Exactly what we needed!
City Wide was exactly what we needed for our wedding day. We had them come to the location where the bridesmaids and I were getting ready and take us to the venue, then they went and got my husband and the groomsmen. They were on time (10ish mins early really!) and the limo was clean. The driver was very friendly and had bottles of water for us all which was super helpful for a June day. Overall we were very happy with the limo company and would definitely use them again. -

Very timely

City Wide was a great transportation selection. They were right on time as we discussed. It ended up raining and the driver was very accommodating with a big umbrella taking us to the car one at a time. Our plans changed a little bit due to the weather and the driver had no problem diverting from our original plan. Excellent service. -

Fantastic!!!!
I had a wonderful experience with city wide limousine for my wedding! Our pick up/drop off plans changed constantly leading up to the wedding and were slightly confusing however, City Wide was extremely responsive and helpful to make sure everything was perfect for us. Any questions I had were answered quickly! Our driver was extremely friendly and professional and arrived on time! The 27 passenger limo party bus was also a big hit with our wedding party. It was clean and we were able to hook up our cell phones and play our own music which was awesome! Definitely feel like our driver and the company went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and was exactly how we wanted it and that we were on schedule! Definitely will be recommending! -

Reliable wedding transportation!
City Wide Limo provided a Lincoln Navigator for our small wedding party as well as a small bus to shuttle guests from the Hilton to the Farmhouse. The were friendly, professional and reliable! -

Great Experience
While personally looking for transportation, all I cared about was price and look. I got the beautiful look with City Wide and the affordable price! When wedding day finally came, I realized I got more than the price and look, the party bus was literally the start of a GREAT party. We had control of the AUX cord and our bus driver was great! He was on time (we weren't) and waited for us to be ready for him! My dad was getting car sick in the back of the bus so he sat up front with the bus driver and my dad said that the bus driver was very nice and happy to help. While taking pictures, it was raining, the bus followed us everywhere we walked so that we would be able to hop right back on if it started to really rain. When we ran out of alcohol on the bus, he was happy to stop for us which was really a come up at the time! I definitely recommend Citywide! -

Great and Affordable Transport
City Wide was great to work with right from the start. Patty was so responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Our driver Ronnie was the best, especially since our end of the night drop off was semi confusing. He was awesome and so accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone. -

City Wide was great! Our driver was courteous, patient and fun and it was wonderful to work with them in getting our wedding party and guests to and from the venue to our hotel. The shuttle was spacious and fun and our drive was punctual and flexible with times that needed to shift to ensure everyone got where they needed to be. -

My husband & I used City Wide Limousine for our wedding & they were great to work with. When the limo arrived to my house to pick up my sister, my Mom & myself my sister saw the limo go down the street & told me it wasn't the limo I had asked for. I had requested the 10 passenger Chrysler 300M but an SUV stretch limo arrived at my house. I didn't panic & called City Wide & was told why the limo that was sent for us wasn't the same one I had requested. The gentleman I spoke to (I believe it was the owner) was very nice about the entire situation & explained what had happened. He not only offered to give us a partial refund but said he would take my husband & I out for a few hours on him. My photographer witnessed my call to City Wide & was impressed with how I handled the situation because he has seen brides have complete meltdowns. When we returned from our 2 week honeymoon the refund hadn't yet arrived & after looking at our contract I realized they didn't have our (my husband & I) address listed, no big deal. I contacted the office & spoke to Cindy who was very nice & within 2 minutes after hanging up with Cindy I had an email from another lady in the office (I'm sorry I forget her name) saying the refund was being processed. Our check arrived the very next day! The situation with the limo not being the correct one was not in any way City Wide's fault that day & things happen. Our driver Marvin was great & was very helpful with helping my Mom, sister & myself out of the limo at the church. Then again helping my sister & I out of the limo at the place we were having our wedding pictures taken as well as when we arrived at the venue where our reception was. Would I myself use them again for another function? Definitely. Do I recommend you using them? Absolutely!!! -

For a bride, with a huge Italian family from out of town, this limo company was a dream. They we're able to give us exactly what we were requesting and aid in our transportation from the hotel to wedding, while under a reasonable budget. The workers are all very pleasant, and willing to cooperate with the father of the brides endless request and possibly confusing conversations. -

