The most beautiful beach ceremony setup!!

I really enjoyed speaking with Melissa and she took her time to discuss ideas and help me decide on a look for our beach ceremony. The team arrived early and carefully put up each element and it was beautiful!

So easy to work with, AND literally helped save the day!

Classy Events was recommend to us by our wedding coordinator, and we are so glad! Melissa was super easy to work with: no muss, no fuss, no pushing. Very patient with me and my bride-brain! She also flexed at 11th hour to add an arch/arbor to our contract when we discovered 3 days before wedding that our florist was actually NOT providing one! (As an aside, I do wish there had been a better solution for anchoring the arbor down than two bulky black sandbags, BUT!!! again, Melissa and the Classy team saved us at the last minute, because if not for them we wouldn't have had an arch at all! But for any other prospective clients, I'd just recommend planning to add something around the arch posts to conceal the sandbags.) Perfect pipe/drape setup at our venue, napkins were styled beautifully per our request and photo inspiration provided, all of the linens were exactly as promised, and we felt that the cost was absolutely reasonable and fit into our budget perfectly. I would highly recommend Classy Events for your rental needs for the variety and quality of their offerings, but even more so for the sake of having truly kind and caring folks taking care of you for your big day!

Highly recommend

Melissa is phenomenal! SUPER affordable and I loved and appreciated how well and quickly she communicated with us. We needed to rent quite a bit for our wedding and they had everything we needed! Will definitely use her again in the future for other events !!

Wonderful Experience!

Classy Events did a wonderful job with decorating our wedding. We were more than impressed with the way our venue looked for the cocktail hour and the reception. They also provided our dance floor and draping. Our guests were more than impressed and they exceeded our expectations. Set-up and clean up was a breeze. Our wedding turned so beautiful!

Great Resource with Reasonable Prices

Karen was a great resource to discuss options for rental items for my daughter’s wedding. She was professional and flexible as we maneuvered through two postponements and the ultimate wedding day. The rental fees were reasonable, and they also allowed us to pick up and return items to save on the delivery charge. We will use them again and recommend them for your event.

Affordable, Great Quality

We used Classy Event rentals for napkins, table runners, and a tablecloth for the cake table. They were easy to work with even when I needed to make last minute changes. They have a round table in their shop where you can try out different colors and styles of linens to figure out how you would like to design your tables. This was very helpful because I have a hard time picture these things in my head. The linens were affordable and great quality.

Last minute excellence

Due to my original vendor cancelling on me at the last minute (3 days before the wedding), I was in a panic when I was given Classy Event Rentals' name. Not only did they come through for me, I got better quality linens. They were so easy to work with and so very helpful making sure they had what I needed while I was on the phone. Pick up and drop off were easy and quick. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend renting with Classy Covers. They are professional and excellent to work with. Their service is outstanding. They provided chargers, napkins, overlays, linens and chiffon chair weaves for our wedding of almost 300 people. They were flexible when I had made some last minute changes. Prices are good compared to other venders. Very pleased with their services.

We rented chargers for our tables. I had priced shopped around in the area and found Classy Event Rentals to have a great selection, with exactly what I was looking for, for the best price. They made it easy, we picked up the rentals a few days before our wedding and they had them packaged and ready to go when we arrived and provided crates and flexible hours to return them the following week.

We had such a phenomenal experience working with Classy Covers and Event Rentals! I reached out to them fairly close to my Wedding Day and they were able to assist me with all of our needs and everything was beautiful and extremely good quality materials. They were easy to work with and have such a extensive inventory that I was able to get exactly what I was looking for! I will be recommending them to everyone and definitely using them again!

Absolutely wonderful service. Karen & Melissa did our wedding setup at the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel this past Saturday and we couldn't be happier with their work. The reception room draping looked exactly like the picture we sent to Melissa, it was stunning. The chair covers, table setting and lighting made the room really come together like a dream. With all the other issues we had with this wedding, I am extremely thankful for Karen & Melissa's attention to detail and their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making our wedding look like a fantasy!

Karen was great helping me pick out rentals for my wedding. The selections they had to offer were beautiful and plentiful. The only issue I had was a broken piece on the cake stand but Karen was able to fix it which showed me she cared. Will definitely do business with them again if I need party rentals.

