The Perfect Pastor to Join the Clans!

We were so blessed to have Pastor Michael join our lives together on September 22nd! Every word spoken reflected his commitment to making this day ours and a memory for a lifetime. He had listened to our hearts and crafted a ceremony that reflected our faith, our commitment to each other and to our families. Our ceremony revolved around the true joining of the “clans” and Pastor Michael helped us incorporate all of the Irish and Scottish traditions along with the special scriptures we had requested. We literally “tied the knot” with the tartan ribbons of each clan! We also had the special treat of having our son and daughter-in-law renew their vows at the end of our ceremony. Pastor Michael helped us make this a truly generational wedding for all in attendance! Our hearts are full of praise for a day that was perfect in every way!

Best there is

My wife and I are from Louisiana. We knew planning for a wedding out of state would be difficult, but planning it during COVID-19 had me kissing my hair goodbye. The only thing that did not change from our original wedding plans was our pastor.

Being from Louisiana, both of our meetings with Pastor Michael had to be over the computer. As soon as we met him, we knew we had hit the lotto. The guy is just so nice and relatable and figured out a way to have us express things about each other (and ourselves) that we would probably not have said otherwise.

When the day of the wedding finally came, we quickly realized that the home we were having it at was impossible to find. Everyone was lost. The caterer, guests, everybody. When Pastor Michael arrived, it was show time as soon as he stepped out of the car (no fault of his own). He literally had to walk from his car to where we were about to make this commitment. My guy did not waver, he did not say he needed a minute. He walked right up and CRUSHED this wedding. Everyone was crying. I was crying so ugly, it was a mess. A man who had only spoken with us twice over a computer managed to treat us like we were some of his closest friends. It was by far the best wedding sermon I’ve ever heard.

Before he left, he told my family and I that he “did marriages, not weddings” and explained that if there was ever anything that we needed guidance through, he would be there no questions asked. I can’t speak for any other pastors in Colorado, but if you are still looking, save yourself some stress and get Pastor Michael. You won’t regret it.

Above and Beyond Incredible

Thank you God for putting this man in our plans! He made everything easier, more beautiful, peaceful, and relaxed. He went above and beyond to help us prepare for and later deliver our ceremony. We are not from Colorado but wanted to elope there and still have a Christian ceremony. Pastor Michael was a clear choice and responded quickly. Our first interview was a video call and we knew immediately afterwards that he was our man. He walked us through everything we needed to know and took great care to get to know us and help us understand what we wanted from the ceremony. He stayed in touch with us all the way through the day of the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, Pastor Michael did so much more for us than just deliver some kind words. He walked the bride down the "aisle". He personalized the ceremony in a beautiful way for our story as a couple. English is not the bride's first language but his kind manner and clear voice made her day feel incredibly natural. I highly recommend Pastor Michael!

Michael went above and beyond to make our day extra special! We had a destination wedding in Colorado and from the first conversation up until our wedding day Michael always made us feel special. The amount of time and personal touch he took to make our ceremony unique to us while including everything we asked of him was incredible. The entire ceremony was seemless and he truly captivated all our guests. All of our guests couldn’t believe that even though we didn’t meet Michael until the wedding day, he told our love story as if he known us for many years. Best Officiant Ever!

Pastor Michael was truly AMAZING! After months of planning and redirecting (thanks, COVID), he was accomodating, encouraging and all around just incredible. He wrote a ceremony personalized to us -- as if he were our friend his whole life. It was beautiful -- and perfect -- and everything we wished it could be and more. On our wedding day, he was helpful and kind -- it ensured our nerves were calm. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant.

Breckenridge Riverside Ceremony

My husband and I choose to get married in Breck this past June, I was looking for an officiant who shared the same faith as us. Pastor Michael was wonderful to work with, we are not local and did all communication by phone or email. He was always responsive and we felt very comfortable with him after our first phone conversation. Even without knowing us for that long the ceremony felt personal and spoke to us as a couple.

