Absolutely Perfect
We had our March wedding here and Coles Garden was absolutely perfect in all ways! First of all, everyone, all of their employees, were the kindest people I’ve ever met, which initially drew me to the venue. Very communicative and very flexible. I had some specific requests for our wedding, and they were always willing to make anything happen! If I could do it all over again, I would choose Coles Garden every time! -

I truly cannot say enough great things about Cole’s Garden. After touring countless venues in both Kansas City (my hometown) and Oklahoma, the first time I walked into Coles Garden I immediately knew it was where I wanted us to say “I do!”. Not only is the venue itself absolutely beautiful, the staff couldn’t be more incredible. Jordan was there for me every step of the way during the planning process and offered advice whenever I needed it. She was so great at communicating with me and getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question. For a great price, this venue is worth every dollar spent. Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was on our day and I HIGHLY recommend Cole’s Garden to anyone searching for a venue to host their event. -

Cole’s garden was absolutely beautiful. It’s bright and airy. If you’re planning for any of your events to be outdoor, the back up option for inclement weather is still gorgeous. I worked with Christin for our planning and she was very good! She was helpful in making decisions and provided excellent guidance for any questions we had.
We were able to make indoor/outdoor ceremony seating decisions the day of our event. The staff were punctual with getting everything set up as well. I felt like I got a great value for our money. The only thing I would recommend is having additional comfortable seating in the bridal suite. The two settees were packed the whole day.
I’d recommend this venue to anyone! -

Coles Garden Dream Venue
We got married at Coles Garden on 3/30/2024 and it was a dream!! The staff had everything set up exactly how I wanted and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind throughout the wedding planning process. We specifically worked with Jordan Rice throughout our engagement and she was the best! She replied quickly to emails and gave recommendations on floor plans, hotels, vendors, etc. The bridal and groom’s suites were so nice and fun to get ready in. The outdoor garden was the perfect spot for our outdoor ceremony. Our guests were able to leave their cars over night if needed and we were able to store our decor there the night prior. We were also able to have our rehearsal at the venue the day before! -

Fairytale come True
Cole’s Garden is the perfect fairytale venue! The team (especially Jordan) made our experience so easy and smooth. Jordan was so friendly and made sure the and seating chart was everything we could ever dream of and more. The bridal and groom suites were perfect. It made getting ready so fun and we made so many memories in those rooms. The makeup mirrors were perfect for the bride and bridesmaids. The ceremony and outside waterfall and garden was absolutely stunning!! I would pick this venue a million times if i could!! Best venue ever!! I could go on and on. I couldn’t recommended this place enough! -

From the beautiful get ready suites to the actual manor we got married in, Cole’s Garden was a dream! We worked with David who was fantastic, he getting up leaving half way through our planning process, but Jordan picked up our ideas seamlessly! It was perfect New Year’s Eve wedding! They’re all so friendly and accommodating, we definitely recommend them! -

Coles Garden is such a beautiful venue and we loved having so many indoor and outdoor options for our wedding. We wanted to do as many things outside as possible, so it was so nice to have the whole place to ourselves so we would move around freely. We and our dance floor out on the covered patio and it was such a good decision!
Christin was our Coles Garden coordinator, and she was so wonderful and helpful. She was even kind enough to meet with me an extra time to revisit our floor plan since it had been so long since we laid it out (we had to postpone a year because of COVID).
I would definitely recommend Coles Garden to anyone who wants an outdoor wedding, but is worried about making sure they have an indoor option in case of bad weather—every space there is gorgeous.

Coles Garden is honestly one of the best Oklahoma wedding venues. Every part of the venue was gorgeous, and it had the perfect combination of a scenic outdoor ceremony area and classy/modern indoor reception area (not rustic at all, which was a huge plus for me). I got married in the Royal Garden, which was not only beautiful but also felt so private and intimate. There's also an indoor chapel in case of rain or bad weather, which made me feel more at ease and less stressed. The venue coordinator was easy to work with and very understanding, which I appreciated so much since my wedding plans had to be adjusted a few times due to covid. If you are looking for a venue, I would highly recommend setting up a tour at Coles Garden because it's really hard to describe, in words, how beautiful the venue is. Once you visit in person, you'll fall in love like I did! -