While touring a venue for our September 24th wedding I was made aware of Classy Covers and the wonderful selection available. Then I met with my creative designer who again pointed me to Karen. Upon meeting with her in her studio I understand why her name is widely known in the business. She was amazing! Karen was kind and professional. This was my first time having to rent chair covers with bow sashes and Karen made it simple. She helped me make the right color and style choices. Classy covers is a great vendor if you want beautiful, unique linens, classic chiavarri chairs, and affordable, perfect lighting. We went with beautiful stone-colored lamour linens and mahogany chiavarri chairs for our New Years Eve wedding, and it looked perfect and so "classy!". In terms of value, the most impressive to me was the offering for lighting - I wanted amber uplighting for my indoor reception, but I couldn't spend a fortune on lighting "design" that could change color throughout the evening or would require a technician on-call. Classy provided me with perfect amber uplights - indistinguishable from what other vendors use - at just a fraction of the cost. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you Classy!

Classy Covers & Event Rentals provide gorgeous table linens, chair decor' and beautiful glass chargers for our Holiday Open House on December 3rd. If you need linens ... for anything ... your first stop should be Classy Covers! They have it all and if they do not have it they can get it! While first planning my wedding I had decided I was going to do all the decorating myself. I quickly felt overwhelmed with all of it and realized it was a very bad idea. My fiancé found classy covers and I couldn't have been happier! After making all the arrangements, I didn't have to deal with any of it! They came in and set up and tore down all without me even realizing they had been there! Would absolutely recommend them! And they were only 1/3 of the cost we were expecting to have to pay for a decorating company!

Karen and her daughter Elizabeth were so helpful from the very beginning. We went to our meeting at their show room only knowing possible colors with no specific designs in mind. The showroom was perfect because they set up the table exactly how it will all be done for the wedding. Elizabeth was very patient with us and showed us many different variations until we found the perfect one. She also showed us pictures of previous events to help us get some ideas to work off of. From the table linens, to the ties on the chairs, to our table set up, everything was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better vendor. The set up and everything for the ceremony and reception were done by them and were just beautiful!

A lot of choices in linens for a wedding and we were able to decide on the perfect ones because of their help and suggestions. I didn't know a lot about table settings and they were definitely great in explaining everything to me and my then fiance. We also got the dance floor and it was exactly what we wanted, it wasn't an ugly parquet dance floor that we didn't want!

Classy Covers was very easy to work with and provided the perfect service to decorate our reception hall. For a little extra, the delivered our seat covers, set them up, and did break down in a minimal amount of time. The price was also very reasonable, and they offer a great assortment of other services. Would recommend them to anyone!

This lady deserves a much higher score than 5....Karen at Classy Covers was absolutely the best. She helped us from start to finish with every detail of our wedding. We were so incredibly happy with everything and would highly recommend her to EVERYONE!!!!!!!

Karen and her daughter Elizabeth were a pleasure to work with. They provided the perfect table covers and chairs to make my daughter's wedding vision come to life. We used Classy Covers for our wedding and could not have been happier!! They provided table overlays, table covers and sashes (with rhinestone buckles), and all of our centerpieces. Everything was absolutely beautiful!! They even ordered new table overlays and sashes since they didn't have the exact color I was looking for. They did all of the setup and tear down for the items we rented. They made everything so easy! One of the greatest things they did was let me come to their office, where they set up a model table with everything I was looking at. I was able to see what the tables and chairs would look like long before the wedding. They are very nice and professional and perfect for any event!

Karen was great for our event. We had multiple meeting at her studio where she sits down with you and creates as many mock table dressings as possible! She also has pictures of past events that give you ideas for yours. Extremely professional and would gladly refer her to anyone!

We used Classy Covers / Classy Event Rentals for all the decorations for our wedding. They were a one stop shop. They had everything that we needed: chairs, aisle runners, tablecloths, table runners, centerpieces, sashes, chair covers, uplights, and other items that made our wedding day perfect. We were simply amazed with the quality of service. Anything that we asked them to do, they were all over it and found a way to make it happen. I would highly recommend anybody that is looking for rental items for their wedding day to use Classy Event Rentals. If they treat you like they treated us, you will be extremely happy with your choice of a vendor.

Karen & the staff at Classy Covers provided all the table linens & centerpieces for my daughter's wedding reception. The room was absolutely stunning. They did a wonderful job and it looked better than we could have imagined. They were so easy & friendly to work with and made the whole experience so fun. I planned my wedding in a little less than a month. When someone suggested that our venue required seat covers, I freaked out, but classy covers came to the rescue! The staff was very easy to work with and made choosing the cover simple. They were extremely knowledgeable about our venue and that made everything a lot easier! I was extremely happy with the results and paying for set-up and take-down was totally worth it!

