Babymoon/ Pregnancy Shoot
I came across John & his team 2 years ago, he made sure we got our dream wedding & took the most beautiful pictures. My husband & I are now expecting our first baby & wanted to do a baby moon so ofc we had to reach out to John for our maternity shoot & he did a BEAUTIFUL job AGAIN and even provided us with teasers that same day. We are so thankful for him, he’s truly so talented, professional and just simply the best. -

Dream Wedding 11.11.25
John and his team were fantastic! From our first zoom meeting I was sold!!! He pulled off an amazing wedding from across the pond !!!
We cruised into Aruba on 11.11.25 and John met with me around 10:30 am . I was late due to being on ship time and not Aruba time but he was patient and gave me tour of Aruba by foot. We saw beautiful buildings , resorts and casinos .
He introduced the culture to me, he let me know about the Dutch culture , and his experience of living in Aruba !
We chose the sunset kiss package ! John and his team provided transportation to eagle beach for my guest and groom and I rode in a separate vehicle!
The ceremony was beautiful, the minister was the greatest touch , he made us laugh, cry , and he made my entire family extremely happy he set the vibe ! After the wedding , John’s team did about an hour of photography, our children enjoyed the ocean for a few minutes and we ended the night at Lucy’s with the transportation provided by John’s team !
From beginning to the end everything was amazing ! I would recommend this team to anyone looking to book a destination wedding in Aruba !

We had such a beautiful ceremony. It was everything I had imagined.
It was truly a memorable moment. I was so happy the weather cooperated and the sky was beautiful.
The gentleman who did our service spoke beautifully, it was as if he knew us. I couldn’t have asked for more.
My bouquet was perfect, the colors matched the arch perfectly.
It was perfection from beginning to the end. The planning was seamless. John was constantly in touch. I would definitely recommend them. -

5 Stars – Exceptional Wedding Planning Experience with John Zimmerman in Aruba
Planning a destination wedding from the United States could have been overwhelming, but working with John made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, John provided us with all the necessary information to have both a civil (legal) ceremony and a symbolic beach ceremony in Aruba.
He walked us through the entire process with exceptional attention to detail. John clearly outlined which documents we needed, where to obtain them, and how to submit everything properly. Thanks to his knowledge and organization, we felt confident and supported every step of the way.
John not only coordinated all of the legal requirements for our civil ceremony, but also arranged for it to take place at the government office and handled transportation. On the day of our wedding, he met us at the civil house, guided us through the process, and even offered to take photos to capture the moment—something we truly appreciated.
A few days before the wedding, John took the time to personally meet us at our hotel to review all final details and answer any last-minute questions. His professionalism and genuine friendliness made him a joy to work with.
Everything was seamless and perfectly executed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better planner to help bring our vision to life. If you’re considering a destination wedding in Aruba, we highly recommend John Zimmerman for his outstanding service and dedication.

We want to take a moment to review our experience with JOHN & MARCIA ZIMMERMAN @ COLOSAL WEDDINGS. My wife and I ported in Aruba for 2 days in March, and it was our dream to have a beachfront wedding ceremony. We found COLOSAL WEDDINGS online , consulted with John and instantly clicked with him. This is a very enthusiastic, professional and competent wedding coordinator that understands what it takes to provide you with an unforgettable experience!! From start to finish , every single aspect of our plans were fulfilled exactly as they were agreed upon , in writing, by John and his top notch team. All of our dreams for this special occasion came true and we could not be happier with the service provided ! John and his staff were amazing in setting up and making any changes we had along the way. We planned this wedding from the USA and coordinated it with our cruise. He had all the answers to get our group of 24 from the ship, to the wedding venue and back. I had to change my wedding colors 3 weeks prior to wedding and he was more than accomodating. This was the easiest and most amazing wedding EVER. The photos were also so in the moment. He has pictures of everyone in posed positions and in the moment captions. We had a sunset wedding and he made sure to capture the most amazing sites. A million stars he should get!! -

