Rodney,
You and Vickie did an AMAZING job for our Sept. 15th wedding at Thorpewood. We knew we had picked the perfect Photographers the minute we met you guys. You are very very fun to work with and on top of that you guys are great people. You made everything so easy for us and BEYOND knew what you were doing when it came to our pictures. We used Clark Photography for our elopement photos! It was a wonderful experience! We were very pleasantly surprised that Rodney and his wife, Vicky were there to take photos. The photos turned out so great! Highly recommend!

We are so happy with our pictures!! We used them for our wedding and from start to finish it was a great experience! You can tell he really takes pride in his work and truly cares about giving you great photos. Their packages include engagement photos as well which add even more value to a great deal. Rodney and Vicki kept our day moving and on schedule. They were timely and efficient and polite. And did I mention how beautiful our pictures are?? I'd recommend them in a second!

We had an absolutely wonderful time working with Rodney! His professionalism and creativity made our wedding day perfect! He was very easy to work with and was able to work around our schedules so that we could meet with him when convenient for us (which was nice because we live an hour and a half away). And everyone LOVED our wedding album! If you ever need a photographer, he is the one to have!

Rodney and Vicki were the best photographers to work with and I am so impressed with our photographs. We had so much fun and I am so thankful to you both. You captured the smiles, tears, the laughter and the joy or our big day. My husband and I are so impressed with how you worked with us from a distance and I am so thankful for everything you did for us. Thank you for helping with the flower mishaps, the late start to ceremony, the rain and mud at the reception, the venues' ridiculous paperwork request and most important capturing us having fun. Vicki you were awesome to work with before with me and the ladies and I am very impressed with you attention to details (hair and veil placement) for each shot. From our engagement photo sessions to the wedding photos, we couldn't have asked for a better photographer. We had so many amazing pictures to choose from for our wedding album it was unbelievable! Clark Photography was so fantastic and fun to work with. We did engagement photos as well as our wedding photos with them. We used the engagement ones in a book as our guest book, and it was like having everyone sign a year book.

On the day of the wedding, we had an issue with the venue, and Rodney and Vickie helped keep me and my husband calm as things were straightened up with the other issue. We had a yucky grey day, and were worried we wouldn't get good pictures, but when we got our proofs, they were out of this world awesome.

They captured the big moments and the quiet moments, such as our daughter's favorite stuffed monkey sitting on a chair. My brother wasn't able to be at the wedding, and he even was able to incorporate a photo of him into our wedding album, which made it so very special.

We had such a wonderful experience with Clark Photography, and we would recommend them to ANYONE!!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the great customer service and beautiful pictures that Clark Photography took at our wedding. Rodney Clark is very experienced and thorough and he really thinks of everything. We had nothing to worry about on our big day, because he and his partner Vicky were so wonderful and they took care of every detail. By the time we got to our wedding day, we had built such a strong relationship with them that we completely trusted their judgment, which is invaluable on the most important day of your life. Every time we show friends and family our beautiful album, we hear over and over, "I've never seen anything like that before!" The cover is breathtaking and we are so happy with how our day was captured throughout the pages. We are so happy to have this meaningful keepsake for the rest of our lives.

Rodney has taken all our families pictures, starting with our wedding in June 1983 to now. We have known him and Vicki to be very professional and accommodating in every session. I highly recommend their photographic services.

The Clark's were absolutely amazing! They were both extremely helpful and essentially helped plan all of our vendors. We met them at a Bridal Fair and are dinner with them, they helped us by giving us information for different vendors in the area- even other photographers! Needless to say, we booked them immediately!
Our pictures turned out beautifully and they captured our relationship perfectly. They were great at offering advice and we felt comfortable the entire time. They worked beautifully with the staff at our venue as well as coordinating different parts with our DJ. I would highly recommend the Clark's!

We HIGHLY recommend Clark Photography! He is an amazing and award winning photographer and everyone who sees his photos of us comment on them. Not only is he a fabulous photographer, he and his wife are generous with their time, completely and totally professional and overall just good, solid people. They are not over priced when they definitely could charge more for their service. They did engagement photos for us as part of our package. I completely trusted them. The artisitic nature and high quality photos in general speak for themselves!

My wife and I decided to go with Clark Photography for our wedding and have no regrets. Rodney and his wife provided a high quality album that exceeded our expectations. We gave them the green light to do whatever they felt was creative and original, and we were not disappointed. We let them do their jobs and it turned out great.