We had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at Coles Garden!! First of all, the venue is beautiful and has the perfect layout. My husband loved the groom's suite with the pool tables and bar area, and the bridal suite was so cozy and perfect to get ready. We were able to have all our guests there comfortably - we had our dance floor & live band outside on the covered patio with the fireplace going and it was so dreamy!! We worked with Christin, and she was SO amazing to work with. She got a lot fabulously with my wedding planner, and together they made the day perfect. We were scheduled for one day and had to reschedule when COVID hit, and Christin communicated with my wedding planner and I so well about rescheduling and making sure that we had the day we wanted (even though we had to change original plans). It was such a blessing in the midst of uncertain COVID times to have such an understanding and communicative venue. Our day ended up PERFECT and I would get married there all over again!! -

I cannot recommend Coles Garden enough as the total package wedding venue! Coles Garden offers a modern, classy, and romantic environment for you to add your own personal touches to to make it your own....although truly it doesn't need much decor especially with the beautiful garden areas. One of the main reasons we chose Coles Garden was because of the multiple ceremony and picture locations. I knew rain or shine we had options that would capture the vibe we wanted.
Both of the wedding parties loved the getting ready suites. There is plenty of room for big wedding parties, the lighting was great for photos inside, and everyone got in on some ping pong action before the ceremony. :)
We had to reschedule our original wedding date because of COVID and I can't thank the staff there enough for how seamless they made the necessary arrangements to move our date. All of the staff that I interacted with we kind, detail oriented, and understanding during a very stressful planning season.
You will NOT regret choosing Coles Garden! It has it all! -

Coles Garden is such a beautiful venue. It's bright, simple, and honestly doesn't need much decor on wedding day. I picked Coles Garden for sooo many reasons. There are several different locations to have your ceremony and you don't have to settle on which location until right before the event. I wanted a venue that had a beautiful outside location and inside location. The outside is beautiful with sooo many places to take pictures. The garden, the pond, the quaint gazebo etc. Another reason I chose Coles Garden was since I had an inside ceremony I wanted the reception to be in a separate room so we weren't having to move things around. The reception room + outside patio that can enclose was perfect. Plenty of room in the reception room but the fireplace outside made it that much more cozy. The bridal and groom's suite are the best I have ever seen. We loved utilizing it all day. On top of the venue being incredible the staff are outstanding!! We worked mostly with Mattie and she was so kind and so helpful for us when we had no idea what we were doing. I could go on and on about how great this place is! I 10/10 recommend Coles Garden!
PS - we visited Coles Garden multiple times without an appointment to get ideas and get our vision which was so nice as well! -

Coles Garden is the BEST venue!! We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. We fell in love with the venue a year ago when one of my best friends got married. Our favorite features were the getting ready rooms, the garden, and the fire places. The staff at CG is truly amazing, and were the best at keeping a bride calm during covid season. -

The Perfect Wedding Venue!
Coles Garden was an absolute DREAM! Every inch of the grounds is breathtakingly beautiful! From the romantic outdoor patio to the gorgeous garden and waterfall to the stunning chateau, it is the perfect venue. To top it off, the Coles Garden team of coordinators are wonderful. You have several meetings with them leading up to your event to go over any details and help you with any questions that you might have. It truly is such a special place to spend your wedding day. We enjoyed getting ready in their spacious suite and had a blast listening to the wedding day playlists they had set up for us. Also, their classy suites photograph getting ready really well. The outdoor garden is such a unique space compared to other venues in Oklahoma and really is a magical area. It was a hard decision, but we choose to have our ceremony in front of their beautiful waterfall which turned out perfectly. They supply table and chairs that look great in the indoor reception area. You don’t have to work hard at making the chateau look regal for your wedding, but it is not too overdone and you can personalize it just how you like. My husband and I left the reception for a brief time to take sunset pictures and loved getting to enjoy the scenery there and taking a minute to enjoy and embrace the moment. It was such a special day and a big part of that was because of Coles Garden! -

David at Coles Garden was my hero! When Milam Castle had contacted me, telling me that they were going to do their summer weddings but were going to cancel the rest, I lost all hope in finding something as extravagant as Milam. David made me feel assured that they could accommodate the wedding party and guests. With a slight date change, Coles Garden booked us, even with a lower price point! The Manor was beautiful, renting the arch to decorate it with flowers made it a perfect indoor ceremony. The Reception Hall was arranged with tables to my liking, chandeliers filled the ceiling and enough room for food, band and a pool table. The bride and groom's suites were wonderfully decorated and just what you would expect for your special day. The staff was there the entire wedding, ready to help when needed. Highly recommend this establishment for wedding or conference/meeting space! -

