My husband and I used Coachman Luxury Transportation for our wedding at Soundview Caterers in Bayville, NY on 04/20/2024. Zesean (Zee) was a pleasure to work with! He took care of everything at the perfect time, leaving me with no worries. Zee helped me to think of all the logistical details with transporting my wedding party from hotel to off-site photo location to wedding venue, as well as transporting my guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. (This required multiple buses, for our number of guests). It seemed complex and I started to worry a bit at first, but on any phone conversation with Zee, he carefully thought out all of the details and timing, to ensure that everything would run smoothly, as it DID!!! The drivers were patient and courteous and the bus rides I took were as smooth as can be! MANY stars to Coachman Luxury Transportation; I highly recommend their services for a smooth wedding transportation experience! -

They are so nice and so helpful and I wasn't stressed at all working with them. I guess having 25 years of experience helps! Please give them a call first. Save yourself the aggravation of shopping around. They will totally give you a great package price and they are reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Coachman!!!
BTW - I used on of their party buses for my bachelorette party and it was awesome! -
User1235850 Sent on 07/10/2013After having been a no show for our shower, I was assured that there would be no problems for the wedding. The bus showed up 45 minutes late, which meant we arrived at the venue 45 minutes late and no longer had time to take the pictures that were planned before the wedding. Though they did call to say they were running late we were led to believe it was just a little late or we might have made alternate arrangements. We would never recommend this company -
User1228751 Sent on 07/05/2013Hired an escalade and they called a half hour before event and said I could have a refund or party bus. Party bus had no a/c. It was a disaster. Find another company as quick as you can. Said we would be corn sated and now they say it was an upgrade.

User1056789 Sent on 01/01/2013Be careful what you pay for. They may be well priced but it's not worth the time and effort on your big day. I set up contract with them a month and half prior to wedding, confirmed two weeks before wedding and agreed to pay the balance on wedding date like all other vendors. So far so good. On wedding date, they were supposed to make 3 runs at 5:30, 6, and 6:30 from hotel to venue (a 7 minute drive); and then make 3 more reverse runs at the end of the evening specified in detail on contract. 20 minutes before my ceremony and 2 missed runs later, I get a call from the driver asking me where he was going. I proceeded with giving him instructions and here is the story according to my guests: driver kicks them off the bus, guests exit the bus, driver tells guests to get back on the bus (this is around 6:20 and ceremony start is at 6:30). He then called me and demanded that I pay him in full right then and there (I was already at the venue and he already missed 2 runs). I told him he had to get to venue first and I'd pay him half now and half after the event, which made sense to me after the initial incident of missing the first two runs and not knowing where he was supposed to be. The driver said no and I was told aggressively by their office that getting paid prior to is required and I had to pay first. Long story short, I was lucky enough to hire cabs for my guest but my event started 30 minutes late due to their incompetence and we missed half the cocktail hour. Coachmen then went ahead and charged me for the full amount anyways even though they botched the job and no service was rendered. Check out Yelp and BBB, they don't show the same story as reviews here. Honestly, just glancing over the contract isn't that hard. They definitely don't make any effort to make your day easy. Once contract is signed and they have your cc information, they no longer care about you or your event.
