Great Rental Services
We used Colorado Tents & Events for our champagne wall, a love seat, napkins, and pipe and drape. Everything turned out beautifully and they were very communicative and easy to work with.

easy to work with
We did all our wedding rentals through Colorado Tents & Events for our wedding at the EagleVail Pavilion in Avon. Their account managers were very helpful in working with us to determine what we might need for our event. In the end, we rented large farmhouse tables, ceremony chairs, reception chairs, cocktail tables, as well as all the glassware, tableware, and linens through them. Highly recommend as the best option in the mountain towns of Colorado! -

Couldn't Recommend Enough
My wife and I worked with Colorado Tents & Events for our wedding this past September. We worked specifically with Emily from the beginning and she was a pleasure to work with. Our wedding was originally scheduled in June but we decided to postpone to September due to the pandemic. Emily stayed flexible with us the entire time and was extremely knowledgeable about providing her input and the equipment itself for what we needed. Tents & Events has just about anything you can think of in their inventory to have a perfect wedding. Their prices are competitive and their personnel expeditiously set-up and tore-down the equipment for us. We would use Colorado Tents & Events for future events. -

Great quality rentals to elevate any event!
We rented farmhouse tables and chairs as well as some additional wedding necessities from Colorado Tents & Events. We were blown away by the quality and how beautiful the pieces were. Wow! The farmhouse tables and chairs looked so expensive and really helped elevate the home we rented for our downsized/COVID wedding. Our rentals really made our "venue" feel more formal and wedding appropriate which we so appreciated. Colorado Tents & Events was very easy to work with and we are so grateful they helped assist in making our special day happen! -

Do it! Hire them!
I couldn't recommend Colorado Tents & Events more! We used them for our Breckenridge wedding on 9.26.20. They made the rental process seamless for us, which was a big request because we had a lot of equipment to rent. They were very friendly, very responsive to our requests, and very professional at all times. They executed the drop off and pick up of the rentals without any issues whatsoever. I would use them again in a heartbeat! It was an absolute pleasure to work with them! -

Superb Customer Service
Maya helped us organize our wedding needs in the midst of COVID. We went from needing a large tent, to a small tent, to no tent, fire pits, a wedding arbor, games, tables, chairs, glassware, etc and Maya helped navigate our rentals through it all. We managed to put it all together in the three weeks I had before my wedding. Truly amazing. Would recommend them again and again! -

The easiest part of our wedding!
My hubby (eek!) and I decided to have a “destination” wedding in Colorado- we live in WV. We decided to get married at Sapphire Point with around 20 guests, and getting the perfect chairs was seriously the easiest part! Using their site I got a quote for pricing, received an email with the contract, called Michael to pay and they were booked! She was so helpful and continued to follow up the closer we got to the big day, calling about 2 weeks prior to confirm the amount needed! My brother picked up and dropped off the chairs with no issues- seriously the easiest and smoothest part of our day! -

Quality rentals!
My new husband and I recently hired Colorado Tents & Events to provide rentals for our wedding. They have a great selection and we were happy with the pricing. They have an option to set up and tear down chairs for an extra fee, which we took advantage of and it went great. We highly recommend this company for your rental needs! -

We rented the white resin garden chairs for our small ceremony at Sapphire Point Overlook. Colorado Tents and Events were quick to respond to my inquiries and made getting a quote easy. Jenny at Colorado Tents and Events was the MVP of our rehearsal dinner and wedding! We built our rehearsal dinner from the ground up at Windy Point Pavilion and they provided everything we needed to make sure our guests were comfortable and set the scene beautifully. CTE also provided lighting, table runners and umbrellas (that luckily we didn't need!) at the wedding at Timber Ridge Lodge at Keystone and our guests were in awe of the setting. CTE was incredibly professional throughout and the deliveries and tear-downs were perfectly coordinated. We cannot overstate how important Jenny was to the success of this weekend. We felt like we could email or call her at any time and she would respond quickly and address our needs completely (we even called the day before the wedding and added umbrellas based on an ominous forecast!). We recommend Colorado Tents and Events wholeheartedly! -

We had our wedding at an outdoor campground venue in Dillon June 2017, and rented some items from Colorado Tents and Events for the big day--chairs, tables, food service items, etc. We were very happy with the items themselves, but even moreso--every employee who helped us was amazing. They knew their stuff, made recommendations without pushing us to rent more than we needed, and even proved to be very flexible and help us save a little money by letting us pick things up ourselves the day before the event and drop it back off the day after (with no charges for additional rental days). We definitely recommend. -

Our daughter’s fabulous wedding took place last weekend in Vail, Colorado. The reception at Donovan Pavilion was beautiful in large part due to Tents and Events out of Silverthorne, CO. Kevin, Emily, and Cheryl were great to work with over the past year while we designed this whole thing! The farm tables they provided were so perfect for us as were the X-back chairs. Their suggestions were always helpful and the day of the wedding their service was fantastic. Thanks so much for everything! -

This event company had everything we wanted for our rustic/mountain wedding. The farm tables are to die for and exactly as pictured! The antique lanterns were also a beautiful touch. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Tents and Events. Kevin was superb to work with. We told him we wanted a tent 48 hours before the wedding - he got the permit, the inspection done within 24! He was amazing. Plus, he followed up with us to ensure his staff did what we expected. His equipment, plates, etc. was excellent. -

