Love this venue!!

Love this place!! I chose this venue for my wedding because of the price. Thinking it's just going to be mediocre. But my expectations were blown out the window!! Dan was super easy to talk to and very accommodating. The food was amazing as well. We had chicken with lemon garlic, pesto salmon, veggies, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and fruits. Everything was so so delicious. Will definitely consider them for my next catering. Dan and Georgia were both super nice people and helped me a lot with preparing the venue for my wedding. Made it so smooth. Also, the whole staff were super nice and eager to help and made everything happen!!! Would definitely recommend for both venue and cater!!! You won't regret it!!

Beautiful setting!

We loved our intimate poolside patio wedding at Club Windward! The food was so yummy and amazingly presented! Unparalleled service and quality for the price. Jesse is by far the easiest person I have ever worked with. She made my dreams come to life without breaking my budget. So many extras are included!! Our wedding was simply perfect thanks to Club Windward.

Many thanks to Almida and her staff at Club Windward for catering my daughter’s wedding reception on 7/14/18. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Almida is so professional and a pleasure to work with! She exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Club Windward! Five stars all the way!!

The one thing we keep hearing from our guests is how amazing the food was at our wedding! We barely had any left!

Jesse was a dream to work with! She made the process easy for us and was extremely professional. We loved working with her to plan all of our food stations for our big day and did a beautiful job making each table look elegant and go along with our theme. We love Club Windward and wouldn't of had anyone else cater our wedding! The best feeling is having a vendor give you a hug when you see them on your big day and let you know how excited they are for you! Thank you Jesse :)

My wedding was an absolute dream come true. I did not think it would be possible in the short amount of time that I had to plan, however Jesse at Club Windward made every vision I had come to life and than some. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The facility was beautiful, and watching the staff flip it from ceremony to reception was like a well oiled machine. I can not recommend this place enough, the chefs, the staff, the facility are just remarkable.

Jesse with Club Windward was absolutely amazing! The reception and food were perfect! Everyone kept saying how gorgeous everything was. One of the best parts is the fact that they took care of it all. I live out of town, and I could not have planned or decorated the reception without them! We will definitely be using Club Windward again in the future!

My husband and I loved this venue! They had awesome food and it was decorated beautifully!! They decorated and cleaned up, therefore we didn't have to do anything! The only thing we did was decorate and clean up the outside, which is understandable! We would definitely recommend it to anyone!! It was an amazing day and the venue made it!!

What an incredible venue with exceptional service and food! The decorations when I walked into club when words are absolutely breathtaking. Jesse was wonderful to work with! For instance, she called us on a regular basis to stay in touch over the course of the year, stayed organized and professional, and kept my needs Then once the number one priority. Anything I wanted was an option! In addition, I have strict dietary preferences and club windward was able to adhere to them no problem. And it was delicious! I would highly highly recommend Club windward as a venue and as a caterer! We are still getting compliments on the candied bacon to this day!

My daughter had a vision of her wedding day. We shared those wants and desires with Jessica at Club Windward and the magic unfolded. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. Every question and or worry....she had an answer or solution. The menu variety was awesome. There was plenty of food for everyone., even a take home box for the bride and groom. You hear of "gone wrong" wedding stories. Not this wedding! Not one mishap. Our family and friends enjoyed themselves and continue to rave about how much fun they had. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to the staff at Club Windward for making our daughter and our son-in-law's wedding so special. God Bless.

Jesse, Georgia, and everyone at Club Windward were amazing! They helped us plan the wedding and the menu, set everything up beautifully at the event, and made sure it all got cleaned up afterwards. And the food was absolutely to die for! We can't recommend them highly enough. The pumpkin sausage soup was incredible!

