I wouldn’t have wanted to get my wedding dress from anyone else!

I had a wonderful experience at Classic Brides by Eva after visiting several other dress shops. From the moment I arrived for my appointment, I knew this was different. Eva has an exquisite collection of timeless dresses that perfectly aligned with my vision. What I appreciated most was her kindness and patience—there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. Eva was completely transparent, from not charging extra for alterations to providing insightful feedback on jewelry selections. Exceptional Service All Around

I went to several bridal shops and Eva is the only one that exceeded my expectations. Eva was kind, honest and patient throughout the entire experience. She helped me find my absolute dream wedding dress. I would HIGHLY recommend Eva and her shop to absolutely anyone I know.

Eva is such a pleasure to work with! She takes pride and care in each customer she has!

Eva has a huge selection of Bridesmaid's dresses, which can be ordered in a variety of colors and styles. My bridesmaids picked out their dresses and I chose the color. Eva was such a pleasure to work with during the shopping process and the alteration process. She even customized some of the dresses to fit the needs of each girl. I would 110% recommend Classic Brides by Eva and will definitely be returning for future events!

Excellent shop, perfect dress

I found this Rebecca Ingram dress (www.maggiesottero.com/rebecca-ingram/lavonne/11252) at Eva’s for me and my (now) husband’s wedding Saturday 8/24/19. We decided on a fairly short engagement - 8 months - and bought the dress mid-February leaving only 6 months to order and alter the dress which is a pretty quick turnaround. Despite the timeline, Eva still managed to fit three dress fittings in and execute on all alterations perfectly. The dress was so affordable and alternations are both ‘on the house’ (free!) and done in-house by Eva herself. Her 30+ years in business shined through as all tweaks were perfectly executed for a flawless look day-of. She also provided a beautiful veil that seemed as if it were made from the dress itself it matched so well. She was always available and very easy to work with without any ‘say yes to the dress’ high-pressure environment. I got so many compliments on the dress, I could not be happier! Highly, highly recommend her small Mom-and-Pop shop to all brides!

I love this shop!

I just brought home my second gown purchased from Eva. I bought my dress for my daughter's wedding 3 years ago and knew I had to return to her for a gown for my son's wedding. She is so talented with her alterations and she usually doesn't charge for them at least on certain Mother of the Bride dresses and maybe others. She was so patient as I drove her crazy with minute little tweaks to the gown. She did them all with a smile and kept saying I want you to be happy! She is great with communicating any changes or updates on fitting times. Easy to park on her street or in her shop's driveway. She is just the best. I hope to use her again one day. Thank you so much Eva your kindness was always so appreciated!

Amazing dresses and service!

Eva was my first stop when looking for wedding dresses and I'm so happy I found my dress with her the first appointment. She also was amazingly flexible for fittings and everything came out amazing!

I am so grateful to Eva. I had had a hard time finding a dress, went to 7 appointments before I went to her. I told a friend that I was having trouble finding the perfect dress, and she told me to go to Eva. I was sick of trying on dresses, tired of the pushy sales people and it was just turning into a chore rather than something fun and exciting. When I got to the shop, it all changed. She was warm, sincere and not at all pushy like what I had been used to. I told her what I was looking for, she pulled out a dress and it was beautiful. I wound up taking a couple days to think about it, and am so glad i went with the Kenneth Winston I tried on. I like that it's a small business, and not some corporation. When I'd call with a question and gave my name, she knew who i was and the wedding date. When the dress came in, she altered it quickly and it was included in the cost of the dress. I also received a beautiful veil from Eva and bought my head piece from her. I could go on and on, but bottom line I am so glad I went to Brides by Eva!

