What an absolutely wonderful experience. To be honest at first when I received an email about clergy on call I was a little hesitant that it may be a fake site. I reached out and received an email from Pastor Tom. He made me feel comfortable by sending emails and texts chatting a little back and forth about his packages and services. Due to covid our wedding was postponed to a year later and he did not give us a hard time. He told me to relax that everything is going to be ok and he will have no problem still ordaining the wedding a year later. To be honest he was one of the only people to help make the postponement easy. The day of the wedding he arrived early for rehearsal and his sermon was wonderful. He helped my husband who decided to write his own vows although it wasn’t part of the program. He made us feel like he’s known both of us a long time. I am so grateful for Pastor Tom and would recommend him to EVERYONE I know.

Amazing Marriage Officiant

Pastor Tom was such an excellent choice in officiant! He made applying for a marriage application an absolute dream! When it came to the ceremony he made it personal and we felt like he really took the time to make sure we didn’t just feel like another couple he was marrying- it a familial feel to it. Better than I could have imagined......
I just exchanged vows over the weekend. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better person to officiate our wedding. He made our vision come true. Rev. Smooth Planning with a Christ Centered Ceremony!
While planning our wedding, my fiancée and I were not formally members of any church, but we preferred a man of God to officiate our ceremony. Pastor Tom was the right person we were looking for because of his born again Christian faith and his ability to lead a Christ centered ceremony. To us, this made him stand out from other officiants for hire who mainly perform secular ceremonies. Pastor Tom has 20 years of experience being a Pastor and has also graduated from seminary.
For the ceremony planning, Pastor Tom was very easy going and easy to communicate with. He had a good grasp on what elements should be in the ceremony and was full of helpful suggestions. He was always quick to respond to our messages and calls. His rates were also very affordable and the value we received was worth every dollar!

Very happy with our choice
Mr McKenna made us feel so comfortable and relaxed as soon he stepped inside our home. Very engaging person, warm humor, and very understanding of what we wished for, for our very small close-family-only ceremony. Clergy on call was amazing for our wedding! Pastor Tom meet officiated and he was so wonderful. He incorporated our families, was personable, made people laugh and cry and made our dream wedding come true. A True Gift for our Christmas Wedding
After toying around with a number of options, my husband and I decided to get married in a surprise ceremony for our immediate families on Christmas Eve 2022. We envisioned an intimate, holiday-themed affair. Since we do not attend church together, we were hoping for a celebrant who could incorporate elements of religion and spirituality in a way that spoke to us. Pastor Tom delivered beyond our wildest dreams! He spoke to us a few times and met with us over Zoom to discuss our ceremony and our expectations. Pastor Tom offers so many different ceremony structures to choose from that you are more than likely to find something that works for you. We were so pleased with the entire experience, and our families just loved the ceremony that Pastor Tom put together. He is a true gem and will make your day memorable!

Great Experience
We actually had another person for our wedding who cancelled pretty close tot he wedding. Pastor Tom was awesome. He did a video call with us right away. We were able to get to know him and his vibe. He was super easy to work with and really did exactly what we want. We met him the day of the wedding and it was awesome. It went so smooth. We cannot thank him enough.

We had to find a pastor last minute, and we could not have been more happy with Pastor Tom. He was wonderful from the beginning! He asked us what we were looking for, provided welcomed input as well and we loved the idea of the Celtic knot representing 3 lives becoming one (both of our past's and now our future) that we can now frame and hang up in our home. He also helped out a lot with the marriage license and paperwork. He was an excellent speaker. Our guests gave us so many compliments on our wedding ceremony. He went above and beyond and we are incredibly grateful for his flexibility and our personalized and loving ceremony. Highly recommend!!! 5/5 stars!

Pastor Tom is really nice to work with!
Coming from a family of mixed faiths (my family is Christian, my husband's family is Buddhist, and my husband is atheist), it was important we found an officiant who was nonjudgmental and inclusive. Pastor Tom officiated our ceremony and he was a pleasure to work with! We met with him on Zoom for our planning calls and he offered a lot of suggestions on how to hold our ceremony and proactively asked us if there were any traditions in our different cultures that we wanted to include. We ended up having a very simple ceremony and we could not be happier with how everything turned out!