These ladies did an amazing job! We chose two sashes for the chairs (a blue and a white) they cam and tied them on the chairs and they looked wonderful! I keep getting compliments from people about how nice they looked.

Karen and her daughter were extremely helpful. I rented my charger plates, table linens, chair ties and uplighting from them. they came, set everything up and picked everything up as well. If there was something that i wanted that she didnt have in her inventory, she found it.

I highly recommend that you use Classy Covers for your wedding linens. I only rented a few table cloths and chair sashes from them (because my venue was suppling ivory linens already) but they were ok with my small rental order! I wanted a few fancy linens for my cake table, sweet heart table and a few others around the reception site. The luxury linens were the perfect touch! I also ordered the dark eggplant purple chair sashes from them! These were an awesome accent for our ballroom.

After shopping around I found that this company was the most reasonably priced and I absolutely loved that I was working with a family-run company! The mother-daughter duo knows their business! Definitely hire Classy Covers! You can go into their office to see and touch all their linen options, to ensure you know exactly what you are renting!

Karen and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with! They provided the linens, chair covers, dance floor and lighting for our wedding, but they offer so much more! Karen took the time to help us pick out the perfect colors and arrangement for our chair covers, linens and napkins. In turn, we received so many compliments on how elegant the decor at the reception was. The lighting was especially a great addition, and really enhanced the aesthetic feel of the room. I would highly recommend Classy Covers for any event. They are very professional, and will take the time to make sure your vision becomes a reality. Karen at Classy Covers was great to work with. I wish I had known about their services sooner. She and her staff decorated our venue using our decorations and chair covers because I found out about her rather late into the planning process. They were very responsive and followed my instructions to the letter. The venue was beautiful and set up went very smoothly because of Karen and her staff. I would highly recommend them.

The owner Karen and her daughter Elizabeth are professional and thorough. When my confirmed number of guests came back much higher than expected Karen got a rush order of chair sashes so everything would match 4 days before the event! She worked diligently to match the sashes to my daughter's dress and ordered a special pink especially for us as she did not have it in her stock. Her staff arrived on time to set up the dance floor and all chair covers, sashes, and certerpieces were in order. They arrived on time to take it all down after the party. The chair covers, sashes and centerpieces created the classy pink and white decor we desired. It was beautiful and the memories will last forever. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Classy Covers did an amazing job with our chair covers for our reception. Not only did they come and set up the day before so I could see how amazing the room looked, they broke down right after the reception. We recently worked with Classy Covers on our daughter's beach wedding and reception. They came highly recommended by our Catering Coordinator. From our initial conversation, they were professional and prompt with every question and made adjustments as we finalized the details. Karen and Melisa were great to work with and always pleasant when it came to asking questions or making changes. We had the wedding on a military installation and there were no issues with base access because they have a system in place and it worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend them for any event.

Karen has an excellent eye and is really great to work with. We stopped by the warehouse to pin down exactly what we would rent, and she was so helpful and did not push anything on us if we didn't want something. She had great suggestions and we are glad that we rented tablecloths, centerpieces, chair covers/sashes, and uplighting from Classy Covers. Everything looked lovely.
Note- if you rent candles, make sure you have someone to light them before the reception!

My father and I were celebrating our 80th and 50th birthdays together. Classy Covers provided the table linens, runners, center pieces, chair covers and sashes. They ordered the sashes in gold as requested and they were perfect. Our guest list went from 125 to 175 and they were able to accomodate us with no problem. Every phone call was returned promptly. Karen and her crew very helpful in selecting items for the event. They were caring and very professional. I would highly recommend them again for any event I am considering. Our guest are still calling us to say how "beautiful" and "elegent" the event was. Thanks again.

Classy Covers did a great job dressing the chairs at my wedding. I looked around at several different event rental companies and not only was Classy Covers the least expensive, but they actually carried sashes in my color (teal) when most other places I checked out did not. The chairs looked beautiful. Highly recommended!

This company is pretty much spot-on to our region in terms of comparison of prices with other rental companies in our area. I felt the quality of the rental items was also average. The place where they shone for me was in their flexibility. I changed my mind probably 6 times on what I wanted, and they never complained or charged me any fees for changing the order. They were also very flexible on the number of chairs we needed, and let me finalize two days before our event to get the most accurate count possible. I appreciated that aspect of their business, and because of that, I would recommend this company.
