We had Claudia do our engagement photos & wedding photos and they turned out beautiful. Claudia has an amazing eye for capturing photos that are soft, beautiful yet vibrant! Aside from her photography skills, she is also a warm, kind, positive & helpful person. We felt comfortable with her immediately and I was blown away by all the support she offered during the wedding planning process. She is organized & on top of all the aspects of the wedding day that you wouldn't think about. Our wedding timeline didn't go as planned, but Claudia did a great job at managing the situation & making sure we got the most important photos. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! The resort we got married at is now even adding her to their preferred vendor list. Having great photos is one of the most important parts of a wedding and Claudia went above & beyond for us. Her photos speak for themselves - they are all beautiful & high quality. But what really makes Claudia standout is the person she is! I trusted her fully and she never disappointed. She is a wonderful human being along with being an amazing photographer. I can't imagine that anyone would be disappointed if they booked her for their photos! My new husband & I plan on making trips to the Florida Keys and booking her for all of our future photo sessions :) -

Absolutely stunning
I am grateful I found Claudia as my photographer for my elopement. She was very professional and extremely sweet! Wedding Photos Redo
I had my wedding last year and my photographer really didn’t get any intimate pictures of my husband and I. At least anything I could frame. In addition he wasn’t very professional and made me very uncomfortable in front of the camera. I decided to redo my wedding photos with Claudia and what a difference. She was very professional detailed oriented and just a pleasure to work with. I’m rather shy in front of the camera so she helped direct me and get me out of my shell to capture the best photos I could have asked for. Now I have beautiful pictures with my husband that I can cherish forever. -

June Wedding at the Islander Resort
Claudia is hands-down everything you could ever ask for in a wedding photographer (and more!). She has both an artist’s creativity and a project manager’s keen eye and attention to detail that makes for not only the most dazzling photos, but also a punctual, fluid, and worry-free experience for all participants. Claudia worked with us well in advance of our wedding to capture our schedule, vision, and shot list, and she exuded such care for the important details that ensure everyone’s comfort, such as who should and shouldn’t be photographed together due to family dynamics. She was incredibly flexible in creating the package best suited for our needs, and we greatly appreciated her willingness to tack on an extra 30 or 60 minutes to our base package rather than enforcing strict 4, 6, or 8-hour packages like many photographers in the area. On our wedding day, Claudia was a mastermind for details, being sure to fill any idle time while waiting on people by capturing extra portraits, venue scenery, or our wedding details to save us time in our timeline later on. Claudia’s attention to detail went above and beyond that of lighting and positioning. She also noted when we needed a break or were getting too hot (our wedding was June in the Florida Keys after all), and she was quick to move us to a shadier spot and request that on-site staff fetch us water. Claudia was efficient with our time and captured every shot we asked for (and more), working hand-in-hand with our wedding coordinator to keep us on schedule - especially with photos taken later in the night, such as sunset and dessert photos. Claudia captured every special moment and every emotion with such care, and we will cherish her photos forever. Best of all, we didn’t wait months for our photos. Claudia had our full library in our hands in just over two weeks, allowing us to share our photos while the love and energy of the weekend was still fresh with our guests. We are so thankful for the time we spent working with Claudia, and we would hands-down recommend her to any and all couples getting married in the Florida Keys! Claudia is the best photographer! She creates a timeline and really is all about getting to know the couple to be able to capture the perfect shots! We did a photoshoot with her 2 years prior to our actual wedding and I knew then that I needed her to be my photographer for our big day! She did not disappoint in the least! She made our dream photos come true! And that isn't easy to do with the groom having a very large family! I cannot thank her enough for making our day magical and taking the most incredible photos and being so sweet the whole way through! Beautiful Photos - Highly Recommend Claudia!
Claudia did an incredible job photographing my fiancee and me for our engagement photos. We do not live locally and our schedules can be quite tricky, so when there was bad weather the day we were originally meant to take photos it could have completely derailed the experience but Claudia was extremely flexible and worked with us to come up with a backup solution for that weekend and I think the photos turned out even more beautiful than they would have with the original plan! Claudia gave us great direction and kept us both engaged and laughing throughout the session, which was fantastic because I was worried about looking stiff in the photos. She has a fantastic eye and the photos have a candid light and airy feel which is exactly what our vision was. We could not be happier with how they turned out and Claudia's quick turnaround was an added bonus. We highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for a photographer and can't wait to work with her again on our wedding date next year! -

