No words can truly express the sincere gratitude that our family has for Linny! My daughter was made to feel like the most beautiful bride in the world as well as her bridal party feeling so special and beautiful! Linny not only of course does amazing work knowing exactly what to use and how to use to each individual but also at the same time becomes a very special friend making sure that everyone is extremely happy with the end result. Nicole couldn't have been more exstatic when she looked in the mirror once Linny was done. Linny did her make-up years ago for her graduation pictures as well and it was a pure joy to not only see her again but to see her beauty inside and out shown to all of us. She definitely was a huge part of making my daughter's dream come true wedding complete! Thank you always Linny and blessings for continued success!

Colours by Linny did the hair and makeup for me, my mother, the groom's mother, all of my nine bridesmaids, and the flower girl for my March 15th wedding. They are incredible! From the beginning they were professional and flexible. I live in Boston, and they were so accommodating when we were setting up a hair and makeup trial, and during the trial she took note of what my skin and eyes were sensitive to and even gave me advice on my eyebrows. On the wedding day they were so organized and calm in managing such a large group and we were never running late, despite several bridesmaids having very thick and long hair. Their level of experience was apparent from the moment they arrived, and I knew I wouldn't have to worry or be stressed about anything! And everyone just looked perfect! The hair and makeup suited each girl perfectly, and I could not have been happier with my hair (done by Vanessa) and makeup! It really felt like "me", yet still special and elegant. They just perfectly achieved the exact look I wanted. They also had a mirror in front of each person getting their hair done so you could give feedback and they asked if you were happy with it as it was happening. You really spend a large portion of your wedding day getting ready with your friends and family, and having that be a fun, happy, and stress-free experience makes such a big difference. Linny is also such a warm person that she made working with her so enjoyable! They got along so well with everyone, and Linny even offered to see if my groom (who had gotten sunburned on his face the day before) needed some makeup to cover it up! Obviously I can't say enough about Linny, Vanessa, and the rest of the team! Thank you!

I literally have never felt so beautiful in my entire life! I worked with Colours by Linny on my wedding day and could not have been more pleased. Linny applied my makeup and Vanessa did my hair. Let me tell you… extremely talented girls right there. But what’s even better is they sincerely love their jobs and that passion makes their work even more incredible. Both are super friendly and easy to work with. In the past I’ve felt uncomfortable speaking up if I didn’t like something about the way my hair/makeup was done, but I never once felt like that. They genuinely want you to feel perfect on your wedding day.

Also, I do not wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis so the last thing I wanted on my wedding day was to be completely done up to the point where I no longer looked as I normally do OR to the point where my makeup was the first thing people noticed. Not the case at all. I didn’t get to meet them until the day before my wedding (because I live in Chicago and my wedding was in Clearwater), so Linny took the initiative to check out pictures on Facebook ahead of time to see how I normally look and how I usually apply my makeup. She applied just the perfect amount – enough to highlight my features and look fabulous in pictures, and nothing more.

One final comment is that they were very organized. I let them know how many bridesmaids and others wanted hair and makeup done, as well as what hairstyles the girls had in mind so they would have enough time to get everyone done. Everything went very smooth the day of and they even squeezed in a few additional people last minute for hair and makeup!

Overall, they were wonderful and an amazing team to work with! :)

I was so happy to have Linny as mine and my bridesmaids' makeup artist for my big day. She is AWESOME. As a person she is so warm and sweet and makes you feel comfortable right away. She listens to exactly what you want and is very skillful at her craft; two of my bridesmaids who never wear makeup said that Linny put on just the right amount that they felt done up without feeling like she was wearing makeup. All my guests complimented me all night on my makeup and how pretty it looked too.

