Tom was awesome to work with! Very positive and not afraid to get in there and get the shot, which we appreciate! He was very professional and had a checklist he had us fill out prior that was detailed and made me feel at ease day of knowing that he knew exactly which moments were important to us to capture. So much fun!

The slow motion video and photo station was awesome!! Everyone had so much fun with it and I received digital copies of all of the pictures and videos 2 days after the wedding! I did pay to receive a book with all of our pictures in it with messages from my guests, and that was totally worth it! We went home with it that night! I would highly recommend Complete Video Solutions!

Absolutely amazing!

Tom and Jeremy did such an amazing job capturing our wedding day! I don’t think they could have done a more perfect job. They both were SO easy to work with from start to finish. Complete Video Solutions - great team!

Tom and complete Video Solutions did an amazing job capturing the day and the atmosphere of my son and daughter-in-law's wedding! He was prompt, professional and non intrusive to the event. From the sneak preview video to the final video, he caught the special moments, the special looks, the special words, and all of the special people. Tom kept the music from the ceremony that was important to the event and then added the perfect music background for the entire video. We used Complete Video Solutions for the photo/slow motion station. I was absolutely set on NOT having a photo booth because it just wasn't in our budget and I feel like you see them at every wedding now. But 2 weeks before our wedding, my husband and I were at a wedding with this particular photo booth and slow motion video station and it was SO DIFFERENT!! I contacted them that night to see if they had availability. Tom, the owner, wrote me back immediately and made it happen. He actually came by himself to our wedding just so we could have this. He is friendly, professional, and flexible! The venue had told me a space that Tom could set up in. Unfortunately, the day of, that space was not what we thought it was. Tom was able to find the best spot and set up quickly. I have had so many wedding guests tell me how much fun they had with the slow-mo video and the funny props. On a side note- videography was also something I was going to try to squeeze in (in the beginning of planning) if budget would allow. I contacted CVS but at that time we couldn't afford it. This company was so great to work with, that I regret not making the videography work somehow. I highly recommend Complete Video Solutions!!

Tom and Jeremy were absolutely amazing the entire video process. I had a super crazy bridal party and they were so natural and fun to work with and helped to capture all of the hilarious and beautiful moments throughout the entire day. Our wedding video turned out so beautiful and my husband and I have watched it a million times in the last 5 months and shared it with so many friends and family at every gathering. We could not be happier that we chose Complete Video Solutions to document our wedding. During the entire wedding planning process, Tom was professional, organized, and prompt with all correspondence. Prior to the wedding, we were provided with surveys asking us questions about every detail of our wedding day and video which made us feel confident that our video would be exactly what we wanted. Jeremy was our videographer on the day of the wedding, and he was amazing. He made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera, and most of the time we didn’t even know he was there. My husband and I loved the video!! I laughed and cried watching it. It was so fun to see it all again. Tom did an amazing job! I'm so glad we went with video, went with CVS, and also that we added a few extra hours of coverage! The video captures the day in a special way that pictures cannot. The groom's mom missed our first dance the day of the wedding, so now she got to see it for the first time. The speeches of parents and well wishers will last forever, long after loved ones have passed. It's something I will treasure forever. A wonderful company that provided exceptional service! We LOVE our wedding video! They captured moments of our wedding that I was unable to see such as my groom getting ready and the bridal party walking down the aisle. Jeremy was very professional and did such a thorough and excellent job. In addition to our video, we received a trailer and an end recap to share with our friends and family through social media. Recently, nearly 6 months after our wedding, we requested if there was any raw footage that we could have that "didn't make the cut" of our already beautiful video. I couldn't be happier with Complete Video Solutions! We just received our completed wedding video in the mail and it turned out beautifully. They captured every special moment and created an amazing result. I was so pleased with Tom at Compete Video Solutions who organized everything. Every email was friendly, informative, and prompt. We had Jeremy as our videographer who was excellent. During the wedding day he was around just enough to make sure everything is just as you want it but also in background to not intrude on special movements. It was perfect balance. I can't say enough about Tom and the whole staff at Complete Video Solutions!! Everything went so smooth, from when we first booked them all the way to our wedding day and after!! Tom was always easily accessible if I had any questions or concerns and the day of the wedding he was amazing. Tom did an absolute amazing job with our video. We couldn't have been happier.
The day of the wedding we kept noticing how he was just everywhere with different cameras to capture absolutely everything. He was gracious enough to provide a link for our surprise dance that our wedding party did for us which was our favorite part of the day! Tom was so nice the whole day and checked in on things throughout the day to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Complete Video Solutions is the number 1 vendor I recommend to friends and family that are newly engaged!