Amazing, Funny, and very professional

Hello, pastor Michael was our officiant and he was amazing we had a sit down with him a couple months before the wedding so we could get to know each other better and he asked about how we met and and things about our relationship that made our wedding day even more special when the time came. Wonderful experience

My husband and I got married last February and are so happy that Pastor Mike officiated our wedding. We got so many compliments on our wedding service. My husband and I also did pre-marital counseling with Pastor Mike and his wife. This was really wonderful leading up to the wedding. It was also nice to get both of their perspectives on marriage.

Pastor Michael made our day run so smoothly and made us feel welcome throughout the entire experience! Highly Recommend Pastor Michael!

Pastor Michael called my husband and I a week before the wedding to get to know us. Pastor Michael had a sense of calm to him and we were able to open up to him about our relationship. During the ceremony, he put our jumbled words into a beautiful picture to share to our family and friends our story. With having never met him until I walked down the aisle, I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and trust in him. He did an absolutely amazing job! He was sincere, but also added some light hearted jokes that helped make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend, highly recommend him to officiate your ceremony.

Of all the decisions we had to make during the wedding planning process, Pastor Michael was the best. We planned our wedding out of state, but he went out of his way to setup facetime calls with us, invited us into his home when we were in town, and made our ceremony so special and personal. He made the ceremony serious when it needed to be, but also had a great sense of humor and had everyone laughing which made our guests so engaged in our ceremony. I had so many people ask us if he was a family friend and how long we'd known him for. He made it feel like we've known him forever and was so invested in our ceremony. I could not recommend or say enough great things about Michael and his wife Diana!

Such an excellent & professional yet personal experience from beginning to end.

Michael was amazing, from our first meeting we felt comfortable with him. He was very professional yet also it was easy for us to open up and get to know each other pretty quickly as well. We had a lot of similar interests so that made it easy as well. He paid close attention to certain details and on our next meeting we could tell that. This also made us feel comfortable moving forward with him which is what we decided by this point. When it came to the day of the wedding he had already reached out to us ahead of time and let us know he would already be up in the destination town ahead of time to be well prepared, and he was. When we arrived to the ceremony he greeted me and we ran thru everything on the fly, & again I was impressed with his preparation & attention to detail as he was clear that he remembered our specific wants and needs. During the ceremony, he was at his best, he had the whole audience engaged and made sure we were the center of attention. He stuck to the script however was able to freely improvise to anything that came up. We madeb the perfect choice by choosing Michael as he delivered a perfect job to help us paint the perfect day on our wedding day!

Personalized wedding ceremony

Pastor Welchert did a fantastic job officiating our wedding. It is daunting to choose someone you don't know to be in charge of your wedding ceremony. The Zoom interview process was helpful (we did an initial meet-and-greet to make sure he was a good match for us and then a getting-to-know-the-couple interview). Michael personalized the service, making it enjoyable for us and for our guests. He is very good on the fly. I would highly recommend asking him to be part of your wedding day. (Honestly, I got the most compliments on the venue, my dress, and the ceremony.)

Perfect choice for us!

My husband and I are spiritual people but aren't affiliated with a specific church. However, we wanted to be married in a religious ceremony with God present. Michael came up in my search and I read his reviews. He sounded perfect. And it turns out that he absolutely was. A very genuine, caring man of God. He took time to get to know us and brought that into the ceremony. We could not have asked for any more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Pastor Michael is AMAZING!! Highly recommend!!

Pastor Michael was absolutely AMAZING!! He was so responsive during the entire process, and he is such a genuine and down to earth man. The day of our ceremony it was a little cold outside, he took his suit coat off and put it around me to keep me warm. We loved the fact, that he told us if there came a time in our marriage that we needed to confide in anyone outside of our family, that he would always be there for us and to help us with whatever we needed. The wedding ceremony that he performed was absolutely perfect! We loved that he took time to get to know us, and tied things about my husband and I’s relationship in the ceremony. He made it so personal and intimate, and that’s exactly how we wanted it. We also loved the fact that he prayed over us and blessed our marriage, that is huge to us and meant the world to us. I highly recommend Pastor Michael to anyone and everyone, he’s an amazing man and an amazing officiant!