If you want to feel like you're best friend is making sure you look you're best on your wedding day, then you need Linny! She will not only make you feel like a princess...she'll make you look like one! Linny and Vanessa are soooo talented, great at their trade, and clearly LOVE what they do. We had a practice session (me, my sis and BFF), and had the best time with them. On the wedding day, Linny was so attentive and helpful through all the pics. I thought, "She's been to this rodeo before." Very professional, with a special gift for making people around her feel special themselves. I just loved her! Linny made me truly look and feel like a princess on my wedding day. My hair and makeup turned out better on my wedding day than the day we did our practice run, and I could not have asked for anything better. Linny literally made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I'm one of those people who typically doesn't feel as though I look good in photos. For the first time ever, when I got my wedding pictures back I thought to myself, "Wow! I look beautiful!" Thanks to Linny my hair and makeup were absolutely stunning! I couldn't have asked for anything better. She was very flexible and helpful on the wedding day, touching up hair and makeup for moms and bridal party members who needed some extra primping. Working with Colours by Linny was incredible. Since the moment I first contacted Linny, she was so helpful. I had a destination wedding so I didn't know the vendors I was hiring except for online research. Linny helped put my mind at ease and asked right away if there was any advice or help she could give. Email correspondence was always responded to promptly and professionally. When I first met Vanessa and Linny, they both just seemed so genuine. It was as if we were friends meeting up again, when actually, this was my first time meeting both of them. We had great conversations and I still talk to Linny on Facebook, even after the big day! They wanted my day to be perfect. They listened to all my requests and were accommodating with all my bridesmaids and family. My wedding day was perfect and looking back at pictures, my hair and makeup looked so natural. I would definitely recommend Colours by Linny for hair and makeup.

Aside from my wedding planner, Linny was probably the most calming presence in the room on both the day of my engagement photo shoot as well as on my actual wedding day. Since this is most likely the first vendor a bride will engage with on her wedding day, it's extremely important that she choose someone who is trustworthy, reliable, professional, skilled, and CALM. Linny is all of the aforementioned qualities. She shows up early, is true to her word, provides exceptional customer service, and does just beautiful work. Because of her, I was able to remain calm before both my photo shoots and ceremony because I knew I was in good hands. My make up definitely enhanced my finer features, yet looked natural. She is spectacular with eye make up and I even heard my planner say I was wearing my "Linny eyes." Having never met my mother prior to the wedding day, she made her look ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. She styled her hair and gave her an extremely elegant look all-around. Linny even went above and beyond by offering referrals to eye-brow specialists, recommending books/tips on make-up, and is currently helping me research a wardrobe stylist to help me and my clients with image consulting. Her personality is fun, laid-back, and warm. It was an honor to have her be a part of my wedding day.

I loved Linny! Both on a personal and profession level. She was so flexible, sweet and really made me feel at ease. A good example I can think of is when we were planning for the trial appointment... Being from Miami and the wedding being in Tampa made planning all that more stressful. Well, Linny took a LOT of weight of my shoulders... she made her schedule work for me despite her having a bridal party right after me... somehow she made it work; all the while making me feel so comfortable and not rushing at all!
My pictures came out unbelievable! A BIG part of it thanks to the beautiful make-up and hair :)

To say that Linny is a wonderful beautician or is great at hair/makeup, and loves what she does is a total understatement. That's because Linny is a wonderful person too. I don't know if everyone has as much stress as I did planning their wedding, but Linny was someone that I could talk to about my worries, family dramas, (and hair and makeup too!) during this experience. Although that was never my intent when calling her - she just has this way about her! I stressed to the nth degree (it's my nature) about my hair and and makeup - and Linny always listened patiently and calmly reassured me that it would be okay. And furthermore - after speaking with her every time that I called to freak out about how to do my hair and dealing with the moms - she would leave me feeling completely calm (or calmer anyways). She always provided such great advice on how to keep the day calm and plan for it to be relaxing and chill - I took her advice very seriously and it truly did help. I flip flopped back and forth for months over whether to wear my hair up or down and what style to do - in the end - I showed Linny a pic out of a magazine that I'd taken with my Iphone in an airport and she immediately took her fingers to my hair and ta da - she had figured out in seconds what I couldn't figure out in a year! My bridesmaids had a friend do their hair and it didn't really work out for a few girls - Linny saw to it that her hair stylist tweak the girls hair to look perfect discreetly so the other stylist wasn't offended. She had me laughing and smiling on the most nerve racking day of my life - I truly think of Linny as friend and am so happy I met her during this crazy time in my life - a true angel. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with someone that won't bother getting to know you or what you want and just call Linny. Thank you so much Linny!!!

