I can not say enough good things about Colleen. She was so extremely helpful throughout the whole ceremony planning process, from start to finish. The ceremony was so personal and came out beautiful. She also spent time helping each of us with our personal vows to make sure that they meshed well. Everything came out perfect and I would recommend her to anyone getting married. She made everything so easy and everyone is still talking about our ceremony.

I don’t even know where to begin. Colleen was absolutely amazing, OUT OF THIS WORLD. I was referred to her by the venue I was using and she did not disappoint. She made everything absolutely perfect. I booked her for a small intimate elopement and again, she knocked it out of the park. She understood my needs and wants. She was timely whether I had a question or suggestion. Colleen was beyond amazing! She is a master at her craft and was such an integral part of our wedding day. Leading up to the event, she communicated regularly and took the time to get to know us so that she could curate the most personal and meaningful ceremony that was exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. Colleen helped turn our little backyard wedding into a place of enchantment where it was difficult to find a dry eye. The structure she has created made the process of decision making for our ceremony and vows so simple! It's something not everyone thinks about at first.. the actual words. It's overwhelming! I cannot say enough kind things about Chandra. She was truly amazing. From Day 1, she made me feel comfortable. She has an enthusiasm and joy for your love story that honestly just amps you up even further for marrying the love of your life. The actual planning of our ceremony was totally amazing too- she had a template and had already used info from our introductory conversation to fill some items in! My (now) husband and I enjoyed editing the ceremony with her and found that she had a lot of good ideas. When we got off the Zoom planning with her call, my husband, who had never spoken to her before, turned to me and said “I like her! I am so glad she’s marrying us” - we were just so excited after that! She was organized and arrived on time for the ceremony with laminated copies of our vows. I already have received the county copy of my marriage certificate in the mail, so I can also attest that she filed everything properly. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.

We knew from our first conversation with Colleen that we wanted her to be our officiant. We connected instantly and knew that she would be able to create the ceremony experience that we wanted for our wedding. She helped us to shape a non-religious ceremony that reflected who we are as a couple. She came up with great, unique ideas for us to include as part of our ceremony and was on top of the small details like moving out of the way for our first kiss pictures and ordering us extra copies of our marriage license. Colleen officiated our wedding and went ABOVE & BEYOND! We hired the Officiant Sisters for our October 3 wedding. Cindy was assigned to our wedding and she did a fabulous job during the ceremony! We had a Zoom meeting with Cindy and filled out a questionnaire so she could get to know us a little better. She used information from the meeting and questionnaire to prepare a script for our review. She was very receptive to any changes we wished to make in the script. Colleen is a family friend and unfortunately she was already booked for our date. I have attended two weddings where Colleen was the officiant and she did a fantastic job! Colleen is so sweet and really enjoys getting to know couples to make their wedding ceremony personal and very special. The Officiant Sisters are also incredibly affordable! Great at telling our story
Jean did a fantastic job of telling our story as a couple and made our ceremony personal. Her help at every stage of planning was always prompt and much appreciated. Professional, affordable, and personable
My husband and I used Officiant Services by Colleen for our wedding day and we couldn't be happier with the experience. When I contacted Colleen she responded very quickly and was very informative! She has a team of officiants that work with her. She told me who was available for our day and even took time to tell us a little bit about each officiant so we would pick the one that was best for us. As they all sounded absolutely wonderful, we ended up selecting Cindy and we couldn't be happier we did! Due to COVID-19 we didn't get to meet in person with Cindy until our actual wedding day, but you wouldn't have known it. We were able to do a virtual meeting with her and communicated via text and email quite a bit. Cindy was most helpful with the whole process, thankfully, because of course we had never been through it before. She really took the time to get to know my husband and I so she could tailor our ceremony to truly reflect us and make it that much more special. Cindy was very attentive to each detail and was so personable to work with. I highly recommend Officiant Services by Colleen for your wedding day! They are the best!

Amazing day
We had so many compliments on the ceremony and the script that was used for our wedding day. It was absolutely beautiful and the way she helped with printing out a card for my to read off of and really taking her time with us before and during was amazing.

The best of the best!
In the wake of a pandemic and the world shutting down, my fiance and I were near tears thinking the worst was going to happen for our wedding. But Colleen went above and beyond making sure we had a place, flowers, and even a photographer to keep our day special. Every step of the way, no matter how stressful it seemed, Colleen was able to make us feel confident that our day would still be special. Even though it wasn't exactly how we planned, Colleen made our wedding day the best day of our lives.

