This is a location like nothing else in our city. It is not only a beautiful setting amidst the gardens, but includes an incredible farmhouse for the event, allowing backup plans if the weather isn't perfect! The staff is responsive and kind. Ready to answer any questions and make your even go on without a hitch (unless your getting married then there is for sure to be at least one hitch ;-))

I highly recommend The Botanical Gardens. As a venue, it is absolutely gorgeous!! We had a late September wedding there and it was beautiful!! They set up everything exactly how we wanted it and were very easy to work with. If you’re considering them for an event, do it!!!!

Absolutely magical! Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. The setting was stunning, the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless, and the attention to detail was flawless. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment felt special. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding day!

The Columbus Botanical Gardens provides true value for your wedding weekend. The venue location, the meticulously maintained landscape, the ceremony and rehearsal dinner location options, and the professional staff are just a few of the reasons I will be encouraging my brides to consider this delightful treasure when planning their weddings.

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue. The manager always responded in a timely manner and helped coordinate everything down to the last minute. She made sure everything went the way I had envisioned. The gardens/farmhouse were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very helpful in making our wedding day turn out wonderful. The best venue hands down.

My husband and I were married at the Columbus Botanical Garden in October 2018. To say The Garden provided a perfect venue for our wedding and reception is an understatement. The staff was incredible! Emily ensured that all details were to my liking and that the day was truly perfect for us! She and her team worked with us and seamlessly accommodated all of our requests. Our pictures turned out amazing with stunning views of the garden in the background, and the venue itself provided a rustic, yet elegant setting that was the perfect combination for both me and my husband. I cannot say enough about this venue or staff- Wondeful location, wonderful venue and wonderful customer service!

The Botanical Gardens in Columbus, Ga is a beautiful and truly amazing wedding venue!! The people that work there are so kind and personable. The venue in itself has so much character that you barely need to decorate. Gives an amazing rustic/vintage feel and it’s the best in town for its value. Especially perfect if you’re a DIY kind of bride! Has plenty of space for both the wedding and the reception.

My husband and I got married at the Columbus botanical gardens September of 2013 and we felt like it a fairytale wedding. I dreamed of a venue where I would get the southern charm along with the rustic feel. I knew I wanted vibrant natural outdoor charm like the flowers and vegetation the gardens provided. Our wedding photos at the gardens were breathtaking! I have recommended and will continue to recommend Columbus botantical gardens to anyone! I am able to visit with my toddler to relax outside and reminisce on that perfect day often. One of my bridesmaids at this gorgeous wedding is now on staff and is the rental coordinator Emily Miller. What a beautiful work environment!

The Columbus Botanical Gardens was a breathtaking country chic setting for our fabulous wedding. The staff at the gardens were very accommodating. The security personnel was a huge help the night of our event with making sure we had anything that we needed, he was very friendly and I believe he enjoyed himself with our guests as well.

The Botanical Gardes is a beautiful, unique setting for any event. The gorgeous garden and patio area was perfect for an evening dinner party we hosted for our guests. The staff were most accommodating, helpful and went an extra mile to insure a successful event. We would recommend this venue to our friends and family without hesitation!

My wedding was amazing! The grounds are well-kept and the farm house made for amazing pictures. Linens and tables were included, as well as their newly purchased chairs. All of these inclusions saved us quite a bit of money. However, on my wedding day, I was given the impression that a member of the staff would be present and that a security officer would be on the watch, but both of these fell short. I did not schedule a wedding planner and without a member of staff present, I was responsible for a lot of the final words which became pretty stressful. We also had an issue with people outside of our wedding coming onto the grounds which was eventually addresses by the officer, but not immediately. Overall, I’d say that the venue was well worth the cost, and if you hire your own planner, it will be a breeze. As I mentioned, the grounds are beautiful and the value of the accommodations is unmatched. I definitely recommend this venue!

Thieves. Scam artists.
Stole the Joy away from the bride.
Led her to believe her wedding would go without ease. Wrong!!
They have stolen money that she over paid.
Lied about mailing checks that never arrived (we are talking months).
Will not answer her calls, emails, etc.
it’s a complete sham of business!
Thank goodness she has saved all her calls to them with no response back, all her emails with no response.
They have denied refunding her full amount at this point due to THEIR lack of communication and support!
Beware!

This has been the most disappointing and heartbreaking experience with Columbus Botanical Garden. The customer service stopped once the check was signed. Due to their lack of professionalism and negligence, I made the decision to cancel our wedding venue.

At the time, it felt right. It was local with hotel accommodations right around the corner for our out of town family. The employees made things seem magical during the event. I had questions and concerns and no one would get back with me the month of March. Not until mid April, I received somewhat of an answer. I understand there’s a contract but there’s a big difference between right and wrong. This is 9 months prior to a highly sought out date - which can be filled by other guests.

This is truly a learning experience for me. Dan and I gave them $4,100 total. They have lied to me. They have sent me to voicemail. And they refuse to budge based on their actions. If it’s a wedding, baby shower, birthday party, or family reunion, I highly recommend finding better customer service, more empathy, and more compassion elsewhere. Regardless of “space”. Find good people to spend your hard earned money on. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Horrible expirence. Kept my 500$ deposit for no reason. Claimed many things that did not happened. When called office about it the lady in charge acted that she was not in the office but I could hear her telling the lady on the phone to tell me she wasn't there. Completely unprofessional and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

This was a terrible venue! While the house and scenery is beautiful, the staff not so much. I had to chase down the director to pay for extra time at the venue and I also had to chase her down to get our deposit! I called 4 days in a row and left 4 messages and finally my Husband got in touch with them only to find out it would be 30-60 days! The coordinator with Botanical Gardens said that she would be there all day and she only popped in around 4:30 and I never saw her again. She also said that there would be one prom shoot on the property but it would not be anywhere near us. There were people taking prom pictures everywhere! Security was awful! He hovered and harassed my guests and shined flash lights in their faces to make sure they were not smoking cigarettes. He closed 2 bathrooms 2 hours early, he harassed me about food and beer in the kitchen 3 hours before we had to leave the venue, he told my friend that he could smoke pot but he couldn't smoke cigarettes (promoting illegal activity...really???), and then he threatened us with our deposit by saying "If I find ONE cigarette butt you are not getting your $550 deposit back!” Everyone was calling him "Hitler" all night! He was so worried about things that did not matter, that he did not care that a man with a dog and a stroller walked right in front of our ceremony minutes before it started, or that there were teenagers taking pictures on the front porch of the house while my husband and I were taking pictures for our first look. He was awful! He also hovered while we cleaned and I finally had to tell him to leave us alone! We followed all of their rules and yet this is the service that we got in return! I am more than disappointed and I would not recommend this venue to anyone!