Thanks to Linny, I was able to remain calm when all else was spinning around during the morning of my wedding. Each time I met with her, she was prompt and happy to get to work. She has extensive knowledge and will let you know what will work best to make you look & feel your best! I did not have anything set in stone for the way I wanted to look at my wedding, but instead allowed Linny to do what she does best. She was able to get through the moms' makeup, bridesmaids' makeup, as well as my own in just a short few hours.
If I had to re-do my wedding day, there is no one else I would turn to for makeup services other than Linny. True Professional! Kind, sincere and pretty funny, too!

Linny was amazing. Between the wedding party and the mom's there was 12 of us. Each with (2) services, hair and make-up. The best surprise Linny did for me was she stayed through the wedding ceremony to touch up the bride if needed; also stayed until they were announced at the reception and all the bridal formal portraits were done.

I could not have survived that day without Linny. I recommend her services, I promise you won't be sorry. She is phenomenal. Linny is a super fantastic person.

Linny did amazing work. My wedding got moved up and was very early in the morning. She was awesome and got everyone done in time. Everyone looked amazing, and under 2 hours of work for 6 people (including me). I love the way I look in my pictures and it is all thanks to Linny!

Linny is an amazing woman!! First off I'm not a woman that wears makeup, in
fact I know nothing about makeup! I met Linny for my engagement pictures and I was nervous because I didn't want to look like I had on tons of makeup. When she was applying the makeup she told me about everything she was doing and what each product was. She made me very comfortable! When I looked in the mirror I was amazed that I looked so beautiful but I also looked like myself! Linny was recommended to me by my wedding photographer and as soon as I met her I knew why! She is OUTSTANDING!!!! She was already booked when I spoke with her, but she continued to work with me to find me a makeup artist for my wedding. It was my lucky day when she called a couple months before the wedding to let me know her prior engagement had been moved and she would be able to be at my wedding : ). Linny and Vanessa are amazing and all of my girls were so impressed by their talent! Vanessa originally was not scheduled to do my mom's hair, but she stayed later to do it and it looked fantastic! Linney did a preview session at my convenience as I was an out of town bride. We took pictures so I could think about the looks she tried. A few weeks later. I decided I wanted a different look. So, the day before my wedding Linney did a second dry run and made the changes I wanted. That made me very comfortable for the big day! On my wedding day Linney stayed through all the pictures and stayed to touch me up for the ceremony which was late on new years eve. She was fabulous-- great makeup artist, touched up my hair, kept me calm and even helped me change into my gown.I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a gem!

Linny is AMAZING. She is so sweet and easy to work with. My group of ladies (bridesmaids and mom) are all very low key with their makeup - she went along with their minimalist look to keep them happy, but also made me happy by dolling them up! Everyone looked SOO beautiful, but also natural, comfortable and happy!

I love Linny! She made me look absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day! Besides being very talented, she has a great personality and was fun to work with! I would highly recommend Linny for makeup services. After having my makeup artist (a referral) back out last minute, I contacted Linny and she was so kind and accomodating and thankfully, had our wedding date open! Linny came to my house to conduct the makeup trial and on a Sunday becuase I travel during the week which was very accomodating! She is very knowledgeable about makeup products and application and she really wanted to achieve what I desired while taking in to account what her professional expertise thought would be best. Linny did my makeup as well as my mom and 5 bridesmaids--we all looked like ourselves, just glammed up! In addition, I really enjoyed Linny's calming and friendly personality. I will use Linny again should I ever need my makeup done and i highly recommend her.

Working with Linny was such a delight! She is so unbelievably talented at what she does! As soon as I met her at my trial (on the rainiest, craziest hurricane-weather-like-day ever!), I knew that I loved her. Even the rain couldn't ruin my gorgeous hair and makeup! We hit it off right away because she has such an awesome personality! You will feel like you have known her forever. She has such a fun, genuine personality and she is a fantastic listener ;) Linny made me feel so beautiful and on the big day. She even waited for me to do a quick touch- up right before we had to run out the door! I felt so confident in her and she helped me to relax. I Highly recommend Linny to everyone! I am so thrilled to have worked with Linny on my wedding day! She's amazing at what she does and she is a true joy to work with. Not only did she do the makeup for my wedding party and make us look and feel beautiful, but she also saved the day by stepping in and doing hair for us too! (One of my bmaids was unhappy with the way the original stylist did her hair, so Linny volunteered to redo it for her, and it turned out just as she had wanted it to look!) I would recommend Linny to anyone and only hope that I have the opportunity to work with her again in the near future.

