Excellent service!

Coastal Limo picked us up from our wedding ceremony and took us to our reception. The driver was an expert and navigated the streets like a professional. They were on time and courteous, and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us.

Excellent service and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great Experience for Fun Transportation!

Our wedding was on Seabrook Island, where there isn't really Ubers or other transportation available, so we wanted to provide guests with transportation for after the wedding reception to the after party, or back to their rentals. They were super easy to work with and very accommodating with our requests, and we are so happy we ended up booking transportation with Coastal Limo. We booked a 28 passenger limo bus which ran loops after the reception, and our guests might have had more fun on the limo bus ride than they had all night! Everyone said it was one of the best parts of the night. The driver was on time and very patient with our large group, and let everyone enjoy the end of their night stress free! We could not have been happier with our decision to use Coastal Limo!

Excellent service!

We used Coastal Limo for our wedding transportation, and they were fantastic! They got all of our guests to and from the venue safely, and everyone had a wonderful time on the way there and back. The driver even made an extra stop to drop the wedding party off on the way back. I 100% recommend them for your wedding or other transportation needs!

Great team and easy to work with

Matt and team at Coastal Limo were incredibly flexible and easy to work with. They were able to work with me to create the best transportation plan for our wedding. The entire experience was so easy and stress free. From the front office to all of the drivers, everyone was great and the day of transportation went off without any issues.

Amazing stress free experience on our wedding day!

Coastal Limo was amazing on the day of our wedding. We needed safe transportation for our guests from downtown Charleston to Middleton Place. It was nice not having to worry about pick up times etc for our guests as they coordinated all of it. Can't thank them enough!

Wedding Transportation

We used Coastal Limo for our wedding party and family transportation from Mount Pleasant to downtown Charleston. From the moment I reached out, the owner, Matt, has been very responsive and helped me set up the perfect vehicles for my needs. On the day of the wedding, I received a email with my driver's name and picture as well as a text message saying when he arrived. Our driver, Richard, was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He ensured that we all got to our picture location on time. Our whole experience with Coastal Limo was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone in the Charleston area!

Party Buses and Shuttles for Rehearsal Dinner

I would 100% recommend Coastal Limo for your transportation. They were on time, had great personalities and were very professional! We had 2 party buses to transport our bridal party and then 2 of their standard buses to transport guests to our rehearsal dinner. The buses were clean, had fun lighting, we could hook up our own music, etc. They were very responsive when I booked with them and checked in several times before the event to make sure nothing had changed. I definitely recommend!

Great transportation!

After weeding through countless other transportation companies with unreasonable prices, we booked Coastal Limousine for limo transportation for the bridal party from the hotel to our venue and then in executive vans from the venue to downtown Charleston for our post-party. Their prices were unbeatable without sacrificing service or style. Each vehicle was clean, looked sharp, and was on-time (even early). One of our drivers even turned around and brought back a card that was left in the limo. Out executive van drivers were especially great, as they put up with a very loud and rowdy wedding party, and even helped us connect our phone to the vehicle's blue tooth speakers. wonderful wedding transport experience

They handled our transport for out of town guests between hotel and the venue. also transported wedding party and then guest and wedding party afterward to after party and then home. they were so easy to work with, very good value, gave me peace of mind that families traveling here and spending tons of money on travel, hotel, food etc, could kick back and enjoy the wedding, reception, after party and not worry about driving or catching a cab. I was so happy to be able to provide this service to our guests and it was super affordable. Very professional drivers and very clean and attractive transport. so very happy we chose Coastal Limo.

Great service, people, and value! Matt and the rest of his team were easy to reach from the day I submitted my quote request through the day of service. We hired the 300 Stretch - 10 passenger limo for our wedding. It was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our full bridal party (8 adults). Our driver Michael was very professional and I appreciated how he communication with us on the day-of as he was completing different portions of the trip (dropping off groom at church, returning for bride, etc.) Michael even took the time to speak to my dad and offer some calming and encouraging words prior to the church service, which I thought was very sweet. I would definitely use them again!

I chose Coastal Limousine bc I really liked the customer service, 5e price seemed reasonable, liked the options for the vehicle choices, and was impressed by the quick responses. We chose Coastal Limousine to transport the bridal party for our daughters wedding to and from our home to the venue. The driver was a few minutes early and even turned around and went back to our house when our daughter forgot her garter. The ride was perfect! The limo was so much fun. When it came time to pick everyone up, the driver was again a few minutes early and insisted on helping us gather and put the decor into my car. I was shocked by this but also very glad as I needed an extra set of hands. I highly recommend them for any special event!

