After another trolley company cancelled on us the week of our wedding, we were scrambling to find someone to take our wedding party of 23 people to our picture location! We were thrilled to find out that Coach Quarters had a trolley available for the short amount of time that we needed it, and were willing to book with us ASAP. We were SO pleased with our service. Our driver was promptly on time, kind, and accommodating. We had such a blast and the trolley was one of our favorite parts of our day! Thank you so much!!

We rented a Columbus Trolley for 4 days during out City's Bicentennial. We offered free trolley tours of our historic downtown and people LOVED them. My only wish is that our community had trolley tours available more often. The driver was great and the company worked with us to acknowledge the companies sponsoring the trolley with a sign attached to the vehicle. I highly recommend Columbus Trolley for any special event.

So easy to work with and they were so flexible with the timeline of our day. They even made two trips to pick up guests from the hotel to bring them to our ceremony site. Our driver Cathy was great, too! Highly recommended!

This is the third year we have used Columbus Trolley Company for our Shawnee Hills Chamber of Commerce Holiday in the Village. They have always been awesome and our customer feedback is great. We will definitely use them again next year - and the next.

The Columbus Trolley company and our driver, Ben, were amazing!!! The trolley was beautiful and really did make for some beautiful pictures. We had a blast. And our driver, Ben, was absolutely fantastic! At one point I, the bride, took a little tumble down the stairs getting off of the bus and it was Ben to the rescue! He caught me, and as it was raining that day, saved me from potentially ruining my dress. Every time we stopped he would get out and assist all of us girls off the trolley one by one. It really was just one more thing that made our day so special and made us all feel like the 'royalty' that you can only hope to feel like on your wedding day. Plus...there is a good amount of room on the trolleys so it was a plus not to be crammed together.

Columbus Trolley was very responsive to communication and emails prior to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they arrived promptly. The wedding party expressed that the driver was very personable. In addition to driving the party around town for pictures, the trolley also transported hotel guests to and from the ceremony. The bride is not a fan of limos and really liked the clean and fun atmosphere of the trolley. The trolley experience added a very fun dimension to the day and we would definitely recommend them!

The Columbus Trolley Company was the PERFECT fit for our wedding. It completely exceeded all of our expectations, and I think a major part of that was our driver, Rhonda. She was extremely friendly and open to taking us wherever we wanted. Her patience with us was amazing. She was FANTASTIC! The trolley itself was also the perfect size for our small sized wedding party (bride and groom, 4 groomsmen, 4 bridesmaids, and significant others). We could not have picked a better vendor to drive us around between our ceremony and reception, and then wait for us during the reception to take us home afterwards.

Columbus Trolley is reliable!!! Excellent quality of trolley cars and drivers. A great venue for recreating a fun and timeless event in Downtown Columbus.

We wanted to send our appreciation to Columbus Trolley and Rhonda Fairchild, our trolley driver. She was prompt, friendly, professional and patient. The trolley was a great way to transport the bride, groom, bridal party and parents of the bride and groom throughout the city of Columbus for photographs and to the reception venue. We had a wonderful time celebrating this very special occasion together prior to the celebration with family and friends at the reception.

The Columbus Trolley Co offered me everything I was looking for and more! A wonderful value (I got a discount for having a winter wedding), great service, Joyce & team were always quick to respond and easy to get a hold of, the driver was wonderful & flexible and most importantly, we all had so much fun! The trolley offers so much more room and comfort than a limo and it offered such a unique touch, my whole bridal party loved it!

We have been so fortunate to work with Columbus Trolley for our Dublin to the North Pole event. It has been such a pleasure working with and getting to know Robert, the driver for the past two years he has driven for us at this event. It is a family event and the kids and parents all rave about it. He even donated lights for us to make our event even more special for next year! Please plan on helping us next year, too! This event is always in mid-December for two evenings!

(I also used the trolley for my wedding in 2011 and steller service for all out of town guests!)

This was the perfect way to transport our guests from the hotel to our ceremony/reception. The driver was great and put up with some of our wilder guests.

Robert, our trolley driver, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that we got everywhere that we wanted and needed to be! He was very clear with where he would be and when he would be there and was very easy-going with our requests! He was a great addition to our big day!!!

