The Perfect Barn Venue

Everyone at coffee creek is amazing. They really will do whatever it takes to see your vision of your wedding come to life. I loved my experience with them. 10/10 would recommend!

Dream weddings!

The Nigh’s always do a fabulous job for the customer in helping them create a dream-like wedding and experience! My husband and I got married there as well as my brother and later my sister. The three of us had different styles and various different aspects to our wedding and Coffee Creek was willing to do whatever we had dreamed up. The site is absolutely beautiful and they are always working to improve it. Over the course of all our weddings they added a bathroom facility, patio, and made improvements to the indoors. I can’t say enough great things about Coffee Creek Ridge - you should definitely see it for yourself!

The best wedding venue around!

There are no way I can explain how much I recommend Coffee Creek Ridge. They went out of their way to make us feel special and valued through the planning process and on the big day! We have received so many compliments on our wedding venue and we couldn’t be more thankful!

More perfect than we imagined and authentic!

We knew from the first second we saw Terri's venue and interacted with her that this is meant to be where we got married. Absolutely excellent from beginning to end as if she were family. We'll charish her sweet property forever! ❤️❤️

I was a guest at my cousins Wedding and the setting was breathtaking. The owners were very accommodating and made everything run very smoothly. The barn was gorgeous and the outdoor setting in the field under the large tree for the ceremony was pretty and even with seniors that needed extra help there was transportation getting them to and from all areas it was well planned. I would recommend this venue to others in the future. Amazing!

Coffee Creek Ridge was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had looked at multiple barns prior to visiting Coffee Creek and couldn't find one that fit us. As soon as we pulled up to Coffee Creek Ridge, we knew it was going to be the place where we got married. There was a perfect area for my bridesmaids and I to hang out and get ready on the big day. Having everything in one place helped me relax and made it more enjoyable for everyone. I had always dreamed of having a big outdoor wedding and getting married under a big Oak tree made my dreams come true. The barn for the reception was absolutely perfect! The barn is already decorated beautifully so we had to do minimal work to get it exactly how we wanted. The layout was perfect and allowed for great dancing all night long. I couldn't have dreamed of a better venue.

I couldn't have imagined a better day! Our special day turned out perfect thanks to Coffee Creek! Terri and Kevin helped out so much not only the months/days before the wedding but at the wedding itself.. they were great people to work with. I can't even count how many people complimented on how gorgeous the venue was-- which is is!! Thanks so much Coffee Creek for making our special day amazing!

We absolutely loved having our daughter's wedding at Coffee Creek Ridge. Terri and Kevin, owners of Coffee Creek Ridge, were very helpful throughout the entire process and very quick to respond back when I had questions along the way. They have thought of every little detail you might need for your wedding and reception, which aided us in the planning and allowed us to enjoy the special moment.
The Nigh's provided us with a packet of vendors which was helpful since we are not from the Shelbyville area. However, they were flexible when we decided to go with some of our own and guided them where to go on wedding day. The bridal suite was fantastic for getting ready with its spacious rooms for hair and makeup. The historical barn was decorated beautifully inside with plenty of space for our 170 guests. The landscape was immaculate with picture opportunities everywhere. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to have our reception and for Breana and Michael to start their memories together.

having everything on site was such a blessing - a beautiful space for the bridal gals to get ready, a fantastic spot under the tree to enjoy the greatness of the ceremony, and a fabulous barn for the reception.
Not to mention the greatness of the photographer who managed to capture the moments so beautifully.

Thanks to the folks for helping us give our daughter and her new husband a fantastic start as we celebrated their wedding.

I got married this past June at Coffee Creek Ridge and it was such the perfect venue. It was a gorgeous setting and everyone kept talking about what a great time they had. In June we were able to have all of the barn doors open so guest were able to play games/hang out at the fire pit outside or join the dance floor inside. The owners gave great recommendations on vendors. Our DJ, caterer, and transportation all came by recommendation and I am so thankful I went with them. The day was perfect.

You should go with Coffee Creek Ridge for your Wedding! Terri is an absolutely amazing host. Everything she provided was of outstanding quality and she always went above and beyond what we had asked for. Our wedding was perfect in every sense and a lot of it was due to Terri and her husband! My husband was so happy with the venue he said he wanted to throw a party every year! Not sure we'll do that but that's how much we loved our wedding there...