This venue, this team… absolute perfection. We mainly worked with Christin Hill, although Matti, Laurel, David and Chandler were always there to help us! Let’s just start with the venue itself – perfect garden, waterfall, outdoor patio from my dreams – the ceremony options are fantastic. I almost forget I’m in Oklahoma when I’m there, BUT, we are in Oklahoma and because of that… we wanted a backup option for our outdoor ceremony, which they have! The suites are to die for – so much space to get ready and hang out. When it came time to book and to plan, we always had somebody that was easy to contact and was full of great information. The venue had a list of vendors they recommend and we used literally all of their suggestions. We would attend “Open House” every time they hosted one and it was so much fun and so helpful to see what the vendors had to offer! Also, their social media game is STRONG – they literally post stories of weddings every weekend, which is so nice because you can get ideas and see even what your selected vendors have made happen at the venue.
In our meetings with the team they helped us line out our ceremony and reception timeline, made sure that we had our lives together and had booked our vendors, giving suggestions when we needed them – seriously so helpful! When it came to our wedding day, the weather decided not to cooperate, but Coles team was ready to take action. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and outdoor dance floor, so some changes had to be made. The team made sure to keep me as much in the loop as I wanted to be, but they really took charge and made magic happen! Our day was perfect thanks to Coles Garden and the team. -

Everything you want and need!
Coles Garden was perfect for us. We needed an indoor and outdoor venue that didn't involve flipping a room. Hard to find in Oklahoma! The gardens are beautiful! Even though we got married inside the pictures outside are perfect. Also, I noticed on Instagram my guests loved taking pictures out there too haha. Matti Hunter was our coordinator, and she was the best! She patiently answered my lists of questions at each meeting, checked in regularly (we booked in June 2018 and married in July 2019), remembered us at each Open House event (also THE BEST) and was there for anything we needed on our big day. I felt very confident and comfortable leaving the timeline and day of the wedding in her hands. Perfect day. I cannot recommend Coles Garden enough! -

We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Coles Garden. We wanted to have an outdoor ceremony, but the Oklahoma weather did not cooperate. We were easily able to move the ceremony inside and it was still beautiful! I also had food poisoning on the day of the wedding, but Laurel was so helpful with setting up the arbor so I didn't have to wobble on the ladder with a queasy stomach. Everyone thought the venue was absolutely gorgeous. -

Stress Free!!
I would recommend Cole's Garden to anyone who is looking for the perfect "All-in-one." Having the ceremony and reception all at one venue relieved me of any added stress the day of. Christin is so willing to help and is a true PRO. -

Coles Garden is absolutely gorgeous! From the first time we saw it, we knew we wanted to get married there. Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the venue, we had to change our proposed wedding date but it was worth it! Working with Madison Garcia was absolutely amazing. She was organized and friendly and helped my husband and I have an amazing day. Also, Coles Garden recommends several different vendors who we ended up using. This should be the first and only place you look at for a wedding venue. -

The Highlight of our Wedding
Choosing Cole's Garden for the setting of our wedding was easily the best decision we made in planning. Even before you add your own personal touches, the venue is insanely gorgeous and anything you add to reflect your vision is just icing on the cake. I had several guests contact me after the wedding complimenting me on the choice of venue specifically. Aside from the beauty of the property, the functionality of the space is unmatched. Having space on property for both wedding parties to get ready and spend time with family before the ceremony was amazing. Not to mention the many options the property offers for both ceremony and reception. We hadn't even considered an outdoor wedding until we saw the garden, and felt confident in that decision since they have an equally beautiful chapel as plan B.
Even if you put all that aside, our experience with Christin as our coordinator was worth every penny. She was immediately our friend in the planning process, offered us invaluable advice, connected with vendors to smooth out some of their problems, and was the go-to person the day of the wedding. She kept everyone calm and where they needed to be and I felt ZERO stress the day of the wedding because I knew she was handling everything behind the scenes. Overall, I am so grateful for Christin and all of the Cole's Garden staff for helping us make our dream come true. -