We used Columbus Trolley for my daughter's wedding that took place in Athens, Ohio.
I cannot express how pleased we were from the very beginning. I was communicating from New York making the arrangements and they were always quick to respond to my emails. The day of the wedding was no exception - our driver was outstanding! Our driver was great! She showed up on time, was very nice and helpful and did everything we asked. $900 for a huge trolley and 8 hours. Can't beat the price and it was more unique than a limo. Our bridal party and guests loved it!

The Trolley showed up on time and was decorated with lights and flowers. It was beautiful! The driver Heidi was very accommodating and patient with the bridal party's requests! Cathy was our driver and she was great.. Arrived on time and was terrific to work with, She drove the wedding party around German Village and waited patiently while pictures were taken. The Columbus Trolley was awesome! We had 19 people on it for a St Paddys Day gathering and we had so much fun! Our driver was awesome and so willing to work with us. SHe was great! Can't complain at all and would def turn to them again in the future!!

Our trolley showed up right on time and our driver, Cathy, was just fabulous! She drove us to the Ohio Statehouse to get some photos, then to German Village, and then all over downtown to have some "down" time before the reception. We had a pretty rowdy bridal party and Cathy just laughed with us and let us be our goofy selves :)

They provided us with a clean, warm, nicely decorated trolley (our wedding was in February, brrr). We definitely would recommend them to our friends and family!

Columbus Trolley provides excellent transportation for a great value. The drivers were prompt and courteous. I loved that the trolleys were decorated for the holidays. The arrangements were easy to make and the office was quick to return calls and provide receipts. I'm very happy that I chose Columbus Trolley over other charter transportation options.

My groom and I were very happy with the trolley services that were provided. The trolley driver was very pleasant and on-time. We did not have any issues at all! I do agree with a previous reviewer that the trolley does not seat 22, perhaps without formal dresses and tuxes on you may be able to squeeze. We fit 13 people comfortably, but much more than that would have been too much. Would definitely recommend to future brides. As an FYI, the trolley is open air so if your planning a summer wedding it's going to be hot!

We used Colubus Trolley as transportation from our venue to Franklin Park Conservatory and back. We had a very positive experience with them and would highly recommend them! They showed up on time and our driver was very nice and helpful. Their pricing is also very reasonable. We had many compliments on the trolley and are very pleased with our overall experience.

I had a great experience with Columbus Trolley. I booked them about 6 months before our wedding in May. We were getting married at the Blackwell at OSU, so we had the trolley pick us up two hours before the ceremony to take us around campus to take pictures. Our driver was great, and the trolley was clean and looked wonderful. We were allowed to bring a cooler on the trolley which was a lot of fun, and we had a great time driving around campus to take pictures. We really enjoyed working with them!

My friend used a trolley for her wedding a few years ago and when my husband and I were discussing transportation for a large number of people, I realized a trolley would be a fun and unique option. Columbus Trolley was very easy to work with and the driver was kind and helpful. We had a lot of fun and the guests loved the novelty of the trolley!

Columbus Trolley was great, accommodated our wedding party of 16 with plenty or room for the the entire group. They were on time and provided a great place for the wedding party to relax while the bride and groom were taking pictures. They helped to shuttle guests over form the hotel to reception venue and made a special trip for our grandparents! All around great service!

Booked them 3 weeks before the wedding (husband and I couldn't decide on limo or trolley and he finally said he wanted a trolley) and they were able to find a trolley for us. Not super flexible with time- we wanted a transfer from the salon to the church, but they don't break up the service. But we still wanted a trolley from the church to the reception. They gave me contact info for their driver, and the driver called me the day of the wedding to confirm pick up and drop off- he also flexible when I asked him to come 15 min early and drop us off 15 min early. He showed up on time, the trolley was a brand new addition to the fleet (came in that week), and was so much fun to ride on! I was skeptical at first about having a trolley, but it ended up being so much fun, with room to move, drink, and drive around the city for photos (even our photographer came along for the ride)!

The driver for the event was wonderful! He was prompt and very professional. The only reason I gave a 4 for the value is because we only needed the trolley for 3 hrs and there was only an option for an 8 hr reservation. At least that was all I knew about. I am sure part of it is what is feasible for the company to rent out, but wish I could have paid a smaller amount for that time frame. I totally recommend this company for any event. The company was great to work with and the trolley was beautiful! Was a relief to not have to worry about how I was going to arrive to my wedding. Thank you!