Pastor Michael was amazing. I had a list of vendors for everything for a wedding but a pastor. I went strictly off reviews and felt that pastor Michael had very good reviews. The reviews were not wrong! From the first time meeting with him he made us feel comfortable and really got to know us. At the wedding he made the ceremony personable and we had several guests comment on his wonderful ceremony. Many thought we knew him for years. Highly recommend!

Pastor Michael was absolutely amazing! When I first contacted him we did not realize he was not in Colorado Springs so we met via facetime. We had two other appointments scheduled prior to meeting with him, people in Colorado Springs, but we cancelled shortly after because we just knew he was the perfect fit for us! We never met in person prior to the wedding, and even the day of didn't have much time to chat with him, and yet our guests kept asking how long we'd known him as if he was a family friend or one of our uncles. Our wedding started about 15 minutes late due to a shuttle being late. Pastor Michael went above and beyond to keep our guests updated (without being asked - I didn't even know about this until several weeks after the wedding). He was a big help the day of in making sure everything went seamlessly. He didn't just stick to some simple script, he adapted as the ceremony did - even an odd best man prank, he laughed with us, smiled and really kept our guests engaged with what was happening as well. He did every single thing we asked him to as far as scriptures we wanted read and those that we did not. He also gave us great advice with questions we had in the days leading up to the wedding. I could not recommend Pastor Michael enough, my only regret was that we did not get to formally introduce ourselves because there was just too much going on. I hope that our paths cross again!

Fantastic Officiant!

Pastor Michael was fantastic. From the in-home initial meeting to discuss our wedding vision, to the Zoom call to share our story and finalize the ceremony to the ceremony itself, Pastor Michael was wonderful. He is incredibly personable and caring and showed great range when it came to our preferences. He was completely nonjudgemental and supportive and was able to present many options regarding readings, prayers, and other ceremonial ideas to make it special and memorable and he arrived on time. Pastor Michael was absolutely amazing. A great help for our wedding!

Pastor Mike was everything we needed and more. He was knowledgeable, personable, caring, and energetic. Really helpful with his list of questions and suggestions so after our initial meeting, (which he was flexible with as well which helped), we felt confident. Pastor Michael = Memorable Ceremony

Colorado Wedding with Pastor Michael

We could not be more thankful for Pastor Michael!! We traveled from New Zealand to Colorado for our wedding, which made finding a pastor a bit tough because we wanted someone who knew our story. We are so thankful we chose Pastor Michael as he is everything we could have hoped for and more! He TRULY took the time to get to know us: facetiming us when we were in New Zealand, meeting him in Colorado before the wedding date, and even inviting us to his home after the wedding. He is very kind and well spoken, has great communication skills, and has a calm way about him that helped ease our nerves during a stressful time. He made our wedding day so special and conducted an incredible ceremony by making our family and friends both laugh and shed a few tears! Many of our guests told us how amazing he was and how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We would 100% recommend Pastor Michael!! And hope to keep in touch with him. Fairytale wedding!

Picking an officiant from across the country isn’t easy, but Pastor Michael was everything we hoped for and more! He took the time to get to know us and make us feel comfortable with him. He asked plenty of questions and even integrated special details of our relationship into our ceremony which made it feel personalized and intimate. The day of our wedding (his birthday!) , a major road was closed and we were about 30 mins late starting the ceremony. We were stressed and anxious and Pastor Michael made us feel so much better. He told us to take our time and not to worry! When we arrived, he greeted us with a smile and helped us with everything. He was so sincere and really made it easy to completely get lost in the special moment we were sharing. I would recommend Pastor Michael to anyone looking for an officiant! When finding a person to officiate your wedding it can be a tough choice. In the first minute I met Michael we knew he would be the perfect fit. Amazing Experience!