This is THE ONLY SALON to go to for any special occasion!!
I got married this year and went to numerous bridal salons and experienced attitude, ridiculous dress and/or alteration costs, and/or poor dress selection. I was beginning to think I wouldn't be able to afford a beautiful dress.
I was recommended to Eva from various friends who used her for their weddings and said I would not be disappointed. I live an hour away from her salon, but it was hands-down the best decision I made and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Eva has a ton of gorgeous gowns from well-known designers at a reasonable cost with FREE alterations and veil! Eva is the owner and sole employee, so she has a ton of pressure on her. Through it all, she had a smile on her face and gave me the biggest hug when I went to pick up my dress.
Eva stresses she wants every bride to be happy for her big day. She really came through for me when we had a mishap with my MOH's dress, which we also purchased from her. We originally chose one color, but as time went on, we realized it wouldn't look right. I called Eva and asked to order the dress in the other color and offered to pay for the original one on order. Eva said 'no problem,' and ended up doing a rush delivery. When we came to pick up the dress, Eva only charged me for the final dress and said she would keep the original and sell it at her shop. I was so touched from her generosity.
Eva is not only a genuine person, but is also extremely talented. Her alterations on our dresses were done in a timely manner and with excellent skills. The dresses came out beautiful and we were more than satisfied with our experience at Classic Brides.
Highly, highly recommend!! Don't waste time going anywhere else, go to Eva!!

Eva is an absolute gem! I went to a slew of bridal salons in NY and CT and wasn't too thrilled with my experience. I actually found my dress at a different salon, but wasn't happy with the customer service, the cost of alterations and the very limited times they were available to do alterations. Eva who lives in my town did not have my dress but carried the line and was happy to order the dress for me. Everything from there was a breeze. Working with Eva is like having a second mother to help you along the way towards your wedding day. I could tell she gave that special TLC to each one of her brides. Alterations were included and it didn't matter how often you needed to come or how much neeed to be done. I really felt that Eva cared about me and making sure I was beautiful on my day. She would even give me a good honest opinion, which is hard to find in the wedding biz. Eva also altered two other outfits for my shower for a minimal cost. I will certainly be an Eva customer for life for any of my other formal event needs. Thank you Eva!

Eva is so sweet and a pleasure to work with. She wasn't intrusive and allowed me and my bridesmaid to pick dresses and try them on in a more casual setting which I particularly enjoyed because it was more fun! I fell in love with my dress instantly. She has a great selection and does free alterations! I went to pick up my dress the day before the wedding, and It was still a bit shorter than I wanted. So she said give her 30 mins and she'll fix it, and she did! I highly recommend her!

I recommend her to every bride I meet. My mom and I call her the wedding angel! At the end of all of our appointments we were so sad we would not see her anymore!

She truly made you feel confident about your price point and wants you to be a happy bride. I went to other salons where my budget did not get me very far. Alternations and veil were included in my price. She also offered me a discount for buying a sample dress. I could not have been any happier with my dress- I felt like an absolute princess and Eva made sure of that.

To say that working with Eva was a dream would be no exaggeration. It was a flawless experience and for me it was a year and a half process! When I finally had to pick up my wedding dress for the last time, I couldn't believe that I wouldn't have the opportunity to see her again. As much as Eva was a professional vendor, she also felt like a friend. She is there with you every step of the way, from helping you find what you want in a style that works for you to making sure alterations are exactly as you want them. Eva is professional, friendly, honest, patient, experienced and very flexible. At least once when I came to try the dress on I wound up in it for an hour just because I didn't want to take it off! Eva never made me feel like she was trying to rush me out of the store for other customers.

I highly, highly recommend Classic Brides by Eva to all brides who want an easy, memorable experience picking their gown. I can't imagine having purchased my dress from anywhere else.

I am so happy that I bought my gown from Eva. Her boutique is on the small side but she had quite a bit to choose from in a variety of sizes and price points. She was very patient with me while I shopped around and I never felt any pressure from her to purchase. Once my dress came in she was flexible on scheduling fittings and I felt very comfortable with her talent as a seamstress. My dress fit perfectly and I felt beautiful.

I have been working with Eva for years. When I had the opportunity to shop for a wedding dress, she was my first pick! She has been so dedicated to help me find my perfect wedding dress and is unbelievable to work with. It is a small shop but she is flexible and will help you find what looks great! My bridesmaids also picked out their dresses through her and loved the experience.