The best, most professional and reliable service in town. Coastal Lino did my wedding for airport to kiawah for many Leila’s with many different arrival and departure times and nig one issue.

When thinking back on our wedding, we can truly say we don't know what we would have done without Coastal Limo! With a big bridal party, multiple locations, and 150+ guests, we had a lot of moving parts and logistics that needed to be worked out to make the day go smoothly. Matt completely took that stress off us and made sure we were where we needed to be on time. All we had to do was give him times and locations, and he took care of the rest. On top of that, every vehicle was up to date, clean and fun to ride in! We would highly recommend Coastal Limo to anyone in need of transportation!

I don't automatically go five stars for services rendered, but Coastal offered us exceptional service. We had a full day of round-trip limo buses from the hotel of choice to the wedding venue, ending after 11:00 p.m. Everyone who used the limo provided positive feedback as to the timeliness, cleanliness, and courteousness of the vehicles and drivers.

I booked coastal for the departure from their wedding for my son and his new bride. I have used coastal several times in the past. Booking was easy and as before, the driver was professional and personable. He arrived on time and was very accommodating with some special arrangements that were wanted for the departure. I have used their SUV, passenger van and a car and each has been very comfortable and well maintained. I recommend coastal without hesitation.

The 29 passenger limobus was perfect for our daughter's wedding transportation needs. The driver was efficient and flexible, transporting the wedding party to and from several locations in downtown Charleston. Coastal was a great service. The cars were all new & immaculate. Loved the Limo bus! I would highly recommend their service & found the costs a little less than some other quotes that I had gotten in Charleston.

We had an extended wedding party in the limo and it was awesome. The driver was so flexible to the fact that we were running late as well. They were great!

We used coastal limousine service while we were in Folly Beach for a wedding. The service was fabulous, they were very flexible with drop off pickup times and accommodated a much larger return group than drop off group. The driver was very courteous and supplied some beer for each way of our trip. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you very much!

From the the first call for the estimate, Matt Miller was very approachable and easy to work with. Because of the hurricane, our departure tines were a moving target. Nevertheless, Matt was in constant communication with me. Our driver was excellent, he did his best to stop traffic to load and unload in the best area to avoid the rain storms. If needes, I would not hesitate to use coastal limo again.

I booked with Coastal Limo for a recent trip down to Charleston, SC and was extremely satisfied throughout the whole process. Matt worked with me on all methods of transportation from airport transfers to a trip to Columbia, SC for the USC Football game. Not only was he very responsive, but he worked to fit our budget and accommodations. All vehicles were very clean and the drivers were very professional and friendly during our trips - even showing up early to make sure we can depart on time. I would highly recommend Coastal Limo to anyone looking for Limo services. I know I will use them again when back in town.

Had such a great experience with Coastal Limo, second time using them!
Wedding transportation can be stressful! Especially when you have out of town guests and elderly.
Matt and his drivers were so helpful and went above and beyond. So professional!
Very patient, helping us on and off the vehicles, loading
gifts and entertaining our visitors with friendly talk and facts about Charleston and the area.
The vehicles are beautiful, comfortable and spotless!

From the first communication with Coastal through Matt, until after our event, all things were easy, professional, and more than I ever expected. Matt delivered what he promised. His drivers were early on arrival, all of which were friendly and courteous. Our group consisted of 67 passengers going from Wild Dunes Resort to King Street in Charleston, and a return trip 3 hours later. Both went flawlessly.

When comparing pricing for these services, Coastal had them all beat. Matt is extremely flexible with changes, etc.

I am highly recommending Coastal Limo for moving a large group in buses. We all had a fun night which started in the three buses at 5 pm.

This company was everything we could have asked for. I booked a bus for a bachelor party and they actually showed up 30 min early. The driver was super friendly, safe and got us to our destination worry free. I would definitely use them again.

Coastal Limo did a great job. They showed up 30 minutes early to make sure there was plenty of time to get everyone into the limo, they responded for pick up request right away, and they safely got our party to and from all destinations. I would highly recommend them and ask for George as your driver.