Where can I begin? Working with Claudia from the beginning was amazing. She was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad she did our wedding photos and engagement photos. Claudia was so patient even when I was planning my wedding for 2020, but thankfully we were able to get married in 2021. Even though she was not my photographer yet, she was so sweet and helpful through the process. I always appreciated her advise and input. She is very available and always willing to help. She likes to listen to your wants and makes it happen. For our engagement photos, despite a lot of rain, she did a beautiful job with our photos. We were both impressed by her work. For our wedding, we had 3 locations and she managed the timeline with such grace. She created a timeline that was feasible and never felt rushed or uncomfortable. She made sure I was cared for through the process. Her photos are amazing, exactly what I was looking for. She captured our day beautifully. She was very professional, enthusiastic to work with, and very romantic. She always understood what I was looking for from the beginning and delivered. WOW, WOW, WOW! Claudia is hands down the best photographer and person that I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. From our very first interaction (over the phone) I knew she was the one I wanted to work with for our wedding. I live in Oklahoma and needed a photographer for our event in Key Largo. I had no help from our hotel and had to research who to hire on my own. I was so nervous about hiring a photographer without any help, but relied on the internet for assistance. I kept seeing Claudia’s name, and decided to reach out a few weeks before we arrived. She was so flexible with our schedule, and responded back quickly, each time I emailed or texted her. The most important part, our pictures, turned out beautifully. Where do I even start? Claudia and her team were beyond phenomenal. Her above and beyond services started way before wedding day. She would touch base constantly and offered assistance in any way she could to help us navigate our destination wedding in Islamorada, FL. She even offered to check out a venue for us while she was down in the Keys for another event! The day of, we already felt like she was a friend we’ve known forever and we felt more than comfortable with all our shots. She directed us with so much expertise and knowledge- I look at our photos and am just amazed at how natural we both look in all of them! Just what I wanted. We literally just had FUN with it! We laughed and enjoyed ourselves throughout the shoot and never felt overwhelmed or pressured. It was the best day of our lives and Claudia and her team were a part of that, 100 percent. Claudia invested time in us from the moment we sent an inquiry. I spent a lot of time on the phone with her, from an initial getting to know you conversation to the final details of the day. She will leave nothing to chance and help you build your timeline around the whole event. Her experience will guide you through the everything and help set expectations. I relied on her to suggest the best spots for our photos - she had shot at my venue location several times already, and if she hasn't, she will take time out of her schedule to go scope it out! She arrived early to set up and get a layout of where everyone was. She prompted small details during shooting such as head angle, arm placement, etc, things you wouldn't think to worry about but will make your photos look great. She was mindful of timing and we got everything done somehow through the whirlwind without delays. We couldn't have gotten through it without her! -

Claudia is an absolutely amazing photographer and person – just hire her now! Or keep reading if you want. Her photos speak for themselves, but as a person she is extremely organized (which means A LOT coming from an OCD project manager), professional, funny, flexible, and just so much fun to be around. I interviewed multiple photographers before selecting Claudia and one of the main reasons I loved her is because she asked ME what I was looking for vs telling me how it “should” be. Everything about my wedding timeline was unique and I needed someone who could be flexible and work with me to come up with the plan and Claudia did just that.
Our first in person experience with Claudia was our engagement session. She was great at helping us relax and just have fun with them, even though we were a bit out of our comfort zone. By the end of the session, we couldn’t wait to “hang out” with her again at our wedding and once we received the photos we were in aww. In planning the wedding day photos, Claudia and I went back and forth tweaking the schedule numerous times because of the uniqueness of our timeline. She was great at explaining why something wouldn’t work (such as trying to squeeze 45 minutes of photos into 15 minutes) and giving options on how I could get what I wanted, but possibly a different way. She was open to a few photo experiments that I had seen done at our venue previously and she helped us make some quick decisions when we decided at the last minute to move the ceremony indoors due to it being insanely hot outside. She integrated seamlessly with the family and guests and ended up more of a friend than a vendor by the end of the night. At the end of the day, our wedding photos are unbelievable and perfectly captured the personalities of everyone involved in our special day. We would (and will) hire Claudia again in a second if an opportunity presents itself.