We also used Complete video solutions for a photo booth that we were very happy with. It was bigger than we expected and we were able to fit quite a few people inside which is always a plus! We also decided to surprise our guests with cut outs of ourselves and Complete Video Solutions helped us and the guests see that they were there!

We were also very happy that at the end of the night they informed us they were closing down and asked if we wanted to get inside as we didn't have a chance yet. It was very thoughtful and they didn't need to ask. Props were also really great!

I know that a lot of people say that a videographer is something that you can skip on when planning a wedding, but I highly suggest you don't and go with Complete Video Solutions. I first learned about them through one of my friends when I had seen her wedding video and was blown away; I cried my eyes out. I was at her wedding that day, but seeing the video several months later and reliving that day was truly amazing. Tom was our videographer for our wedding day and he was fantastic! He was very professional and easy to work with. We have received our sneak peek trailer from our wedding video and it is perfect!! Tom did a flawless job and even at 2 minutes long, it captured every emotion, detail, and precious moment from our wedding. Tom was great to work with. We were planning a wedding long distance but from the beginning we knew we made a great choice in hiring Tom.

His communication prior to our wedding could not have been better. He is a pro. I can see why they are voted the best year in and year out.

The day of the wedding could not have gone any better and Tom played a big role. He was calm, cool and collected.

He worked extremely well with the entire wedding party and our photographer.

We couldn't wait to get our video back, we checked in with Tom a few times and he was happy to give us updated on where they were at with the editing.

The video arrived within the time frame Tom gave us and WOW was it ever worth the wait and the investment.

The day, as everyone says, goes by so fast. Having a video allows you to relive the day as many times as you want.

He captured so many little moments that otherwise would have been lost.

The editing was incredible. Obviously in making this kind of investment anyone would have high expectations. You will not be disappointed. This is worth every penny.