Pastor Michael was an absolute delight to have officiate our wedding. He truly wanted to get to know us and our relationship when we first met him. We knew immediately after that first meeting we wanted him to marry us. He was able to retell stories we told him at the ceremony remembering every detail. Pastor Michael was the officiant for my brother's/sister-in-law's wedding as well as my brother-in-law's/sister-in-laws wedding. After seeing the amazing job he did not only as an officiant but in his role as pre-marital counselor, my wife and I knew we had to have him apart of our wedding. From a professional side, Pastor Michael makes sure your big day is executed perfectly. Our day-of coordinator was especially impressed by this and said she would be recommending him to all weddings in the future. On the personal side, he cares incredibly about the health and success of your marriage. I highly recommend the pre-marital counseling as it really has made our marriage strong right from the start. The Best in Colorado

My wife and I are from Louisiana. We knew planning for a wedding out of state would be difficult, but planning it during COVID-19 had me kissing my hair goodbye. The only thing that did not change from our original wedding plans was our pastor.

Being from Louisiana, both of our meetings with Pastor Michael had to be over the computer. As soon as we met him, we knew we had hit the lotto. The guy is just so nice and relatable and figured out a way to have us express things about each other (and ourselves) that we would probably not have said otherwise.

When the day of the wedding finally came, we quickly realized that the home we were having it at was impossible to find. Everyone was lost. The caterer, guests, everybody. When Pastor Michael arrived, it was show time as soon as he stepped out of the car. He literally had to walk from his car to where we were about to make this commitment. My guy did not waver, he did not say he needed a minute. He walked right up and CRUSHED this wedding. Everyone was crying. I was crying so ugly, it was a mess. A man who had only spoken with us twice over a computer managed to treat us like we were some of his closest friends. It was by far the best wedding sermon I’ve ever heard.

Before he left, he told my family and I that he “did marriages, not weddings” and explained that if there was ever anything that we needed guidance through, he would be there no questions asked. I can’t speak for any other pastors in Colorado, but if you are still looking, save yourself some stress and get Pastor Michael. You won’t regret it.

The Best Pastor. Period.

My wife and I actually found Pastor Michael from attending another wedding in Colorado a few months before we got engaged. Many times, Pastors or officiants are only talked about if something doesn’t go right or the bride or grooms name is said incorrectly (I have sadly seen this a few times at weddings). We left that wedding and couldn’t stop talking about Pastor Michael and figured, “that guy was so good he must have been my friend’s Uncle or family.” Turns out he wasn’t, but it goes to show you the time, effort, and genuine personality that Pastor Michael puts into his work. When interested in using Pastor Michael for our wedding, he invited us over to his home for a consultation and let us walk him through what we wanted our day to look like. Since the moment we met him to our wedding day, he has been authentic, professional, a mentor throughout the process, and a friend to both myself and my wife. Not only did we use Pastor Michael for the wedding day, but him and his wife offer pre-marital counseling through the, SYMBIS program (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts). My wife and I have signed up for the 6 session program and are 4 / 6 classes in so far. Pastor Michael and his wife have been amazing throughout this process and have given us great tools to help continue our already successful relationship. If you are looking for a Pastor for your big day, look no further!

