CJC did our uplighting for the wedding and it was great. They recommended a rose gold color for my candle lit feel and it was perfect. They also did my draping which came out gorgeous. Working with Jim was great, he is responsive and kind! -

Jim and his team provide the perfect lighting atmosphere for our wedding celebration. He took the time to meet us at our venue to not only understand what we wanted but also how to best setup in the space provided. Jim, Lisa and the rest of the CJC team are rock stars! We had our wedding reception under the tent at Oakholm Farms Estate. We wanted to transform the tent top so that it didn't feel like a "tent" anymore. We hired CJC to hang bistro lights and Mexican banners back and forth which truly transformed the atmosphere within the tent! CJC was wonderful to communicate with and their staff arrived on time for install and take down. If you're looking for lighting to transform your venue, CJC is a must have vendor! -

Incredible service!
When I approached Jim with my vision of having a “night under the stars,” he had a confident, can-do attitude. He brought to my attention nuances of the venue that I had never noticed may need extra lighting but was never pushy with suggestions. He and his team worked tirelessly in the days leading up to the event and transformed our reception area into a truly magical place. His communication, professionalism, knowledge and mastery of his craft, were truly remarkable. I strongly encourage anyone interested in adding a little flare to their event to consider hiring Jim. -

Jim was a preferred vendor for our venue (Elm Bank) and he worked with us diligently to find a beautiful, vibe-encompassing lighting solution. He installed a beautiful chandelier that we had our first dance under that will look incredible in pictures and video and made our reception seem like a fairy tale. His uplighting also added vibe to the music that made the party portion incredible. He worked with our budget and we’d recommend working with CJC for your wedding lighting needs. -

Samantha Sent on 12/08/2017It was so easy to work with Jim & his team for our July 1st wedding. They knew the venue very well and offer lots of suggestions for simple summery lighting. We worked together to select various uplighting for the duration of the night to help set the tone from seating to party atmosphere. Through friends photos it is easy to see how light can enrapture a party and push it into another detention. We event shared the same design with the event from the night before to cut down on a bit of cost. Thank you to the whole CJC lighting team for lighting the day for our friend and family to celebrate.

I had never seen up-lighting but my wife really wanted to have it at the wedding. it was worth every penny we paid and it did not break the budget. Jim, who is the owner, was present at our wedding and did the lights himself. they made the reception beyond beautiful. He is also a Log Cabin preferred vendor and with good reason! -

Jim and co. did such a great job lighting our evening wedding in October 2023 at the Boston Public Library. The lighting in the courtyard for the ceremony, Bates Hall for dinner, and the Abbey Room for dancing really helped pull the whole vision together. Stunning. Definitely recommend! -