We hired City Wide limo for our 5/3 wedding and were extremely happy with the service and quality of vehicles. We reserved the Escalade limo for the bridal party and the 25 person shuttle to transport our guests in between the hotel and our wedding venue. We couldn't beat the value and were very impressed with the office and driving staff. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. The Escalate limo was beautiful and such fun to ride in! The shuttle was perfect for what we needed. The vehicles were clean and well appointed and the drivers were excellent. I highly recommend City Wide for your transportation needs! -

Used their limo services for my bridal party this past weekend and was very pleased! First off, the woman on the phone who gave me their rates and information when I was searching for the right limo company was VERY nice and helpful. I did my research and found that this company had the best competitive prices, and were professional on the phone - unlike many other limo services out there. Our driver Larry, arrived on time and was very patient while he waited for us to take our bridal party pictures in Center City, Philadelphia. He got us around the city and to our ceremony with no troubles at all.
I highly recommend this company to all brides! -

We used City Wide to rent a limo to bring the wedding party from the hotel to the venue. They did a great job - the driver had to pick up the women first and then swing back to do a second trip with the guys. He was very punctual and courteous. I'd recommend to other couples looking for wedding transportation. -

I have used City Wide four to six times a month for the past two years for transpiration to and from the Philly airport. I have always been very pleased with CW's service so it was a no brainer to use them for our wedding transportation. I was very pleased with the quality of service, value, and flexibility displayed on our wedding day. I was happily recommend CW to any one getting married in northern DE. -

We utilized CW Limo for all of our wedding transportation needs. We rented the 22-passenger limo bus for bridal party transportation and the 24-passenger shuttle bus to transport our guests back and forth between the reception and hotel. They were VERY flexible and the shuttle bus even stayed an extra hour to transport guests back to the hotel. Also, they are priced very competitively. Feel free to compare their prices to other vendors, but the difference is their quote includes all taxes AND gratuity. I will say, even though gratuity was included, our drivers were great and I wish that I would have thought to bring a little extra money to thank them! The vehicles were clean and the drivers were very professional. -

City Wide provided us with transportation on our wedding day. We used the limo bus which was perfect. The staff was very pleasant and very responsive during the planning/scheduling. The limo was on time and clean on the wedding day ( upon arrival not sure when the dropped us off :))and the driver was a was pleasure. We requested he take the long way to the reception so we could take advantage of the time we reserved rather then it just looking nice outside of a church. Tiw as a great way to start the party!!! -

My girlfriend recommended City Wide to me because she uses them exclusively and has had many positive experiences with their company. I called the office several times and the staff was always very patient and helpful. The day of my Wedding I was a nervous wreck! My driver arrived 15 minutes early with a fully stocked and beautiful limousine. He was very professional and courteous. Our experience with City Wide was wonderful! We also used their service to shuttle us to and from the Philadelphia airport, Again, the driver was early and very nice. Thank you City Wide!! -

City Wide was great! They were where I needed them to be early and were very professional! Our driver was so great the day of my wedding. They did everything I needed them to do without any issues or without direction from me the day of my wedding...because on your wedding day, thats the last thing you need is to be figuring out where you need to be and how to get there! They had champaign for us to celebrate our marriage right after the ceremony!
My husband and I highly recommend using City Wide as your event transportation. My sister got married 8 months prior to my wedding and used a different company which were a huge headache to her the day of her wedding. They gave her a hard time about where they could drive her to. This is quite the opposite from my experience with City Wide!!!! I can't stress enough how great of a decision it was for us to use them for our wedding day transportation :) -

City Wide was great! We rented the 24P shuttle bus for our wedding party and it was perfect! We had so much fun! The driver was so helpful and even straightend out my dress for me when I went to walk down the aisle! It was very affordable and great service! -

I was absolutely pleased with my party bus for my wedding. They arrived on time, got us to the church on time and then to the reception right on time as well. Their driver was a complete gentleman and made sure all of us were comfortable. They even provided us a champagne toast...it was wonderful!! They would be my first choice again if I ever need a limo. -

We had a great driver, they allowed us to have champagne in the limo, and all in all I couldn't have been happier! I priced out about 4-5 limos in the area and for a 16 passenger this was the best deal! -

We used City Wide for a 22 passenger limo bus on our wedding day. The limo was beautiful, the driver was on time and very nice/professional. My only complaint was that, we had 22 people exactly, two of which were toddlers and it was too tight. Two people had to stand. I recommend going the next size up if you are at 20+ riders. -

