My now-husband and I searched for quite a long time for our dream venue for our wedding. We looked high and low, went through a number of different guest count scenarios, and toured a ton of different locations. Ultimately we somehow stumbled upon Clyde's and it was like our vision just immediately fell into place. We absolutely could not have asked for anything else better. We had the PERFECT wedding day all thanks to the +1 year of support from the Clyde's event team and ultimately the incredible staff on the day of. We worked closest with Tara who is a rockstar and there is no way we could have done this without her.
First of all, the venue itself is beautiful. We love the interior decor, very horse country, old creaky hard wood floors; so cozy and very our vibe. In early May we had beautiful greenery everywhere outside for photos, the stone building backdrop was gorgeous in photos, and with 86 guests we had ample room in the barn but we still captured the quaint, cozy vibe we were hoping for. Our wedding was over a week ago and we're still hearing from guests on how much they loved the property. Our guests also absolutely raved about the food which came out hot and delicious from the kitchen. The passed appetizers we selected were all excellent and service was consistent with those throughout cocktail hour. Entrees were cooked to perfection; we went with the crab cakes and the filet for our guests and both were delicious. As the bride and groom, we had our own designated server who was very attentive to us throughout the entire night. Our guests also loved the petit pastries that Clyde's can provide as part of their wedding package. We loved this!! Made it super easy for people to grab a sweet treat and get back to the dance floor. Drinks were poured and ready to go in perfect timing for cocktail hour and there was never a moment when we didn't have food or beverage service coming around to refresh guests if needed. We had our ceremony in the Pavilion outside which was absolutely perfect. Clyde's recently renovated this pavilion to allow for collapsable walls to come down in case of rain, which look quite beautiful even when fully extended. Needless to say you can have your dream outdoor wedding by the willow trees, rain or shine. We also booked the Fox & Hounds Room upstairs to do some final getting-ready in, capture dress detail photos, and for some of our first looks. Very private and lovely! We really can't say enough good things. Book your wedding at Clyde's!! -

There are lots of options on the property to have a variety of events. The event management team was easy to work with by being super responsive and professional. Perfect venue!
We had the BEST wedding ceremony and reception at Clyde’s Willow creek farm. The food of course was excellent, staff and ambiance all superb. Tara, Bradley, Blaine and the WCF team were great to work with and we and all our guests had a wonderful time!!
The only thing I’d wish was different was for a bathroom upstairs in the getting ready rooms but outside of that, it was the perfect space for our special day! Thanks WCF! -

Fabulous Wedding Venue
Clyde’s Willow Creek was a fabulous place to hold our daughter’s wedding. The event staff and wait staff went above and beyond to make an easy, stress free evening. They were all so attentive and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and reception. The venue itself is simply stunning and the food was delicious as well. We received so many compliments from our guests how fabulous it was and how much fun everyone had. I would highly recommend them! -

Emily Sent on 05/25/2024Perfect, intimate wedding at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm
We hosted our 26-person wedding at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm and we highly recommend it! We wanted to get married at a restaurant for the incredible food and ease of planning/hosting and Clyde's delivered. With a small group, we could easily select our menu from the private event menu and do a host bar. Also, we selected the outdoor pavilion, but had the Audubon Rooms as a back up, so we never stressed about the rain. When it did rain, Blaine talked with my husband about options the day before, and we easily moved our ceremony under the pavilion (gorgeous light!) then reception and dinner indoors. They printed up dinner menus and even had an arch that we could use for free, and we had the space starting hours before our ceremony, so set up was stress free! That day, the entire team supporting us was friendly and available - we felt very supported, but not that anyone was in the way. Our guests loved the food and gorgeous setting. We enjoyed visiting pre-wedding with family to show them the venue and get excited, and now we're grateful to have a place to return to and savor the memories of a perfect day! Dream Venue!!!
Clyde’s has always held a special place in my heart, so it was a no brainer when deciding to host my wedding at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm. Our experience with the coordinators at Clyde’s was amazing and we truly felt that our vision was taken into account. For a year I had planned to have our wedding outside on the beautiful patio…the week of the wedding the weather was not cooperating and we had to end up utilizing our rain plan. With that being said, the vision still remained the same and the attentiveness, professionalism, and overall care was always there from the start. I cannot thank the kitchen staff and chefs enough for providing us with the most AMAZING food that my guests cannot stop raving about. The entire private party team were all amazing to work with (Christine, Blaine, and Bradley). Nicole was absolutely incredible in ensuring that my husband, our wedding party, and myself had everything we needed throughout the entire day. As an anxious bride, they were always patient with me and my many questions. My husband and I’s expectations were absolutely exceeded. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the amazing staff at Clyde’s! If you’re looking for a venue that has it ALL….Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm is the venue for you!!! -