Linny set up a team for all my girls and I to get hair, make-up, and nails done for my wedding. We had such a great time spending all morning together! Linny and her team were so kind and worked well with all of us. Her team did a great job on hair & nails of the other girls. Linny herself also did an amazing job on our make-up and my hair. I can't imagine having gone with anyone else but Linny for my wedding day. Love her.

Linny did such an amazing job! Her quality of service was beyond my expecations. She is very friendly and will do anything to help you, she helped calm my nerves by spraying lavender! :) My Make-up looked amazing and turned out great in my pictures. If you are looking for comfort and calmness as well as exceptional work and service on your wedding day, Linny is your girl! She went above and beyond to help make my day wonderful.

She did makeup for me, my girls, my mother and mother in law. I was told my many people I looked flawless and my mom has also never liked her eyes done or anyone that has ever done her makeup and she was thrilled with her look! Which she looked amazing!

Linny made sure we were all comfortable and her ease of the day and calmness just makes it that much better. She even sprayed lavender when I started to get nervous:) She made sure I was decent for all pictures, helped fix my veil and show my girls how to do it as well as give countless advice and tips. She was a true gem and I will tell every bride I meet to hire her!!

Linny was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was incredibly responsive and super flexible with all of my questions and concerns. When we met at my trial she asked all of the right questions in order to truly understand me, my make-up style and my vision for the wedding and how I wanted to look. On my wedding day after the make-up application, I still felt like I looked like me, just better! Linny is fabulous! Linny did the makeup for my bridal party for our wedding this spring and was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did she do a phenomenal job on the makeup, but she also has the perfect personality for it. She was so fun and fit in perfectly with all of the girls! Linny listened to each girl’s concerns and desires for their makeup and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. She even did a trial run with my mom to help calm her nerves as well. I was married in February 2011.

The first time I met Linny for my makeup consultation, I felt I knew her forever. She was extremely approachable, reliable, kind, easy to speak to, knowledgeable, talented and helpful. She took the time to learn about me, the colors I typically wore, the vision I pictured for the wedding, etc. She knew exactly what would work for my coloring and features. That first day I felt beautiful and knew Linny was the right person for me and my bridal party.

The months leading to the wedding, Linny was always there for me. If I had a question, she responded immediately. She had the most wonderful follow-up and always made me feel important. Additionally, when I wanted to change my look and wanted to meet right before the wedding she made herself available in short notice. Again, she was helpful, consultative, and made me look amazing. The day of the wedding I was not nervous or concerned about my makeup because I knew Linny was going to work her magic.

I can't thank Linny enough for making the bridal party, the mother of the bride and myself look absolutely stunning! And, the makeup stayed Perfectly. I am extremely thankful for her.

I LOVED working with Linny, and her work speaks for itself. I'm looking forward to the next time I need to get my makeup done because there is no need to look anywhere else. Not only is Linny extremely talented, but she is so sweet and she was able to make everyone in my bridal party happy and even more beautiful on our special day.

When I met Linny, at my trial makeup session, I instantly felt she was the right person to apply my makeup for my wedding. She took her time and really wanted my input as to how I wanted to look on my wedding day. She was very warm but professional. I would recommend her for any one who wants a talented makeup artist to work their magic! Linny also touched up my hair and helped me secure my birdcage veil. Absolutely Love Linny!!!! I am going to recommend everyone I know to use her. She is AMAZING!!! The level of detail she went through to make sure every aspect was considered with my makeup for pictures, as well as in person.

She is SO MUCH FUN!! She was always on time to our appointments and returned my emails.

Linny is someone who, if I was rich enough to have someone do my makeup all the time, I would have her do my makeup! She does so many different looks.