Hiring a videographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Tom was so easy to work with throughout the entire process and was quick to answer the many, many questions that I emailed him. They have a very simple online questionnaire system set up to make sure that they shoot everything that is important to you, leave original audio in certain parts, and include the music that you want. On the day of the wedding, Jeremy showed up to film the girls getting ready and Tom went to film the boys. They both did a great job of fading into the background and capturing so many genuine moments. They got great interviews with the two of us, as well as our parents and a few members of the bridal party. Jeremy even agreed to ride on the party bus with us so that they didn’t miss any great video opportunities! They were so great to work with on the day of our wedding and made sure to capture all of the scenes that were important to us. They sent us a 2-minute “preview video” about six weeks after our wedding day, and we could already tell the video was going to be incredible. We got a 12-minute “highlight reel” a few weeks later and the full 90-minute video about 3.5 months after our wedding. The amazing work that they did with the final product is hard to put into words. I still cry when I see certain scenes. They were able to capture so many things that I wasn’t there for or happened to miss. I loved being able to see my husband get ready for our wedding and hear the words that he spoke just before I walked down the aisle. They also went around and got “well-wishes” from most of the bridal party and many family members and friends. We didn’t even know they had been filming these, and we were so surprised! My husband and I are very religious, and the CVS team did a wonderful job of showcasing the religious aspects of our ceremony and new marriage. I met Tom at a Bridal Show and instantly I got a good feeling from him and his team. He did not push numbers at me and try to up sell EVERYTHING! He asked about me and my wedding and what I was looking for in a Videographer. I was so impressed I stickered his card and went on my way. After the show my sister and I were going through all of the vendors we had met and I came across Tom's card. I sent him an initial email and just by my short email he remembered exactly who I was. We past a few emails back and forth and I felt really comfortable. At that point the price didn't even phase me. I figured that if Tom could take the time and put in the effort to get to know me, my taste, and what I wanted my wedding to be I count really put a price on that. When the day came I didn't have to worry about anything. He took my requests and captured everything I asked for. There was even a part of my wedding that my sorority sisters had planned (something we do at weddings). No one had even mentioned anything to Tom that this was happening, I turned around and there he was. Now this was something that was intended to be done in private so he respectfully stopped filming. However the fact that he realized that I was out of the room was his initial reaction. I was very pleased. When my video arrived I was very excited to watch and as I did, every moment of that day came rushing back in full force. Tom was able to capture every important moment and make me feel it all over again. I watched my video 15 times that week. My husband and I were trying to keep a tight budget and were not interested in spending extra money on a videographer. My mother in law finally talked us into getting a videographer, and I am so thankful she did! I started looking for one and there were hundreds to choose from, but my two older sisters both had used Complete Video Solutions for their wedding so I decided to give him a call. He made the entire process easy, quick, and affordable. He always followed up, made sure he knew exactly what we wanted, and kept things easy. The day of the wedding he showed up at our location before I even did, which was awesome because there is footage of me arriving early that morning. The rest of the day I hardly remember seeing him, he had this tiny hand held camera and stayed out of the way. He got along perfectly with the wedding party and all the other vendors, which was great because there was no tension or uncomfortable situations the whole day. We got our HD edited video back so fast that we were almost worried how good it was going to be. When my husband and I sat down to watch it we were in awe. It was AMAZING! There were so many memories and scenes that I didn't even remember them happening. There were events and moments that the photographer missed and thankfully he captured. There is nothing better than seeing live moments of you and your significant other on your wedding day. We absolutely love our wedding video and think it is one of the best decisions we made. We like it even more than our pictures! The HD quality looks amazing on our 65" HD television. He even made a 5-minute "trailer" to our wedding video that was great for sharing on social media and quickly showing friends and coworkers so they didn't have to sit through the 1-hour video. They also made an amazing "wedding trailer" that was a hit with our friends and family on social media! They were so great throughout the whole process. It's been a few months now, and we got our final video back just recently. We sat down to watch it for the first time today (Valentine's Day), and we were blown away. I had to update my feedback because the video is truly that amazing.

The video is nothing less than perfect. We will be watching it every year to remember our special day and relive the most special moments, to show it to our children one day, and to remember our loved ones through it for years to come. We were laughing and crying and texting/calling our families and friends to thank them for being a part of it all over again. It is seriously one of the most special mementos we have of our wedding day, and we can't thank Complete Video Solutions enough for making such a beautiful video for us. It is more than we could have hoped for, and it is so meaningful to have this footage.

I am so glad I decided to have videography services for my wedding day!!! At first I was not going to and thought I would be happy with just photography--- I am so glad that I went against that initial thought!!!

My Video is amazing!!! Thank you Complete Video Solutions!!! Tom and staff were great on the day of the wedding and afterwards with editing!!! The day goes by so fast and when I watched my video for the first time I was surprised how many details I had forgotten- what the room looked like at the reception hall, everyone having a great time on the dance floor, walking down the aisle, saying my vows, etc. This video helped remind me of the wonderful day!!!!!!!!!!!

