    Beautiful Backyard Wedding

    We had to plan a COVID-approved backyard wedding last-minute and Clifton Park Rental made it easy. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Our wedding looked beautiful and I was very happy with the rental.

    Beautiful drapery set up! They were professional and very efficient putting up and taking down the drapes after my ceremony.. I highly recommend them to anyone having a special event or wedding in the area!

    Wedding 9/25/21

    I rented bistro/ Edison bulb lights, a catering tent setup, and several silk swags from Clifton Park Rental for my wedding. They had exactly what I was looking for and had previously worked at my venue. Everything looked amazing on my wedding day in the barn set up. Originally I had planned on creating an outdoor patio area as well, but my venue changed its mind about 3 weeks prior to my wedding (after I had already paid all my vendors) and Clifton Park Rental was so understanding and was able to provide me a refund for the patio setup even though it wasn't their fault!

    Nancy Bardin at Clifton Park was the first person I reached out to when planning my daughters wedding in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. We live 4 hours away so much of the planning needed to be done by phone or email. Nancy immediately sent me photos and measurements and helped design a lighting package that was stunningly gorgeous! Who knew there was a distinct difference between white lights (cool) and amber lights (warm)? She assisted us with the rental of Farm Tables and Nappa backed chairs to complete our rustic, woodland theme. Best of all, she recommended a Day Of coordinator (KatieO Events) and helped create a fabulous team that became family to us! Couldn't have done it without them and their inspiration...Thank you Nancy! So many of our guests were WOWED by the ambience of your tent in the courtyard of the National Museum of Dance! Over the Moon with happiness :)

    What a pleasure! I loved the light wall for our ceremony/reception. Nancy was great to work with. Very responsive and professional. The light wall was installed Friday so we were able to see it during our rehearsal. I really appreciated that.

    Clifton Park was a great party rental company to work with! Nancy made planning our Wedding in Upstate NY from Portland OR a breeze! She was incredibly responsive, flexible and she had great ideas and input during the planning process. I loved the CAD layout Clifton provides for your event. What a huge help! The tent, chairs and tables we rented came in great condition. The delivery and pick-up was a great experience, everything came a few days earlier than the event so we had plenty of time to decorate and pick up was a couple days after so we could tear-down without feeling rushed. Everyone we encountered while working with Clifton Park was very professional and did a great job. We will recommend them to all our friends!

    Mike and Nancy were very responsive. Mike really knows his stuff. He and his staff erected a gorgeous clear tent structure on basically a peninsula! It was incredible! I had complete faith in his lighting designs as well.

    We decided to add a little more to the ballroom at our wedding venue and CPR was there to help. They were very responsive to our needs. It made it very easy to set up the extra decor. Nancy was great to work with.

    Nancy was great to work with. She helped me with the layout of the room, design of the spaces. She had everything I asked for and was great with responding to emails and calls. We had one small issue but she took care of it literally within the blink of an eye. The decor looked amazing and everything was so easy to deal with.

    Great company to work with. Reasonable prices. Very accommodating. They came highly recommended by some other vendors at a bridal show. We're glad we went with them!

    CPR did a fantastic job! The reception site looked amazing and Mike was very easy to work with. The lounge furniture is a must!

    We rented candelabras for our reception hall and everything was as promised. Absolutely beautiful. We recieved great customer service and it was a pleasure doing business with them. We would reccommend Clifton Park Rental for any rental needs.

    I had a backyard wedding at my parent's home. We used Clifton Park Rental for tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens. Everything was perfect. The tent was set-up Wednesday, for the Saturday wedding. Their staff was helpful from the start of planning, working with us to determine what size tent we need, how to set-up the bar, etc. They also came out and measured our yard and provided us with a diagram and proposed cost, prior to asking for any sort of commitment on our part. I would highly recommend Clifton Park Rental. They were recommended to us as the area's best, and they really are the best!

    We rented a large tent, tables and chairs, a dance floor, pipe/drape and a 3-stall trailer bathroom for our backyard wedding. Maybe a little pricier than other vendors, but this is a great quality one-stop-shop for all your wedding rental needs. A few little issues overall (tent drop off a day later than initially discussed, dirty chairs), but we were partially reimbursed for the inconvenience. Recommended, but make sure you iron out your details with them, and if you have any issues let them know!

    Clifton Park did a great job not only providing rental equipment but also designing our difficult wedding reception location. They made multiple site visits, drafted multiple proposals for us and came up with a stunningly, creative design for the site. They diligently worked with us to make our cafe lighting vision come to life and created an unbelievable atmosphere. It came together better than we could have ever imagined - they really do problem solve and work hard to make it perfect.

    The quality of the rental items was extremely high. Sturdy chairs, tables, staging, dance floor. Bright and clean lights, clean drapery. Clean and sturdy tents.

    The workers who setup and broke down the equipment were timely and professional, as well. Even when we had to ask them to move a tent they had already staked, they were extremely accommodating and understanding. Overall, Clifton Park is a highly recommended company!

    OUr tent was absolutely gorgeous--the most beautiful that I had ever seen. We had these gorgeous antler chanteliers, which were a highlight. They have a great selection of lighting, china and silverware. Highly recommend!

    If you are looking for a tent to rent for an occasion, they make it as easy as possible. My only slight complaint is that they do not break down tents on a Sunday so I am grateful my venue didn't mind it staying up until Monday.

    This rental business provided our tents, linens, tables, dance floor, lights, and speakers for our outdoor reception at my parent's farm located about 45 minutes away in Cambridge, NY. Very punctual and professional. Everything looked great.

    They were very helpful when i went into rent tables and chairs for the hall i rented for my reception. The prices were fair and the people were very nice. The only complaint I have is that my wedding, like most, was on a Saturday and they are not open on weekends to return the rented items we had to store the tables and chairs at our apartment after the reception was over. Afterwards we had to rely on family to get them back to the rental facility on Monday morning or else we would have had to post pone being able to leave for our honeymoon or get charged extra. If they had weekend drop off hours I would give them a 5 out of 5.

    We used Clifton Park Rental for white folding chairs for our ceremony and chivari chairs for our reception. Everything was delivered on time and as promised without any headaches. We worked with Nancy B. via e-mail (which she was great with) to work on contracts, and she never seemed annoyed that we changed our mind a few times.

    I feel like for the area, their prices are a bit high, but since everything went off without a hitch, I can't complain.

    Crushed perennials

    When the men took the tent down they crushed the flowers that were growing in my yard. They had no regard for my property. When I called the office to complain the girl took my information and told me she would pass it on to her boss. No one ever called me back