Excellent service!
We hired Colorado Tents & Events to rent chairs for our ceremony before coronavirus, and when our intended ceremony sites shut down indefinitely we worried the wedding wouldn’t be able to go on this year and made alternate plans. Despite our signed contract stating we would not get our deposit back, they quickly refunded us everything we had paid. However, by a stroke of luck, our event coordinator helped us find a new ceremony location and we immediately contacted Colorado Tents & Events again for chairs. Due to having a sunrise wedding, we opted to pick up the chairs ourselves rather than pay the after hours fee. They made pick up and drop off easy and convenient! -

Great floor and chairs
When the set up the floor on friday (day before wedding), it was not set well. There was a piece in the middle of the floor that was sticking up and creating a tripping hazard. The outside wasnt even completely attached.
I called them immediately as we were setting up the room and they sent someone right away to take a look at it. The guy came over and took 1 look and was very sorry and that they were going to change out the piece and tighten the edges. They made an extra trip to change it out at 8am before the wedding and everything was set after that.
Even though it was a mess the day before, they got everything settled for the big day and it went great! -

Tents & Events was easy to work with and accommodating when we wanted to add stuff late in the game. Delivery and pick-up was smooth. Maybe it's just a mountain pricing thing but I thought the prices generally were a little high. We ended up buying all of our linens online because it was cheaper than renting and we can sell them or keep them now. But the chairs looked nice and the tables were perfectly functional! -

I have such mixed feelings about tents and events. They are the only tent rental company in the mountain area. Yes the tent was so beautiful I loved the final product but we probably paid over $9000 for a tent, lighting and chairs and I feel like if my event was in the metro area I would have paid 1/2 this amount.
Then we had the tent rental for Saturday (per our contract) but they stated the tent would be set up by Wednesday so we could decorate on Friday. The tent was there on Wednesday but the fabric lining was not done until 4pm on Friday!!! This caused a huge amount of stress. I was unable to help with any of my decorations and had to ask some of my family members and guest to help set up since I was unable too.
Throughout the process Emily was so helpful and responsive. But I feel for the price we paid for this tent and all the extra's we purchase it would have been done by the time we discussed.

I only went with tables and chairs from this vendor. Their costs of tents seemed far too much for a wedding of only 60+ people. I was pleased that they were able to add linen napkins at the last minute but I was a little disappointed with the rest of the services. The delivery guys expected us to help unload the truck and didn't stick around to put the tables together. I told them it was going to be for an outdoor wedding and they said none of the wood could get any moisture because it wasn't treated and they didn't provide any tarps to cover it. I returned 2 linen table clothes myself (and checked them before doing so) and I got an email saying one of the linens was destroyed and I was being billed for replacing it. The damage definitely wasn't there when I returned them. The farm tables and benches looked really nice for the reception despite the hassle so I'd recommend them because I liked the way it looked. Overall I'd say it was over priced for the quality and service though. -

I know all of you who are having your ceremony in summit count y think it would be easier and more convenient to have Colorado Tents and Events in Silverthorne arrange your seating and tents for your wedding- STOP, go somewhere else. In a nutshell, my husband (fiance at the time) was helping the one man team who arrived 2 hrs late set up the altar, chairs and tents so that our wedding happened on time. They still charged me approx $2500 for 65 chairs, two tents and an altar we had to set up.Colorado Tents & Events's reply:

We are very sorry that there was confusion with our set up window. Our 8am-10am slot is for the delivery time, rather than the set up finish time. Going forward we will make sure that we are even more clear with this. We are always striving to improve our service.
Our price of $1,898 for the 70 chairs, arbor, two tents and sound system- with set up/break down and delivery- is within the industry standard for rental pricing.

Didn’t get what we paid for and they didn’t care
We got married outdoors in September. The speaker that was brought ended up being dead, and the wireless mic wouldn’t connect.. this ceremony is in the middle of a field and no where near a power source. Luckily our wedding planner was a rockstar and got them to come out to remedy the situation. However, they brought only a mic with a cord, and it caused a delay in the ceremony of >30 min. This caused us to have a mic cord through all of our ceremony pictures- that barely reached me when doing my vows. Not to mention it started raining during photos (we wouldn’t have been rained on had the ceremony started on time). And, it set the wedding timeline back for the whole reception. We emailed Colorado tents and events repeatedly and there was no apology or concern, if anything they were annoyed that we were upset by not getting what we paid for- which was a fully charged wireless speaker and wireless mic. As our chairs worked out fine, all we asked for was a refund on the speaker and mic. They said they would get in touch with the owner multiple times, but that our issue had been resolved Day of. Even our coordinator reached out to them, and they basically ghosted us. No response, no email from the owner and not even a partial refund. Definitely no apologies for what happened, which was honestly the most frustrating part. -

This was the only local tent rental company so we decided to use them. Communication was poor at all times, they promised what was not delivered, and then acted like it was no big deal. Long story short, our tent that they put up at our wedding was the wrong size, much smaller than we had specifically arranged and paid for and throughly discussed with diagrams and the works...They knew it was too small (did not cover surface area) when they put it up but didn't have a different tent, so thats what we got. The entire planned setup inside the tent had to be altered and squeezed together. I never received even an apology or reimbursment.