I love Eva! She literally saved my wedding. After having an awful experience with another vendor, she went above and beyond to make sure that my dress as well as my girls dresses were perfect for that day. Wedding dress shopping was my favorite part of planning our wedding. I was almost sad I found my dress because that meant I couldn't keep trying on more dresses. Eva was wonderful! She knew how much I loved the dress I choose from the moment I stepped into it, minus the shoulder strap. She explained how we could take that off and add a sash to switch up the dress to make it my own. I not only ordered my dress from Eva but also my bridesmaids dresses, my mom’s dress and Eva was kind enough to alter my grandmothers dress as well. Eva couldn't be nicer, she loves what does for a living and it shows. I would highly recommend to her to any bride or mother of the bride!

From the beginning, I knew I wanted to find my dress at a local boutique. I went online and researched the designers that Eva had in her collection prior to trying anything on. From the second I got there, she was so attentive, helping me try on the gowns and listening to what I wanted. When I finally found THE ONE, she was so kind and helpful with ordering it even a size smaller (when I lost a lot of weight)! My bridesmaids dresses even came from Eva's, and she helped my out-of-town bridesmaids order their dresses without any hitch. I also ordered extra fabric from her to create sashes for my flower girls. Eva is the kindest person I have ever met, she is so helpful and will drop everything to assist a stressed-out bride. Since it is a boutique, you don't feel the hustle-bustle of going to big-box store. We were never rushed, we relaxed and were able to take our time deciding. Her true spirit really reflected amazing customer service and I will be sure to send my friends there for all their wedding dress needs. THANK YOU EVA! x0

My dress and bridesmaids dresses were amazing! Eva was great to work with and very accomidating. The dress I got was the first dress I tried on! I was so happy with it. The bridesmaids also found their dress the first day and time we went looking (right along with my dress). One of my bridesmaids was out of state until a week before the wedding and she was able to do alterations when she came back for the wedding. Eva was amazing and I highly recommend her! Absolutely LOVE Eva. She did bridesmaids dresses for my cousins wedding in 2010 and when I got engaged on Christmas Eve last year, I knew that her store was the first place I was looking for my dress! I found my dress, as well as my bridesmaids dresses and Eva is definitely very accommodating. She is going to alter my bridesmaid dress 3 days before the wedding because that's when she comes up from Florida! Amazing!

Classic brides by Eva really is a very classy place! After going place to place looking for bridesmaid dresses we were recommended this business by a friend. We made an appointment and Eva managed to squeeze us in on a day she was already very busy because it was so hard for me to get all my girls together at once. She was very accommodating and we found the perfect dresses in no time. We actually caught her while she was moving from one store location in Stratford into a larger store just off the green. I can honestly say the move did not affect anything at all, nothing was delayed or pushed off because of it. She did all the alterations herself and had my girls come back a few times to make sure every fit was perfect. I can not say enough good things about this business and its owner.

Eva is amazing!! I ordered a Maggie Sottero dress from her shop (which already came highly recommended from a couple friends). I ordered 11 months before my wedding. When the Maggie manufacturers sent my dress, it came in with a pull underneath which destroyed some of the bead work on the front. Eva told me everything that happened and sent it back for a brand new one! Not all dress shops would be so honest! She assured me everything would be in on time, and it was! I went back for a few different fittings and she was very accommodating to any alteration requests. I only wish her bridesmaid dress manufacturers had the right color I was looking for - I would have given Eva every bit of my business! Everything came out great!

Loved Eva! I wasn't even really looking for a classic gown, but fell in love with one in her shop. It was stunning. I thought so and so did all of my guests. Eva was great to work with, relaxed, flexible. As far as value goes, I would have given her 10 stars..an unbeatable price for such a dress and service.

Classic Brides by Eva was beyond amazing. There was no pressure, I tried on all sort of dresses and never felt rushed or pressured. She is amazing all the alterations for the wedding and bridesmaids dresses were free which was HUGE!! She was flexible with our schedules and even stayed open later so that my maid of honor could meet us there from work in NY to try on her dress. She is sweet, and is always pleasant. The prices of the dresses were awesome! I would recommend her to everyone I know! I loved her!!!! Thanks again Eva! My dress was PERFECT :-)

Eva was truly amazing. During my planning process, we definately put her to the test.