Firstly, Club Windward catering came highly recommended from the venue that we chose for our wedding ceremony and reception. Even though they were technically booked for our date over a half of a year out , they accomodated our group of just under 100 people. Their planning and knowledge of the wedding venue (East Memphis area) was especially helpful with planning our layouts and activities.
We thought the food was amazing and our guests told us that they really enjoyed the food quality and selection. We even had friends asking us for leftovers the days following the event. Their special touches were the centerpiece decorations on the buffet and cocktail hour following our ceremony on a great afternoon.
I would highly recommend Club Windward to anyone needing catering for an event. In hindsight, I would have loved to get them more involved with wedding planning and coordinations on the day of the event because they were extremely easy to work with, caring, and professional...Great job!!!

Jesse Boyd and her crew are amazing!!! The food was wonderful!!! Start to finish from inquiring about a menu and pricing all the way to finishing the reception was such a pleasant experience! Jesse made it so easy for me and made sure that EVERYTHING was taken care of and covered!

Club Windward is so wonderful to work with! Jesse and Almida helped us plan a great menu for my daughter's wedding and even helped with some of the decorations. The food at my daughter's wedding was amazing!!! Almida and her wonderful team did an outstanding job at the wedding! They were so kind and helpful. Club windward made it SO easy to plan my wedding reception! They have beautiful decorations that make the place sparkle with love. Jesse and Almida decorated the day of the wedding, ordered my flowers, and linens which made my part a little less stressful! The staff felt like family every step of the way!

Seamless service. Club Windward did a great job on setting up the venue and service was excellent. Our dinner was served buffet style - presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. Club Windward was amazing! We had barbecue chicken, beef tenderloin, roasted veggies, wild rice, corn pudding, potatoes, salad, hummus, and so much more! ALL of the food was delicious! There was NOTHING to bring home at the end of the evening! Club Windward always does a fantastic job and Georgia is just lovely! All of the staff at Club Windward made our wedding a huge success!!

Beautiful venue! Even though it stormed and the lights went out during our reception, the venue handled everything professionally and added extra candles. We ate dinner by candlelight and everyone thought it was on purpose. Also the food was absolutely amazing!!

We used Club Windward to cater our son's rehearsal dinner. Being from Atlanta, I was unsure of who to use to cater the event that I was having at the Cotton Museum but then Vanessa from the Museum recommended using CW. I had a good feeling about them from the beginning. They took charge of everything, food, decorations, rentals, bartender etc. It was the most perfect event and I could not have asked for anything more. The food was delicious and everyone raved about it. They set up the venue with beautiful table linens and flowers that we could not have been happier with. I am so happy to review this vendor and hope to send them lots of business. Thank you thank you for making our event a night to remember!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about "Alisa" at Club Windward. She was so professional and helpful with us throughout the entire planning. We discussed what color and theme and she took it from there and it was beautiful. The food was wonderful and the decorating was something out of a magazine. I would highly recommend Club Windward for any catering event that you would have. They made may daughters day very special!!

Alisa and the staff at Club Windward were AMAZING! First of all, their table scapes were so impressive they absolutely made my reception look beautiful. The food was beyond wonderful, I am still getting compliments! The macaroni and cheese bar was a big hit. They are so easy to work with and they are meticulous! The staff was efficient and they made sure that the cups and plates were cleared in a very prompt manner. I seriously can't say enough good things about Club Windward, if you speak with other vendors they speak highly of them as well. Do yourself a favor and book this vendor!!

This was the best place to have a reception and I am sooo happy with the outcome. They did a phenomenal job with the decor, the food was amazing and everyone raved about it, and we just had a great time. Almida and Alissa are awesome to work with, are extremely professional and responded to our every need. They were flexible with our choices and the cost for everything was absolutely reasonable!

Club Windward is wonderful. It's a great place that is full of personality. I worked directly with Alisa but everyone there was so wonderful. They set up all the decor beautifully. The food was fantastic and perfectly displayed. I have no regrets for choosing Club Windward. Great place with wonderful people.

This was my favorite vendor that I used in my wedding. These people are absolutely wonderful to work with!! Everytime I spoke with them, they were truly excited about my wedding.

The food is excellent & not to mention gorgeous. They are really "food artists" If you use them, they will bring decorations to match your theme to decorate the food tables. They are the most creative people that I have met in the wedding industry and very accommodating. They even made a to-go basket for my husband & I after the wedding (because you don't have time to eat at the reception)

I can't say enough good things about this company. My one reccomendation would be to call & talk to the owner - Georgia. One meeting with her & you will be sold.

