We had a great experience with Coastal! The tent was absolutely beautiful. They had everything we needed to transform the family farm into a welcoming and elegant place to gather for our wedding day. Zach was very professional and worked closely with our wedding planner to bring our day to life! -

Working with Zach was great. He sent back revisions for our layout and knew our venue (IRLSS) well. He'd done a ton of weddings there before, and it showed. His crew was on sight first thing in the morning on Friday before my Saturday wedding ready to go. The weather on my date was a little up-in-the-air 48 hours before and we were unsure how cold it would be. 24 hours before the wedding, we added on two tent heaters. Man did that save the day. Zach didn't even blink an eye. He was ready to go. We can't recommend working with Zach more! Thanks for making our day such a breeze. Pun intended. -

The entire team at Coastal is nothing short of amazing! They provided us with the most beautiful sail cloth tents at Good Earth Market, in Ocean View, DE. Hurricane Ian was no match for Zach and his team. Through threat of potential cancellation, Zach was in constant communication and presented alternative ideas to continue to ensure we had the dream wedding we had always hoped for. They have everything you would need to pull off an amazing wedding. We couldn't recommend anyone better! -

Zach was awesome from the start, with a calming demeanor for what can be a stressful process. He and his team worked seamlessly in conjunction with our other vendors to create the most perfect beach wedding day for our daughter and her new husband at the Indian River Life Saving Station. The tent, the lights, the electrical system, the restrooms, the tables, chairs, linens, and place settings, every rental detail necessary was provided to set the scene for an elegant beach wedding. Zach and his team are truly experts in their field and showed patience and flexibility as changes needed to be made along the way. We highly recommend Coastal Tented Events. -

Zach and his team at Coastal Tented Event’s are true professionals. If you are thinking of hiring a rental company for an event look no further. Coastal Tented Events is the absolute best! From the very beginning it was evident that we wouldn’t need to worry about anything. The sailcloth tent, the lighting, the tables and the linens were perfect and just what we envisioned. Additionally, the ceremony site for my daughter and my son-in-law’s wedding was simply beautiful. The knowledge, expertise and professionalism of Zach and his team is truly exceptional.

Working with Zach and the rest of the folks at Coastal Tented Events was so easy and helped make our wedding planning/day incredibly stress-free.
Not only did we have to postpone our wedding, but our headcount changed so many times, and no matter what, the Coastal Tented Events group was flexible and accommodating. Throughout the process, Zach was so easy-going and his expertise in event setup was really clear.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Zach worked seamlessly with our caterer, venue, and planner. They all had it under control, meaning we didn't have to do much. It was great!

The week of the wedding Zach and team were at the venue to set up the tent, chairs, lights, bars, tables, and so much more. It was almost 100 degrees out on set-up day and they were all working their butts off!! They even worked with my father and husband to help secure some custom pieces we were bringing in as the wind was going to get wild overnight.
I'd recommend the Coastal Tented team to anyone looking for rentals and a great group to work with! Thanks so much ya'll!!! -

I can’t say enough good good things about Zach and his team! They were very responsive, accommodating, and professional. They had to take down a huge tent in our yard during a terrible storm, and were extremely careful about taking care of our property. They truly went above and beyond and I highly recommend them! -

Zach and his team are amazing. So professional. The sailcloth tent was so beautiful with incredible lighting. Everything we needed they provided from the tent, lights, dance floor, tables and chairs, arbor, linens, and carving station. This team has it down to a science. If you want the most perfect wedding day, please book with Zach and the others at Coastal Tented Events! Zach was always available to talk the days leading up to the wedding and we had exchanged numerous emails, phone calls, and texts. Zach wanted this day to be as perfect as I wanted it to be, and was so flexible with rescheduling because of COVID. The day of the wedding I was blown away with how beautiful the entire ceremony and reception were setup- they went above and beyond all of my expectations. Zach is like a tent vendor AND a wedding coordinator all in one! Not only is he professional, but he is empathetic, kind, and enthusiastic as if he is part of the experience. The day of our wedding, it ended up raining, and Zach called me to reassure me the day would be beautiful as if it were outside on the beach and he did not disappoint. I could ramble on for pages about the quality of the tent, lights, furniture, table settings, etc! -

Weddings are stressful in and of themselves, but you will not regret the decision to hire Zach and his team at Coastal to ensure ease and professionalism for the special day! My daughter and her husband held a waterfront farm wedding ceremony in September and guests haven't stopped complimenting the sailcloth tent, lighting, and ambiance that Coastal created for the event. It was stunning! Well worth the investment! -

The Coastal Team was a joy to work with. Kathy went above and beyond to help create our perfect wedding day. Kathy pulled multiple linens to help us find our "look" and thought of things for the venue that didn't even occur to me (like adding extra lighting outside, and adding a pop up canopy for our DJ). Kathy has a great attitude, and Coastal's catalog has something for every style of wedding. At the wedding day, the crew efficiently and professionally transformed our ceremony space into our reception area. If we ever have an event of this scale again, Coastal and the Total Package team will be our first call. -

Zach was amazing- super flexible in changing head counts up until the week of the wedding with Covid-19 and SO amazing to work with. The quality of the rental equipment was amazing and looked fantastic at the beach. He even upgraded us to our dream tent :) coastal made our wedding come to life! -

Coastal Saved Our Wedding!
Coastal was incredible to work with. Kathy and Joe and the team captured our wedding day vision perfectly and made it all happen. After a large storm came and damaged our tent, coastal saved the day and brought a new one in a single day. I can't thank Joe and Kathy enough for making our day happen, and our vision come true.
So many of our guests raved about how beautiful the ceremony and reception were. We had a wedding in a field, and Coastal made it look like the an elegant, glamorous event that we'll never forget. From the chairs to the table clothes to the glassware, everything was perfect. -

You’re in good hands. Chances are, if you’re getting married in lower Delaware, these guys are familiar with your venue. They’ll know the lay of the land and who to talk to if something needs to be adjusted or provided for.
Zach was our point person. He was on it from the very beginning; super detail-oriented and thorough, punctual for the walk-through, excellent team player with the caterers (even though he’d never worked with them before), and patient as we continually adjusted our guest count, table needs, chair finish, linens....
He actually showed up on the day of our wedding, which I hadn’t bothered to hope for... but it really made me feel like our event mattered to him and that he wanted to make sure everything was just right. He and his crew even added walls to one side of our tent at the last minute to account for the wind. ...I attribute our cake remaining upright to his discernment in the moment, long after I was able to make even one more tiny decision!
Thanks Coastal for making sure we had a stellar shindig at Lavender Fields, Warrington Manor. -
