Claire Skies Travel was amazing from start to finish! We got married at Dreams Onyx Resort in Punta Cana and were lucky to have chosen Claire as our travel agent. we had over 100 guests attend our wedding. We searched for a travel agent for months for our wedding and spoke to several different agents, but knew we were in good hands when we communicated with Claire. Claire was attentive, responsive, and actually cared about what we wanted for ourselves and our guests. From the very beginning she understood our stress levels and promised to make this very seamless for us, and she kept her word! Her website was very easy to follow and unlike other companies, you actually get to speak with her directly and not different employees! All of our guests had nothing but positive feedback about their experience booking their travel arrangements through her. We will 100% use her for any travel arrangements in the future and you should too! -

Claire was amazing from the start. From the moment we had a call her voice reassured me that she will get me what I wanted and she DID!! She would reach out to people on my behalf that were slow on responses and would guide me in the right direction in terms of what was best logistically. Claire Robinson and Claire Skies Travel was amazing to work with. We had over 200 people fly out to Jamaica from the United States and one or two from Canada for our wedding at Moon Palace Ocho Rios Jamaica, and everything was spectacular. We are beyond happy and satisfied with the exceptional job that was done by Claire and her team. We are so happy that we used Claire Skies Travel and would do it all over again. Claire was very instrumental in helping us execute our wedding. Although we are originally from Jamaica, most of our family and friends live abroad. She helped most of my wedding guests (guest list of almost 170) coordinate travels. This was throughout the pandemic and THREE wedding date changes. The flights, hotel bookings and rebookings, refunds, changes, etc. If you need help with anything Claire is THE person to go to. I would recommend her for any vacation, any place, at any time. -

We’d like to start by saying WOW!!!!! Claire is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, and was attentive to our needs, especially as a stressed out wedding couple. She was patient, communicative, and always there to guide us with all her knowledge. Additionally, Claire was able to answer all of our guests' questions, handle their reservations, and set up transportation for all of our guests. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding planning process with minimal stress because of Claire. We can't recommend Claire Robinson enough!!! -

Destination Wedding
We booked Claire in 2020 for our 2022 destination wedding in Montego Bay. After our first phone call with Claire, we began working with her right away to secure our wedding date and to secure a room block with the host resort, Royalton Blue Waters (RBW). We were extremely happy working with Claire knowing that she's had many, many years of experience in the travel industry, as well as many connections to Jamaica, and had previously worked with the wedding coordinators at the RBW. Claire was able to quickly secure our room block and get our 60 wedding guests booked for our wedding. Throughout the process, Claire was very responsive to emails and phone calls, and monitored and resolved several booking issues for us. On guests travel dates, Claire monitored guests arrivals and promptly responded and resolved any issues that came up. We highly recommend booking Claire for your next vacation or travel event. I began planning my destination wedding in 2018 with hopes of it actually taking place in April of 2020. Due to the pandemic I was forced to push everything back 2 whole years. Within those 2 years there were many people that paid that opted out of going, many people who ended up going who weren't initially on the guest list, and so many other crazy changes. Claire was diligent, organized and patient with our entire wedding party thus making it a trip that was truly special. We appreciate Claire's awesome service throughout this entire process. -

I was introduced to Claire in 2018 when I initially decided I wanted to have a destination wedding, and all I can say is I am so glad I was! Claire has been nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond for my husband and me, as well as our guests. She kept us well informed of all changes that arose during the pandemic. She remained professional throughout the entire process and was always responsive. Even during COVID she was a listening ear to my venting when our destination cut their wedding numbers and I had no clue what I was going to tell our guests. Claire Skies Travel is top notch! I enjoyed every minute working with Claire. I had no idea how to plan a destination wedding, but she was there to calm my nerves. Claire took the time and explained the entire process to me over and over again until I got it! There are so many good things about Claire Travels, however what I appreciated most in the process is Claire’s communication plan. I believe communication is the key to everything and she nailed it! She was always reachable by phone or email for my guests and I. When she had to travel and might be out for a few days, she made it very clear of her availability and the frequency of her responses. Being a project manager, that was a BIG PLUS for me.
Claire met us the morning at the airport to see us off with the family – I was very surprised to see her and very happy she was there. While abroad, she reached out to us a few time to ensure all the travel arrangements were going good for us and our guests. Exceptional Service!
Claire became a friend in the process and I cannot wait to plan my next group trip with her! -

Claire was available to us and our guests during some unforeseen issues at the resort! She was on it immediately and even handed us right over to the General Manager and Resort Supervisor who not only made sure our issues were resolved, but provided us with upgrades and complimentary spa treatments! I would definitely use Claire again for my traveling needs and highly recommend her! She leaves no stone unturned and knows her stuff!! A+++++

Claire helped us organize group travel to Jamaica for our wedding. She was great at organizing rooms with the resort and getting us group rates. She also gave great recommendations for our honeymoon resort. She arranged transport and arriving in Jamaica was seamless with transportation between the airport and resorts. There could have been better communication between her and our guests as there were some issues with timely debiting of the initial deposit. Overall we had a great trip and no issues upon arrival.