We are incredibly happy with how well Tara was able to help us plan our intimate ceremony with family (10 people total) within just a few weeks! We got a gorgeous semi-private space on the outdoor patio and the details even for a smaller event like ours were impeccable: the ceremony area setup was beautiful, Tara took care to coordinate our lunch menu colors to our theme, and the catering staff were able to accommodate a request for a particular type of pasta for the vegetarians in the group as well. The event staff were organized and ensured that the scheduling of our ceremony, prosecco toast, and lunch went smoothly. We would absolutely recommend hosting a wedding here, and wanted to give a double thumbs up particularly for anyone looking to host a smaller wedding or elopement! -

When I started thinking about my wedding venue, I knew what I did not want: a Hotel Ballroom wedding. Ironically, I work for a very busy Hotel Wedding Venue, so I also couldn’t risk a non-traditional reception where servicing larger groups of people wasn’t something they would be up to task with; Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm proved to be perfect venue for my visions. They have both an Event Sales and Events Coordinator, so there is always someone to quickly communicate with and answer questions. From the initial walk-through, to our efficient two-hour planning call, to the day before décor drop-off, I felt extremely well taken care of. We hosted a brunch reception of just over 100 guests- the food was hot and delicious, and the drinks were flowing. In attendance, we hosted over a dozen event professionals as part of our guest list, and I was nervous that Clyde’s would be up to the expectations of the people in the room- Tara, Keeley, and the rest of the team 100% delivered! If you are considering a restaurant or non-traditional venue, just a few of my take-aways: there’s something exciting about walking into a restaurant full of strangers, and having people cheer for you and your new partner; in addition to the event space, this venue has so many beautiful outdoor areas, perfect for a few couple photos or staged group shots; and something that is often overlooked is restroom availability, the restrooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable for hosting a large group of guests. Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm is a go-to wedding spot for the NOVA area and should be on any couple’s list to check out! -

One stop shop venue that made my wedding feel like a fairytale!
I CANNOT say enough great things about Clyde's!!! I really wanted to keep things as simple and efficient as possible buy getting a venue that would be what I would consider to be "all inclusive" in terms of reception necessities (tables, chairs, food, silverware, glassware, dishes, linens, etc.). CHECK! I also really wanted our wedding reception to have an elevated simple yet elegant garden party aesthetic. DOUBLE CHECK! Plus, I used to show horses and am an avid equestrian, so the fact that they have an equestrian theme was just the icing atop of the cake! When we first went to look at the space, I fell in love with it! We ended up reserving the outdoor terrace for the reception and also. the two rooms upstairs for our wedding party to get ready in. The outdoor terrace was absolutely gorgeous and the reflecting pool was just spectacular! Having the rooms upstairs to get ready was great because then we had a place to escape and also to leave our belongings safely and securely. When getting ready, they had the waitstaff come upstairs and we could order anything off of the brunch menu. That was a lot of fun and made everything so relaxed and enjoyable! Tara and Keeley were absolutely fantastic! Super professional, super quick with responses, and great upbeat personalities! They really helped make our wedding day so spectacular! Another bonus, since we reserved the outdoor garden terrace, they also reserved and indoor option for us as well for a rain plan - FREE OF CHARGE! Everyone at the wedding was saying how great the food was, the atmosphere, the staff, everything was superb! I honestly can't think of anything I would change. I can't say enough great things about Clyde's I HIGHLY recommend them! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a venue for a wedding or any event, as they have so many different options for event spaces!! Go check out Clyde's NOW!! Best Reception Ever
We had our reception at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm at the beginning of October. We had a Catholic ceremony and decided to have our reception here, and it was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding process. Tara and Keeley made the process so smooth and were able to answer any and every question I had leading up to the day. We didn't have to worry about catering, linens, tables, etc because they were included, which was a relief to not worry about. On the day, not only was Tara there to support and make sure everything ran smoothly but the other staff were accommodating and friendly. And the food?!?! Amazing! Wonderful! Scrumptious! The environment of Clyde's was warm, and welcoming and felt like we were at home there. My wedding was exactly how I pictured it would be and that wouldn't have been possible without Clyde's Willow Creek Farm. You'd be crazy if you didn't consider it for your wedding. -

