We cannot say enough great things about Randy Trent with Clear Pro DJ. He was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish.
Randy was incredibly communicative leading up to our wedding, on the day itself, and even afterward. His planning worksheets were easy to use, and it was clear he truly listened to our feedback and understood the vibe we wanted. We gave him flexibility to read the room and do what he felt would create the best experience and he far exceeded our expectations.
The moment the dancing started, guests rushed the floor from all sides. Randy kept the energy high all night long, and people had an absolute blast.
We also used his photo booth option which was a huge hit. Guests loved it, and it was a fantastic addition to the evening.
Beyond the music, Randy was professional, seamless, and a true team player working effortlessly with our venue (Castle & Key), wedding coordinator, and caterers. He came highly recommended by our venue, and now we completely understand why.

Randy Trent with Clear Pro DJ was absolutely incredible to work with and played such an important role in making our wedding day unforgettable. From the very beginning, Randy was organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. He took the time to understand the flow of our day and made sure every transition felt smooth and intentional.
One of the most meaningful moments of our wedding was our first dance, which included a live acoustic performance by a family member. Randy went above and beyond to coordinate the setup and ensure the audio sounded flawless. Because of his attention to detail and technical expertise, the moment felt seamless and incredibly special. We never had to worry about microphones, timing, or sound quality. Everything was handled perfectly.
Beyond the logistics, Randy brought such a calm, professional presence to the day. Randy was super communicative and open from the start, and really went the extra mile in understanding who we are as a couple, our musical taste, and what our needs would be the day of our wedding. We are a multi-cultural family, and Randy was so excited to include music from all cultures! He was so considerate of our playlist, but also threw in a few songs that he knew would get people dancing. We could not have a better DJ!!!

Randy is not only incredibly reliable and professional, but he was a class act of a wedding DJ!! He seamlessly hosted the evening and set the tone for our dance floor EXACTLY how I hoped and envisioned! Would not change a thing! Worth every penny of the investment. He set up/tore down independently, without being noticed. One of my biggest wedding “icks” is a DJ who goes off script or makes the evening about them. Safe to say Randy was the exact opposite: he was 100% professional, met every expectation, and brought our reception to life just as I had envisioned!!! Plus, he’s incredibly friendly and funny! Amazing Wedding DJ!
Randy was an amazing DJ by being prepared every step of the process! We never had to worry about him once and he had all of the equipment ready to go and was very flexible! We had to possibly change the order of events happening that day and he was more than willing to do whatever was needed. Furthermore, when he lost power (due to the venue’s outlet going out) he worked quickly and got the music playing again in less than 5 minutes!!! Again, he was great for our wedding and would highly recommend him for anyone’s wedding day! Thank you!!!!

Randy completely knocked it out of the park with our wedding in October this year. He knew the venue in and out and provided great recommendations when we needed help making decisions. The best DJ!
Randy was quick to respond when we inquired about his services. We had a great chat about what we wanted for our wedding and he offered us one of his packages which we thought was a reasonable price. “Best Dance Floor Ever”
Zach and I constantly get compliments from our wedding to this day that our dance floor was so much fun! “Top tier” as some have said. The dance floor was packed all night - music for all - could not have asked for more!
Randy was very professional and prepared for our wedding - set up for ceremony to reception was smooth. Quality sound was delivered during our outdoor ceremony which was great for our guest!

Clear Pro DJ was able to manage our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, as well as dinner and dance reception. Each was in a different facility on the same grounds, but executed without a glitch. Fully prepared with multiple setups for outdoor and indoor event as well as backups in event of an issue. Also, followed our personal requests for restricted songs as well as microphone management with speeches. Received many compliments from our guests about the music, cohesiveness, and also supporting song requests through the late evening.

We hired Randy last minute, with all the planning we had forgotten a DJ. He was very accommodating, professional, had great suggestions we hadn't thought of that we took. Things like lightning, we thought we didn't need and it was exceptional. He even sat up sound in the dinner area, which was the adjacent room to our dance floor, so guests not dancing still felt like they were part of the party. I would highly recommend Randy for any type event.

Randy at ClearPro DJ was great to work with before, and during our wedding. He was very organized and professional getting ready for the wedding, with processes already in place for choosing music to play, and music to not play during the event.
Issues with other vendors created some timeline issues during our wedding, and without prompting, Randy was able to adapt and shift the timeline around the issues, helping to keep the event moving along, while also keeping everyone out on the dance floor having a great time. Randy was everything we could’ve asked for and more as a wedding DJ! We spoke on the phone twice, once for initial meeting and again prior to the wedding to review music decisions/flow of timeline. He pulled me aside during the reception and gave us the option to extend the time in case our crowd wasn’t ready to end the party (and of course they weren’t because the music was great!). A great DJ!
Randy was a pleasure to work with for my daughter’s wedding. He was professional and quick to respond to all of our questions. Randy opened the dance floor with the Anniversary dance, which our guests loved, and then kept everyone dancing with his great music selections. The BEST Wedding DJ
Our wedding planner recommended Randy to us for our wedding and we were so thrilled with our decision! Randy was professional and an absolutely wonderful DJ. Our dance floor was always busy and made for such a fun evening for us and all our guests. We would highly recommend Randy and will continue to recommend him to any of our friends/family for their weddings! Randy Hit All The Right Cords
We had wedding celebrants from multiple generations and Randy made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. His careful selection of music was on point from start to finish. We can’t think of anyone who didn’t hit the dance floor. Many of our friends and family commented on how enjoyable they found the music. Randy kept the festivities moving without a hiccup including Prayer, toast, and first dance. Jon well done Randy!

