Dallas Bridal Show. They were quick to accommodate my budget since I was having a shorter than average reception (3 hours) and it was in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. It was refreshing as other companies had set prices that they would not negotiate with and many included items that we did not want or need. We received an email with instructions to complete our setup online. It was quick and easy and helped keep me organized. I could access it at anytime and was able to make changes up until the week before the wedding (then after this I could make changes directly with our DJ). Our DJ, Braylon, contacted us about a week before the wedding to go over all the details. The day of the event, Braylon was early and set up in no time. He was very personable and made sure we were on schedule and played exactly what we asked. Our experience was fantastic and I would recommend their services time and time again! GREAT experience with Complete Music. Professional and well-organized. Our DJ was Rick Jackson - upbeat but not over the top, which was just what we were looking for. He called a few days before the wedding and we went over the details, and I felt very confident about what we had set up. He had great suggestions and was also very open to playing songs we had selected. We received multiple compliments on the music selection throughout the night!

Rick Jackson did an excellent job as the DJ at our wedding. He hit all of the songs we wanted and kept the dancing going throughout a late night wedding (ended at 11:45 PM). He even kept the music playing while all of our guests filed outside to do our midnight send off and gave me and my wife a chance to end the night with one final dance with just the two of us in the room. We couldn't be more happy with his level of professionalism and the experience!

We also had a photo booth provided by Complete and it was a huge success. I had doubts that we would get people out in the hall to take photos but the operator did an excellent job of getting people involved. The operator also did an excellent job of putting a copy of each photo taken into a book for us so that we could have them all. Money well spent!

The DJ we selected from Complete was great. He kept the party going and helped move us along through our list of events. The company itself was easy to do business with, and very responsive. We are definitely satisfied customers.

We used Complete Weddings (DJ & Photography) for our wedding on 2/13/2016 and we loved them! Very responsive, professional and laid back. They have experience and knew our venue so they did not need much direction on the day of.

At first, the photo booth attendant I was in contact with was not accommodating, and was having a hard time communicating with me. I had then been set up with a different attendant, who was in charge of my wedding.

Steve was an amazing photo booth attendant, he stayed in communication with me, and made my day an amazing one!!!

My guests absolutely loved the photo booth! It kept them entertained, and I have many memorable pictures from that night!

Ron is easy to work with. It's nice to be able to package vendors. Used them for DJ, Photobooth, and Video. Would use their service again.

My DJ was Mark Brown and he did not let me down. There was a lot of changes and short notice for him and he powered through it. Mark gave us a party and I had to do little to no direction. I asked for a certain kind of music and they played it. What I would suggest is putting specific songs on a CD for them so it is easier to get to. I had music from my ipod and anywhere I could get the songs from. My guest danced all night or maybe that was me. He definitely was a blessing to us and I would use them again for other functions.

Complete Wedding & Events was quick to get back with us and flexible with our reception vision. Once the party got started, our guests stayed on the dance floor. We all had a great time, and the DJ was a big part of that.

Guests loved the photobooth and the scrapbook and flash drive came free with the package. The DJ played great music and took requests from our guests. We used lighting and a monogram....perfect!!

We got the photo, video, and DJ package. I am in love with their photo and video service. Both were very communicative on the length of time it will take for me to receive everything after the wedding. They did send me a few that are already edited. Guests love them... they say it looks like we picked it out from a magazine. I just saw my video trailer and I am very much satisfied.
The DJ, however, pretty much did whatever he wanted. Our wedding was a diverse wedding and I wanted more music played from our languages. I sent him specific songs to be played (3 pages long) and he only played a totally to 2 or 3 from my language. That was a bit disappointing to me. Other than that, guests enjoyed the music played.