Clyde's Willow Creek Farm is a Hidden Gem
My husband and I truly felt like we found a hidden gem in Clyde's Willow Creek Farm for our wedding. The Chandler Barn was exactly what we were looking for with all its charm. We only added centerpieces, flowers, and small table decorations. So easy! They also have an outdoor option if you prefer that. Plenty of flexibility and additional spaces that can be rented. The food and service was incredible (everyone raved about it) since it is a well-run restaurant as well. Nonetheless, our event felt very private and special. The event manager (we love you Tara) was very easy to work with and communicate with. She really took the stress out of much of the planning and day-of logistics. Clyde's is able to accommodate many types of requests and easily take care of a lot of the little details (e.g., linens, chairs, setup, menus, table numbers, etc.) that other places may make you responsible for. It was a huge relief. I can't express how happy we were with Clyde's. Our wedding felt perfect, and we will always be grateful. Honestly, we can't wait to go back for more food too! -

Perfect wedding venue!
We must have looked at 15 - 20 venues and it was absolutely clear to us that Willow Creek was hands down the best fit for our wedding. Not only was the venue, food, and decor amazing but the service provided by all the staff (especially Tara our main point of contact) was world class!
We had about 50 - 60 anticipated attendees and the ability to have the ceremony (outside), cocktail hour, and reception all in the same venue made it so easy! Also not having to worry about catering, linens, etc was super helpful!
From the first meeting Tara was extremely friendly and accommodating. She worked closely with us to ensure that the planning experience was seamless and the execution went as planned. Everyone was raving at how amazing the food was, how the service was wonderful, and how beautiful the Chandler Barn was. Tara went above and beyond to ensure the day went just as we imagined it - kudos to her and her team. Would absolutely recommend! -

We chose Clydes for our Welcome Dinner because of its size, location and its beauty. What we were most impressed with was the amazing staff and amazing food! Tara was so easy to work with! We had a dinner for 164 guests in the Chandler Room and she helped to arrange the room for the best flow and helped with the menu, etc. The night of staff couldn't have been kinder. They payed special attention to all the guests. And they were so kind and helpful to the grandparents. The crab cakes are out of this world- worth the up-charge! And the bartenders were on point with all of the special drink requests. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our evening! -

From the moment we met Tara, the Event Manager at Clyde's, we knew this venue would be the perfect fit for us. She made the planning process simple and stress-free, and she was always glad to answer any questions we had. As soon as we entered the space on our wedding day, the entire staff was responsive and provided a calming presence throughout our setup, ceremony, and reception. Since the wedding day, we have received so many compliments from our guests about the venue space, the beautiful atmosphere, and of course the delicious food! In particular, the staff at Clyde's was very accommodating with our guests' food allergies, and many of our guests said it was the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding. Celebrating our marriage at Clyde's was one of the best decisions we've ever made, and we highly recommend this venue!! -

We had our wedding at WCF on 4.16.2022 and it was amazing. Tara, the Event Manager, is so responsive, helpful, and flexible. Clydes at Willow Creek was our top choice for a rehearsal dinner and made for a perfect evening dinner with family and friends. Tara was an amazing event planner who was flexible and accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding rehearsal due to the pandemic. She worked with us to create a perfect new plan and even the night of made sure it went off without an issue when it rained! The food was amazing and service was top notch. Our guests continued to talk about how wonderful it was the next day. I highly recommend Clydes at Willow Creek for a special dinner or wedding! -