Randy was an amazing DJ and I am so thankful that we hired him for our big day! From our first conversation with Randy, I could tell he was so kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about his profession. Randy was willing to answer any questions we had about music and it was very easy to communicate with him about what our vision was. Randy has questionnaires you fill out after hiring him where you list the songs you want for certain points of the day, like cake cutting song, etc. All you have to do is fill it out and Randy takes care of the rest. Randy kept our guests dancing until the very last minute. We had so many comments about how much fun people had dancing and the candid pictures that were taken of people dancing says it all. We loved having Randy as our DJ and would recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ!

Randy was the perfect choice from Day 1. He was gracious enough to curate a playlist of music that was exclusively of our choosing, he was communicative through the entire process, and was extremely helpful in bringing together last-minute details. Best of all, he was a way better value than any competitor we looked in to, and it wasn't close. Do yourselves a favor and book Randy before you even book your venue. He helps you set the house up, then brings it down with terrific music and professionalism.

Randy was the best DJ we could’ve asked for. He did my best friends wedding a year and a half before mine, and I knew I had to have him when our special day came around! He genuinely cares about what the bride and groom want, and does everything to make all the details perfect. Awesome DJ
He coordinated with all the people of the event space and he did a stellar job communicating with everyone. We loved how he had a 10 must have songs and 10 absolutely don’t play songs. That was really helpful. He also was very attentive during the reception. He waited to play our must have songs when we were on the dance floor. We absolutely would recommend him! Best DJ EVER!

Fun, professional and friendly!
DJ Randy was the absolute best! We could tell he truly cared about us and making our day as great as possible. Extremely professional. Great communication. Don’t underestimate the importance of a DJ who knows what all needs to be done at a wedding. It’s not just about a great playlist! Even though we certainly had that as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Randy was tremendously helpful from start to finish! He is personable, thorough, and thinks of every detail - nothing is left to chance. The music and announcing were perfect during both the ceremony and reception. Highly recommend, and will use him again if the need arises.

Perfect wedding day

We're really glad we chose Clear Pro DJ. He was recommended to us from a friend. He did great, was on time for ques, and did great with knowing exactly which song we wanted for which moment. I also appreciated that during the 1-on-1 dances he was attentive to us. I don't usually feel comfortable in front of a lot of people so he knew when to fade out which was very nice. His worksheet for what you're wanting on your day is very helpful and makes you feel like he is equipped for the big day!

Our experience with Randy was just as we expected.
Randy was prompt and very helpful. He provided sound for the ceremony and the two live musicians. He took our playlist and played what we requested. His dress was very professional.

Christmas Party success!
Randy came to two Christmas events our church hosted. His level of service as well as his quality music selections and communicating with the audience was wonderful! We look forward to hiring Randy again in 2022!

Best DJ to get the party started
He is super personable and helps you coordinate your timeline. You feel at ease knowing he is not only your DJ but your guide because he has helped with so many weddings. He knows how to keep the energy going and he is really responsive when messaging back and forth. He makes you feel like you have known him forever when you have spoken to him. He helped us even take decorations down afterwards and put stuff away because my son got hurt. I highly recommend him because it's hard to find good people like him in business anymore. He has good prices too.

Out of all of the DJ’s we met, Randy was the number one choice. Randy was professional, personable, and outstanding. Not only was Randy a DJ but he worked well with other vendors and communicated well to make our evening one coherent unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Randy to any couples looking for a DJ. While there are other DJ’s you could choose from, Randy should absolutely be your number one choice. There were no issues or hiccups. Everything went perfectly and we couldn’t ask for a better DJ.

Made our day Memorable!
Randy was absolutely fantastic!! When our original DJ had to withdraw a couple weeks before the wedding, Randy was found almost at the last minute! Randy made the entire process incredibly seamless, and he was attentive and professional from when we had our first meeting, all the way to when the big night was over. He honors all music must-plays, and must-not-plays based on the couple's preferences. He has an amazing presence during the event. And he truly went above and beyond to make sure our big day was the best ever!!!

Randy was amazing! Randy went above and beyond to make my nieces day perfect. My gift to my niece was paying for the DJ but even though I wrote the check, Randy worked with the wedding couple and not me! (Which I was very grateful for!)
I loved how he took time to get to know them and spent time interviewing them on our initial meet and greet! Randy was by far the easiest vendor I have ever worked with, even when the pandemic hit; Randy checked in and ensured we knew he had worked out a new date with the wedding couple after the cancelation of their original wedding date.

Above and Beyond!!
2020 has been a crazy year and getting married during a pandemic could have been even crazier! Randy went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day went off smooth without a hitch!! He met with us twice before our wedding to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted, confirmed name pronunciations (we had some complicated ones!), figured out what we needed help with at our reception (we didn’t have a coordinator), and stepped in wherever was needed! We would definitely recommend Randy, we couldn’t imagine our day without him!

Our wedding couldn’t have happened without Randy. He took the time to meet us and get to know us before our wedding day. Then on the wedding day, he helped make sure everyone was lined up and ready to go. Randy did an amazing job with the music, but it was the other things he did that really stood out. He wanted us to enjoy our night and not worry about anything. Randy walked around and took plates to the garbage cans and taught us how to cut the cake before we shared our special moment. Randy does an amazing job and definitely puts the couple first! He took our music suggestions and helped make our day flawless! I would definitely recommend Randy :)
