I am sorry that you feel this way. We must share our side of this experience, as well. 1. There is a $100 damage deposit & $35 per hour bartender fee for alcohol. We spoke about our policy requiring servers at $25 per hour if you didn't have a caterer, & I have emails where you agreed. 2. I was late for one meeting. I apologize for that, as I had a prior meeting that ran over, & I take responsibility for my tardiness that day, but you were not forced to stand in the cold. 3. We had chairs set up for rehearsal, as we do for all weddings. We don’t set up all tables & chairs until the morning of the wedding; linens can get ruined overnight in the outdoor pavilion. We had tables & chairs fully set up the next morning. Your maids handled most centerpieces at your request & we helped make sure the decor was set up on time. 4. We did not leave early for your rehearsal. You get 2 hours for rehearsal/decorating prior to the wedding day. I completed your rehearsal which started late because we were waiting on you. We also allowed you to stay late. 5. We handled the food-related trash; however, we do ask that you throw your own trash into a garbage can in the dressing areas. We handle all sweeping and most cleanup. We simply ask that you have the courtesy to put your trash into a garbage can. 6. We did not lock you out of the house. A child from your wedding party locked the door. I believe you know that we were very attentive on your day, bringing your food to your table, continually checking with you & making sure the timeline was followed. 7. The $100 damage deposit is held due to the amount of trash & damage & your returned check fee. We have many events & love our couples. We often build a lasting friendship & have had many wonderful experiences. We ask that people pay the agreed amount on time & respect our property. We have faith that our potential customers will value the many positive reviews from our other clients, as most of your accusations have been slanderous.