This was sort of a last minute add on and it was the BEST BEST thing that I did for our wedding day!....You will learn that your day will be a blur but once you get the video and watch it over again you are able to relive it and remember so many great moments of the day. Tom was great was so personable but never got in the way and got tons of amazing moments. What was so awesome about Tom is that he really did care that I was happy with the finished product and had great customer service. We could not have been happier with ALL aspects of Complete Video Solutions & Tom Santilli. Tom's response time was literally immediate every time we needed to communicate with him (prior to AND after the wedding). I actually think he must have his smart phone tethered to his body -- he had a way of making you feel like his only customer, and this was beyond appreciated!!! Tom's wonderful professional yet warm & personable presence the day of the wedding was noticed by everyone - and put our daughter, the bride, and her very nervous husband-to-be at great ease. Even some of our guests mentioned to me later what a 'great guy' the videographer was. I couldn't have agreed more. But the finished video was the PRIZE! It was everything we had hoped for & more. Our daughter & her new hubby absolutely LOVE re-living their precious day. And as "mom of the bride" / wedding planner (who barely remembers the whirlwind day), I've watched it many times & have cried many tears of joy. Tom followed all of our requests exactly as we had asked - and captured all of the very best moments in the very best way put to all of our daughter & son-in-law's special music. The beautiful 'end-cap' he created at the end of the video is just amazing & wraps up a day filled with beautiful lifetime memories for our daughter & son-in-law. AND - when we needed some 'post-production' editing done (due to OUR mistake, not Tom's), he was MORE than available & willing to do whatever we asked - at hardly any cost to us. Tom and his crew at Complete Video are the best! There were two things I was 100% satisfied with at my wedding (besides my husband, lol) and that was the videographer and the cake! As soon as we got engaged, we knew that Tom would be our videographer. Tom was the videographer for my friend's wedding that I stood up in, as well as my husband's cousin's wedding. We knew both couples LOVED Tom, so there was no question. Tom is one of those people that makes you feel incredibly comfortable! It was not weird or awkward having a video camera around. In fact, I barely knew he was there! He captured every single important moment, as well as some great ones we didn't even know about! He is incredibly talented, and we could not have been happier about our video. We are so happy we decided to have Tom there there for our special day. There are things he was able to capture that photography can't. We also left it up to Tom to choose the music for our video. It was perfect! We just cannot say enough great things about Tom and Complete Video Solutions. He is so reasonably priced for the level of service you are getting. He came highly recommended to us, and we highly recommend him to you!

I booked with Tom through an internet special.. I have to say I was pretty nervous come our wedding day, because I had never met him in person.. Afterwards there was absolutely NO reason to be nervous! Complete Video Solutions is the best bang for your buck! Our video is absolutely breathtaking... Our experience with Complete Video Solutions was spectacular. I was very skeptical of having someone follow me around the whole day, but am so thankful that my mom insisted on it. The day goes by so fast and you miss a lot. Tom was able to capture everything and I didn't even see him there most of the time. His editing was also amazing. Right from the first phone call, Tom is willing to work with you on budget and finding exactly what you need. I did have to wait several months for the video, but it was definitely worth the wait. When we posted the 4 minute sneak peak on facebook, several friends commented best wedding video they have ever seen. After watching the whole video we couldnt be more thrilled. He captured all the great moments with great detail. He was even able to provide me with high quality stills of details that were missed by our photographer. His responsiveness is great, and he is a pleasure to work with for sure. Very happy customers!

We were overwhelmed when we first began to research videographers. We obviously wanted top-quality, but were on a budget. We contacted and met with a variety of vendors. It appeared we either had to spend a ton of money for good quality or go the budget route and be less than impressed. That was until we met with Tom Santilli from Complete Video Solutions.

From the moment we met Tom and his adorable dog Brando, we felt at ease with the whole process. He’s an everyday guy with incredible talent. He wowed us with his mix of professionalism and down-to-earth personality. By the time we left his place, we knew he was the one.

Tom always made it a point to call or email us right back and always answered every question in perfect detail. Even though he is very busy, he always made us feel important.

From day one, Tom always made sure we were comfortable with the process. He also listens to what your vision is for your video. Many videographers want it done their way only. Tom takes your vision and uses his artistic abilities and experience to create an amazing video.