Columbus Trolley Company are a very excellent option for wedding transportation. They were flexible with our needs and they were very willing to accommodate us. The trolley we utilized was clean and appeared to be very well kept. The driver was very professional and got us to our destinations in a timely manner. Many of our wedding guests were surprised and enjoyed seeing the trolley waiting to take us away instead of the limousine that so many people end up using. Overall, this was an excellent choice for us and I would recommend Columbus Trolley Company to anyone else looking for wedding transportation. For the price, the trolley can transport more people than any other limousine company in Columbus is capable of. Our bridal party was about 12 people, and on the trolley we had more room than in any limousine. Other transportation companies in the area would have cost almost double for vehicles that would have comfortably fit all of us, and those vehicles were SUV style limos, not at all what we wanted for the theme and feel of our wedding. The Columbus Trolley Company satisfied our needs and offered the best combination of space, amenities, and aesthetics for a value that I have not seen in any other transportation service. Well done!

Columbus trolley did a great job....the driver was very nice and professional....all on time.....only small problem was that the trolley was a little hot.....driver said an air conditioner was out

Great to work with! Joyce at the office was very responsive and they were flexible with the complications of our schedule. The driver was great and just wanted to make sure we needed to be where we needed to be!

I really loved having the trolley but I was honestly very disappointed in one thing: I confirmed with them twice that we would have the air conditioned trolley and sure enough we didn't have it on what was probably the hottest day of the summer. It's a little frustrating when you book something and it's not delivered, especially on your wedding day. They were on time picking us up from the church which was great but again, when your wedding is in the middle of summer and you want A/C you expect to get what you asked for an booked. If I had to do it again I think I would still book it because it's very cute and looks great in pictures but by the time we got to the Reception the entire wedding party was a sweaty mess. Oh, and I booked the trolley 11 months in advance! This wasn't some last minute reservation they received; they had plenty of time to make sure they sent the air conditioned trolley to us.

We had a very large wedding party and there really was only 1 option for transporting 20 kids & adults from the Church to the reception...a trolley. We enjoyed the look of the trolley. It was a lot easier to move around in than sliding down in a limo would have been. Columbus Trolley was great to work with. We took care of the contract and deposit in 1 conversation and the timeline and final paymnet in another. They were on time and the trolley was very clean and even decorated with a Just Married banner on the politican's platform and flowers inside. The one thing I would have changed would have been the rental hours...we had the trolley for 2 hours and really only needed it for 20 minutes. It would have been nice to had a shorter time option available for rent for a lower cost. But in the end, if we had it to do over again, we would still rent a trolley and work with Columbus Trolley.

The trolley was great, especially for my large wedding party and the driver tolerated allot :-). Once issue was trying to get to places between the ceremony and reception. I would have thought they would have known the address and directions to mirror lake and the arch, but the best man had to sit with them and give blow by blow directions.

Our driver was very nice, and was very flexible when it came to our "just drive around so we can party" for an hour request. We gave her a couple places to go and when we needed to be at our reception, and all ran smoothly and on time. The weather was great for our day, but I would not recommend the trolley for a cold, rainy day....it is very open! Great for photo ops too!

The Trolley Service for our "Tippecanoe 2013 Christmas in the Village" was the best
transportation we could has asked for. The old trolley itself fit in with our old time town feel. The trolley allowed people enjoyed the short ride to our event with ease.
The driver was very pleasant, patient and personable.
We would not hesitate to book the Trolley for a new event.

We had arranged to have Columbus Trolley transport us for our wedding day. However, due to transmission troubles the company called us the Wednesday of our wedding to cancel. They did a nice job arranging a replacement party bus for us and paying the difference in cost that was to occur as a resut. My husband and I were disappointed but it ended up working out in the end and Columbus Trolley did a good job making the best of the situation.

Overall on time and prompt but driver got upset with groomsmen when they were not ready when she arrived 20 min early. Also slightly different trolley than the one we were expecting. Prompt and efficient though so I would recommend to others

They called us 2 days before our wedding to let us know our trolley was broken, so they put us on a shuttle buss instead. They gave us some money back and said we could go over on our time, but later tried to charge us for the time that we went over. The buss was really nice, but it was not the same. I would only recommend this is you are the first to book for your wedding day because then you are guaranteed one of the trolley's. (I think they have 2.. one new and one older one). I missed being 1st by 3 weeks and we booked a year ahead.