Claudia's professionalism, personality, creativity and energy is what we loved about working with her.
She was very easy to coordinate with and made us feel like we were her only client.
After my wedding nearly all of my guests complimented Claudia's work. She gave us great direction during our shoot and was very flexible when we made last minute changes. She has a genuine passion for what she does and she knows how to make you feel very comfortable with getting your photo taken.

Amazing experience with Claudia Rios as our wedding photographer
We got married a couple of days before Christmas last year (December 22nd 2017 to be exact), and the story goes that we were two weeks away from our wedding (a small, intimate courthouse ceremony followed by wedding photos and dinner with family and friends) and found ourselves not having a photographer! My coworker at the time let me know about Claudia - I texted her, and we spoke on the phone that same day. From the get go, her responsiveness and willingness to work with us confirmed that she was ‘the one’, not to mention the outstanding quality she puts into her work. She was caring, understanding and very professional from the start and throughout the planning process. When the day came, we were running close to the start time (and feeling all the nervous excitement of being fresh newlyweds!), and had poor phone reception in Key Biscayne (where we took our wedding photos). We were fortunate that she spotted us while we were driving trying to locate the Key Biscayne Lighthouse (we had never met before, so the fact that she spotted us and knew we were her clients proves that she has a great eye). We were a bit nervous when she started to take our photos, but her motivational words and her guidance were reassuring to us every step of the way. Her passion was contagious, and she definitely made us feel right at home with her. She is able to strike an impeccable balance of being energetic and passionate, yet kind, encouraging and professional. She went out of her way to make sure that the entire experience was amazing, and I cannot recommend her enough. Though the quality of her work speaks for her, she is definitely a package deal with her genuine and loving persona as well. If you need an excellent and professional photographer that knows what she’s doing, does her absolute best to ensure that your photos come out amazing, and makes you feel great throughout, Claudia Rios is your go-to photographer. Kristen Sent on 08/10/2018I'll start off by saying that nothing I write will do Claudia's talent, professionalism, and work ethic justice - she was beyond amazing and we could not be more happy with her work. She was extremely helpful, personable, and accommodating, both throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. We felt that she went above and beyond to ensure that our day, and all the emotions and details associated with it, were captured. As customers, we especially appreciated that she does not have a maximum number of photos per package, but rather strives to photograph all the special moments, regardless of the number of photographs in the end - this was one of many true testaments of her commitment to providing a quality product. Claudia was excellent at coaching us through various poses, and was relentless with her work, even in the outrageous summer heat and humidity. To top it all off, her turn around time was impeccable. We received our "sneak peek" photos one week after the wedding, and the rest of our portfolio several days later. Overall, her spectacular photographs speak for themselves, while her customer service and infectious personality truly set her apart from others. She was, by far, our favorite vendor from our wedding day and we would undoubtedly hire her again if an occasion arises; she truly felt like family by the end of the day.

We had a full list of issues throughout the day and Claudia was there, running around trying to get people to fix it, calming my nerves and still managed to do her job: take amazing photos.
She is THE professional you want to have: she checks in with you, works your timeline, makes sure she cover EVERY SINGLE detail of what you envision (so much that I truly believe at the end, she sees what you see) and delivers. On top of that, she is super sweet and has this amazing positive energy that is simply contagious to everyone around her. Paige Sent on 01/11/2017My husband and I were married last Decemeber and Claudia was one of our photographers for our wedding. Despite some rain and set backs that day, Claudia really shined as a professional photographer. She was respectful, attentive, caring, and kind throughout the whole wedding day and into the evening. She stood in the rain with us as she delighted in capturing a few special moments between me and my husband. She went above and beyond and her heart really showed through the work ethic and development of pictures she produced for us.
As my emotions were running wild that evening, Claudia's calm and loving presence was an added benefit. As we had two photographers that day, Claudia's commitment to our big day was solidified as she stayed with us till the end as oppose to the other one leaving earlier than scheduled. This is just a small example of how grateful we were to have Claudia with us that day.
Moreover, as much as we loved working with Claudia during our wedding day, I am thankful to say a friendship blossomed. More recently, Claudia recommended me and my husband for a hotel wedding styled shoot and because of her we were able to have more wedding pictures! It was a fun experience to dress up again in my wedding dress and the opportunity to be with my husband and take more pictures made it a great day.