She was absolutely the best! A big part of my wedding and the only vendor I had that was perfect (Future brides, all vendors will do small minor things that you didn't want or can be frustrated with, some were almost perfect, but she was the only vendor that COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations!)

I have beautiful radiant pictures forever!!!

Linny was awesome! She met with me just 4 days before my wedding to do a trial run. She was hysterically funny and a delight to work with! She was very responsive to my requests to darken my eyes a bit and when I asked for more mascara she asked me if I'd like to apply it if I felt more comfortable. She also did both mothers and my bridesmaids' makeup. She worked with my mom and a bridesmaid that never wear makeup and just enhanced their already beautiful faces. She traveled to my hotel to do my make-up on the big day and was a joy to work with! I'm so glad I found her!

Linny is awesome! There isn't much more I can say to describe her! I've been in a number of weddings where you get your makeup done and quietly go into the bathroom to fix it yourself afterwards because it just wasn't good. None of my bridesmaids did this because everyone looked FABULOUS!! I was also very surprised at the types of eyelashes she uses ... something different for each person's look! I loved the way I looked in the mirror, and the pictures turned out awesome! The makeup looked great throughout the night, even outside in Florida's August heat!! I have very sensitive skin and had no problems! Linny helps keep everyone calm and everything going throughout the day. She is a blast and a great addition to your big day!

Linny was so wonderful! She did my hair and make-up as well as for my Maid of Honor and one of my bridesmaids. I couldn't have been happier. I booked her kind of last minute and she was so easy to work with. I had several hair trials with other people and was not satisfied with my hair at any of them. I loved my hair on our first trial! I had so many compliments on my hair and makeup! I have straight hair and wore it wavy for the wedding and was a little worried it would fall by the end of the night, but it didn't. She is so easy to talk to and work with - I can't recommend her enough!

Linny saved the day! With less than a week notice and no time for a prior consult before the wedding, Linny listened to what the bride wanted and made it happen. My experience with Linny was outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone considering her services. Like any bride I had many questions, and Linny was very quick to get back to all my questions. Due to my busy schedule I was unable to do a pre-bridal session with her. She made me feel very confident that my wedding day will be perfect. I sent her pictures of hair I liked, on my wedding day everything turned out perfect. I would highly recommend having Linny do your hair and make-up. She made a day that could be very stressful, very relaxing. She brought everything she needed right to me, I was able to just sit back and relax while Linny did my hair and make-up. Working with Colours by Linny was one of the very best decisions I made in my entire wedding-planning process. Not only is Linny a wonderfully skilled hair and makeup artist but her kindness, positivity and calmness were a welcome contribution to the busy pace of the entire wedding weekend. The hour we worked together for hair and makeup before my rehearsal dinner was my only down time the entire day before the wedding. This last-minute session gave me the short break I needed to be able to enjoy all the festivities over the next 48 hours. Linny and her team of talented professionals also executed flawless makeup application for myself and nine members of the bridal party in an organized and efficient manner, all while enjoying the final hours before the ceremony with us. As a result, our makeup came through beautifully in all of our wedding pictures, even the ones taken at the end of the reception. Linny was such a joy to work with! She understood what I was looking for and made me look like myself, but better. Finding someone who was able to work with Asian skin was very important to me and she nailed it. I felt like I was working with a friend the day of the wedding and that made the experience so great. Linny did a BEAUTIFUL job! I don't wear much make up if any at all on a daily basis and what she did for me on my wedding day felt so light and natural, and still made everyone go WOW! Linny was absolutely AMAZING!! From the moment we met for the trial, I felt comfortable and knew that I had found the right person with Linny. We took some time to get to know each other, and Linny listened to what I was looking for and used her talent to put it all together. I was comfortable enough to tell Linny if there was something that I didn't like and give my honest opinion and feelings about the looks. She took thorough notes and drawings to be able to recreate everything from the trial for the big day.
We communicated appropriately between the trial and the wedding to finalize the wedding day itinerary and details. She is prompt in responding to emails and phone calls.
On my wedding day, she checked in with me in the morning, to see how I was doing, and gave some pointers to start off with a calm and refreshed feeling. She arrived promptly and was set up and ready with plenty of time to spare to allow for some flexibility in the schedule between hair and makeup for the entire bridal party. Linny kept everyone on schedule to provide adequate time to work on each person, and remains extremely professional and respectful at all times (and has a secret calming spray that she keeps with her for the bride's sanity!)
When the time came for my makeup, she was awesome. She took her time, and kept me calm and relaxed. She worked around a photographer and a videographer while trying to get her work done. She gave me a natural look and I never even felt like I had makeup on. I can honestly say that I have never felt more beautiful than I did on that day, and I have Linny to thank for that.
I saw a lot of portfolios and biographies of talented makeup artists while looking for my makeup artist, and there was something different about Linny, from our very first conversation on the phone. There are people that you can just "click" with, and Linny is one of those people. I would recommend Linny in a heartbeat. I wish I had other reasons and occasions to be able to call on Linny to come over to do my makeup. I will never forget my incredible experience with Linny.