On the wedding day, Tom was right on time. He has a way of capturing every detail without being noticed or in the way. He’s very flexible and had no issue deviating from what he was doing when we asked for a specific shot.

Once our big day had come and gone, Tom stayed in constant contact updating us with the progress of our video and answering any questions we had immediately.

We can’t thank Tom enough for everything he did for us. We will always be thankful for the wonderful memories we have thanks to the amazing video he created. The quality and detail amazes everyone that watches it! It turned out better than we ever imagined!

We could say Tom is the best for your money, but that would be doing him a disservice. Tom is simply the best videographer.

Tom the owner was amazing. He was patient and kind and got back promptly via email and phone calls. He gave a military discount which was amazing! He was very professional and his quality of work was amazing. My husband and I met prior to signing with him and he brought samples of his work for us to view and talk about... I signed him on the spot! He has many payment options and video options. We upgraded and got the unlimited package which was from 8am til 2am.. i mean he worked for his money! He was amazing. I cant say enough good things about Tom Santelli and his work. I would recommend him to anyone needing a videographer.

During the planning process, we went back and forth on whether to hire a videographer or not. I searched online and read reviews and was very pleased with what Complete Video Solutions customers had to say. The trailers on the website were great as well. From that first conversation I could tell that not only did he know his craft very well, but he also had a passion for it. I can't express enough how amazing this company is. Throughout my entire wedding process I debated about whether or not to have a videographer. With about a week before the big day, my dad surprised me and hired Complete Video Solutions to videograph our wedding. After time had passed, I anxiously waited for the video. I was so excited to relive the experience and see things I had missed out on that day. When we received the video from Tom, we were so thrilled. It was everything and more than we expected. Tom was great to work with! Before the wedding he was very knowledgable in answering all our questions, he is laid back and easy to work with. and was always very easy to get in touch with (our contact was primarily over e-mail).Our wedding day faced a few challenges (lots of rain, outdoor ceremony, indoor/outdoor, last minute changes) but when we got our video back you would never have known it! I would definitely recommend Tom from Complete Video Solutions to any couple getting married. He was awesome to work with and genuinely just a nice person who loves what he does. I was on a budget for my wedding last October so I was planning just getting photography and no video. Then I went to the Palace Bridal show and met Tom, I filled out a form for a free video and to my surprise I won! I was so excited and when I met up with Tom to discuses the video he was very patient and offered great advise. Needless to say our wedding video came out beautiful- he captured every important detail from the church to the limo to the hall. I could not be happier with the video it brought back all the little details of that special night. Looking back I can't believe I was not going to invest in a video- it is so important! Tom did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding video. I was so impressed with his professionalism. He was very organized, friendly and experienced. He spend a lot of time understanding exactly what we wanted in our video. On our wedding day, he was at my house on time and shot amazing video footage. He then went to the church and hour before the ceremony to discuss any restrictions with our priests as well as shoot our guests entering the church. During our cocktail hour, he did a ?well wishing? part which was absolutely fantastic. He captured all of the important parts of our reception from grand entrance and first dance to the wedding favors and rose petals.

Watching our video for the first time brought tears to our eyes. He did not miss a single important moment of our day even though we had a very large ceremony and reception. The best part was that the videography did not interfere with our day- we were not posing or taking special shots for the video. The music we choose was perfectly incorporated into our video and we got our video sooner than he promised. I really could not have asked for anything more in a videographer. I would highly recommend Complete Video Solutions to anyone!

My wife and I were very happy with the service that Tom Santilli and Complete Video Solutions provided for our 2-day wedding. We had read many reviews for local videographers and we were pretty confident that Complete Video Solutions would create an excellent video, but we were still nervous putting down that kind of money. In the end, we don't regret a thing. Tom was professional and our video was delivered on time (in really nice packaging). Waiting for months for the finished product was tough, but the video turned out great, and I'm sure the wait time is the same for any videography company with the same quality editing.

Tom was a great help to work with when deciding which service to go with. Very easy to communicate with as the response times were very quick and all my questions were answered fully.
