    Chris was great! He took our engagement pics and was there the day of the wedding. He takes awesome pictures and gets them back to you in a reasonable time. If I needed a picture for our save the dates or our wedding thank you notes, he would respond very quickly and even would text me pictures and different fonts so I could make the decision quicker without having to be by my computer. He would than send the final picture to my email immediately.

    CMI photography is a team of amazing people with a true eye for the details. Chris, in a matter of an hour, was able to capture countless images for our engagement session, it was so hard to choose just a few!
    Ray and Amanda have a great dynamic with each other and truly make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I would recommend them to anyone looking to capture the details of your special day!

    Chris did an amazing job capturing our special day. He was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable. Engagement session was so much fun! It's easier when it's included because we got to work with him before the wedding. Recommend CMI? Absolutely and without a doubt!

    We recently had CMI take photos for our wedding and we have to say they completely exceeded our expectations! CMI was far more than everything we could have expected. In looking for photographers we wanted a multiple photographer crew, reasonable price, and artistic style. Meeting with CMI we were able to discuss with Chris what we wanted for our wedding and he worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. In our package we got engagement photos and CMI was excellent with scheduling and meeting our needs as far as appointment times went. At the photo shoot Chris was on time, professional, fun, and scarily artistic. Walking around our location he just picked random places to shoot, but when the pictures came out they looked so candid and imaginative. We are not the most photogenic people, and along with that we can never figure out how to make a picture look good, but with Chris and his direction everything turned out PERFECT! Our photo album was available promptly online and we then received a DVD in the mail with all of our engagement photos on it a couple days later. The wedding day came and Chris and his wife did a phenomenal job! It was amazing to look at the pictures afterwards because we didn’t really realize they were there (in a good way of course!). We saw the exact same artistic, candid photos taken. They did such a great job dealing with different photographic aspects like composition and lighting, the perspective and position, and adjusting to the lighting inside the dimly lit buildings. It’s funny because most of the photos taken by my family are all blurry because of this, but the ones CMI took are crystal clear! Chris took us aside at our wedding for around 15 minutes and in that amount of time was able to take a plethora of various wedding photos of just us. Chris Ibe and CMI photography were a dream come true for our wedding! We highly recommend any event for CMI to shoot for!

    Ray and Amanda were awesome! They treated us like family and made us very comfortable behind the camera. They did a great job of professionally and courteously telling our amateur photographer guests to step out of the way for them to the job they were hired for. (We had quite a few guests that we knew we might have issues with so this was a major plus)

    Chris and Angela did an amazing job taking photos of our big day! Especially, since Angela was several months pregnant at the time. they were helpful in other ways too. They helped us get in the right position for cutting the cake and for other good photo ops. The pictures look great however we haven't even seen our engagement photos yet and when I emailed them about how to use my credits and how to access our engagement photos but never heard back. Overall, they did a great job and it was well worth the cost!

    Chris from CMI photography was the photographer for my wedding on April 26, 2014.
    The customer service at CMI photography was extremely poor. I hate to write this, but I would not recommend his photography services to anyone. The following is a more detailed description of my encounter with CMI Photography:
    After the wedding, Chris never initiated any conversation to update me on his progress of my wedding photos. If I wanted an update about my pictures, I had to contact him (sometimes multiple times). I believe I would not have received any product from Chris if it was not for my numerous emails and phone calls.
    I did not see my wedding photos until July 11, 2014, which was 75 days after the wedding. (Try to imagine going over 2 months without being able to see the photos from your big day.) Plus, these photos were in an online gallery and had watermarks, so I really couldn’t share these photos with anyone.
    It was over 105 days before I received the DVD from Chris that had copies of our wedding photos that I could actually use. This was the first time I was able to share our wedding photos. Additionally, our wedding was not announced in the newspaper because we had to wait so long for the photos from Chris.
    My nightmare with this business continued because my photography package with Chris also included a wedding album. After much prodding and poking, I received my wedding album 318 days after my wedding.
    Numerous people would ask to see my photos, and I would have to tell them I did not have them yet. Not having any wedding photos for such a long time was embarrassing because I got the impression that people thought I hired a discounted photographer. (Note: The rates for CMI Photography are way over the national average for a wedding photographer.)
    Again, I hate to write such a negative review, but the service from CMI Photography was too unreasonable to disregard.

    Chris photographed our wedding on October 9, 2009 and we have yet to receive our final book. My wife has never been able to reach Chris by phone, but he typically emails within a day or two. Chris has now stopped communicating by email. We paid for the package in full, even paying an additional $400 in extra pages for our final book. The engagement pictures and wedding pictures on CD came within a reasonable period and Chris seemed reputable while we initially dealt with him and on our wedding day, but his lack of response is concerning. My wife did take substantial time deciding on pages for the final book, which delayed the process, so the entire 3 year delay is not on Chris. However, we provided additional funds and the ok for our book nearly a year ago now. We have followed up every couple months as he indicates it takes time to get the book back from his vendor in Italy. The last communication he indicated, about three months ago, and he said he did not like the finished book he received so he sent it back for a redo. We had to follow up to get that response; he did not contact us to let us know. This has been about two months ago so there has been sufficient time to get the book back. I have attempted to reach Chris by multiple phone numbers and emails, but he is unresponsive. I hate to send a negative review (I don't typically give much thought to them myself and just figure the client is disgruntled), however, at this point, this seems to be our only recourse. If he responds, I will update my feedback. My wife and I will be submitting to the better business bureau as well if he continues to ignore our requests for communication. His work is good, but his customer service is disappointing.