I found this place at a wedding expo in Ogden. They were great to work with! We used them for Photography, DJ, and Videographer. I would have totally used them for a Photo Booth too but I felt our venue didn't have enough room. Amie our photographer was the seriously the sweetest and so fun to have take our pictures. Her pictures she took turned out amazing! I couldn't be more happy. Also the video of our wedding was perfect! We Love it. My only complaint would be I wish the DJ was a little more prepared. I even gave him a list of exactly what I wanted. But Either way our wedding turned out wonderful and everyone had a great time.

Complete music totally saved us when our previously hired DJ bailed on us with all of our money. Our DJ was great but he did mess up once in the progression of the processional music. Their selection was not as up to date as I had hoped and they did not have a lot of alternative music that we as a couple listen to the most. He did provide excellent music for my friends and I to dance to all night long. It wouldn't have been as successful of a party without this awesome DJ.

The DJ service was okay. The DJ that was sent was a little young and had a difficult time working the crowd. I had to suggest songs for him to get people out dancing and he was not very outgoing.

Varies based on DJ

They are very professional as a company and the issues I had were more specific to which DJ we had. They had us fill out a form with our genre preferences and any must play songs/songs to never play which was very comprehensive and helpful. However, DJ Matt had ignored that form completely even though he had it printed out in front of him during the event. My maid of honor even pointed out to him that our must play songs were missing and he had apparently not even prepared them for the event. When we met beforehand with the DJ, he asked for a playlist, which I thought he was going to use to get an idea of what we wanted. He ended up just playing the playlist in its entirety and in some instances mixing up some of the songs with others that had similar titles. It just felt like not much care/thought was put into the job he did. If I wanted him to play my whole playlist I could've bought a speaker and played it myself. He ignored most requests I made for the event and added in a group dance as the last dance song without speaking to us about it before (and the groom and I were not comfortable with it and were already frustrated with him). I had told him we didn't want him to take requests and he told me no one would dance if we didn't take requests. He started the night with requests and the groom had to tell him to stop. He had criticisms of every song I picked for our entrance and seemed to have a very my way or the highway attitude towards it. It would be one thing if this were a non-wedding event but it was and he had no regard for what we as the bride and groom wanted for our day. Ultimately it didn't ruin the day completely but it's definitely not ideal for the bride and groom to feel ignored at their wedding. I'm sure their other DJs are better than this but proceed with caution.

Fantastic Photography!

We had a bit of a scheduling snafu due to miscommunication and staffing changes, but the Sales Manager, Bryant, took great care of us and offered to photograph our wedding, since our choices had become booked. He did a beautiful job and the images turned out great! So happy with the end result and am looking forward to ordering my album and prints!

We used Complete for our DJ and photo booth at our wedding.

Gilbert (DJ) was responsive, met with us beforehand to discuss everything, and improvised when needed day-of to keep everything running smoothly! Music mix was great, he kept people on the dance floor, awesome all around.

Our photo booth, however, broke down not even 1/2 way through the reception. Lindsay was flexible with set up time and came to find me and let me know when it broke. She was very polite and explained that she tried to get it working again, but just couldn't. I get it, things happen. She then proceeded, however, to shut down and pack everything up. A few guests had been continuing to use the props and take photos on their own phones while all of this was happening, but she took everything when she left. Our main wedding photographer offered to stand by the photo booth and take group photos if we wanted (which was an awesome offer) but we wanted him to be capturing candids (which is what we paid him for). When Complete sent us an email asking for us to rate the service we received, we were honest saying that we were disappointed by the photo booth shutting down when we had paid for more than double the time we received.

Bryant then reached out via phone call to inquire further. We played phone tag for almost 3 weeks and I finally got ahold of him on Aug 15. I explained how we were feeling. He said that Lindsay had packed up and left because our guests had broken the booth and she was worried about more equipment being broken and she couldn't fix it to use it. I stated that I would've been 100% fine with just props and the attendant taking pictures on guest phones. I expressed that we would want a refund for half of the time, he again stated that our guests had broken their equipment (which I'm sure has happened at more than just my wedding). He said he'd reach out to the owner and call us back. It's been almost a month and no call. I'm moving on and not expecting any sort of resolution.