Our wedding/reception was AMAZING. The owners Kevin and Terri and photographer Amy were fantastic to work with. I could not have picked a better venue. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a rustic/country outdoor wedding or reception. The barn is absolutely beautiful inside and out for receptions. If wanting to have wedding there also as we chose to do, under the old winding tree is perfect! I cannot put into words how beautiful the setting is. The inside of the barn is perfect as is, but you are able to add your own decorations as well. Outside they offer a large fire pit that they start for you. They have large lot for parking and handicap parking as well. It is as handicap accessible as possibly can be considering it is an outdoor/country venue. They offer a golf cart to shuttle guest to and from wedding site if needed. Kevin,Terri and Amy are great at what they do. I couldn't have ask for better people to deal with. If you are looking to have a beautiful rustic barn venue then this is the venue for you! You won't be disappointed!

Coffee Creek Ridge is obviously a beautiful venue, but the beauty intensifies as you get to know the family who owns it. We couldn't have imagined a better couple to work with through the crazy wedding planning. They were very available to us and very willing to help in any way they could. They provided lights for the barn as well as decorations on the mantle in the barn. I feel that this was a large stress relief. A few less details to stress about. We had a few hiccups with our transportation and hotel and Terri was quick to jump into action to assure everything was smooth for the rest of the weekend. I highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I are the most down to earth people and Coffee Creek Ridge was a great reflection of who we are! I fell in love with everything covered in snow and could only imagine how great it was going to be come summer. Terri was wonderful about helping with anything we needed! I would highly recommend using this venue for a wedding and reception. Not only are the owners /contacts so helpful the day of with setting up and making sure everything is set but they also give you so much helpful material along the way like other vendors they have worked with and recommend to use for music, food , alcohol, Etc . It was not as overwhelming during the planning process because of coffee creek ridge. The location is beautiful and not much has to be done to complete the barn because they have already decorated much of the barn. It is a venue that is very inclusive, not to mention the photographer is amazing as well. I would definitely suggest this venue if looking for a barn wedding venue especially for larger size weddings. Ours was around 250-260 people and the barn held everyone. Our wedding day weather was awful and cold so we were able to have the ceremony and reception in the barn and it worked out wonderfully!

My husband and I had our wedding at Coffee Creek Ridge and it was the perfect venue!! We had no complaints. Terri was wonderful to work with every step of the way and was incredibly helpful in connecting us with vendors, answering questions, and allowing us to come out and view the property whenever needed. My guests were from all over the country and absolutely loved the venue. A unique and beautiful place to get married!

This venue treated us more like family instead of clients. They make everything run smoothly and will do anything to make your special day go just right. They was also flexible with us. We booked a Saturday but my family got sick and we couldn't do it because of the demands of their health needs. So they was able to allow us to have a Wednesday evening wedding. It was perfect.

Coffee Creek is absolutely breathe taking. Not only was the venue perfect but the Nigh's were wonderful to work with. They were on top of answering questions and were very knowledgeable in pointing you in the right direction. I would highly recommend this venue for an outside wedding. The Nigh's make sure their venue is very taken care of and that everything is ready for decorating and your big day! They also have recommended vendors that they have worked with before that really helped us out!

This is a beautiful place out in the country. I love every moment of my wedding. All the guests, including the guys, kept saying it was the best venue and wedding. The owners recently installed new chandlers and add an air conditioned bridal suite,which was nice in July. The owners are super friendly and organized. It was definitely my dream rustic wedding.

Coffee Creek Ridge is the most wonderful place to have a wedding! This place is breath-taking. If you want a private, secluded, country, outdoor, rustic, unique wedding then this is your spot! The owners, Terri and Kevin are amazing. They were so great to work with and very kind. You can definately tell they love what they do and they love their property. I had absolutely zero stress on my wedding day. We had many comments from guests and our vendors about how amazing Coffee Creek was and how it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Thank you Coffee Creek for providing my fiance and me with ther PERFECT wedding venue!

