Ryan and our second photographer were amazing. They worked with our schedule which meant that we needed them at two locations at one time. They knew when to take the perfect picture of our wedding. Our pictures were so perfect we didnt know which one to picture.
Ryan also went above and beyond by make a dream photo come true. Our best friend fender was diagnosed with cancer the day before the wedding and sent to heaven the day after. Ryan took a photo at the wedding and was able to add him in1 as if he was there. I couldn't ask for a better photographer that would go out of their way to make that photo come true.

Amazing shots. Wonderful flexibility with the timeline and beach shots. Was willing to adjust the list of staged photos to the wind on the beach and offered a few amazing suggestions, one of which turned into my favorite shot from the whole night. Made the most of the limited pre wedding time to get some amazing candids in literally ten minutes before we had to go.
Pics showed up in the window of time, and let me tell you, i can't stop looking at them. He captured all the moments and all the fun. Amazing quality. Wonderful to work with. Very flexible with my timeline and requests.
Amazing eye for photography and capturing the moments of the day, even in the cold beach with the wind all up in my face. And my hair. and yet, you can't tell in the photos. He made sure to get the good sides.

Working with Ryan was a very simple and friendly expirence. From meeting him to discuss pricing and even after the day of the wedding. He is extremely personable, easy to get a hold of, and overall an easy going guy. His demeanor is just one part of his work. After the wedding he stayed in contact and took nearly 600 beautiful photos. We got a flash drive in the mail along with a link to preview. His editing made the photos shine and he captured every part of the day I could have asked for. This was all in his lowest package! I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan to any couple planning a wedding! My husband and I wanted to hire a photographer who would get along with our wedding party and add to the fun of the day. We had a great time while taking our wedding photos and it really showed in the pictures. Wedding guests told us afterward that our photographer was "THE BEST!" We were so glad we had chosen a photographer who helped us enjoy the day while taking remarkably beautiful pictures. "VOGUE COVER" was the refrain when everyone saw the stunning photos. Working with Ryan was a fabulous experience. We were going for simple as this wasn’t our first marriage but wanted to have professional memories. Ryan was willing to try and capture the many ideas we had and even those we came up with last minute. His patience in getting everyone in the large group, and even the smaller family groups at their best was great, even when making our Aunt come back for a second take because she didn’t look her best in the first take. Hired Ryan for our wedding, he was personable, professional and took amazing pictures. Provided them on line and via flash drive. The wedding/reception pictures caught virtually every moment and he provided over 3 hrs of moments! He was not intrusive or disrupted the ceremony or reception, we hardly knew he was there but yet he captured so many memories. We had initially not planned on doing engagement photos, changed our mind later and Ryan accommodated and was great in providing ideas and different angles for those. At the wedding he even stayed past the initial time to ensure he captured everything. In addition to the great pictures Ryan was just awesome to work with as well. Highly recommended!

Hire Ryan!
Ryan was fantastic to work with - he was very responsive to emails, and he invited us to meet with him and view his prior work quicker than other photographers we were looking at. Even with COVID and needing to adjust, he was very easy to communicate with. On the day of the wedding, he showed up early and got a lot of great shots of the venue. He had easy rapport with my family and herding all of us for family pictures. The pictures of the ceremony were beautiful. He is reasonably priced and provided both an online gallery (easy to send link to friends) and a flash drive of all the pictures (we got over 600 pictures from the wedding). Great quality, I made a wonderful wedding album from the best pictures. Overall, would highly recommend Ryan for your photography needs.

Absolutely wonderful!

Wedding Day Photographer
We were very pleased with Ryan and the outcome of the pictures he took. Ryan was extremely responsive, professional and went the extra mile on a very warm day to make sure he took plenty of pictures. The pictures were absolutely wonderful and covered all aspects of our special day. Ryan also followed up and provided the pictures in a timely manner after the wedding as he said he would. We would definitely recommend him.

Amazing quality work for an amazing price!!