After communicating online over several months. We were able to finalize our decision to get married on Eagle beach using Colosal Weddings. Upon arrival to Aruba, I was surprised with extra guests! John was super accommodating adding a small guest bus for everyone to travel together to our wedding spot. Making it effortless for our guest to find our special ceremony spot. He made everything seamless for us. I am forever grateful for his attention to detail from picking out the perfect bouquets and boutonnieres to seleting the most amazing hair and makeup girls from DHbeautyaruba. We also can not say enough about Frank the officiant at our ceremony. He not only greeted each of the coulpes at our wedding but included them in our ceremonial readings which made our wedding that much more memorable to us. He is also quite the character! I highly recommend Colosal Weddings 5/5! Do not hesitate to reach out to them to plan your Aruba wedding! -

John and his wife made this experience perfect for us. They communicated quickly throughout the planning process, answered every question we had, and made the experience stress free and easy. We wanted an intimate, simple, romantic, beautiful ceremony and that is exactly what we got. Our officiant, Robert Gibson was well spoken, had a calming presence, and made the ceremony so special. We can't emphasize enough how wonderful, kind, and professional John and his wife are and how amazing it was to work with them. We are so thankful that we went with Colosal Weddings. Mr. John did an amazing job helping me plan a surprise beach wedding for my husband. Every detail was taken care and it was perfect. The photos he took were beautiful and a great way to capture the whole experience. We would highly recommend Colossal Visual Studio.

We had an amazing experience with John. He was easy to communicate with, was extremely flexible and someone positive and passionate to be around on your precise day. John coordinated the legal ceremony and marriage certificates for us as well as capturing the most important aspect of our day.
The photos John took were natural and great value for money. We received all of our images so quickly and we couldn't be happier. -

We immediately felt very comfortable discussing every aspect of this very important occasion with him. We were also very impressed with the way he “listened” and addressed topics that were key in achieving our “Dream Wedding”.

Initial contact was made via the Renaissance Hotel, they introduced us to John and following a few emails and an international phonecall we asked him to become our wedding planner!
Communication was swift, easy and comprehensive - John was well informed about the legal requirements and he kept us up to date throughout the planning process.
We cannot thank John and his wife Marcia enough. They made our wedding a stress free affair and we couldn’t be happier. They were exactly what any Bride and Groom would wish for when planning an overseas wedding - and believe me, if you’re planning an Aruban wedding, you cannot do it on your own!!
Would highly recommend John and Colosal. Absolutely faultless service.

Jordan Sent on 08/22/2018I was planning a sunset engagement proposal while on vacation in Aruba. While trying to make sure our moment was perfect, and keep it a secret from my then girlfriend, John went above and beyond to help me devise a plan to turn a "free photoshoot" into a proposal so it could stay a surprise and we could get everything on camera. We are so glad we used John! His photos were crisp and clean, and he got phenomenal photos of our engagement. I have never had as many comments before from friends and family about how beautiful a set of photos were. I have to stand up for myself to prove that they're real! They are that beautiful. John is friendly, honest, and a man of his word. I cannot thank John enough for doing a tremendous job and going above and beyond to give us the best photos and experience possible. My expectations were exceeded!

Bianka Sent on 09/29/2017I had my wedding celebration in Aruba this July and to my luck I chose Colosal Visual Studios. John the owner/photographer involved me in every step of the process. While I was in the States He made sure to introduce himself via email and set up an appointment to meet and greet when I arrived in Aruba. Which I thought was very professional. I met with John for 1 hour at the hotel's service area. He took down all my requests and explained all the details of the photo shooting and the package that came along. He wrote down my instructions as well and followed them thoroughly. At the day of the wedding he showed up 1 1/2 hr early and made sure that he captured every detail of it. I was amazed by how hard he worked all through the entire time. After the wedding was over he kept me posted through the progress of the photos and right on the time frame, he delivered me a digital album that he captured of every moment of the wedding. I WAS IMPRESSED & HAPPY! I can't Thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication throughout this entire process.
John and team I wish you all the success this world has to offer because you truly made me a very happy BRIDE.
I now have very moment to look back at all THANKS TO YOU!