This place is not only beautiful but offers the BEST customer service hands down. The original venue for my daughter's wedding cancelled at noon on the day of her wedding. Needless to say we were devastated and frantic to find a place for she and her fiancee' to be married. It was pouring all day so outside venues were not an option. We called so many places from the car on the side of a country highway, only to be denied. Then on a wing and a prayer, we called Cole's Garden; one of THE premier wedding locations in Oklahoma. We spoke with Miranda. She was unsure they would be able to accommodate us because it was Halloween and most of her staff had the evening off for trick or treating with their kids. Miraculously, one of her coordinators, David, volunteered to stay on and help us with our wedding. They even offered us a huge discount. Miranda and team were so concerned about us having such terrible news on this special day, they went all out to make sure their wedding was extraordinary. They set up a ballroom for the reception and the covered outdoor fireplace area for the ceremony. They provided linens, greenery and candles for the mantel and most importantly emotional support. Within 30 minutes of arriving, my daughter and her fiancee' were happy and once again looking forward to their special day. The cancellation of the original venue was nothing but a horrible and distant memory. Being able to have their wedding and reception at Cole's Garden was a dream come true. We are so thankful for Miranda, David and the rest of the staff at Cole's Garden for being our heroes and saving the day. While I hope nobody else runs into such an extreme situation, I would highly recommend Cole's Garden for any event. The location is stunning and the service is impeccable. You will not regret it. Thank you Cole's Garden! You all have a special place in our hearts forever! -
Caitlin Sent on 06/28/2018I can't even begin to explain how much we recommend Coles Garden. Christin is the Saturday event coordinator and she is a TOTAL deal maker. Yes, the venue is beautiful and sold itself, but Christin was truly the best part of our experience. In meetings leading up to our big day, she provided invaluable guidance and gave us total confidence that the entire day would go off without a hitch. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure all of our details were perfect.
The property is perfect as-is, but can also be a blank canvas for whatever your "vision" is. It's neutral, simple and elegant, and was updated very recently. There's a built in "Plan B" option for both ceremony and reception. They have a chapel for indoor ceremonies, and the large patio has a fireplace and is able to be screened from inclement weather. I could go on and on, but highly recommend you set up an appointment to check it out and see for yourself. -

The staff are so awesome, Christin was our coordinator. I had no clue how much help she was going to be. She is the calm for any bride's storm. Choosing Coles Garden was the best choice we made throughout the whole wedding planning process!

She did a great job helping us plan our special day. I’m glad we chose such a beautiful venue! The Garden is gorgeous, the bride and groom suits, and the reception room are very elegant, and the chapel has a nice rustic style. Catering did an awesome job with our Honduran/American food. Everything was perfect!

Ariana Sent on 10/23/2017These people are top notch! They made everything so easy and accommodating especially since we had a "weird" wedding theme, whimsical Halloween. They ran with it and were very excited to be a part of such a different style. We are from the country so we are somewhat redneck but we can be very classy as well! My mom made all the decorations so their venue was the perfect set up for the spooky theme. Ya'll, this place is amazing and they staff are very friendly, not snobby at all. I was afraid when first walking in that it was so swank, the people would laugh at us... not at all! They were a lot of fun to work with and Madison Garcia rocks and went along with all our crazy ideas including letting us use our Drone, Hermes, to take aerial photos. We also used their On-site caterer, they seemed to have a blast with making our food Halloween themed as well. We received many compliments on the quality of the food! This venue is you all in on stop! Thank you so much!

You get a lot for what you pay for...my only complaint at ALL would be that we had a lot of communication issues with the caterer who is included in the package. Other than that, everything about Coles is beyond belief! -

I liked her so much I'd love to be friends with her in real life :) But on a more serious note, my wedding at Coles Garden was everything I could have hoped for. They have three different areas for you to have your ceremony and they are all absolutely beautiful. They are very flexible so you can plan for an outdoor wedding and change to inside the day of the wedding if necessary due to weather, which is awesome. The catering by C2 was fantastic, although a little pricey. So many guests commented on how great the food was. Christin was there the entire day setting up and making sure every little thing went off without a hitch. I don't have a single complaint about my experience at Coles, except for it maybe being a bit on the pricey side. -

Christin was our coordinator throughout the whole process, and she was FANTASTIC! So helpful, honest (which is a necessity when you really don't know what you're doing-but she does!), kind, and so much fun to work with because she made us feel so comfortable. Our wedding day could not have gone any more smoothly. Everyone at Coles pitched in to set up, tear down, and clean up so that my family/friends (& I) didn't have to do anything! Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how great everything was. Would definitely recommend!!!