We got married December 12, 2020 and thus dealt with never-ending changes to the state rules and restrictions along the way. Tara, the events coordinator, handled all of our anxiety and questions immediately, calmly, and professionally. Clyde's was exceptionally flexible with our guest list and ceremony spaces as the restrictions changed and offered a multitude of options for us to make sure we had the wedding we had been dreaming about. The venue itself is gorgeous and has such a wide range of spaces perfect for photos! The food and service was amazing and the bar packages can't be outdone by any other venue in the DMV. Their commitment to safety throughout the pandemic made us more than comfortable holding our event at the restaurant. -

Due to COVID, we decided to postpone our larger wedding to 2021 and to have a smaller intimate wedding on our original date with our family and closest friends. As fellow brides planning a wedding during a pandemic can attest, it's even more stressful as you want to ensure you pick a place that's safe and following protocols. We worked very closely with Tara throughout the entire planning process, and she was an absolute joy to partner with. She was steps ahead to ensure everything would work smoothly and we heard from countless guests how amazing the food was, and how safe they felt at the venue. The event coordinators have been extremely helpful at Clyde’s. They are always very responsive and offer great service. I would highly recommend Clyde’s for any event. My guests were commenting on how amazing the food was and the event team was incredible. They handled everything with ease and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. When I showed up the rehearsal, I cried when I met with them because I was so grateful of everything they had done to make the planning so easy. Pricing very reasonable compared to other venues such as wineries and such a beautiful setting!!!! -

My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with our venue choice. From the food to the service, everything was exceptional. Adrien and Tara were constantly available to me when I bothered them with incessant questions and they were an absolute joy to work with. The venue itself is a bit of a hidden gem in my opinion. If you're going for a rustic, country look then obviously their rooms and barn are perfect, but their outdoor area (both behind the barn and under the covered terrace) are beautiful, quaint, and make you feel like you're immersed in nature - it was exactly how I had pictured it. I highly highly recommend you check this place out - they exceeded our expectations and to top it off, were well within our budget. Kelsey Sent on 10/10/2018We recently had a joint baptism/wedding celebration for 100 people at Clyde’s in the Chandler barn. To say it was a perfect evening was an understatement. From the decor of the room, the food, the staff and the entire event, everything was absolutely wonderful. The two event planners were very flexible with us in helping coordinate our party, and they were calm, cool and collected the day before and day of our party. The event staff was so friendly, helpful, and patient with us. We had random last minute people attend, and they were quick to make table settings for our guests. The bartenders were fun and engaging the whole night, and our guests loved them! People didn’t stop raving about the food as well. Our guests with allergies were especially grateful for the attention to detail they were paid to make sure their food was prepared safely. Clyde’s should 100% be your top pick for your next event. They are pros in the hospitality industry, and more restaurants should learn from their philosophy. They Create wonderful experiences for guests so that they keep coming back. I will be telling everyone I know to book their wedding or special occasion with Clyde’s!

We had to use our rain plan for the reception but everything went off without a hitch. The food was fabulous. The head waiter Brady made sure everything came together. Check this place out!!

We are so thankful for the wonderful event planning staff (Adrien is AWESOME and we only worked with Tess a little as she was a new addition to the team, but she's great as well!), and the outdoor terrace was just BEAUTIFUL! It was perfect for the vision I had for our wedding day, and the staff there executed everything beautifully. The indoor space also lends a lot of unique details that you probably won't find in any other venue. We also had our cake made by them, and are so happy with how it came out! All of the staff members (wait staff, bartenders, etc...) were so pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious. A concern for me was that the food wouldn't be superb because of the sheer volume, but it was absolutely to die for and all of our guests are still raving about how good everything was. Clyde's is a hidden gem for weddings in NOVA, and we'll always have fond memories of it. -

Roslynn Sent on 08/14/2009For our wedding, we worked with events planner, Melissa Apte. Melissa seemed to go the extra mile to make our event unique. Every "special request" was addressed and answered with a "yes!" With a fall theme, they included warm apple cider to our beverage service, allowed us to use sparklers on the patio, and they added personal haystacks that belonged to the manager to supplement the one's we provided. Food was AMAZING, staff was helpful, and the patio looked elegant with the hanging lamps and fountain. We had 100 guests so the outdoor patio worked well. Would recommend that you ask about renting a small private dinning room upstairs as this turned out to be a great place for our wedding party to enjoy cocktails and photos prior to the reception. Grounds were so nice that we had most of our photos taken on the restaurant grounds. We were very happy with our decision.