Our Colorado Wedding was amazing and much more than we ever would’ve dreamed of. Amazing wedding officiant and pre-marital couples counseling

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Pastor Michael for both pre-marital counseling, and as our wedding day officiant. We simply can’t say enough good things about Michael! We loved how he and his wife, Diana, counsel as a couple. It was so helpful to hear from both of their perspectives and gain both of their highly-valued guidance. The pre-marital counseling sessions allowed my husband and I to explore fun, new, and difficult conversation topics that we otherwise wouldn’t have gotten to discuss before the wedding. We got to see what the other perceives our strengths and love languages to be, as well as reflect on our own preferences, growth areas, and top needs in a marriage. As for the wedding day, Michael made us feel so honored and known with his words that he used about us at the altar. He had our guests completely engaged, laughing, and tearing up. We had several guests comment on how captivating Michael was and how it seemed like we had known him for years. I would also like to mention that he was timely and responsive throughout our experience with him, and he never complained about standing out in the cold with us at our outdoor winter wedding in Estes Park :). We would highly recommend working with Michael, and hope to keep our own close ties with him for years to come.

Pastor Michael is truly an amazing officiant. Him and his wife assisted us in pre-marital counseling and then Pastor officiated our wedding. The pre-marital counseling was done thoroughly and him and his wife gave us insights and spent a great amount of time allowing us to answer questions. He is very kind and humorous and has a way to put you at ease during stressful times. His sermon was truly exactly what we asked for with hints of humor, religious aspects we chose, stories of love, and tailored to our day. He has great communication and we would hire him again in a heartbeat!!!

Best Wedding Pastor in Colorado!

Pastor Michael was fantastic. When my wife and I first met him, we knew he was the one we would be most comfortable with presiding over our family's special day. We are a blended family with five children in all, and Michael was awesome at engaging the children and instilling humor where appropriate and appreciated. Pastor Michael was the best officiant we could have hoped to find. We lost our original one just three weeks before our wedding, and it was a blessing in disguise. Michael took the time to get to know us and our story, and he even made suggestions and contributed ideas that made our ceremony even better than we had planned. He’s dynamic and a strong presence at the ceremony itself. I wouldn’t change a thing! Love him!

Pastor Michael did a wonderful job officiating our wedding! Starting with the planning, he was always so organized and quick to respond. Michael and I even met with Pastor Michael for a "get to you us" / wedding planning meeting. This helped planning our ceremony smooth and personal to us! Pastor Michael far exceeded our expectations for our wedding! Not only was our ceremony personalized, but it was the perfect combination of serious with humor and lightheartedness woven in. Thompson Wedding

If you are looking for someone to make your wedding go from good to spectacular, you need to go visit with Pastor Michael!! We had a very special request to have our favorite song lyrics matched up with scripture and Pastor Michael didnt see a challenge, he saw a way to connect to us and make our big day that much more intimate and personal. He kept in fantastic contact with us through out his creative process in coming up with our ceremony material! I even got the sweetest email from Pastor Micheal the night before our wedding that brought me to tears! He visited with both myself and my husband before the ceremony and gave us a sense of comfort to calm our nerves. If I had to give Pastor Michael a score between 1-10 it would definitely be a 1 Million!!

Profession, Personable, and Perfect!

Michael was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. We planned the wedding only two weeks in advance and therefore didn't get to meet him in person - this was surprisingly no problem at all! He worked with us to video chat and on the day of the wedding we felt like we already knew him. He helped to make everything go smoothly and got there with plenty of time to spare. He listened to everything we wanted in the ceremony and included the perfect amount of funny and serious. It was a freezing (literally, 32) day in the mountains and he was warm (literally and figuratively) and welcoming. We got many compliments on him from our guests. We do not have family out here and he even offered his and his wife's help with our new baby on the way. I cannot recommend him enough - book him! You won't regret it. Thank you, Michael!

Absolutely PERFECT for Us!

We are so very glad to have met Pastor Michael and were blessed to have him as our Officiant! From the beginning it just felt right; he was professional yet easy to talk with, inquired about our story, listened attentively, took notes, and enjoyed getting to know us, as we did with him. The day of our wedding, Pastor Michael arrived early, made everyone feel comfortable, and truly did a tremendous job with our ceremony! The best!

