Austin is an awesome videographer, no need to look elsewhere!

Austin was professional and timely. Not only did he exceeds professional standards but the video we received back of our wedding is loved by everyone in the family. Austin is hilarious and knows how to add the perfect touches to the video. On top of that, his rates are worth every minute he videos and spends editing. This is the best service I would not skip on your special day. We can rewatch moments of our special day at anytime.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

We are absolutely speechless and couldn’t be more in love with our wedding video. Austin was able to capture once in a lifetime moments that we will be able to look back on for many years to come. I met Austin while working a mutual wedding and he brought so much energy to the room, I loved his work and of course hired him for my own wedding! He did such a great job capturing all the best moments of that day and made it so fun! He also did an amazing job capturing my friends wedding over the summer and it was another awesome experience. Amazing Videographer and Person!

Everyone should use Coastal Creations, and specifically Austin and his father! We had a lower-budget, small wedding of 50 people, and to make things more difficult we decided to marry during COVID! Austin was so helpful, willing to add in drone footage (and when it rained on our big day, offered to add in previously filmed sunny footage he had!), flexible with his scheduling, and so quick to respond. We wanted a full video of our ceremony, toasts, and reception, and Austin minimally edited as we asked: he added in the perfect music, did minimal cuts, and kept in 2 hours of our ceremony that we can watch later (including the hilarious toasts and our full vows). No one that I looked for in Jacksonville offered that long of a video for the same price! Plus, Austin and his father were so fun to work with, and helped make our wedding fun and relaxing! Overall, I can't recommend his work enough!

If you’re considering a videographer - do it! And pick Austin!!!

Video can be one of those things you cut out but oh my goodness I’m glad we didn’t! Austin was a joy to work with from start to finish and even after - being so communicative and helpful! He was absolutely awesome on our wedding day and we are so happy we chose him. In the first week alone after getting our video, I think we watched it about 10 times! Pick Austin - you will not be disappointed!!!

Absolutely wonderful duo

First of all you should absolutely do a video, definitely put it in your budget. Austin and his dad do a wonderful job together. They are fun and they love love! Austin includes the drone with all his packages and he captures some amazing footage with it! They don't get in the way and work well with other vendors. We absolutely love our wedding video! They have lots of familiarity with St. Augustine and many vendors. They are really cool guys and I highly recommend! In addition to your highlight real, they also provide a full length video that catalogs the different parts of your day. They work with you and are willing to help of get special parts of your day for you. I had a wedding painter (who I also recommend --Caroline Stroud) and he created a wonderful time laps of her work

Absolutely blown away!

I have nothing but positive things to say about working Coastal Creations Videography!! Austin and his father were a dream to work with. They were responsive, professional, upbeat, full of ideas and truly enhanced our day. I was on the fence about getting videography at first and I cannot emphasize how happy my husband and I both were once receiving our video. We went back and forth on whether we would hire a videographer for our wedding - holy moly are we glad we did. Not only did he capture so many aspects of the day itself, but also so many moments that truly reflect the wonderful people that surrounded us on that day. Austin brings such a fun energy and was a great source of fun and positivity all day! We absolutely LOVE our video. Professional and fun videographer who will exceed your expectations!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude for Austin and his Dad. Our highlight video is beyond our expectations and my husband and I cried when we watched it. All of our friends and family were brought to tears by it. Many of my friends said this is the best wedding video they've ever seen! The highlight video captured EVERY important moment of our day including a first look with my 89 year old Grandma and this is a gift I will have forever. Austin was fabulous about keeping in contact throughout the planning process and working with our budget in mind. He is flexible, professional and fun. During our reception, we spun the bottle and whoever it landed on had to go in the middle and dance. Austin had fun with us and showed his dance moves off ! Austin Olsen is a fantastic videographer. Austin was the first vendor that I booked for our wedding because from our initial conversation and watching his previous videos it was clear how passionate he is about what he does. I knew he would put his heart and soul into capturing the story of our wedding day and he certainly delivered.