Wedding limousine service
I hired city wide limousine service for our wedding after party and it truly was one of the favorite parts of our wedding day! The limo was gorgeous and our driver was awesome! He was extremely professional and attentive to me and my husband. I debated on whether we truly needed it but, I don't regret it at all. Everyone that went with us enjoyed the experience as well. It's one of my favorite memories of the day and I can't thank them enough! -

Overall our experience with City Wide Limo's was a good one. When they arrived to pick up the wedding party, the limo bus had lost all power to the passenger space, so we had no air conditioning or entertainment for our 20 minute ride to the ceremony. It was a pretty hot day, so we arrived sweating and overheated because of it, which is not how you want to start your wedding.
That being said, the driver was extremely apologetic and the company made sure to get a replacement vehicle for the ride from the ceremony to the reception. The owner also gave us a partial refund after the fact for our inconvenience. In the end, they were extremely professional and I can't blame them for the break down. They did their best to work within the situation, which I give them credit for. My only complaint would be that they more thoroughly check their vehicles before taking them out on the job in the future. -

Wedding Limo
My husband and I used city wide for our wedding. We booked it very last minute and thankfully there was availability! The limo showed up on time on our wedding and the driver was very professional. The only reason I couldn’t give a full 5 start rating is because the AC was not working in the back of the limo so it was hot back there!! Would definitely use again! -

The limo driver arrived on time, even with getting lost. He called both numbers he had for my husband and I to give him directions and still arrived at the house a little earlier than planned! However, we were disappointed with the size of the inside of the limo. We had rented the 22 passenger Excursion and with 15 of us in there, it was tight. Also, the AC did not seem to do a great job. It was hot in there! -

Great service. I got married in a hurricane, so the only complaint I had was our Limo Bus was leaking water all over the bridal party.The driver was a delight to work with, as he took his time ushering the bridesmaids under umbrellas to make sure we stayed dry. Just a shame we got more wet inside the bus! -

The actual limo that took my husband and I and our bridal party from our house to the wedding was great. Our driver was on time, very pleasant, and made a last minute stop to take pictures in the park (at our request). The limo itself was gorgeous. We could not have been happier with that aspect of the wedding. We also hired a shuttle to transport our guests from the hotel to the reception and back. The shuttle driver was supposed to be waiting at our venue to take guests back all evening. However, we ran into a problem when guests wanted to leave early and our shuttle driver was nowhere to be found because he was eating dinner. My husband had to leave the reception to call the driver, track him down, and ask him to pick up our guests. After that initial snag the rest of the evening went smoothly and all of our guests got back and forth with no problem. Overall, despite that snag, we had a pleasant experience. -

Wedding Day Confusion
We used the 24-passenger shuttle for our wedding. The shuttle itself was very nice. It was clean and comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Patty was very responsive when making reservations and answering questions. I was disappointed to find out that the shuttle driver only made one trip between the hotel and venue before our ceremony when I had requested two trips (with specific times to City Wide and my hotel guests), which left a few of our guests having to drive themselves to the venue and almost being late. During the reception, the shuttle driver came into the venue and tried to use the photo booth, which I thought was unusual, especially because I had not met the driver, who welcomed themselves into my reception. At the end of the night, I had said we would probably need three trips to transport guests back to the hotel. After our send-off at the end of the night, many guests got on the shuttle while most of the wedding party, my husband, and I went back into the venue to gather things up that we were taking that night. The shuttle driver came into the venue to check if there were any other guests that they should be waiting for. I was shocked that the shuttle had been sitting outside the whole time and had not already dropped guests off at the hotel since I thought it was clear that more than one trip would be needed. We ended up having to wait for the shuttle to return to the venue at the end of the night to take us back to the hotel because it hadn’t left when it should have. I’m not sure where the lapse in communication was, but it was definitely a little frustrating, especially because we ended up getting to the after party later than we had hoped. -

We had no complaints or problems with city wide. Limos were going fast and CW was one of the last with a white limo available.
The driver was on time to pick up the groom/groomsman. He was early to pick up me and the girls! He was very sweet and courteous. He helped me out of the limo and into the church. He stayed right there until I walked down the aisle!
He asked my husband and I if we would like to take a ride (we were finished pictures early) in order to talk before all the crazyness started.
Wonderful experience!
We also used them to drive us to the cruise terminal the next day for our honeymoon. The driver of the sedan was also very nice and friendly.