Anytime we had questions, they were prompt in responding. They were accessible by both phone and email. Through a few face to face meetings we were able to discuss the location of the wedding ceremony, reception and any special locations that we would like to get pictures done. They made the process very easy for us. Because of Rodney’s familiarity with the area and also his years of experience in the area, he was able to suggest a few locations for pictures that many other photographers may not know about. Once we had our locations down, the logistics was taken care of by him. No stress on us at all.

They also worked with us on payments for the service. He was flexible and understanding. That took a lot of stress off of our shoulders as well. I will say that there are other photographers out there who may be cheaper, but don’t be fooled. Do your research and find out everything you can before making a final decision. You get what you pay for. Take into consideration the little things, afterall you want the pictures and memories to last and look GREAT! Anybody can whip out a digital camera and take decent pictures but it takes a true professional to give you those “magazine quality” photos. Little things like the backgrounds, shadows, positioning, lighting, all of these are complete second nature to Rodney. They are adjusted and accounted for without having to think about it. Then of course, there is his ability to edit and touch up your photos before putting them into your album. I’ve seen first hand the wonders he can do, and not just with wedding albums.

A little advice; save the money on the things like chair covers at the reception and the big expensive meal options. Save the money for something that will last. At the end of the day, the guests probably won't remember what color chair covers you had, and if you have chicken instead of steak they aren't going to take their gift back. This day is about the bride and groom and if you're willing to spend money on those kinds of things; save it and use it for a true Professional Photographer. This way you will get the quality photos that will capture your memories and last forever.

Our album was completed in a very timely manner, and it looks amazing. I love showing it off to people, and I am thrilled with the results. There truly is a difference between Clark Photography and the rest. I highly recommend Clark Photography and I am confident they will meet, and most likely exceed, your expectations.

Rodney Clark is without a doubt one of the most talented, hardworking, creative, and imaginative photographers that I have ever met. Together with his wife Vicki a part of his team this dynamic duo was no less than AMAZING for our wedding. I knew since I was a teenager when I had my very creative senior photo's taken with Rodney that he was the only person who we would even consider photographing our wedding day. Our wedding photo's began around noon on the day of the wedding and he worked until at least 11pm when we had a full fireworks display at Antrim 1844 where our wedding reception was held. They stayed until the very end making sure we were happy and that we had every photo we wanted. We could not have asked for more professionalism and dedication. Our guests had a great time as they made everyone feel not invaded but still captured priceless moments which is just what we wanted.

We had ordered an album and ended up adding so many more photo's to it and after Rodney put the entire album together working with me as we live overseas in England I called him only to change several parts of it on my account not what he had done. Rodney was more that kind to me and changed everything to the exact way that I envisioned it..no questions asked he was there to do what we wanted to and to make sure this was the album of our dreams. After all it was his fault that he had taken the most amazing photos that we just could not decide! We had almost 2,000 pictures to pick from which is normally easy to weed through however ALL of the photos were so amazing it was such a joy picking them all out. I felt that his prices are extremely fair especially for the level of professionalism and quality of photos and service that you receive. To my husband and I our wedding day was all about he and I however we wanted more than the food, the live band, the videographer and the fireworks for the photos to reflect how wonderful our celebration was...we got just that and more. I would recommend Rodney Clark to anyone that wants moments captured that are priceless and that wants a wedding album and photographer that are PERFECT!

Choosing a good photographer was one of the most important things for us when planning our wedding. We realized that although our wedding was only one day, we’d have the photos to bring back the memory for a lifetime.

Rodney and Vicki Clark are the best and far exceeded our expectations. If we could score them a 100/100, we would. Our wedding posed some complications because we had a limited amount of time to get photos in the church, after the ceremony. Rodney made it work out and the pictures turned out fantastic. When the ceremony was over, our guests were unsure what to do next but Vicki took over and told the guests where they needed to go. Not only did our pictures turn out absolutely gorgeous but we had a blast working with Rodney and Vicki. We expected to get photos out of choosing Clark Photography but we also gained lifetime friends. I’d highly recommend Clark Photography to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. You won’t be disappointed.

We chose Clark Photography to photograph our wedding five years ago and are so appreciative of the quality work that Rodney & Vickie gave to us during our special time. Rodney & Vickie were professional to work with throughout the entire engagement & wedding process -- everything from our engagement session, to my bridal portrait, to the pre-wedding and post-wedding pictures, to the reception -- went off without a hitch. Rodney was even very polite and even-tempered when my mother tried directing the post-wedding photos. He has years of experience dealing with different personalities and getting the "right picture" despite the circumstances.

We were extremely pleased with the wedding album we received from Clark Photography. Even though they offered a variety of wedding albums, my husband and I opted to go with a traditional wedding album and still enjoy looking through it today.