I was married on February 20th and Linny did the makeup for me and my bridal party. Not only did she do an amazing job on the day-of, but she was so fantastic leading up to the wedding. I even had an issue with my hair stylist who ended up backing out of the wedding less than 2 weeks before the big day. Linny was wonderful through the whole process. She came to my home for the trial, and was able to translate all of my ideas into exactly what I was looking for. The day of the wedding she was on time, calm, very flexible with my bridal party, but able to keep us on schedule. And the makeup looked amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist in the Tampa Bay area.

Linny is the absolute best!!!! She had done my makeup twice before as a bridesmaid and I knew there was no one else I wanted for my wedding day. Linny not only makes you look beautiful; she makes you FEEL beautiful! She really takes the time to listen to you and is so sweet, calming, and personable; it's like having another friend there on your special day! She is truly all about the bride and really made sure I was taken care of throughout the day...she even offered to get me something to eat! I was so touched by how wonderful she was, I cried for the first time that day when I hugged her goodbye! Linny is so special and one of a kind...my day would never have been the same without her!

Working with Linny was a great experience. She returned my internet request for information very quickly. She stayed in contact by email and phone. We even decided on my makeup and hair styles via email because we were in different towns. She worked with my needs - physical and emotional. She was punctual, supportive and full of great ideas due to her vast experience.
I was drawn in by her website and sold by my conversations with her. She really lived up to my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me look my best. Plus, she is super easy to talk to and lots of fun.
I would hire her again without a doubt!

Linny is wonderful! I was unsure whether or not to hire a makeup artist for my wedding and considering just doing our makeup ourselves, but I am very glad now that we decided to hire a professional, and SO glad we went with Linny.
Linny took so much of the stress off during the busy afternoon getting ready for the ceremony, made all us ladies look and feel gorgeous, and the result was well worth the expense. Linny was a warm and calming presence amidst all the excitement and really made my mom, bridesmaids, and I feel we were in good hands. She was professional and knew just what to do for each of us to really make us look and feel our best. In every way, from her professionalism, personality, and amazing quality of work that shows every time I look at my wedding photos now, I am so happy with the decision to hire Linny. To all the other brides out there looking for professional makeup services, or even just thinking about it like I was, I highly recommend giving Linny a call. I am so glad I did!

Linny Correa is a national treasure, ladies. Not only did she make me feel more gorgeous than I ever have before, she was a beacon of calm on my wedding day, chiming in with helpful reminders and kind words at just the right moment. She did five make-up applications, giving each woman as subtle or dramatic a look as she wanted. The result? Each of us looked like a more glowing, glamorous version of ourselves. I live out of town, and Linny was completely accommodating to my schedule and provided great advice on other wedding vendors as well. You definitely want this woman--with her tower of fabulous make-up, encyclopedic knowledge of the area's wedding industry, and warm, calming presence--on your team.