This was an absolute amazing experience!! We rented the party bus for my bachelorette party for 14 girls and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was top notch. Coolers were ready with ice, music was jumping, and accommodations were beyond any expectation we could have had. We even said " we should just drive around in this instead of going downtown." Seriously, that's what we will do next time! Ha highly highly recommend:)

Matt was so helpful in explaining what was available and gave me quotes very quickly. The service was exceptional. Henry our driver notified me by phone when he arrived and was very attentive to the bridal party. The van limo was awesome and stocked with ice and cold drinks. We couldnt have asked for a better experience for our daughters wedding. Everyone loved the 57 Bentley that arrived right on time for the newlywed's departure too. Thanks Coastal Limo!

We rented the Bus for 14 folks for a weekend in early June 2015...and truly found the experience to be outstanding. Bus is more of a luxury charter, complete with high class leather, coolers, sound/AV system and hard wood floors. Driver was a class act and was very professional. Our evening included dinner and drinks until close...and the services Coastal Limo provided were well beyond transportation, as on several occasions served as more of a concierge service as well with recommended dinner and 'hot spots' accordingly.

All guest had an amazing time thanks to Coastal Limo. We will be back to use their services again!

Charleston Coastal Limo was a great vendor to work with. We booked with them very late due to not being happy with our original choice. They were very accommodating and even made suggestions for us on how to save money on their transportation options. Anytime we would call them they were quick to respond and would even pull over if they were driving! Matt was very professional
and kind. As a bride, he made me relaxed! On the actual wedding day we ran behind schedule and they were very flexible and patient. The limo bus was perfect and extremely nice for the wedding party! Their prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them! And no, the company did not write this review, this is an actual bride! Thanks coastal!!

I had booked way in advance being our wedding was a holiday. We did two big shuttles (52pp and 40pp) and one small shuttle (14p) the 14p ran through out the night - the company was super helpful with booking and handling everything. I did not need to speak with them at all. They updated me with texts so I was In loop. Really good response time and friendly staff.

Great Drivers, Great Service!

Coastal Limo met all our transportation needs for our daughter's small Charleston wedding weekend. Their drivers were courteous, professional and also willing to make quick adjustments as needed through their home office. We actually needed extra limo service when the May temps soared to record highs, and no one wanted to walk in the heat--Coastal Limo quickly adjusted schedules & took care of our guests.

So glad we hired Coastal Limousine for our wedding transportation!! They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with! We did Mercedes Sprinter Vans one way transit from our church downtown to the Francis Marion Hotel. The drivers were all incredibly professional and fun for our whole wedding party. I would choose Coastal Limousine again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them for any event where you desire quality service!

Affordable and Flexible!

We rented the Executive Van with paneled wooded floors and leather seats. The ride was comfortable and spacious. Our wedding entourage was pleased with the service. Driver was nice and Coastal Limo was flexible with our scheduled places to take photos. We really appreciate the service!

Driver showed up early, party buses are brand new, definitely a better option to get the largest party bus (28 person) than the 20 person if you have over 15 people.

Do not use this Conpany for your big day

The owner Matt is very nice and Amanda we started out rough because they accidentally double charged us which is tough when ur a few days out from your wedding every penny counts. But Matt was really nice and everyone makes mistakes. The day the Limo driver picked us up he told us he was outside so our entire bridal party walked outside. He was no where so I called him he told me he was at my address he was not. He was sooooo annoyed with me saying he's lived here for 30 years he can't believe this that I was wrong to the point of yelling that I had to say please calm down sir I'm baking in the sun with a group of woman and children and your yelling at me. I walked him through where I was for 25-30 minutes outside while he was so angry and rude.. I was so stressed out because he was now late for our pick up time. I sent him a pin drop of my location hoping it would help. He finally arrived. Opened the door for us no smile no hello I was so upset that he didn't even say sorry that I said to him where were u and he said obviously not here. Then I said to him this is my wedding day and your being so rude to me and ruining my day. The fact that I was having this conversation still blows my mind. We were sweating from waiting outside in the sun for so long we got into the Limo and omg it smelt like they just transported farm animals. The ac didn't work and we were so late we could no longer have him go back and pick up the groomsmen. So sad that this was such a negative experience my entire bridal party was so upset while I had him on speaker they were blown away with his attitude. Horrible experience that driver should not work for them. Do not use Coastal Limo . Rude driver. Car smells horrible. AC doesn't work well.