Beautiful ceremony
Colleen was amazing and made our ceremony beautiful and everything we wanted it to be. She was so thoughtful and had us fill out questions about each other and used our answers in our ceremony. It was perfect and everything we wanted. She was so easy to work with and always responded to my questions right away. My fiance is from Grenada and we had to change out wedding date a couple of times because his Visa was taking longer than expected. Colleen always checked in to see how his visa was coming along and that meant a lot to us. I'm so happy that we went with her as our officiant and wouldnt have changed a thing about our ceremony. She incorporated our heritage and family in it and that was very important to us.

I would not want anyone other than Colleen to officiate my wedding. She not only made myself & my now husband comfortable, she made each and every guest comfortable also. You instantly feel a connection with her like she has been a life long friend. This was an outside wedding with a heat index of 110 degrees. Luckily there was a pool. She made the ceremony quick but yet very memorable. She worded everything beautifully. I cannot imagine someone not having her to perform their ceremony. Colleen was amazing from the very beginning to the end. She answered all of my questions promptly and left room for changes in the ceremony prompt that I wanted. When it came to our wedding day, she checked with me before hand to make sure I was doing good. Her voice was so soothing and calming that I instantly felt better with her being there. She made sure my worries were done before I walked down the aisle. During the ceremony she talked with emotion and affection. She did not meet us before (due to timing on my husband and I part) but I felt like I knew her forever. She truly made our day special. Colleen officiated my wedding on August 11th, 2018 and I could not have been happier. We connected through some mutual friends and scheduled a phone call to discuss wedding details. She was completely professional and so easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable telling her the things I was and wasn't looking for in the ceremony script. After our conversation, she quickly followed up with a script and was more than happy to accept any edits we made. She came to the rehearsal and asked many appropriate questions about how she should dress and how we would want certain aspects of the ceremony to go. She really had a deep knowledge of what she was doing which gave me peace of mind and the confidence to leaning on her during the wedding when I was so nervous! The wedding went exactly as planned and a lot of guests made comments about how wonderful she was. One of my bridesmaids even contacted her to officiate their wedding! Quality of Service: Colleen was absolutely a delight to work with and I would definitely recommend using her services . She was super organized and mapped out my mom’s wedding from beginning to the end. She provided helpful documents such as examples of vows to use and a questionnaire for my mom and her fiancé to get to know them which allowed her to craft a ceremony script that was specifically tailored to them. I would rate her quality of service a 5 out 5. If you need help planning the layout of your wedding ceremony, Colleen’s services helps to take the stress off you when planning as she outlines everything for. Everything that was discussed in the contractual agreement was executed perfectly.
Responsiveness: With regards to responsiveness, I would give Colleen a 4 out of 5. She was reachable by phone and by email. She did take a little longer to respond back via email but she always answered her phone when we called. She coordinated zoom meetings to discuss immense detail of the type of ceremony my mom and he fiancé wanted. Overall Colleen was pretty responsive pre-wedding, day-of, and even after the wedding.
Professionalism: With regards to professionalism Colleen was super professional. She was extremely sweet and reassuring. She knew how to run a wedding from begging to end and her experience put my mom and her fiancé at ease. Every interaction with Colleen was great and extremely informative.
Value for Money: Compared to other officiants that we research, Colleen had the best pricing and value for your money. She actually helped my mom and her fiancé out as they had to seek her services last minute due to the fact that the pastor they had secured could no longer perform the duty to marry them. Colleen services helped settle the anxiety felt by my mom just by talking to my mom prior to officially securing her services. My mom feels that for the price she paid, Colleen was definitely worth the money.
Flexibility: Colleen did an awesome job in adapting to the issues that occurred during my moms wedding. She knew how to gloss over the issues by using comedic relief while at the same time keeping the service flowing in a professional yet fun way. She was also flexible with regards to taking our unscheduled phones if we had questions and she would provide detailed explanations. She also would encouraged us to make any changes to details that we did not like and made the adjustments with no problem. She even came to the wedding rehearsal and stayed past the original hour to ensure everyone knew their roles. Colleen was super flexible I would give her a 5 out of 5.
