If we could give a 10 star recommendation, we would.

We found Claudette about 13 months before our wedding, and booked 9 months before. Choosing her as our wedding photographer, was hands down the best choice we made while planning our wedding. She offered recommendations when we asked, and she was genuinely excited for us. It’s not common to find someone who loves what they do, it’s truly remarkable. On the wedding day, she and her team were incredible. We absolutely love all of the gorgeous photos, and couldn’t have dreamt of a better team! Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

Dream team!

We chose Claudette from Alucinarte for our wedding in Mexico and we are so happy we did. They know how to get natural shots, such a pleasure to work with! They know exactly what they are doing! Incredible pictures and experience

Claudette and her team were amazing! She really captures the moment and emotions so well. We absolutely love the way she edits pictures as well, for our tropical wedding the pictures came out absolutely incredible!!! They were so incredible that after we took some drone footage the drone stopped working and she immediately sent her assistant out to buy a new one so we would have it for later!!! We were blown away. We opted for under water pictures as well that are just breathtaking! highly recommended! Our only regret was not having her around longer!

She's the best!

Consider yourself lucky if she happens to be open for your date! Hunting for good photography is something I have to do at my job as an Art Director and when it came time to choose a photographer for my own wedding in NY, I needed someone with an artístic style and intuition for the candids. I don't even know how to begin describing how exceptional, how talented, and how wonderful Claudette is - words simply cannot do her justice. I am completely in LOVE with our photos and wedding films (specially the aerial views taken with the drone). My husband and I both feel so honored to have been able to work with Claudette and to have had her a part of our day!

Hiring Alucinarte Films was the BEST decision I made in the whole wedding planning process! They exceeded all my expectations and I thank that I discovered them. Claudette is the BEST photographer I have ever come across. She takes pictures I have never seen before. Such beauty and she always gets the best locations. I had Claudette for both my engagement and wedding pictures and her videography team for my wedding. I barely noticed she was there. She was always so patient and calm and made the whole experience so stress free for me and my husband. I recommend her to EVERYONE!!!!!! My husband and I just got married last week in Puerto Rico and she flew over with no problems. Not only is she a great photographer but a beautiful human being. She knows what she is doing and has so much passion for it. The COOLEST part is her team used a Quadcopter (a video camera on a mini helicopter) that flew above us at the beach capturing us in a birds eye view. I've never seen this before and loved that it was all for us :)

Claudette is AMAZING!!! We are so happy to have had the good luck to find her to photograph our destination wedding at W retreat and spa! She is unbelievably talented - an artist! We love our pictures! She was such a pleasure to have around - so calming and almost angelic. She took avant guard shots which we love! Not run of the mill stuff. We had a tropical storm the day of our wedding and she was so flexible to move to the following day. She's fantastic!

Claudette and her team are AMAZING! Very professional, hard-working, friendly, talented, reliable, creative, perfectionist, and knowledgeable. Many guests approached us to comment on their outstanding work at the wedding, and of course they hadn't even seen the pictures or film yet! My wedding went by so fast that, a few days later, I felt like I couldn't remember particular moments, which were important for me. When I saw the pictures, I could relive each moment of my wedding. It wasn't until then that I felt that they actually happened and that I was there. I was most impressed by the fact that Claudette captured expressions from myself and my loved ones (particularly my parents) that I had never seen before. With her work, she allowed me to enjoy my wedding from a totally different perspective. The best part is that I feel the same excitement every time I go through the pictures. Her services were one of the best investments we made for one of the most important days of our lives.

When I was looking for a photographer for my wedding, I looked at the reviews on WeddingWire. That's how I found Claudette Montero, and I'm so glad I did! So now I want to write a review and help future brides. I decided to email Claudette after I saw her website and loved her work. I really liked that if you book her company Alucinarte Films you can also get your wedding video as one of the package offers. Claudette was responsible and easily accessible by phone or email. She even recommended my hair and makeup stylist (which was a great choice too). On my wedding day she kept me calm through the inevitable stress of that day. She has a great vision for unique photo opportunities, and our pictures are amazing!!! All the details in the photos are beautiful! Also, we got our photo gallery sooner than expected. I highly recommend Claudette and Alucinarte Films!

Claudette is amazing! She has a great, creative eye to capture the perfect moment. Her team is professional and you barely notice them still being able to get all perfect shots. I can't explain how beautiful the wedding pictures came out. The colors, the angles, you can live the moment again through every picture. She sent us 5 days later a website with some preview photos while the rest are done. Talk about promptness and keeping her customers happy not only before and during but also after the great event. She's amazingly sweet as well! Don't hesitate! She's the one to make your day a living memory!

There is only one way to describe Claudette, she is simply the BEST. A good friend recommended her and, after going through her website and looking at her portfolio, I knew she had to be my wedding photographer. I love how different and innovative she is, how she beautifully captures those moments you never want to forget. She quickly understood my vision for the wedding and there is no doubt that it reflects on her work. I can't get over how beautiful my wedding pictures are- they make me relive my wedding day every time I look at them. Claudette did both our engagement session and wedding and my husband and I could not be more pleased with our photos. We decided to get married in Puerto Rico never been to the area I told my coordinator you have done hundreds of wedding therefore who would you choose for your wedding to do videography. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We could not be happier with Alucinarte Films and Claudette Montero. There are so many many great things to say! When I was planning my wedding the most important thing in my planning list was the photographer. We had seen her galleries online and were very impressed. We adore our photos and are so happy we worked with such a talented photographer. I would highly recommend Claudette to anyone. We just had our destination wedding a few weeks ago in Puerto Rico and Claudette has already edited the photos for us to enjoy with our friends and family. Planning a destination wedding in PR from NYC was stressful enough but due to unforeseen circumstances, we were scrambling for a photographer at the last minute and were so lucky to have found Claudette.