Ryan Clark did an absolutely amazing job! Prior to the wedding, I sent him examples of pictures that I was looking to get because we wanted to really capture the military wedding traditions well, and he not only managed to capture the pictures I wanted, but greatly exceed expectations! He was willing to travel a couple hours for my wedding, and he was extremely sly about taking pictures without being noticed - yet managed to capture so many amazing ones. Ryan has the best price around and is well worth the money and the trust of your special day!

It was such a pleasure working with Ryan, he was organized, talented and professional. The engagement session was so much fun, and Ryan made us feel so comfortable, it was an excellent way to get to know each other. He captured every detail of our special day not only the traditional pictures but many nice shots of guests and some close up shots of the details — the flowers, the cookie table, and all of the crafts that we spent so much time on. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone for their wedding day!

Ruan is very professional! Always comes ahead of time, keeps in touch with email and thru text message. He’s also flexible in date change and even on prices he’ll give you an affordable price for a very awesome job. Our pictures always turned put great from engagement photos, wedding ceremony and reception. It’s also very nice of him to travel far and be a photographer for my little sister’s wedding at a short notice. We definitely recommend him to everyone!

Ryan is fantastic! I got married in July and it was HOT! Ryan was there, out in the heat with us, making sure to capture every moment. He was really easy going to work with and was extremely helpful when talking about the types of shots and pictures we wanted. If you're looking for a photographer, he's your man. He took over 800 photos and each one was great.

Working with Ryan was a fabulous experience. We were going for simple as this wasn't our first marriage but wanted to have professional memories. Ryan was willing to try and capture the many ideas we had and even those we came up with last minute. His patience in getting everyone in the large group, and even the smaller family groups at their best was great, even when making our Aunt come back for a second take because she didn't look her best in the first take. Ryan captured so many wonderful moments from the ceremony and after, for us to look back at with fondness always. I highly recommend Ryan as a photographer for any event, but especially for weddings.

I was very satisfied with Ryan being my photographer for my wedding ceremony. He was very professional from day one. He responded very quickly and helped with any questions that I had. On the day of our ceremony, he was there early, canvassed the venue for spots to take the best pictures, and interacted with the guess attending. He captured the best pictures at the right moment that I will forever be grateful for. I will definitely use him again in the near future and recommend anyone to utilize his service. Ryan was very reasonably priced, professional, friendly, arrived early, and was definitely on his game! He captured everything. If we head a picture we wanted taken, he was right there. It was nice to look back and see some things I had even missed because I was so wrapped up in the chaos of the day. He is truly a wonderful photographer and I highly recommend him!

At the end of the night I felt like I made a new friend as opposed to a business decision in finding a photographer. Ryan is an awesome photographer!!! He captured the most beautiful photos of us during our engagement session. He even came quite a bit of a distance from where he resides to where we are located. From our first interaction with Ryan he was very responsive, professional and outgoing. On the day of our shoot Ryan arrived ahead of time to scope out the location and was fully prepared when we arrived. We happened to pick a date that was sweltering hot but through it all Ryan remained extremely patient and encouraged us to continue despite the heat. Ryan even stepped in to help with my hair when it began to curl up from the heat! :-) Ryan gave us the best value for our money and we can not recommend him enough! You'll be glad you chose him. Our photographer was not only creative, but he was patient as well. One unexpected plus was that he was a HUGE HELP for us while going through the wedding procedures. His tips put us at ease and made things less anxious for us. This is probably the biggest advantage of having a pro photographer. My wife and I aren't used to being in front of the camera, but Ryan made things really fun and directed us really well.
My wife and I are really happy with the delivered photos and would recommend Clark Photography to our friends.

Ryan was a great photographer. I am from Philadelphia and we traveled to Virginia Beach to get married. I went based off of other reviews when looking to hire a photographer. I came across Ryan’s page and decided to go with him. I’m happy I did! Ryan listened and worked with me and my bridal party as planned. He took all the photos we wanted him to. He made me feel and look beautiful on my special day. He captured the best memories that I’ll never forget. He was very sweet, reasonable and down to earth. I would definitely recommend him as your photographer for any occasion! If I was a local, I would use him for all my photography needs.