Clean and nice party bus
We booked a party bus with City Wide to transport our wedding party between the hotel, first look location, and venue. The driver was on time for all the stops, friendly, and the bus was clean and nice inside. As far as communication, emails were usually brief. We also had to change our hotel and first look location when we postponed our wedding. They added a $100 charge since the new hotel was a few miles further. They stated they had to charge for travel over 45 minutes, however this was not mentioned in our contract or their website. Other than this aspect, we were pleased with their service. -

We hired City Wide limo for our 10/31/14 wedding in Philadelphia, PA and were extremely happy with the service and quality of vehicle. We rented a 27-passenger limo bus. The staff was very pleasant and very responsive during the planning/scheduling. The vehicle was clean and the driver, Jack, was well dressed and very professional all day. He was very punctual and courteous. We arrived at all our locations safe and on time!
I highly recommend City Wide to other couples looking for wedding transportation. Competitive pricing, the only criticism is that the company did not provide us with any beverages, so make sure to plan, as you will have to provide all your own beverages (even water).

we got a shuttle for our wedding. the bride and bridesmaids were able to take it from the hotel, as well as guests from the hotel, and then from the ceremony to the reception. the price was good compared to other options (like trolleys). we rode it from the ceremony to the reception. no complaints. -

In the same day, we had one positive experience with CityWide and one very negative experience with CityWide. We hired CityWide for (1) a party bus for the entire wedding party and (2) a limo to take the bride and her parents from where she was getting ready to the church.
The party bus driver (Jack) was awesome. He was on time, extremely friendly, and knew where he was going in terms of directions. We would highly recommend hiring Jack.
The experience with the limo driver (Slater) was horrible. He was late to pick up the bride and her parents. He didn’t have directions to the church, despite the fact that we provided detailed step-by-step directions, maps and a detailed time itinerary. He had to ask the bride’s father for directions to the church. He also was unapologetic for his unprofessional and unprepared behavior. When we contacted CityWide after our wedding to inform them that we had a good experience with the party bus driver and a negative experience with the limo driver, we virtually got no response other than a pretty lame excuse as to why the driver was late. There was no explanation as to the unprepared and unprofessional behavior.

The only good thing I have to say about them is that they showed up on time. We had asked them to take a specific route, because the route GPS's want you to take goes straight through very heavy traffic. Our route turned a 35 minute trip into a 12 minute trip. Well they didn't take it, we sat in traffic, and were late to the ceremony. Now in their defense, there were heavy downpours and flooding on the day of our wedding, and from what I heard afterwards (from other people), the road we wanted them to take was closed due to flooding. But they did not communicate this to us - they didn't communicate anything to us - they just took the one way we told them NOT to go, and I sat in the back FUMING on my way to my ceremony. In addition, everybody talks about how they will "go the extra mile" for you on your wedding day. Don't expect that from these guys. One of them actually parked about 10 feet away from the awning that would have covered the groomsmen as they arrived in the heavy rain. My groom had to actually ask him to pull up so they wouldn't get soaked. Also, they guys were running late while they were getting ready and the groom asked a driver to pick up some ice for the coolers (of course he would have tipped handsomely for this). The driver just said he wouldn't know where to go. Way to "go that extra mile." They still got a 2 because they were dressed properly, showed up on time, had nice limos, were a good price, and all of the communication prior to the wedding day was excellent. Maybe they have more pleasant drivers who are better about communication. -

Do not hire or support this company or these people. Driver of limo did not: help anyone into the limo or have umbrellas-despite torrential rain. Driver did-Tell our bride he would not return to the hotel to pick up the groomsmen, the dads or the groom. After the maid of honor asked what the problem was, the driver left my daughter in the rain, crying, shaking and at a loss. In fact, driver's words were, "I'm out of here." Maid of honor called groom. Groom arranged additional travel but everyone arrived an hour and fifteen minutes late. We had no ushers or groomsmen to seat and greet guests,
The larger limo-bus configuration for the whole wedding party arrived with a leaking roof that dripped on the bridesmaids dresses. Additionally, the driver never got out of the car to greet the bride and groom, help anyone up into the car-it was the larger minibus limo. He lacked any degree of professionalism, concern or interest. I wanted this day to be special for my daughter. This company scared her, ignored her and proved to be the weakest link in two years worth of planning.