I chose a dress quickly, but wanted a longer train and straps added, and as easy as a snap of the fingers Eva made it happen, and it was perfect.

I had a bridesmaid who gained a fair amount of weight after ordering her dress, and when her dress came in, it was 2 sizes too small. The problem being that she didn't go in for a fitting until 2 weeks before the wedding, and the fabric was on backorder... but somehow, it came in on time, and Eva redid the entire dress and no one ever knew the difference.

Another bridesmaid lived out of state, and Eva altered her dress the day before the wedding, with only 1 try-on, and it also was perfect.

AND my mom bought her dress elsewhere, and then realized that she needed a strap added last minute, and Eva did it, while we waited, in about 10 minutes, and that too, was perfect.

The service was amazing, the quality was pristine, and Eva and her staff were always pleasant to be around.

If I could, I would give this salon 10 stars!

Eva was amazing we got 4 out of the 5 bridesmaids dress there (didnt get one due to her living out of state) my dress, my moms dress, and even the flower girls dress. She did a unbelievable job at making sure everyone's dress fit perfect. my sister prior to the wedding lost 11lbs and she had to fix the whole dress and did it without a issue. and she doesn't charge for alternations. She was amazing!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eva. She is the absolute best. Everyone should get their dress from here. Eva works personally with you until everything is exactly how you want it.

Eva is absolutely amazing!!! I visited many dress shops in looking for the right dress for our wedding day and Eva was head and shoulders above the rest! She is kind, compassionate, hard working, professional and dependable. From helping me find the perfect dress, accomodating my 9 person wedding party and dealing with my last minute antics, Eva was wonderful! She had everything altered, pressed and ready to go despite last minute fittings. She was kind hearted, trustworthy, easy to get along with and very flexible.
I would reccommend Eva to anyone in search of the perfect wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or other formal wear, she really is one of a kind!

My bridesmaids got their dresses here. Eva is great. Alterations are included in the prices, which are very reasonable. She did alterations while we waited and did a great job.

Eva is the best. I am so happy with everything she did for me and my wedding party. She ordered the bridesmaid dress for me to see, She helped my mom with her dress, altered my sisters dress to her likings, and everything was perfect. I would recommend Classic Brides to everyone.

I have never met a more patient, wonderful, truly caring person! Eva is amazing! She is very talented and dedicated! She wants you to feel comfortable and beautiful! I have been in many weddings and have used Eva, everyone I recommend to her has been so happy. She is one of a kind.

Eva is AMAZING! She dressed my whole wedding party and did a beautiful job with the alterations. When I started to get nervous about my dress choice, she let me come back multiple times to try on the sample to make sure I was truly in love with it (which I absolutely was!). I bought my shoes from her and she gave me them free as her gift, which was so sweet. She let me try on about 25 veils with my dress when she had a full shop, and when 1 week before the wedding when my cousin couldn't come in for the wedding cause she's in the Army, she altered a size 6 to a 2 so my friend could wear it and be involved. Oh yeah, she altered it in 24 hours! If you are considering Eva I would definitely use her. She's the sweetest woman and you feel her one on one service.

Eva is GREAT! I got my bridesmaid dresses from Eva and she is just wonderful! I had a bridesmaid coming in 2 days before the wedding and she had the alterations done in time! And the alterations are FREE!! If only I could have found my wedding dress there!

I got my bridal gown from Eva's and my 3 bridesmaids got their dresses from their as well. All of the dresses needed to be altered and with some she had to do more alternations than others. She kept working on the dresses until we were all happy. She did a great job with all of them. She has a limited selection of dresses but there is a great variety and her prices are very reasonable. All of us were very happy with her salon.

Eva is such a sweetheart! It was great to go to a store that was so personal and family oriented. Eva really went out of her way to make sure that everything was set for the big day! She even had her niece bring my mother's dress to our house! Would absolutely recommend Eva to my friends!