The highlight video was beautifully edited and perfectly captured the overall experience of the day. It includes the perfect balance of emotional moments and fun, lighthearted moments. We laugh and cry every time that we watch it. The drone footage he took is incredible and took our video over the top. He also incorporated audio from our friend's performance of our first dance song and songs played by our band which gave our video such a unique, personal touch. We had so much fun working with Austin on the day of our wedding and he did a great job working alongside all of the other vendors at our wedding as well.

We are so thankful for all of the hard work and heart that Austin put into capturing our day. We are so happy we have this video to relive our wedding day for many anniversaries to come. We couldn’t be happier with our video and would 100% recommend working with Austin.

Best in jacksonville!

I don't even know where to start this review other then if your thinking about having a wedding videogapher, DO IT. Then go hire this guy!! I came across him on fb months before the wedding and all I knew was I really wanted videographer but it was pricey and i was worried to hire someone who didn't capture exactly what i Wanted. when i came across Austin and his videos i knew this was it, Not only was he the best i had seen but he ended up being affordable too! He was so great to work with leading up to the wedding, and a BLAST to work with on the day of!!! We had so much fun working with him as he captured our day and things i would have never even thought of! After the wedding he sent us our highlight video and we couldn't wait, sure enough the video came in and it was everything we hoped for....AND THEN SOME!!! People seriously still rave about it. Not to mention we also recieved a CD with all the RAW footage organized by event so we litteraly got to re-live our wedding in every light. The day and night just go by so fast, don't regret it, Hire coastal creations!

Easy to work with and friendly

Austin was very professional and honest about his work. His videos are longer and more sentimental than other videographers I’ve spoken to. He’s there the whole day with you to make sure that he captures all the big and small moments. And his pricing is very affordable for what he provides.

Best Vendors Ever and New Friends!!!

Where to even begin..... Austin and Mary are awesome! If you are reading this just stop searching because you have found your videographer!!! Starting from the first day we met down in St. Augustine we were instant friends and they made us feel super comfortable about the process. Once the big day came they were total professionals. They seemed to blend into the background but also be right in the action at the same time! We have gotten soooo many compliments on the video. Videographer? More like Family.

Phenomenal!! That's our one word to describe Austin and Mary.

From the first email correspondence to our sweet goodbye at the end of the night...Austin became family. He was so quick to respond to my initial inquiry and from that point forward, I felt completely taken care of. He thought of so many cool shots and was so excited to explore those ideas with us!
Our wedding fell on Father's day, and without having said anything to Austin, he sent me a still from one of the shots of my dad and me dancing to share with my dad on Father's day. It's those little details that made this booking my absolute favorite.
When I told Austin where we were getting married, he quickly sent me the video of another wedding that was at the same venue so I could see how they set up things, how their flow of people was, etc. It was SO thoughtful! Not to mention the video completely captured my fiance and me, we were sold. The drone shot did it for us, and we can't wait to see ours!!
Austin and Mary were so friendly with our guests, our family thought they were longtime friends! They were moving around constantly to get the best shots of friends dancing, little kids playing, pelicans flying by, everything!
It was like as soon as Austin understood what kind of vibe we were going for, he took off with it immediately. All his suggestions we were like, "dude, that's awesome, you totally get us." We couldn't have picked a better vendor, we are SO happy!!

So Worth It!!!

Austin is incredibly great to work with and is good at what he does. He is personable and comes through for his clients. My now husband and I had specific requests and he was flexible to accommodate them. I remember on my wedding day, he stayed with the women for a majority of our getting ready process and he just kinda did his thing in the background, not getting in anyone’s way. His partner, Mary, was also great to work with. They are both professional, personable, fun to be around, and overall really good people. They both make a great team! I know they captured some really good footage and I cannot wait to see the final product. I highly recommend Coastal Creations Video!!