Would NOT recommend

We hired Columbus Trolley in early 2020 for our May 15, 2021 wedding and had pretty high hopes that the trolley would be one of the more interesting and fun parts of our wedding. Unfortunately, they ended up being our most disappointing vendors. The driver showed up to the first pick up (which hadn't changed from our initial contract) and seemed annoyed and unsure where to go (despite our wedding planner making it very clear in earlier conversation). The driver picked up the bridal party to take us to the "first look" spot and didn't ask as to where to drop us off. When we told him that we needed to be dropped near the Goodale Park gazebo (and not across the park as he had tried to take us), he said gruffly "well someone should have told me that" to me (the bride). This was somewhat upsetting as it was immediately prior to our first look and I simply wanted to be dropped off where my future husband wouldn't see us. Our experience did not improve from there. Though we made the itinerary very clear from the beginning, the driver seemed annoyed at the schedule. When he dropped us at the venue, we assumed the bridal party could stay on the trolley given that the trolley wouldn't need to be at the next location for another hour however the driver said he "had to leave immediately" which made no sense given the timeline. Our bridal party had to hurriedly rush off the trolley with no help from the driver. Overall, I'm surprised to see other positive reviews because our entire experience was at best unpleasant and certainly not one I would recommend to anyone. It seems that our driver (I believe his name was Mike) was the reason for this after reading those reviews.

I wanted to share my horrible experience with Columbus Trolley to hopefully save you some grief.
Three days before the wedding, they called to tell me that one of the trolley engines died, and they would have to give me a limo bus instead. I really didn't want a limo bus at all - not my style - but what could I do? They promised that it was really nice and it would still seat 22 people, and that I could still have a trolley for my end-of-reception pickup.

So, day of, I'm in my dress, outside my parent's house - and this junker pulls up. It looks like it's been driving through a dust bowl for 20 years, the paint is all faded and ugly. The inside is ok - the seating is leather, but the 'fancy lighting' is a blue rope light that hangs out of its track in places. It definitely does NOT seat 22 people - maybe 16. This would have been a huge problem if weather hadn't interfered with our plans for outdoor location photos.
The wedding was fabulous & wonderful. We were supposed to be out of the museum by midnight, and the trolley was supposed to be there at 11:30 to do a few runs from the museum back to the hotel. I wasn't paying attention to the time, so when the last song played and the lights came on, I was very surprised to learn that the trolley hadn't shown up. I called Columbus Trolley, but they never showed up. I had to get cabs for my 40+ guests that were going back to the hotel - and make sure that everyone had cab fare. We also held up the museum staff in waiting for the cabs to arrive. Completely embarassing.

Columbus Trolley blames some company that they subcontracted with for the ugly bus, and the driver for not showing up. They refunded our money ONLY for the end of the night portion, and refuse to acknowledge that anything else was their fault. They accused me of trying to get my wedding for free and to profit off of them when I asked for a larger refund. Their customer service is terrible and unreasonable.
Maybe this is a one-in-a-million situation. But my sister won't be using them for her wedding, and I would advise extreme caution if you want to use them for yours.

I would also like to share my horrible Columbus Trolley experience from one week later. I booked my trolley about 9 months in advance to avoid any sort of conflict, etc--no problems there. I planned to use the trolley to shuttle guests from a parking site (my reception venue), to the church, and then back to the reception after our ceremony. I received a call around 12:30pm on my wedding day asking me what time I was expecting the trolley--I had been in touch with Columbus Trolley twice in the previous two weeks, and had also sent them an email detailing directions, locations, and times. I told them the time, and was told nothing further. 15 minutes after the appointed time for the trolley to arrive, it had not shown up. Apparently the trolley had an engine problem and would not be coming to pick up our guests. I find it appalling that the trolley company did not call us as soon as there was a problem--we had to wait for our guests to tell us that the trolley had not arrived. Thankfully dear friends and relatives jumped into action and were a stand-in shuttle service for us, and our wedding was only 30 minutes behind schedule. Columbus Trolley offered to pay for cabs to transport our guests back to the reception, but they told us that my husband needed to make all the phone calls. My brother and dear friend ended up spending the 30 minutes before my wedding calling Columbus taxi companies to come pick up our guests after the ceremony. I am generally a very satisfied customer, easy to please, but this experience really horrified me due to the lack of professionalism and accountability that we experienced. This in no way ruined our wedding day, but if I had it to do over, I would not have booked Columbus Trolley.