Working with Pastor Michael was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! He took the time to really get to know us and created a personalized ceremony to make our day memorable and unique. His charismatic personality helped put my husband and I at ease during the planning process and then again on our wedding day. Countless friends/family told us after the ceremony how fantastic he was and that it was the best ceremony they had ever been to! He was able to engage all of our guests and create a ceremony which was lighthearted at times, but also incredibly sentimental and special. We had our wedding in February 2021 - we had changed our plans due to COVID, but our wedding turned out better than we could have planned. A large part of that was due to Michael. New Venue- No Problem!

First, our venue burned down 4 days before our wedding day. The original venue was an hour north of Denver and the new venue was a little further. The new venue didn’t allow us to setup the night before so we setup about an hour before the ceremony (it was in the middle of the woods on a mountain so that was the earliest we could get there). Pastor Michael arrived early, helped us get things setup before the wedding and ran through everything we needed to know to ensure the ceremony ran smooth. I’m sure he doesn’t normally help with setup as a service but it was nice he was willing and able to help us out.

His sermon was short and sweet like we had requested but we met via FaceTime prior to the wedding so he was still able to make it personal for us.

I would highly recommend him as a destination wedding pastor!

Absolutely the best!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better officiant for our wedding. Pastor Michael is so genuinely caring and loving. We only had the pleasure of meeting him one time before our wedding (since we live in Florida and he lives in Colorado), but we felt like we've known Pastor Michael our whole lives, and we hope to keep in contact with him the rest of our lives! Our wedding ceremony was perfect, and that's really thanks to Pastor Michael. He was so incredibly friendly, warm, and faithful. Our guests figured we had known him for years. Beyond Amazing

You ever just meet someone but they quickly give off the energy that you've known them for years? That has been the experience my husband and I had with Pastor Michael.
As an out of state bride I was super nervous about selecting an amazing officiant. We wanted someone funny so the ceremony wasn't dry, someone who could walk us through pre marriage counseling, and someone who was walking with God. Pastor Micahel was all of this and more. We loved that Pastor Michael was always a text or call away, had invited us into his home to chat, did pre marriage sessions with us and included his lovely wife to have both perspectives via facetime and made our ceremony so specific to us.
Everyone at our wedding had commented on how awesome our food and Pastor was and that alone is an amazing comparison.

The best wedding pastor

Michael made our ceremony so personal to our life, making it so heart warming and beautiful. My husband and I had our small intimate ceremony in the Rocky Mountain National park. Michael created a traditional ceremony while incorporating the surroundings and importance of our mountain wedding. All of our guests were in awe of the incredible experience he created in joining Alex and I in our marriage. We also really enjoyed our meetings with Michael leading up to our wedding, as he made the experiences fun while getting to know us. From the moment we met Michael we knew he was the one for us!

Pastor Michael was everything we wanted and more in our wedding officiant! My husband and I are both Christians, and really wanted an officiant who centered the ceremony around the cord of 3 strands: God, my husband, and me. Pastor Michael not only knocked that one out of the park, but our many nonreligious friends enjoyed his humor and personal touch on the ceremony. We had tons of guests and even the wedding party comment how our ceremony was the best one that they’d ever seen. We signed up for the package including a premarital counseling session.. I’d never done any sort of counseling before, my husband had.. so I was a little nervous how it would go. We were welcomed into Pastor Michael’s home with his lovely wife Diana, and had such an incredible session with them. We will take the things they told us about their own marriage into our new one, and truly use the advice for years to come. He is absolutely AMAZING!