Austin was an absolute joy to work with -- from our very first phone call! Stop searching - this is your videographer!

First off - Austin and Mary are the nicest people ever. You're hanging around these people (and your photographer) all day. It matters. This also matters because your videographer and photographer need to work together to equally capture your day and not get into each others way.

Most importantly - Austin and Mary captured every single moment!! Drone shots included! Austin cared SO much for us to have a perfect wedding video. He took our feedback before starting, throughout the editing process, and even after! We have never meet anyone that takes as much pride in their work as Austin does. Highly recommended!!!!

The Most Amazing Duo

I would hire Austin and Mary a million times over. I was originally so nervous about talking on camera, and was just nervous about being on camera all together. These two are an absolute dream. They captured so many amazing moments and made us all so comfortable that we totally forgot the cameras were rolling. After our reception, they stayed late and did some amazing drone footage on the golf course, which we are dying to see. Not only did these 2 work so well together, but they worked well with our wedding parties, guests, and crazy family members. Thank you both SO much! We could not be more grateful.

Amazing experience

Austin and Mary are so wonderful as people and professionals! My sister hired them for her wedding and I fell so in love with their video that they were the first vendor I reached out to when my time came. To me, videography meant everything. I can't stop watching our video!

Austin and Mary did an incredible job. They were extremely laid back to work with and got amazing footage. Austin surprised us with some really great drone footage that really made our highlight video special. Fantastic Experience!

We discovered Coastal Creations online, and we are thrilled we did! We wanted a videographer to document our special day and from the very beginning, Austin was very attentive to our wants and needs. He and Mary went above and beyond to make sure we were well-taken care of on our wedding day, and when they found out that we had not planned for a photographer pre-ceremony, Mary jumped into action and took a few still shots for us without even asking.

We just got our video from our day and we've fallen in love all over again with how special our day was. Austin and Mary captured our story beautifully and it's something that we will forever treasure. We cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they did.

The best decision we made for our wedding was booking Coastal Creations Video. We didn't know where to start when looking for a wedding videographer. But, we soon realized that it was going to be a huge expense, and we were worried about our budget. When I found Coastal Creations, I couldn't believe the quality of videos for the price! It's still hard to believe what we paid! Austin is an amazing professional, he gave us fantastic suggestions for a wedding photographer, DJ and other vendors. On our wedding day, he was extremely professional and not intrusive when filming. Our wedding video absolutely captures the day! We couldn't have asked for a better videographer, and we stayed well within our budget. Thank you for capturing our wedding day, so that we can relive it whenever we want to!

Austin and Mary are AMAZING! They did such a great job with our wedding video and were also a blast to work with. They brought a drone and captured things I would never think to request. Austin is quick with communication and listens to what you want and what is important to you. He does a great job pairing music with the video. I've had so many people message me about how great our video was, that they felt like they were there, that they cried and laughed. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Austin was accommodating from the moment we began working with him! At first, I was not going to get a video for the wedding. When I started going back and forth on the idea, my church wedding planner suggested Austin. I'm so glad that she did! After seeing some of his work, I knew that he was going to do a great job. And he definitely came through and focused on the important details of our wedding. Not only is he very good at what he does, but he has a positive and patient attitude the whole time. We used Coastal Creations for our wedding in March and to say that they are the greatest is an understatement! Mary and Austin are quick to respond to emails, are fun and wonderful to work with, and their pricing is greaT! We got our highlight video yesterday, and I absolutely love every second of it. They captured not only our day and all of the people who made it such a special day, but also our gorgeous venue with some amazing shots and drone footage, and they made me feel like I was at the wedding all over again. They captured all the feels and all of the love, and they corresponded with us the whole time regarding music and making sure the video was exactly what we wanted. Austin was so amazing to work with!! I'm so happy we found him to capture our wedding day! From my first conversation with him, I knew we had found the right person! He was incredibly responsive and full of energy... you can truly tell that he's someone that absolutely loves what he does! He even came up to our venue the night before and attended the Rehearsal Dinner and got a little side interview with me and my Groom separately (that we'll get to see when we get the finished product :)). On the wedding day, he had the perfect approach.... there were times when he was directing us and telling us where to go/stand/wave to the camera... and other times where things were so hectic, he was able to fade to the background, but still capturing all the little moments. Throughout the night, numerous people commented on not only his attention to detail.. saying "your videographer is ON IT! He's literally everywhere!!", to just as many people commenting on how friendly and pleasant he was to be around. He seriously felt like more of a friend at the end, rather than just a vendor. I seriously CANNOT WAIT to see the video that Austin and Mary put together!! We couldn't be happier to have had both of them as a part of our wedding day!