One word describes Linny: AMAZING! She's a highly experienced make-up artist, but most importantly she LISTENS to you in order to create the look you want to achieve for your big day. The main feature I wanted to focus on was my eyes by creating a smokey but romantic/soft look. It sounds a like a contradiction, but she was able to make it happen. She was very responsive to my calls and emails and arrived on time the day of. Another great quality about Linny is that she's very friendly, helpful and genuine. She made my make-up trial feel like a girls day at the spa. And on the day of, she didn't feel like someone I hired, but like a member of the bridal party.

Linny is the fairy godmother of wedding make-up artists - a true treasure right here in Tampa. She is incredibly skilled, has impeccable taste, is a total professional and always goes above and beyond! Linny is a genuinely warm and kind person - a comfort and anchor for those with day of jitters! I can honestly say that I have never looked better than I did on my wedding day and that is in huge part thanks to Linny. Also, I am South Asian and I had serious concerns about finding a makeup artist who would play up my natural beauty and work with the different colors and looks for my various pre-wedding and day of events and Linny TOTALLY fit the bill. She has experience with Indian weddings, totally respects and gets the culture, and is a gem of a person. Love you Linny!

Linny is absolutely wonderful to work with. She's amazingly personable and makes you feel incredibly comfortable the entire time. By the time she finished my make up, I felt gorgeous and yet still light like my skin could breathe! Her work is tasteful, classic, and timeless, but she can also bring in a modern edge. Linny is absolutely amazing.. I am Indian and she gave me an ethnic look to go with my costume with ease. As an out-of-state client, I was worried about communicating my likes and dislikes in the absence of a trial run, however she started working with me weeks in advance, sending me pictures of looks she thought would work and listening attentively to what I wanted. On the big day, not only did she incorporate every little request I had, but she calmed me down and expertly handled any problems I had (flowers I needed for my hair not being the ones I asked for, etc.) I was impressed by her tremendous professionalism and artistry. Added bonus: her makeup photographs beautifully. I highly recommend her services.

Linny did such amazing, beautiful work! Linny did the makeup for my engagement photos and wedding, and both events were stress free and more relaxing thanks to the professionalism exhibited at all times by Linny. My mother and mother in law also had their makeup done, and while both were nervous at first, she helped them to relax and savor a special moment of the day while we all got ready for the wedding. She gave each person their own look, but we were all very natural, and Linny knew how to play up everyone's best attributes. She also does an amazing job of shaping brows, which was an added bonus! My bridesmaids commented on the perfection of her work, as well as her calming demeanor which was just perfect for the dressing room. It was fun to have you there, Linny, and I would recommend you to anyone who is hoping to look like themselves but only a million times better, thanks to your skill!

Linny not only did a wonderful job on my makeup, but she was a pleasure to have around on my wedding day! She was very receptive to my requests and listened to what I wanted. I was so pleased with Colours by Linny. I'm not a big make-up person and Linny couldn't have been more patient and helpful. She really listened to me when I explained the look I wanted and she gave me so many helpful tips that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Her prices were very reasonable for the quality of work she does and her professionalism was exceptional. I will always call on Linny for any make-up services I need in the future and would highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone with great skill and a fantastic, fun personality.

I've known Linny for more than 15 years (she did the make-up for my wedding many years ago) and as long as I can remember, she has always had a love and unique talent for doing makeovers. Not only is she an excellent make-up artist, she has the most warm and friendly personality!

Working with Linny was amazing. She provided a calmness that is needed on your wedding day and went above and beyond; it was simply more than I could have imagined. When my flowers did not arrive, she personally ran around in the dark determined to find something that would work as a bouquet - she delivered within moments of the ceremony beginning. She was there to straighten my train before the ceremony and there minutes after to touch-up the just kissed lips.

I have not mentioned how many compliments I received on how I looked, all in part to Linny's hard-work. I was able to meet with Linny weeks before to doa trial and discuss looks, likes, and dislikes. I felt so confident that I was in good hands; I would recommend her to anyone that needs a stylist 100 times over.

I was an out-of-town bride and was so glad when my wedding planner introduced Linny to me! She is so accomadating and nice! She will work with you and comes prepared for all type of mishaps on a wedding day. She also goes the extra mile by trying to calm the bride down with herbal oils and massages! I could not have asked for a better person to be there with me on my big day! If I had any other big event to go to, I would def. call Linny for help!
