  Wedding MVP

  Cole absolutely delighted and exceeded our wildest expectations at our wedding. He embraced the costume theme of our reception, performed significantly more music than we had expected (in a good way), and was the absolute heart and soul of our party. He improvised and adapted to every unique situation on the night with a musical and social sense of awareness that we continue to be grateful for. He even graciously agreed to play alongside Andrea's 94 year old grandmother on her accordion. Grandma is still beaming from this experience, and trust me, she's a hard woman to please. Seriously.
  
  I don't think we can ever repay him for the joy and energy he brought to our night. I couldn't get to the bar for a drink without answering the question: "Where did you FIND this guy?!" half a dozen times.

  Talented, Professional and Easy to Work With

  We could not have been happier with Cole Thomas and Random Nature! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They made the entire process stress-free and went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. The music was amazing—the dance floor was packed all night, and our guests are still talking about how great the band was. They read the crowd perfectly, kept the energy high, and seamlessly transitioned between songs and sets. Every member of the band was talented, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you’re looking for a band that’s organized, fun, and genuinely cares about making your event special, we can’t recommend Cole Thomas and Random Nature enough. They truly made our night!

  Professional artist!

  I really wanted a live musician for my ceremony and found Cole through the knot. He was very quick to respond and professional. Our wedding was on a crazy hot and windy day and he had the most positive attitude. Cole also played for our cocktail hour and I wish I was able to listen him! All our guests had all positive things to say about his skills!

  Wedding Live Music

  My husband and I chose Cole Thomas for live music on our wedding day and we loved every part of the music he provided! Cole was great to work with in the months before our wedding. He promptly replied to emails and questions! He tailored his music service to exactly what we needed for our wedding ceremony, social hour, dinner, and reception! Our guests loved the music he provided and all the song requests he fulfilled. Cole has a great personality. He is respectful, professional, and a talented pianist and singer!

  Cole is the best!

  Cole was perfect for our wedding reception! We asked him to emcee the event, and play a mix a more relaxed instrumental set and an upbeat set with vocals. Cole did such a great job reading the room and checking in with us to stick to our timeline and adjust where needed. Cole had everything he needed and everything went super smoothly. We enjoyed Cole’s music a lot and so did our guests! Great to work with, highly recommend!

  Talented and Professional

  We hired Cole in October 2024 to play at our wedding and reception. We loved working with him! Cole is so talented and offered great suggestions on how to make our day even more special . Cole delivered an excellent experience and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the day. I highly recommend Cole!

  Cole was fantastic!

  Cole was absolutely amazing! He offered some recommendations for songs but was also completely open to the songs we presented to him. We weren’t able to have amplified music and he was able to put together an acoustic version of both of the songs we wanted. I’m so very happy we decided to hire him for our day and I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone looking for a musician. Thank you, again, Cole!!!

  Great musician and collaborator

  Great on the piano, willing to setup in two locations, very responsive and flexible. He was also willing to work with one of our close family friends, a singer, so he was also really collaborative. It was a shame we were too busy on the day to meet this wonderful man. Also, if he didn't know a song he'd learn it, but he knew every song anyway so he was very knowledgeable.

  Awesome pianist and guitar player

  Cole did an outstanding job playing piano during our wedding ceremony and guitar/vocals during the cocktail hour. He had great suggestions based on our initial thoughts/guidance and helped make our special day perfect. Cole was responsive, professional, and overall just had good vibes.

  Rehearsal dinner

  We held a rehearsal dinner for 200 people and Cole handled the music as well as the sound for all of the speeches. He was spectacular. Great music and he did everything himself! Professional and talented! Our party lasted for hours and he did not miss a beat. We will definitely use him again and recommend anyone looking for a musician to use him. Cole was fantastic

  Piano To Add A Touch Of Class

  We hired Cole to play a baby grand piano we rented for the cocktail hour at our wedding. Cole was fantastic! Was the perfect complement for cocktail hour, the songs were ambient jazzy, and I could see many guests tapping feet and fingers along, and even some guests dancing. Cole was also open to requests, and overall he added a lot of class to the event.

  An amazing one-man show!

  Cole did an absolutely fantastic job playing for our wedding and reception! We were looking for a casual, piano bar style vibe for our reception, and some simple modern pieces for the ceremony procession/recession. Cole met with us beforehand and talked through what we were looking for, and was very responsive throughout the planning in terms of helping us choose songs. He kept the reception rolling perfectly the entire night, making a perfect environment for chatting over drinks and occasional dancing, even taking requests from guests and the little kids who were having a great time on the dance floor. He even learned the hora especially for us. So many guests came up to us and told us what a fantastic find he was! I can't recommend him enough to anyone else!!
