The staff was wonderful especially Paul Winterton. They were all very friendly and Helpful. I will be going back for all future rentals

Gentlemen were great in helping suit up the guys and one woman! Let us return the tuxes a day late, because we were getting married out of town.

The staff at Collins made sure everyone was fitted perfectly before we left the store. Great service.

There was a mixup with short colours. They were quick to fix the problem!

While we initially very pleased with our experience at Collins, the wedding day brought some unexpected surprises.
When we went to pick up the tux's it was fairly busy - this was both prom and wedding season. The store was obviously understaffed, and it actually got to the point where another bride started yelling at us so that they could get their order first and "just leave." She had been there for almost an hour! We notified the employees that we were there, and told them we would go grab a bite to eat, so that they would have plenty of time to gather our order.
We returned after more than a hour and nothing had been done! After another 1/2 hour of waiting, we got all the tux's and left. By the time we got home, we realized that some of the orders were incorrect. We were missing the groom's shirt, the pants for one of the groomsmen was the incorrect length, and another had white chalk writing on the pants. Unfortunately they were closed at this point. We tried to reach them early the next day, but they were unable to make the necessary arrangements to get our order straightened out. We got the writing off, the groomsman stapled his hemline, and the guys had to find a shirt for my husband to wear!
We were not impressed, and didn't get even the slighest apology from the staff when we returned the items - in fact, we got a giggle from the staff!

We were extremely disappointed with Collins. We ordered out tux's and wedding invitations, as well as engravings for gifts from Collins. The service was usually poor. We ALWAYS had to wait, although some staff are very friendly, it did not make up for the other staff that are very rude. They also lost information regarding the tux rentals, messed up our invitations, were misleading in regards to the package "deal" we were supposed to get and ended up charging us way more than they said they would. They also messed up a few of the engravings and said there was nothign they could do.....and made us pay for it. Also, the tux's did not fit any of the groomsmen properly and only a few of the issues were fixed before our wedding took place. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Collins Formal Wear was a TERRIBLE experience for us! We got a discount at a bridal show in London, Ontario and so we wanted to use them! We got married and ordered tuxes for the groom and groomsmen from there. When we first ordered the tuxes, everyone was over charged for the tuxes. They had to be reimbursed the money. One of our groomsmen lives in Alberta and we had a destination wedding in Chicago. We live in London, Ontario. He showed up the morning of the wedding wearing a red and black tux and our tuxes were grey and purple!!!!! All of our pictures were ruined and we had to rearrange the whole ceremony so that he wasnt standing at the front of the altar, etc. My husband was really disappointed because it is one of his best friends since high school! Then when called them and complained, it was empty words of apologies and empty promises saying they would make it up to us with dinner, reimbursements, etc. and it was just that...empty promises! It has been a month and a half since we got married and we have received no reimbursements, gift cards, etc. and we have called them NUMEROUS TIMES and spoken to NUMBEROUS people. Our groomsmen finally got HIS suit reimbursed after calling them over and over and over again! Us? still nothing!

DO NOT USE COLLINS FORMAL WEAR! NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DEAL THEY GIVE YOU!