We had nothing at all that went wrong for our wedding. Coffee Creek Ridge owners were extremely professional and the most down to earth people. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has a laid back atmosphere about it so everyone feels at home. They assisted us in making suggestions to help the flow of the whole reception, which helped out a lot. Coffee Creek Ridge offers a list of suggested vendors - and we used them. They were great. I can't say enough good things about this venue or the owners, but because of them we had a dream wedding we will never forget!

This is the ultimate wedding venue in central Indiana, at an affordable price! Coffee Creek Ridge is beautiful and every person who attended our wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! They keep the grounds beautifully mowed spray for mosquito's. Terri is always just an e-mail away and gives plenty of suggestions for wedding vendors - one of the best parts is - you don't have to use a specific caterer. Although when we 1st heard the venue price, we were a little freaked out, but after doing much research - we found that in the long run we were saving money because we didn't have to use a certain caterer with a huge minimum cost. We used Kopper Kettle and spent $2,000 and used Kendal's Tavern (local-Shelbyville) and for 3 kegs - open bar for beer and wine and cash liquor bar for 8 hours only cost $800 and that included the overall tip! At other places we were quoted $8,000 on food alone! We conveniently were able to order all the tables and chairs directly through Coffee Creek Ridge and they were set up exactly how we wanted them. Another great thing is, you don't really have to buy any decorations, they have the barn so cute already! You DO have to use their photographer (Coffee Creek Studio) and again at 1st, the price might scare you, BUT if you do your research-it is a fair price and WELL worth it! We were able to use their air conditioned studio to hide out in (bride) until the ceremony and although our videographer was driving everyone insane, Amy (photographer) was able to handle it very professionally. We got engaged in October and originally didn't want to get married until Sept or Oct the following year but after seeing this venue and talking to Terri we decided it would be worth it to get married in the hottest month of the year (there were only 2 Aug dates left at that time). If you are looking to do an entire wedding and reception for under $10,000 you need to look here!

I can't say enough great things about Teri and Coffee Creek Ridge. You can really tell that she loves what she does...which is provide a beautiful venue and top notch service to every bride and groom that choose to have their wedding with them.

The price was wonderful for the Indianapolis area, and every vendor she recommended in her extensive wedding planner packet was amazing. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding with as good of food as the caterer she recommended. Everything was so clean and gorgeous...you wouldn't even know you were in a barn.

Day of the wedding she was very present and helpful. Not only did they help guests with parking, but she even brought out her golf cart to help the grandmas down the hill to the huge Sycamore tree where we chose to have the ceremony.

I even told her when we left that we would have our 20 year anniversary there since I cannot wait to go to another event at Coffee Creek Ridge!

We absolutely loved having our daughter's wedding reception at Coffee Creek Ridge. The unique barn venue is beautiful and we loved the openness that it offered. The owners were extraordinarily helpful in all aspects of the planning and during the reception. It was truly a "one-of-a-kind" experience which we will cherish forever.

Having our wedding at Coffee Creek Ridge was the best decision we ever made, outside of the decision to get married. We loved the feel of the venue - we had the option to dress it up and make it feel more formal, or we could go with a more laid back option. In the end we settled on a feel that was somewhere in the middle and Coffee Creek's owners were there to help every step of the way. They are true professionals, and even helped us explore our options when it came to other vendors for the big day. They also really make you feel like family. I would recommend Coffee Creek Ridge to anyone looking to have a unique, fun, and beautiful wedding!

Coffee Creek Ridge was a wonderful stress free environment for a wedding. The decorations and the rustic scenery makes the entire event breathtaking and beautiful. So many of our guests were commenting on it being the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen! I would definitely recommend this venue for your special day!

I could not have asked for a more perfect venue or people to work with for my wedding. They made it a stress free and extremely pleasant experience for me and my family. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and developing a relationship that I hope will continue for a long time. They are extremely wonderful and kind people with an absolutely stunning venue that they keep immaculate and take a lot of pride in. It is definitely one of a kind. We had a wonderful experience with Coffee creek Ridge. They did a fabulous job with accommodating our needs. They even went above and beyond to help in case of rain. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is interested in having a beautiful outdoor wedding . We could not have asked for anything more.

Perfect place for a perfect country wedding. Could not have been more satifsfied working with the Nigh family. They made wedding planning easy with all they have to offer! If I were to do it all over again I would definitely use their venue again, absolutely PERFECT!!