Hi! We are from texas and we eloped at Garden of the Gods. We planned on eloping just us two in 10-13-20, change of plans and our family wanted to go! The week before our wedding (more like 4 days) we decided we wanted someone of our faith to officiate our wedding. Pastor Michael was the first person I found and the only person we’ve spoke to. We set up a day where we could talk about us and get to know him. We talked for over an hour and it felt like five minutes! It felt like we were taking to a family member, someone that’s known us our whole lives. By the end of the phone call we knew we wanted him to be part of our wedding. During our wedding he made us feel so comfortable and loved. Our wedding was a small hike up, and my mother and aunt are elderly. He gladly stayed behind with the guys to help my aunt get to the top. He also carried a few items for us to help out! Our family love him and kept saying how amazing it was having him with us, and how it felt like he’s know us forever. If you are looking for someone who makes that true and genuine connection with you and your fiancé, then look no further! He is the absolute best!!

Amazing experience and highly recommend

My fiancé and I got married in Vail recently and Michael was our Pastor. He was simply amazing. His energy and the way he carried the ceremony was everything we wanted. Our photographer and even our guests were saying how awesome he was. I am so happy we found him and he was able to be a part of our day to make it that more special. He was simply the best

Pastor Michael was absolutely incredible guiding us into marriage. From premarital advice and counseling to officiating our wedding, Pastor Michael made us feel confident that we were ready to begin our next chapter. He inspired us with his own story about his marriage. The day of our wedding he went above and beyond our expectations. The stories he told were genuine and everyone there was moved. We could thank or recommend him enough!

Excellent Officiant!!

Pastor Michael officiated our wedding in early July 2024, and we simply cannot say enough about how wonderful he was at every step of the process, including our ceremony! He was extremely personable and easy to connect with starting with our initial conversation. There were moments throughout the planning process, especially towards the end, where we felt overwhelmed, not sure if everything was going to go according to plan. He was calm and assured us that all was well, and he was right! Our ceremony was beautiful-full of touching moments, stories about our love, and laughter! Throughout the ceremony, he prompted us appropriately and subtly if we missed a cue, and set the tone for an all-around beautiful ceremony! We had multiple people comment on our officiant, saying he did an amazing job and that they thoroughly enjoyed the ceremony. We have also done a premarital counseling session with Michael and his wife, Diana. They are extremely easy to talk to and connect with. They encouraged us to share as much as we wanted to, but only as much as we felt comfortable with. We highly recommend Michael, he will go out of his way to ensure your ceremony is everything you want it to be!

Pastor Michael was absolutely wonderful. He spent an extensive amount of time speaking to my husband and I over the phone since we were an out of state couple. He was so kind and personable and was truly invested in getting to know us and our love story. He personalized our ceremony and made it extremely meaningful to us. Our families loved getting to know him before and after the ceremony as well. We are so happy with our decision to have Pastor Michael officiate our wedding and would highly recommend him.

Michael was amazing. My husband and I bonded with him the first meeting. My hi husband is a HUGE Sooners fan so Michael were his championship Sooners ring. I loved that he added personal touches by blessing us and our children. Thank you for eveything.

My husband & I found Michael online & couldn’t be happier we did! We decided to do SYMBIS counseling within the months leading to our special day, led by Michael & his wife Diana, which we totally recommend! They made the process feel very relaxed & casual. They did an excellent job, and are such genuine people – always greeted us with smiles and big bear hugs. Michael also did a wonderful job officiating our wedding, he made our ceremony so special & perfect! We most definitely recommend him. Thank you again Michael & Diana! :)

Made our day extra special!!

Pastor Michael was simply the perfect person to marry my husband and I! He really took the time to get to know us and our story, and how we fit together as a couple. Our initial meeting was fantastic and fun, and we felt that he truly cared about us and making our wedding day even more wonderful. He took great care with us the day of the wedding, speaking with us both individually and my parents before to calm all of our nerves and get a greater sense of what we wanted. The ceremony was perfect: funny, meaningful, unique to us and our story and incorporated everything we wanted in a Christian ceremony and even things we didn’t even think about! We loved everything about it and appreciate everything Pastor Michael did for us! His calm and positive demeanor was very truly appreciated, and he even mailed our marriage license off to the courthouse for us that same day. Everyone at the ceremony said it was perfect and one of the most awesome ceremonies they had ever been to! We highly recommend Pastor Michael to anyone and everyone! With Covid he was also very flexible with us and made our new date, venue and very scaled down guest list work perfectly.
If you are looking for a wedding pastor or officiant, look no further. He was honestly one of my favorite parts of our wedding! Thank you so much for everything Pastor Michael!!