Pastor Thomas McKenna was our officiant for my(our) wedding which happened last Friday. We wanted a simple ceremony, and it was perfect. Thomas was excellent to work with and he was friendly and professional, regarding legal process he explained everything very thoroughly to us and made the whole process worry free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding officiant. Pastor Tom is so easy to work with and talk to. We didn’t know what to expect speaking with an officiant but he is truly relatable. We had a zoom chat upfront and then touched based every now and then to relay the things we wanted in our ceremony. Finalized everything with a final zoom chat a month before the wedding and that was a wrap! Could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend using pastor Tom for your wedding!

Wonderful officiant who can adjust to couples' nuances.
Pastor Tom McKenna is an attentive, professional, and warm officiant. Last minute he adjusted to unforeseen religious requirements and seamless and inoffensively put on a bi-religious ceremony with well-paired passages from the Old and New Testaments. I can't imagine a situation in which Tom couldn't put on a religious (or not) wedding with the same ease of speech as a family friend that has known the couple for years. He is a good choice for religious people getting married outside of their normal church region and people who choose not to include religion in their wedding alike.

Wonderful experience
Pastor Tom was so sweet to my husband and I. Extremely accommodating and flexible. I was so overwhelmed with wedding details but he made me feel at ease when it came to his services. His speech during our wedding was so relatable, special and entertaining, it was mentioned by quite a few of our guests during the reception! Thank you Pastor Tom!

Quick but meaningful
I had to cancel my dream wedding but wanted to get married on our original date. I contacted Pastor Tom because of his diverse wedding experience. Even though this wasn’t the day I originally intended, Pastor Tom still made it feel special.

Excellent Experience with Clergy on Call
So happy we found Clergy on Call and Pastor Tom to officiate our wedding. He made it such a special event for us. I greatly appreciated Tom's help in understanding the marriage license process in our town.

Highly recommend
We got married on August 23, 2020 and Pastor Tom did an amazing job! We chose him because of his great personality, he is so charismatic and that made the ceremony so amazing. Leading up to the wedding he was very responsive and so helpful to all our questions. I highly recommend his services!

Amazing job!
Pastor Tom did an amazing job making our small virtual wedding feel very special! We couldn’t have chosen a better officiant for our ceremony. Pastor Tom was heart felt and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone getting married!

Unique and meaningful wedding service!
Pastor Tom and his wife were exceptional from the pre-marital counseling right up to our wedding day! They both are detail oriented and work to deliver a very personalized and unique service to all. Tom's beautiful singing was an added blessing in our ceremony. We would recommend "Clergy on Call" to anyone seeking a memorable and meaningful wedding!! God Bless!

Wedding of a lifetime!
Pastor Tom made our wedding day a dream come true. He met with us prior to our big day to gain insight into the kind of service we were looking for. He was receptive and understanding. And he completely overdelivered in every way possible.
Our friends and family loved our ceremony, and we think a big part of that is because we decided to go with Pastor Tom. If you’re looking for a memorable experience, then hiring Pastor Tom and Clergy on Call is the right move.

Excellent Customer Service - Terrible Day-Of Performance
Had such an incredible time speaking and planning with Pastor Tom. He was very accommodating with our knot-tying idea, and made us feel very safe and taken care-of in terms of the ceremony and what he would say and the blessings he would give. We were very taken a back and disappointed by the performance on our wedding day. The entire event felt like he was reading from his page for the first time. He going off-tangent and mentioning another older couple and then his own marriage. Non of it seemed seamless or even rehearsed. The big ending at our ceremony was the knot-tying where each of our mothers came up and placed a ribbon over our hands and we finished with the Pastor placing the last ribbon representing religion, and he was to give a blessing over us as he placed the final ribbon - at the time and watching the wedding video, something so beautiful to my heart was made so disappointing was Pastor Tom kept mumbling and grunting through the entire thing. No blessing was had. Felt like he was walking himself through the event and it was audible and it was uncomfortable. We were led to feel so safe in his hands, what with his 30+ years experience but were seriously disappointed.