This company and power couple team, will make all your little girl dreams as a bride on her wedding day come to reality! If you are looking for an amazing way to capture and relive your special day for years to come, Austin and Mary are the ones for the job! My husband and I had no idea just how moving, special, and even hilarious a wedding video could be until we received ours from Coastal Creations Video. Austin put so much time and effort into getting to know us, understanding who we are and what we wanted to highlight, focusing on what was important, and putting it all together in a beautifully executed piece of art that we will never get tired of watching. He and Mary were professional and easy to work with, and having them at the wedding just as people enhanced the event tremendously. Throughout the editing phase, Austin was in touch regularly to keep us in the loop and to get our opinion on different parts of the video. He wanted to make sure that it was exactly what we were envisioning, and it truly was. We, of course, had to make many decisions about our wedding, but hiring Austin and Mary was one of the best. Austin and Mary of Coastal Creations Video were incredible! Do not hesitate to book them for your wedding! My now husband and I are from Chicago and were married on Amelia Island- not the easiest thing to plan a destination wedding. But we went on a planning trip months before the wedding and they came all the way to meet us and completely alleviated my fears. I knew the second we met they would be perfect. They were laid back and accommodating and open to our wants and ideas. Austin also brought along his drone to get footage of the entire Ritz property, which made for a very cool shot of all our guests on the beach. I knew we could trust them going into the big day. The highlight video brought back all the best memories and Austin worked with me to pick just right music. Truly, I can not say enough good things about Coastal Creations Video! I didn't think I NEEDED a videographer. It was a good friend of mine who encouraged me to hire one because she loved her wedding video so much. So the search began to select someone to capture the most important day of my life. I was overwhelmed to say the least. After looking at prices, sample videos, and talking with my wedding planner, I emailed about three videographers in the St. Augustine area. Coastal Creations was not only the first to respond, but also was the only one who truly sounded excited about working with us on our wedding day. I instantly connected with Austin, and not only because he is a Gator. :) Through his emails I could tell he was down to earth, honest, and passionate about creating wedding videos. I was excited to work with him. Since I was an out of town bride, we mainly communicated via email. Austin was always prompt with his responses and answered all my questions... which was very much appreciated by a nervous bride in the midst of crazy wedding planning. A few weeks before the wedding my fiance and I traveled to St. Augustine and had the opportunity to meet Austin. This is when we really got to know his personality and I absolutely KNEW we picked the right person for the job.
This morning I got the best message from Austin... a link to our video! I woke up my husband and we watched the 17 minute highlight video. I cried throughout the entire thing. It was so amazing to see some of my favorite memories, some moments I had forgotten, and some moments I hadn't even seen yet. The video BLEW ME AWAY. It captured the feel and the magic of our wedding day perfectly. Every amazing moment was included. I can't thank Austin enough for creating this for us. The photographer captured the BEAUTY of the day, but Austin captured the FEEL of the day. I highly encourage brides to get a videographer, and Coastal Creations is the right choice!! I cannot say enough about these two. When I decided that I wanted a videographer it was because my 94 year old grandmother would not be able to attend our wedding. As we got into planning things and we started trying to save money one of the first things on our list to cut was the videographer. I spent a lot of time talking with Austin and listening to him tell me how much I would regret not having this and he could not have been more correct. There is something absolutely wonderful about reliving your wedding day. Pictures are wonderful and I love mine but our wedding video is something special. Austin was such fun to meet with and talk to about what we were looking for. He was very detail oriented and paid close attention to what it was that we were really hoping for. Austin and Mary far exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. They are professional and fun to be around. When we got our highlight video I couldn't believe how much I loved it. It meant so much more to me than what I had expected. It was beautifully done. We have shown lots of people this video and all have made comments about how talented the videographer was. I can tell you that if you are looking for a videographer there is no better company to use, no nicer people to work with, and no video you will love more. Watching with my 94 year old Granny was a memory I will cherish for the rest of my days. It was as though she actually got to go to the wedding. These two are simply the best!