We have continued to use Clark Photography for our portrait needs since having our first child in 2008. We took our daughter to Clark Photography when she was 11 months old and we received some wonderful shots of our family. We went in for another family portrait last month and are extremely pleased with the results. Headstrong toddlers are not always the easiest subjects to photograph but Rodney breezed through the photo session with ease and we couldn't be happier with the photographs.

My husband and I chose Clark Photography when we had seen all of the great pictures that Rodney and Vickie had taken at our friend’s wedding. After meeting Rodney and seeing his other wedding albums it just reassured our decision. From our first meeting we could tell he was very knowledgeable, talented and had years of experience. After seeing all of the beautiful and fabulous pictures they had taken of our wedding, I am not sure how we are going to decide which ones to chose for our album…we may have to increase our pages. :) They were both such a pleasure to work with and made the entire day fun and memorable. My husband and I got married 5 1/2 months ago. We chose Clark Photography because my cousin utilized his services for her wedding 5 years ago and had nothing but positive remarks. We feel the same. Rodney and Vickie were the photographers at my wedding six years ago and I am still raving about their work! They were both very helpful through the entire process of selecting poses and photos to creating an awesome album. On our wedding day, they were professional and worked very well with our bridal party and guests. After the wedding, the proofs and portraits were delivered in a timely fashion and the quality was incredible! My husband and I are now excited to have family portraits done by Rodney and Vickie after the addition of our son! Rodney and Vickie took our engagement and wedding pictures 5 1/2 years ago and I still look at the pictures in awe. Rodney and his wife are very professional and take great pride in their work. He took my sister's wedding pictures prior to mine, and it was a no brainer who I was going to ask to do my wedding when I saw her pictures. He knew exactly how to have us pose to get the best shot. It was also great having Vickie there because she could take the same picture, but from a different angle. Rodney was also very sensitive to my wishes as far as what type of album I wanted. A situation occured in which I had decided on a certain type of album, and then all of a sudden the company stopped making that album. Rodney went out of his way to help me choose another album that was even better, and also made an additional smaller album for me. He did whatever he could to make it right and made sure I was happy, and I definitely was! It just shows that Rodney really cares about his brides! I have several portraits hanging in our home from our wedding, and our family/friends, including photographer friends, always comment on how beautiful they are. We refer him to everyone we know!

I am so glad I chose Clark Photography for my wedding day! Rodney & Vicky Clark are great! They are very professional form start to finish. When I first met with Rodney I very impressed with how well he listened to me and the ideas and the plans I had for my speical day. He was very helpful when I had questions and needed ideas. He made me feel very confident in his ablities and made the planning a lot easier. They made taking pictures on my wedding day a blast!! We had so much fun! In the end I had 1100 pictures to chose from & they are all amazing! If you want one thing to be stress free in your planning you need to use Clark Photography!

Rodney and Vickie Clark of Clark Photography are absolutely incredible!!! He took my uncles wedding pictures almost 10 years ago and I knew then that I wanted him to do mine too! So when the time came for me to get married, I knew exactly who to ask. I got married 2 months ago and everything went absolutely perfect!! They worked with my husband and I on the payments for the package we chose because we were paying for the photography ourselves and also talked us into getting our pictures taken before the ceremony actually took place. It was the best thing I could have done. We were not rushed at all and because of this got some AMAZING pictures!! About a week before the wedding we met with Rodney and Vickie and finalized everything. There was not one thing missed from what we went over that day and on my actual wedding day. They also showed us a few pics from 2 other weddings they had done at the same place we were getting married to give us some additional ideas. Which was very helpful!!! My wedding party was huge and I was worried it would be difficult but Rodney and Vickie took control of everyone and everything flowed great!! There wasn't a single picture that I wanted and didn't get!! It was really cool having both Rodney and Vickie take pictures because we have a lot of the same pics but from different angles and such, which makes it really cool!! I got my proofs back and have about 1300 pics to choose from for my album!! I don't even know where to start because they are all soooo good!! Another cool thing about Rodney and Vickie is that Vickie is a cosmetologist and when my veil fell out or someones hair was doing something crazy, she was able to fix it!!! I absolutely love Clark Photography and am going to highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

I have lived in Waynesboro all of my life. Rodney and Vickie have always been well know, respected and sought out for their photography. So when it came time for my fiance to find a photographer there was no other choice.

After calling Rodney to book him for our wedding date we were devastated to find out both he and his wife were going to be out of town on a family vacation. I then turned to him for some recommendation's of other photographers who would produce the quality pictures much like his. He was very helpful and provided us with various recommendations. Later that same evening we received a phone call from Rodney, he had spoken with Vickie and they both had decided together to reschedule their vacation. I was blown away that they would make such a generous and kind sacrifice for me.