I am planning my reception with Jesse and she is absolutely wonderful! She has been so accomodating with my crazy work schedule and my fiance living long distance. I recommend that everyone at least go by to talk with her! Great experience so far!!

Club Windward is awesome! I gave them a 3.5 out of 5 on responsiveness, because sometimes it takes Alisa a bit to get back to you via email.
The tableware and linens are included
They decorated all of the tables since I didn't have a wedding planner or designer (no extra cost). I took care of the table decorations as far as making and purchasing everything for the tables, but CW can also loan you their candles and candleholders and mirrors if you want. That was a huge load off my shoulders because I was going to ask my wedding party to do that.
They took care of everything, and everyone raved about the food.
We did heavy hor'd'eouvres, which my husband didn't think would be enough, but it was over the top enough.
They let us use their cake cutter and champagne classes and cake stand at no extra charge.
They were the best value compared to the other 5 Memphis caterers I interviewed, and the nicest. ( They were a breath of fresh air over Drapers)
They are flexible with their menues and open to bringing in other catered dishes. The owner, Georgia, doesn't like to do ethnic foods for people who know how to cook the food, for example, my husband's family is chinese, so she suggested finding a chinese restaurant for the Chinese dishes, but CW would provide all of the utensils, wedding cake stand, and warming dishes.
They even do a cocktail hour over the lake, and it was wonderful according to my guests.
I told my venue coordinator who my vendors were and she said "you have all the best" your wedding's going to be amazing--and it WAS!!! I want to do it again!

I had been to several weddings in the past and was always impressed with Club Windward. They offer an array of menu items and will also cook anything you want. My husband is Dutch so we asked them to create a few specialty items and they gladly did and allowed us to do a taste test prior. We also loved the fact that they also decorate the reception and provide lots of decor items such as flowers, candles, lamps, vases, and more! And the price for that was very reasonable. Also, they provided a full wait staff, bartenders, and other items we did not want to purchase. They helpd make sure the evening went smooth, stayed till the end and boxed up all the remaining food items. I did not have a planner so my contact made me feel very comfortable knowing they handle everything. The only negative is that a response to emails would sometimes take a while (which is hard to be patient as a bride), but I realized at the end I probably did not have to send so many emails ;)

Almida and the staff at Club Windward were fantastic for our wedding. All the last minute stresses and snafus that might occur were handled amazingly and the staff was more helpful than I can explain. They were an amazing part of our wedding and provided a great atmosphere and amazing help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having a gathering!

Alisa was great and helped us plan the menu and decor. There were considerably more service staff on hand than we expected. The food was incredible and got lots of compliments.

Note: make sure to tell the bartender not to open more than one of any variety of wine at a time!

The Only person that I would deal with is Ms. Jesse and whomever worked our event that night!. Things started off a little rocky and toward our wedding day I still ended up having to get a planner to have things set exactly how I wanted them! We went with Club Windward so we wouldn't have to pay so many different people and since they claim to do everything! I would not have been able to pull any of my beautiful wedding off without my wedding planner Tameka that isn't part of the staff at Club Windward. I can truly say that she transformed Club Windward and I would love to thank the staff that worked that night! I didn't get to fully meet each and every one of you but you all seemed to be a nice group of people! That evening of my wedding was a way better experience I had than attending the Open House. Thanks Again!

I was extremely disappointed with our experience with Club Windward. We hired them to cater our rehearsal dinner at The Dixon, and honestly, nothing came out right. Our party was to start at 6:30, and the staff did not even show up to begin setting up all the tables until around 5:00. When I arrived, the tables were not even decorated, and they had forgotten some of our decorations. My sister in law had to set up for them. Then when dinner was served, it was not even what we ordered! We had ordered and paid for beef tenderloin, and we were served some type of white BBQ chicken. Thankfully only the head table knew it was wrong, but I was highly upset and disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be using them again, nor referring them.