My wedding planner recommended Austin and Mary and I can’t thank her enough. The first time I talked to Austin I knew I wanted to hire him. He was so chill, funny, nice and down to earth. Everything I like in a vendor. A normal person, not someone with no personality. They were super affordable too which was nice! I was an out of town bride so I didn’t meet them until the day of the wedding. They were so great and friendly. Everyone talked about how much they loved them. My daughter originally did not want a video, because she felt it would make her too self-conscious on her special day. After much discussion and a recommendation of Coastal creations, we met with Austin to see if this could work. Austin and Mary are such great people and videographers! Austin was very responsive to any email I sent throughout the whole planning process and was very personable in every response. I couldn't wait to meet him in person because I knew from the way he wrote that he would be a nice person. He is able to connect with people and made extra effort to send me links to videos they did at my venue and commented on random things such as my first dance song- little touches to let me know he cared. While filming, Austin and Mary had a special ability to capture what they needed to while not being demanding or in the way. Listen. Look no further, Coastal Creations is outstanding, personable and extremely efficient. We had a destination wedding in St Augustine, Florida. Austin and his team came over for the rehearsal dinner/lantern lighting, capturing the most intimate of moments. Our wedding took place on a sail boat and I'm still in awe, from the shots, to the quality of sound and even a time lapse of the sunset and the entire trip! It's simply the most incredible piece of work I've ever seen. We had our reception back in Ohio a month later after the wedding and our guest still talk about the wedding video. It was not only special to share our day with our family and friends who were there in person, but just as special with others who could not be there. I've watched our video at least 20 times and still laugh and cry, all while discovering things I didn't noticed previously. Your day will fly by and the only thing that you'll have is hopefully, what you remember. The other special moments that you missed are captured through the eyes of an remarkable videograher. We feel extremely blessed that Austin from Coastal Creations was our videographer because we could not of dreamed of anything that was more perfect.

Be completely open. Austin was okay with whatever we wanted and pitched ideas around. He know what works and really enjoys his job. Great price. Having coastal creations film our special day was the best decision we have ever made. Having them film our special day we will get to cherish these moments for the rest of our lives. Austin and Mary are two phenomenal people that were with us all day and all night. They are two of the most genuine people you will ever meet in your entire life. If we had to do our wedding day all over again we would most definitely hire them for their services.

My soon-to-be-husband and I stumbled upon Austin while we attending a wedding of a close friend in August. We are SO glad that we did. Austin and Mary were so amazing to work with! They were professional from start to finish. The amount of time they spent with us was way beyond our expectations. We can't wait to see the final product, but no doubt it will be amazing from the previous wedding we have already seen. We felt like we had a personal connection with them, not that we were just another wedding they had to work. If you need a videographer this is the company to go hands down.

Coastal Creations Video are THE BEST VIDEOGRAPHERS AROUND!!!! Seriously, hire them. Now. The pricing is phenomenal and I cannot emphasize enough the PASSION they have for their work. Austin and Mary are simply the easiest to work with and will give you the best product available for your wedding day. There is absolutely nothing cookie cutter or ordinary about the video that you will receive from Coastal Creations Video. They will take time to get to know you and your fiancee and make sure that your individual (and as a couple) personalities are shown in the video that showcases your special day. The creativity and attention to detail is also second to NONE.