Throughout the wedding process Rodney was always very supportive, flexible, helpful, enjoyable, and funny. He and his wife Vickie made our wedding day one we will never forget. My husband and I, along with our bridal party still talk about the fun we had shooting our photos at Hagerstown City Park. He did a phenomenal job, our photos and album are absolutely gorgeous. Especially since he had his work cut out for him with some very un-photogenic groomsmen:) I would recommend no one else to make your wedding day memories last forever!!!!

Rodney and Vicki Clark of Clark Photography helped to make my wedding a dream come true!! My husband and I just got married 2 months ago on the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean, and we took Rodney and Vicki with us to capture the wedding. The pictures that they took are absolutely GORGEOUS! Rodney actually won an award for one of the photos he took of our wedding. We have nearly 2,000 photos to sort thru, and I really don't know how we'll be able to choose because they're all amazing! Rodney and Vicki make such a great team and do a fabulous job of capturing all of the special moments of the wedding. Being that they were with us for about 4 days, we had the treat of getting not only wedding photos, but we got "engagement" and "honeymoon" type photos as well. My wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without having them there! I would recommend Clark Photography to everyone! They are the best!!

Rodney and his wife Vickie were fantastic on my wedding day! After talking with Rodney and listening to his recommendations, my husband and I decided that we would see each other before the wedding, so that we could really get some photos other than the traditional "church" photos. That was the best decision we could have made! We took the entire wedding party to a nearby park and had some amazing pictures taken, and had so much fun in the process! I honestly did not have to worry about a thing the entire time because Rodney and Vickie kept everything moving and just told us where we needed to be and what we needed to do. It was also nice that they were practically "invisible" during the ceremony, no interfering at all, but yet capturing some amazing shots! I have recommended Rodney to so many brides, he really is the best. I absolutely love my album! In fact, we had over 800 proofs to choose from, and they were all great, so that actually made it hard to decide what I wanted in my album! Since my wedding I have had Rodney take family pictures and pictures of my children for me. He never disappoints! Excellent photographer.

We booked Rodney and Vicki for our wedding in Bermuda and would totally do it again! It started with meeting with them in their studio (which is absolutely gorgeous by the way) and consulting with them about every angle of our wedding. We quickly realized that having a beach wedding would not be feasible, so they had suggested possibly getting married on a cruise ship. We loved this idea since our wedding consisted of only 12 people in attendance... Our ceremony was on the day that we docked in Bermuda so we grabbed all the attention of the entire ship having fun running around the ship taking photos in our wedding attire. Rodney had the eye for the shots while Vicki was picking up the small details to make sure everything was perfect in the shots. Both of them are a lot of fun, while Vicki is definitely the life of the party... she knew all the fun shots we wanted and was always attentive to what we needed. Rodney was about as professional as you can get from start to finish, answering every single question we had. His album was amazing... the print quality is incredible, the pricing was extremely reasonable for what we got (especially since we kept him out of his office for 5 days in Bermuda) and if we could do it all over again, we definitely would...!

Rodney Clark did a wonderful job on our wedding photos. He is a very traditional and experienced photographer. Overall, I was extremely pleased. The quality of his work is superb. My husband and I are thrilled with our album and have been showing it off to everyone. We thought his prices were fair, and he even gave us a military discount. Rodney was very communicative and made sure he understood what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Clark Photography.

Not worth it! Aggressive, awkward, demeaning. The only reason we continued to use Clark Photography is because they already had a significant portion of our budget to secure the date.

We were told to make a list of photos we wanted to capture on our wedding day. We did this, it was sent, and confirmed by them. On our wedding day, he did not bring along the list and we were asked what photos we wanted...

He seemed concerned about the candlelight at our ceremony, so I pushed to meet pre-wedding at the church at the time of the wedding to see the light levels. He was angry and unprofessional. He called and appologized several days later, explaining that he has back problems and would be having surgery two weeks before the wedding...

He asked for editing suggestions for our proofs and when we provided them (and suggestions are only that, suggestions!) he was VERY defensive and aggressive. He said that because we had selected the lowest cost package that we were asking too much. This was demeaning. It made us feel that, because we couldn't afford to purchase a more costly package, we were not worth it... nothing about editing limits is presented in the contract.

My individual shots were forgotten on my wedding day. Extra photos were given to us as a compensation. But nothing can replace the pictures that were lost.

Some pictures are exquisite but most are not. I think his wife has more artistic talent behind the camera. The album turned out well. However, NOTHING is worth this experience.