So happy with our decision to hire Pastor Michael!

My new husband and I hired Pastor Michael to officiate our January wedding and are so happy with our choice! Since our regular pastor was unavailable, we wanted to find someone who would deliver a religious, meaningful ceremony but who would also have a sense of humor and keep our guests engaged. He did exactly that! We received so many compliments on the ceremony and truly left feeling like we'd known Michael for years. He takes the time to get to know you as a couple and it really shows.

“We had a destination wedding in CO. It was quite stressful worrying about who would be marrying us. Would they be able to convey our love for each other/family? Would we be comfortable with a stranger? Would he/she be able to pull this off having never met us? Well, I can say wholeheartedly Pastor Michael was able to do all the above! He made us feel so comfortable, like we were family. He emailed with us back and forth several times, spoke with us on the phone and made sure he included everything we would want and made us feel at ease. He was a man of the Lord and it was apparent in our ceremony. We could not have asked for a better experience from a “stranger”’who we consider family now.”

Pastor Michael was the best choice for an officiant we could have possibly made!
2 days before our ceremony, I decided to personalize and add some romantic ideas. Pastor Michael took everything I gave him and made our ceremony PERFECT in every way, it was “magical” he took complete charge and left nothing to chance. He even added personal details that we had discussed with him at our initial meeting. And to top it all off he took our Marriage License and filed it for us!! My advice to all couples searching for an officiant, don’t wait and take the chance that Pastor Michael could be booked for your special day...

Michael was FANTASTIC! We were a destination wedding and he made time to FaceTime us, email us, meet us for the rehearsal and do everything possible to make the experience as amazing and personable as possible. We had multiple multiple guests coming up to us after the wedding asking specifically about him and raving about his words at our ceremony! 10/10!

Phenomenal

If you’re looking for the best officiant in Colorado, look no further than Pastor Michael! We had a destination wedding, and therefore had to work with Pastor Michal remotely during the lead up to our day. Throughout the entire process, Pastor Micheal did an excellent job at getting to know us through multiple phone calls and FaceTime. He asked us detailed questions about our story and walked through our relationship from beginning to end. There were no forms or questionnaires to fill out… Pastor Michael specifically took his time on the phone calls to get a thorough understanding of us. His attention to detail paid dividends on our wedding day, as Pastor Michael spoke about us as if he knew us for years! Our ceremony lasted about 30 minutes, and he had all of our guests laughing, crying, and completely engaged throughout the ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony, we had multiple guests comment on how great Pastor Michael, how much they loved his speech, and how personal it all seemed. Again, we cannot recommend Pastor Michael enough, and are beyond thrilled that we found him!

Pastor Michael was wonderful. He hosted us at our home for our first pre-wedding meeting and was very welcoming and made us feel super comfortable. While my husband and I are not super religious, Michael welcomed us with open arms. He was professional, warm, and kind. Our ceremony was beautiful thanks in large part to him. He had some wonderful suggestions for making our ceremony more personal including some readings and a wine box ceremony. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very patient with us while we made our decision about what we ultimately wanted our wedding to look like.

Michael helped us plan our Colorado wedding all the way from Idaho. We did an initial Skype call with him to give us all the opportunity to get to know one another. Michael has a very warm presence and was able to tailor our ceremony in a way that was specific to our particular belief system. He spent a couple hours really getting to know us and once we had our initial call I knew we were in good hands. He led our rehearsal the night before and our wedding the next day went perfectly. He was even nice enough to submit our marriage license for us so we didn't have to worry about dropping it off before we left for our honeymoon. We highly recommend him!