Please do yourself a favor and call them right this second. Meet them in person and you will know immediately what I'm talking about. i can guarantee that you will be treated well and receive the 100% best value in the market!!

I found Coastal Creations Video while I was at a close friends wedding and can I say thank goodness I did! Austin and Mary are absolutely amazing at capturing those special moments. They do it in a way that you can share with all of your family and friends to cherish forever. Like most brides I was so nervous but the Coastal Creations Team was there with my wedding party and so very helpful to keep me calm and laughing... even when a huge storm started to roll in on my 6p.m wedding in Florida's oldest city. The quality that Coastal Creations Video delivered was far beyond I could have ever imagined in any videography. Needless to say I will be calling Coastal Creations Video for all of our upcoming family weddings and other special events! THE ROBINSONS LOVE COASTAL CREATIONS VIDEO!!

Austin & Mary with Coastal Creations were so pleasant to work with. They both were very professional and friendly to everyone. They made our wedding day special. Austin and Mary are absolutely amazing!!! My husband did not want to have a videographer, and finally have gave in. And he is very pleased with the work Austin and Mary did. The first time we met them was on our wedding day, and it honestly felt like they were part of our family. They take pride in everything to they. Please I highly recommend a videographer, and especially these 2. They truly gave us great memories our our special day, when every bit of the day was a blur. Our teaser video, still gets me choked up and I have watched is 1,000 times. They both go above and beyond to make every bride and groom comfortable and give them a lifetime of memories fit into a video. :) Thank you Austin and Mary, I have no doubt you guys will be HUGE one day if I have anything to do with it.

Austin is very professional and personable. He works with you to get an idea of what you want your video to be like and he captures exactly what you envisioned plus more. The video is of great quality and he moves around at the wedding and works and doesn't remain stationary like other people. Overall I would recommend this service above all others. The wedding was captured as best as it could be and it will be a memory we have forever.

Austin and Mary were Videographers for my son's wedding on June 8, 2013. They did an amazing job! They both have fantastic personalities and are totally professional. They captured every angle desired by the wedding party. I would absolutely recommend these talented artists to anyone who desires a video!

On February 5th 2014 all the planning consideration and stress had reached its peak. With the bustle of something new and frightening I was a mess to put it lightly. Immediately after contacting Austin I felt as if I wasn't alone in this. My dream of creating a series of moments that were beautiful moving art was coming true! And the maelstrom it had become calmed and settled with each conversation. It felt as if He and I were standing in the eye of a perfect storm when we met before and during the event. And after all was said and done Austin pulled the whole experience together effortlessly! Give his services a shot people! You will be happy you did!

Austin's work is simply amazing! He has an incredible gift that allows him to "Tell Your Story" as if he has known you for years. He is extremely professional and personable. Just a few weeks before our daughter's wedding I found and selected Austin by doing a simple google search. His website came up and I clicked on one of his videos and within a couple of minutes into watching the video I was in tears and felt like I knew the bride and groom. I called Austin the very next morning leaving a message telling him how impressed I was with his work. Within an hour I received a call back from Mary (who is wonderful too!) I just knew she was going to tell me that they were booked because it was such short notice but surprisingly she said they were available. I was so happy...but then my next thought was can I afford them? When she told me the cost and what it included I was amazed at how affordable they were. I booked with them on the spot without any doubts.

Austin truly has the natural ability to create genuinely beautiful memories by taking amazing footage of your special event, pairing it with music of your choice, picking out the most memorable moments of your day, adding personal touches that depicts the character of the couple and blending it all together resulting in everlasting memories that tells "Your Special Story."

I highly recommend Austin and guarantee that you will be as happy as we are!