Her work speaks for itself but I just wanted to say that she exceeded our expectations. Everyone has been raving about the photographs and we can't wait to see our final album. I highly recommend Alucinarte to anyone who is particular about photography and wants someone who will do a superb job.

I certainly recommend Alucinarte Films. Hands down! Claudette is very talented at what she does. She is very professional, caring, responsible, flexible and understanding. Photography was a huge decision for me when planning our wedding. I could not be more thrilled with the choice we made with Claudette! We are from Chicago, so finding a photographer in Puerto Rico was not an easy task. After a lot of research, we took a leap of faith with Claudette. From our first e-mails, she really put me at ease. She offered suggestions for other vendors and sent me some sites for wedding inspiration, as well.

My experience with Claudette could not have been any better. The images she captured are just as beautiful as I remember the day being. I am so excited to relieve each moment through her photos. I wanted to take a moment to review and thank Claudette and her husband for traveling to Newnan, Georgia to record our wedding at Historic Vinewood. Although we had never met in person before the wedding, they managed to capture such special and amazing emotion (true "moments") on camera. The day was long and hectic and it went by so fast. Now, every time I look at one of her still photos it brings an instant smile to my face just remembering those feelings like it was yesterday. The memories she managed to capture we (and my family) will have to cherish for the rest of our lives. I can never thank Claudette enough for all her hard work that day. She is very talented and asking her to participate in our wedding day was one of the best decisions I made as a bride to be. Anyone who selects them will thank God that they did! We had initially not considered obtaining a video service for our wedding but after seeing the beautiful and cinematic samples of Alucinarte Films and discussing the importance of this service we decided to hire them. They was attentive and professional throughout the entire process. The video quality was beautiful and the editing and music choices were perfect for the memories. Short version.. Claudette is AMAZING!!

I DO recommend them to everyone. My advice is to book her quick if she is available because this will be one of the best investments that you will make!

As you all already know, Claudette is extremely talented. It was such an honor to have her capture our wedding day and I cannot say enough about the quality and value of her work. The best part is that you can rest assured that Claudette always does a fantastic job of capturing some really touching moments that you probably would not have ever known about.

She was the first vendor that I booked and I definitely knew from day one that they would be our photo + film team. I know that I will cherish for the rest of my life and don’t think I will ever be able to express my gratitude for her ability to capture the emotions I felt that day.

Claudette is a great photographer!!! They couldn't have done any better and we couldn't have hired a better photographer to shoot our weeding..They are amazing at what they do, they had creative and fun ideas. They took the time to take very romantic shoots of me and my husband when the sun was sitting on the beach. These are the most beautiful memories of our wedding. We highly recommend this company.

How would I rate Alucinarte Films? There is no number!! She is so responsible, professional, and caring that we have truly fallen inlove with the way she approaches video and photography!

What I loved most about having her as our video/photographer was her sensibility as an artist and person. She truly possesses a certain angel like quality that makes you trust her and her work. She is always looking for creative ways for you and your groom to look fun and exceptionally romantic. I truly recommend Alucinarte Films and Claudette for anyone's wedding! If there is one thing to be cherished in a wedding, it is the memories....with Alucinarte you will have memories and more!!!!!!

We could not be more happy with Alucinarte. They really exceeded our expectations and the quality of the product delivered was SUPERB! Claudette is very professional and perfectionist in her work. I can recommend her blindfolded... you would not be dissapointed. Having Alucinarte in our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. After meeting with several photographers, we selected Alucinarte Films based on their portfolio and the prices of their wedding packages. The service and the products we received were well beyond our expectations. Throughout the pre- and post-wedding process, they were very professional, patient, flexible, and responsive to our needs and requests. They paid a lot of attention to detail and communicated with us in order to understand what was meaningful and of significance to us. As a result, we have amazing photographs that capture all the people, moments, and emotions that made up such an important occasion in our lives. They were able to capture our special/memorable moments without us even realizing they were there. Their photography is elegant, creative, fun, and exciting. The quality and uniqueness of their photographs is unlike any wedding photography we have ever seen. We highly recommend Alucinarte Films for a wedding, or any other special occasion.

They are a great professional team, which the highest technology equipment I had seen. Quality of videos was excelent. They are very much affordable when compared to others not having the same quality as Alucinarte.

Beware – Unprofessional and Unresponsive After Payment

We hired Claudette for both photography and videography for multiple wedding events (pre wedding ceremonies, wedding, reception) in May 2022, paying in full up front. While we received unedited digital photo files soon after the wedding and selected our photos for the album, we never received the finished album or our wedding video.

Despite multiple follow-ups, she became less responsive and eventually stopped replying altogether — it’s now been three years. We are heartbroken to be missing such a special part of our wedding memories, and deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

This experience feels like a complete scam, and we would strongly caution others against hiring her. No couple should have to chase down their wedding memories or deal with this level of negligence after such an important event.