I highly highly recommend this venue for your wedding, reunion, christmas party etc. We could not have asked for nicer people, Terri and her husband were amazing! Helpful, resourceful and just there for our every need. My wedding was perfect and most definatly a dream come true!

We had a great wedding. Kevin and Terri were very friendly and helpful. We saw the venue several times before the event and they were always flexible and accommodating. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a relaxed and beautiful outdoor venue!

Kevin and Terri are SO wonderful! They have the most beautiful farm that is the best place I've ever seen for a wedding. We had our ceremony by their pond and the reception in the barn. The great thing about the barn is that you don't even have to decorate too much because it is already so gorgeous. They also have almost everything you may need to rent available for an additional fee. It was nice not having to run around to a bunch of different vendors. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!! <3

Terri and Kevin, the owners of Coffee Creek Ridge were amazing. From the very beginning, they were so accommodating and helpful. Terri provided us with a list of local vendors(from catering and bartending to photography and wedding cakes.) She constantly kept us updated on the new decor she was purchasing for use during the ceremony and reception. She and Kevin did so much of the work, set up, take down...our actual wedding day was basically stress free and enjoyable! Coffee Creek Ridge is truly one of the most beautiful venues for a wedding ceremony and reception. (If you don't believe me, go to their website...their daugther is an fabulous photographer and she knows exactly how to capture the moment! There are so many different places you could choose to have your ceremony (ie. under a Sycamore tree (where we had out ceremony), near a pond, in a field, near the barn etc. And if God forbid the weather doesn't work out, the barn is decorated in such a way that you could still have a gorgeous wedding in the barn! I give Coffee Creek Ridge a 10 on a scale of 5!!! Not one complaint!!! Our day was truly magical...Disney could not have done it better!

The owners are extremely flexible and accommodating! We made a photobooth for our wedding, and they let us come out several times to measure different locations to hang it. It is a family run business, and it is so apparent how well they work together with their daughter, who is a photographer at the venue. Absolutely perfect venue to help us have a stress free and relaxed wedding day!

We loved this venue and every detail was planned perfectly by the venue. Our only complaint is that the requirements to book are pretty strict (ie. using the provided photographer, only using certain bar vendors, using the provided tables & chairs). It was all very high quality and we loved it, but paying for the venue rental along with chair rental (2 sets), table rental, 3 hours at $100/hour for the rehearsal, and porta-potty rental; it was quite expensive. I would have felt much better about the cost if SOMETHING was included in the venue rental. We did, however, have TONS of compliments on the venue from guests, everything was organized wonderfully, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I loved working with the photographer and the venue owners.

Our wedding at Coffee Creek Ridge was a dream come true. The property is beautiful and the barn is exactly what we were looking for. Terri and her husband, the owners, were kind and helpful leading up to our big day. The best part about the venue is the flexibility they allow you to have with choosing your caterer, DJ, etc. The only vendor you can't choose is photography. Their daughter is a photographer and they require you to use her for your pictures, she does a great job. We got really lucky and had ideal weather for our end of July wedding, you just never know :)

Terri and Kevin were great at communicating with us throughout our wedding planning process. She emailed me several times about new decoratiohs I could use, or other vendors that worked with coffee creek ridge. They were wonderful at having the takes and chairs set up so that we could decorate on Friday before our reception on Saturday. That is one of the best things having a whole day to set up and decorate before the big day. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Very very pleased with Coffee Creek. I highly recommend Terri and her husband Kevin. They made our daughters wedding day as stress free as possible.
The grounds and barn and bridal suite are immaculate. We had loads of compliments from our guests, young and old.

The event staff was incredibly rude. This place is not at all accommodating for handicap guests. I was absolutely appalled by the level of professionalism of staff. Would not recommend under any circumstance. Sad, because it is otherwise a pretty cool venue. Horrible staff & customer service.

Unfortunately this is not set up for handicapped and or elderly patrons. When trying to accommodate them it was expressed from staff that "those people" are causing problems. By calling guest rude and inappropriate names when they are trying to get loaded in vehicles was uncalled for. Owners and staff should never treat paying customers and guest in such a manner.
